Finally got around to reading A Glitch in Time.

I'm glad Vlad still has that impeccable loser energy of his ☺️✨

The thing is that Danny Phantom fandom is huge, bigger and more active than modern animation shows that have finished recently (around half an year or more than an year) yet it took ages for people in Nickelodeon to realize this?? It took them around more than 15 years to realize that ¨hey, there is a certain demand for this show we aired 15 years ago, what if we took advantage of it and made something?¨

And it is a bit funny they probably didn't realize how huge the fandom was until A Glitch in Time made it on top 5 of best of young selling graphic novels and stayed like that for months on the list.

I mean, it is good that they now are aware of the fandom but man, they took long.

still genuinely love what they did with dan in the graphic novel

despite all that he's done, he was just a kid when he lost EVERYTHING. when he fused with vlad's ghost half, danny's half was still more dominant and despite "removing his human emotions", they fully established that ghosts are the embodiment of emotions. and dan was full of rage and fear

despite those dreadful 10 years, he never lost those painful memories of the disaster

Dan in his human form! He’s still into NASA but also wears a lot of clothes that have subtext because Danny takes his shirts a bit too seriously at first (e.g. Villain Chillin) and Dan just finds his paranoia amusing. Yes he’s also a cat person.

I look forward to my final Dan character sheet. We’ve had Phantom, we’ve had Human. What next? 🙃
