#damn i just got a tag for these insane 3am posts but now i forgot it

i guess since my brother and his wife are well... A married couple now (it's really weird to refer to her as his wife since we became friends in the early days of their relationship, and i have known her for longer than that), that they'd start having more and more of the same taste in memes.

That's really one of my main ways of communicating with my friends. With @idolsidle already being on tumblr, it sort of cuts out the middle man in that regard, so she's one of my only friends that doesn't get a pile of tumblr memes sent to her Facebook.

Anyways, i've gotten very good and determing my friends meme taste, and as such, unless the post is just freaking cool, they each get posts that are catered to their preferences individually.

But as my brother and my friend's (i guess sister in law? God that's weird) relationship progresses, i'm sending most of the memes meant to them to the groupchat we have. It was originally meant to share turnip prices on AC, but now it's developed into a meme dumping ground... And it's still called "turnips."

Just sending things to the turnip chat does save a step... Though it just occurred to me, as they live together, and i know they do this, if i send one of them a post that they know the other would like, they'd just walk over and show it.

Oh man and then there's those friends i have where i feel like i've got a good sense of their meme-taste, but i'm too shy to send it to them directly. But as my friend group is a clusterfuck (as in, they all know eachother, for better or for worse), i go to one of my closer friends like, "do you think [blank] would like this meme 😳 can you send it to them pwese 🥺 ps don't say it was from me!!!"
