What is "Dandy Dungeon: Legend of Brave Yamada"?

Dandy Dungeon is the story of the titular Yamada: a programmer that gets sick of his job and decided to program his own game instead. Flip between learning Yamada's story and playing the dungeon crawler he's developing. Draw a path that Yamada will then follow automatically.

This game was made by OnionGames, the same people behind Moon.

The story and general feel of this game kinda reminds me of the Tingle spin-off games done by Vanpool. I mean, you even play as a middle-aged man seen as a loser by society. Never got around to finishing this game, I've been meaning to revisit it someday.

This game originally released on Smartphones, I don't know too much about it, but I did hear it used to have time-based energy system. That system was eventually removed and not present in the ports/re-releases.

expanding on @dracxula's idea that wolf would be a blankflank into adulthood because his cutiemark could be something related to being good/helping people, which he wouldnt discover until later, i think on the other hand, snakes cutiemark would be smth related to lock picking which would contribute to his internalized belief that he cannot be good because his "special talent" is something typically directly associated with crime. his personal journey would entail finding ways to use this skill in ways that help people instead. but i cant design cutiemarks for shit so he doesnt have one in the pic LMAO

I've been researching some mythical creatures and. The fuzhu are so insanely Rarity coded i hAD TO *hits rarity with deer-fication beam*

Her name is Baoshi, meaning gemstone, but she usually goes by Rarity which is her favorite word in the pony language. She came to ponyville a few years ago when the sky split, pouring down a flood onto the small town destroying a good half of the houses. The flood stopped as soon as she arrived, and after she helped to rebuild the destroyed buildings and supported ponyvillians the best she could. After life went back to normal, she stayed. Assisting with anything she was asked, as if still trying to apologise for what happened.

Rarity is a creature never seen in equestria before, but many assume she is just a slightly strange looking kirin. She likes to keep herself clean and has a strange affinity for water, the garden around her home filled with small ponds, streams and fountains. She even keeps a few bowls filled with fresh water in her house. She can cast spells similar to unicorns by tapping her hoof in certain patterns.

It doesn't seem like she uses chaos magic, but has surprisingly extensive knowledge of how it works and finds it strange how ponies see it as a dangerous form of forbidden arts.

2024 art summary.

I keep forgetting that I made that infamous Steamboat Mickey/Gatsby comic THIS year. It felt so much more longer. In any case, art picked up a more during the latter half, owed to Resh'an being my latest obsession. And also my comic coming out of hiatus.
