i made a really good zine today

I'm rewatching SG1, and just thought of some Gen Z guy calling a Goa'uld "the ultimate Nope Rope" and I can't stop laughing

Lloyd and Morro give Green and Black Mamba vibes.

For context, I saw this post on the Red-Headed Krait

And went, "oo, pretty snake" and looked them up, cuz the colors reminded me of Mr. E. So, obviously my brain went "I wonder what kind of snake Morro would be", because he permanently haunts my brain, so I looked up venomous green and black snakes.

I did not know the Green Mamba existed, so that drew me in, and as I read this article-thing I went "oh, this kinda reminds me of Lloyd and Morro!" because I have mental problems.

Anyways, I wanna see someone draw them as danger noodles.

This is a rough sketch i just did in about an hour, I just started thinking, what if both were sneks, Crowleys adorable as one so why not add Azi to the snek gang aswell!

Pictures of my first reptile expo!! My favorite is a toss up between the Texas indigo and the baby hoggies! Snakeful Grace were so sweet in letting me hold them for as long as my little heart desired and it is a mushy pile for these sillay danger noodles

Snake Pass Attempt

You play as Noodle the definitely vegetarian coral snake. It's extremely cute! It's neither a difficult nor a long game unless you aim for full completion. Alas, the controls are really hard for me personally, with my bad hand being angry for me for several days after I played the first 4 levels (of 15).

You can play gamepad or keyboard, and there's an "easy" setting option for the controls that reduces some of the difficulty/awkwardness/repetition. There's no native remapping though.

There's also no combat! No violence at all! Just snake parkour, and it's very rewarding to explore places even if you think "I'm probably gonna die" but there's no gorey death animation and you just reset to last checkpoint, and you can touch checkpoints as often as you want.

It's very at-your-own-pace platforming, which is a breath of fresh air in a market saturated with precision platformers.
