varre all in all is basically Guy Fated to Die but like. what if darda DIDNT kill him in the mohgwyn slaughter before entering dlc. what if the truth of things DID come out. what if that avenue and path WAS opened for him, to survive and change and come to terms with everything. could he handle it? what then

thinking about dardavarre today. strained fake-pleasant business relationship until darda slaughters varre’s true object of devotion and decapitates him just to bring the head down to flaunt at varre, personally. before then massacring the whole blood cult and killing him too laaaal

important to me they never make it, ever. even in like a “tame” modern setting they’d still both be insane. guys who fucking hate each other but are attracted anyway… maybe theres some deep, underlying WANT to be tender but. just wont work!
