The Pomodoro Grind 🍅

So, I’ve been using the Pomodoro method since forever and honestly? It’s been a lifesaver.

Today, I managed to knock out 8 solid Pomodoros:

50 min of Bayesian Inference exercises (and realising how much I don’t know 😅).

A quick 10-min break chugging water and getting MORE coffee ☕️

Rinse and repeat.

The best part? Forest currently has a new challenges that make me want to use the app 🎄. Plus, I’ve been using my longer breaks to clean up around and take short walks for a brain reset 🧠🚶.

Do you have a go-to break activity? I’m trying to find more ideas that don’t involve screens.

The Nobleman or 양반 (yangban): The smiling face represents the bluff and composure that an aristocrat is often known to have. The chin is a separate piece from the top of the mask, and the actors can lean forward and back to make the mask smile or frown as needed.

This monk who abandons his doctrines, or 취발이 (chwibari): Chwibari was originally a monk, but he had no intention of joining the monastic order, so he came down to the world and wanders. Represented with a forehead full of wrinkles and spots.

The widow or, 부네 (Punae/bune): represented to be a widow, or a kisaeng ( a woman who sang, danced, or played an instrument to provide entertainment for company at a drinking party), or a mistress of the Yangban. She has a very small mouth, round cheeks and forehead- giving a general look of happiness good-humor.

id like to humbly add a scene to CC where Ella, Sir Hop-a-lot, and Crumb are on their way to the ball and Ella explains how shes nervous because she hasnt done anything civilized in however long its been and shes not sure if she even remembers the dances. Then sir hop-a-lot and crumb comfort her or make her laugh. And this is where we learn that sir Hop-a-lots dream used to be to have his own land and sire tadpoles but now he has a higher calling- protecting her. While crumb just wants to be as brave as sir hop-a-lot.

Essentially a scene that shows us ellas headspace going in and explains the gift she gives them both at the end
