Ghost of a Chance

The following you are about to read are among a few select reports from classified files in regards to numerous quirked individuals among the hero and villain communities both nationwide and internationally. It is here we start with a recent investigation into an activity report on one Dawna Fenton, codename Dawna Phantom, an infamous vigilante. Despite saying tons of lives in her hometown of Amity park in the USA, she is seen as a bringer of disaster and a criminal with quirk she is considered unworthy of. She'd proven capable outmaneuvering the legally registered heroes on multiple occasions and at times proves more competent but after a recent incident in her Amity park, where she was wrongly accused of being a villain due especially to the quite high level of collateral damage, she'd decided then and there enough was enough and that they are on their own before flying off. Soon aimlessly wandering and drifting about until she eventually reached Japan and opted to low in her more quirkless looking human form and decided to spend some time with a little sightseeing and enjoying the local culture. Particularly the video arcades wherein she would come to meet the trio of Mina, Maya and Tsuyu who, unknown to her, were out on equal parts a girls' night out and looking for a potential new playmate for their sturdy stud.
