Tiers are ordered for the most part. The higher tiers I'm pretty certain about, but as you go down I put less and less thought into ordering them so don't take them too seriously. Das fluten duden is not actually the name of the game in german tho its simply called "okarina der zeit" which is a literal tranlsation. Or am i missing a joke here? :(
