Let’s hope Dalv doesn’t fry him again… Star has a surprisingly low defense despite his high LV.
I wonder why?

Can we see more characters from UTY if they were in Sw!Fallenswap? (I think you're Ceroba design and AU's lore is very cool btw)
Sure and thanks! I'll even expand on each of them, though none of it is 100% canon to Sw!Fallenswap, and thought up quickly as they aren't canon.
Tumblr media
I couldn't settle on a Azimuth Dalv design but I did make a pacifist route Starlo design, he reminds me of a power ranger for some reason? (It's probably the mask.)
Tumblr media
I had to do some math to get it to fit in the Timeline, get everyone's ages and get Martlet's life expectancy and to get Dalv's persumed age by finding the life expectancy of a Fox Anthropomorphic (there is an equation I use to find life expectancies of all the Anthropomorphic races) to see if it lines up in the timeline for Kanako's grandparents to be alive in 1013, as that is the most notable year in the timeline where Anthropomorphics did kill a bunch of Undeads matching Fallen!Dalv's description on why he has beef with the Ketsukanes (though Dalv never mentioned a year). The life expectancy number came out to be 950, then by adding Ceroba's age of 39 (assuming either Ceroba or Chujin's parent(s) had their child near the end of their lifespan) minusing it by 1985, got me 996 which did check out timeline wise.
Character notes:
Clover Notes: Clover doesn't change much from their UTY appearance, changes are they are much more verbal, Clover can save and load, doesn't have Flowey/Temmie because Temmie wasn't made animate until the 90s and they carry around a Polaroid Camera (which was very popular in the 80s), which there are certain spots that you can take a picture of giving you the Achievement "Picture Perfect" and doing them all gives you the achievement "Photographer's Eye"
Clover will become a Myling with the other souls and kill Ultra Temmie in Chara's non-canon neutral ending still. Clover is one of the 11 characters known to be from Gen X.
Unlike Genocide UTY Clover, Genocide Fallen!Clover does die still, due to Sans ripping Clover's heart out and eating it before Clover was able to shoot Toriel, meaning the Clover’s Genocide Route in Sw!Fallenswap could technically be canon if it wasn't directly stated Sans only killed Patience, Bravery, and Perseverance.
The fact Sans was able to sneak up on Clover implies he was expecting Clover to show up, even though Clover managed to enter the castle undetected, so it's likely Dalv conversed with Sans beforehand.
Since Temmie didn't exist yet when Clover was alive, you can wait for Asgore to drop a rope for you gaining the Achievement “Patience is Virtue”, which will cause you to skip the Martlet fight and proceed like normal Undertale except you have to sneak out of ruins which is difficult but worth it as you also skip most of Snowdin as well, because Papyrus saves you from Sans and teleports Clover away,  Papyrus gives you a medallion and tells Clover to show it to Dalv and say “Papyrus sent you” which can skip the Dalv fight (if you so wish) which will get you straight to the portion of attempting to travel to Hotland, the medallion can actually also be used to instantly spare MOST random encounter enemies which will give you the achievement “VIP”
If you don't wait for Asgore to drop the rope the playthrough plays similarly to UTY, but without Flowey or Temmie, if you do a genocide route Dalv won't shapeshift into a wolf and swim you down the river, instead The Boatman (Wingding Gaster) does, but Clover still ends up falling off the dam, but instead of Sans causing a wave from striking a bone wall into the water, Wingding purposely knocks you off the dam knowing what you did.
Either way, you wash up on a Dunes’ shore on 1 HP, which makes the medallion very useful to have if you waited for Asgore to return and got the medallion from Papyrus as it can instantly spare most enemies, so you won't get killed by them before you reach a save point.
Martlet Notes: She's a hermit that lived in the ruins before they were abandoned, she met Chujin before and due to her age she is old enough to have met the Integrity soul who fell down in 1936. She likes jigsaw and logic puzzles, as well as reading textbooks.
She's the only known character from the Cavalier Generation. Her personality seems to be a blend of her original personality and Dalv's
Dalv notes:
Dalv (or Sir Alucard by Ceroba and Officer Alucard by Starlo) His personality is similar to his original and Martlet's, the most notable difference between his personality and UTY!Dalv’s personality is that Fallen!Dalv has much more of a spine when it comes to advocating for himself and speaking his mind, he is much more willing to stand his ground and overall is much more brave, he is also much more willing to use profanity, albeit not in English, usually in Romanian or Monstarian when speaking to another Monster (adult monster that is, as he doesn't swear at children).
Judging by the fact he is stationed in Snowdin but doesn't wear the Snowdin Guard Armor, means he was either off duty when he ran into Clover or not apart of the Snowdin police force, but he is also not wearing a deltarune so being off duty is more likely.
He has beef with The Ketsukanes due to Kanako's Grandparents role in the 1013 Mass Undead Racial Cleansing, but doesn't have that same resentment towards Kanako as she tried to right the wrongs. Judging by the fact Dalv mentioned having parents and a younger sibling, it means Dalv is either a traditional variant (parents are the Elden Variant) as Elden Variants are naturally spawned, or Ancient variant if his parents were Ancestral Undead (once Elves)
Dalv is seen to shapeshift into a bat and a wolf before, bat when trying to escape with Clover and when they dropped over a waterfall and a wolf when swimming in the river with Clover on his back to try to get to Hotland.
As a Vampire, like all Undeads, he does have telekinesis and teleportation, so in his fight Blue Soul Mode is used for some attacks. Instead of Puzzles in Snowdin, he sets up riddles due to his love of storytelling.
It’s implied Dalv likely conversed with Sans before the Azimuth Dalv fight due to the fact Sans was able to ambush Clover before Clover could kill Toriel, which isn't unlikely as they are both on the royal guard and Dalv seems to be on a first name basis with Sans as Dalv said “Sans, you're a tâmpit!" instead of “Sir Gaster, you're a tâmpit!” (tâmpit which in this case means "asshole" in Romanian) when Sans causes Dalv and Clover to get washed over the dam, this is notable because Royal Guards only refer to each other by first name if A.) They don't have one (which Sans does, it's “Gaster”) or B.) They are on frequent speaking terms outside of the Royal Guard, this means Dalv and Sans must converse frequently outside of guard duty to know each other's first names.
Genocide phases:
Dalv is in his normal form, and his fight is a harder version of his pacifist/neutral fight
When Dalv gets low on HP he injects something (either DETERMINATION or SPITE) into himself, which turns him into Azimuth Dalv
Once killed Dalv's Shade spawns, like all Shades in Sw!Fallenswap, it has high attack and defense but only one HP, meaning you have to do all the shots perfectly with the wild revolver to actually kill him, any mistake won't be enough damage to get through the Shade's Defense.
He seems to inject himself with either DETERMINATION or SPITE at the end of Genocide, due to the fact in that scenario DETERMINATION will turn a monster into a Draugr and races in the Undead Monster Type will not have that reaction to DETERMINATION but neither would SPITE as it creates a Shade after dying and doesn't put them into a temporary state, so it's unknown what caused that reaction, but it's still likely SPITE instead which explains why Dalv was able to handle it so easily and not melt as SPITE destroys light mana in a Monster’s soul while DETERMINATION melts it, but since Undead Souls have Dark Mana instead, SPITE doesn't harm their soul. It also explains why phase 3 Dalv is a Shade. It is also more likely to be SPITE instead of DETERMINATION, as that would be easier to acquire, only way Dalv would get his hands on DETERMINATION is if he extracted it from Undyne, though he does know her, Undyne would likely try to stop Clover herself. The way Dalv could get his hands on SPITE would be extracting it from Sans or another Undead, though Dalv did call Sans an asshole and Sans did cause a massive wave which caused Dalv and Clover to get washed over the dam and fall into the Dunes area in a Pacifist and neutral run, Sans would likely be willing to extract SPITE from himself to give to Dalv, and not go and fight Clover instead like Undyne would, as he is more likely to stay at New Home to defend Toriel which Sans does successfully in Clover's genocide run as he does very graphically and violently kill Clover.
Starlo Notes: he seems to work with Ceroba in some way, despite not being in the royal guard, he is either a part of the boomer generation or Silent generation in the case Starlo is a year older than Ceroba. Like his original counterpart, he had a crush on Ceroba and knew her since childhood, though unlike his UTY!Counterpart as he doesn't have this North Star Persona, he is more open about his nerdy side and seems to be rather intelligent when figuring out how to defeat the robots in Steamworks. Since Starlo has no attachment to Kanako's robots, killing Axis or Guardener will not abort the pacifist route, he's just relieved you made it out okay.
His personality is similar to UTY, but his temperament seems much more like UTY!Ceroba, he injected Chujin with the serum made from the Kindness Soul, because Chujin tricked Starlo into injecting Kanako's concoction into Chujin thinking it as harmless leaving Starlo into believing he accidentally killed Chujin, but he never told Ceroba this. Starlo also only tries to kill Clover as a mercy-kill-last-resort type thing because if Clover makes it to Toriel, Toriel will burn Clover alive resulting in a painful death, if Clover isn't handed over to Toriel, Clover will die of heart failure due to vitamin D deficiency, and if Clover somehow manages to kill Toriel the underground will possibly go into anarchy, so Starlo attempts to kill Clover in Pacifist route realizing these 3 outcomes.
Ceroba notes: Ceroba (or Sherif Ketsukane by Dalv) is an abrasive personality, and unlike UTY!Starlo she is affiliated with the Royal Guard, as Sherif and Dune's Police Chief are the same occupation in the Dunes region of the Underground, and unlike UTY!Starlo but like UTY!Ceroba, she has an antagonistic role. Ceroba will lash out at Clover if you kill Starlo, but Dalv will call her out as a hypocrite, as she was willing to condone murder of other people's loved ones, causing a short  altercation between the two, which Dalv does end up over powering Ceroba pushing her off the edge, which she survives after being found by some other royal guards.
Kanako Notes: Kanako was an intern, to whomever J.A River's Successor and Undyne's predecessor was and got cryogenically frozen, due to Undyne being non observant and the true lab access keycard being lost, it's unlikely Kanako will ever be found.
Kanako got her internship at 14 years old by submitting her idea of Steamworks to be a backup power supply if the core ever breaks, the robots were made in collaboration with a younger Undyne who was also an intern between 16-18 years old at the time.
Kanako wanted to make amends with Dalv Alucard as her ancestors killed his family during a massacre and wishes to right that wrong, which makes Kanako the only Ketsukane that Dalv doesn't have beef with.
Chujin notes: Very little is known about Chujin other than he tricked Starlo into administering the serum and that Chujin was a stay-at-home parent, we also know he's not a boss monster like he was in UTY, as Boss Monster is a specific race of Monster and not category. We also know like Ceroba and  unlike Kanako, he is unwilling to try to make amends for his ancestors wrongdoings in the 1013 Mass Undead Racial Cleansing, as implied by what Kanako said to Dalv, further supported by Ceroba's predisposition of hating Dalv. We can assume he had a lot of faith in Kanako's abilities as he was willing to try her concoction on himself, which ended his life and due to Undyne not being the Royal Scientist yet, he wasn't used in Undyne's experiments and died in hospice.

Just to clarify
Dalv is NOT supposed to be that present in this game. He's been a loner for a long time. He's only started making friends again during the events of uty. Plus, if you know his backstory… it becomes understandable why we don't see him that much. Character-wise, it makes 100% sense.
The reason why Martlet feels like she's not on screen that much (she does get a good amount of screen time) is because she's scatterbrained. That's why we never get a "full" section with her like with Dalv (Ruins), Star (Wild East) and Ceroba (Steamworks). That's why the Snowdin section focuses more on other characters. Martlet comes and goes but always means well. Again, it has to do with her personality, and I think it's clever writing, much like with Dalv.
The reason we spend so much time with Ceroba is that a lot of things have been tied to her and her family right from the start and it all unfolded perfectly imo. There is foreshadowing:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Just had to get that out quickly because I heard some people complain about this stuff.
...also I forgot to mention how some complained about Ceroba's arc "not being completed by the end of pacifist"
To that, I say: IT MAKES SENSE. She's gone through too much trauma for it all to be resolved so soon. Healing takes time (Martlet gave a nice speech). I always thought that, by the end, the whole point wasn't for Ceroba to get closure, but to TAKE THE FIRST STEP (which she did)
The difference between her and Starlo (both have been through a lot in their own way) is that he's more idealistic and hopeful by nature (as we can see after he quickly bounces back from basically having his entire life shattered). Ceroba is emotional. Too emotional. She needs more time. Let's respect that and be patient.

In your Lucky Clover AU, would Starlo join the Royal Guard because; A, it would give some validity to his sheriff claim and; B, so that he could get word and try to deflect any investigations for the missing human that the Royal Guard launch.
This was such an interesting ask I really had to sit with it for a while. Huge ramble ahead!
So, this idea fascinated me solely because this is a little bit of what the situation is with Martlet in this AU. After Clover decided to live in the underground post Pacifist ending, she put in her two weeks and quit, since she does NOT want to risk being ordered to kill or hunt down Clover, or any other humans for that matter.
It's something she struggles with a lot; not only because she's jobless for a while and probably has to ask for financial assistance from Dalv/Ceroba/Starlo, but also because she KNOWS being in the Royal Guard would give the gang some insider intel on the missing human investigations. Maybe it would've been better to tough it out in a job she wasn't content with just to get that info, to protect Clover? While her friends reassure her that this was the best decision, for her and for Clover's safety, it's something Martlet struggles with for a while, especially considering how some Snowdin Monsters side eye for her suddenly leaving her post and job.
Now, for Starlo. If the situation called for it, would Starlo try and join the Royal Guard? Perhaps if there was no other option! He's the kind of person to go above and beyond for the people he cares about, sometimes to reckless degree. However, I think his relationship with the Royal Guard is far too sour for him to ever be considered for a job with them, based on this line from Ceroba.
Tumblr media
Dude literally has made a habit out of locking Royal Guards in his town's jail. Undyne is NOT accepting him into her ranks LOL. (I honestly HC that although Undyne and Starlo have a lot in common and some similarities, they probably would hate each other if they met or were forced to engage in conversation with one another LOL).
As it stands in the AU, none of our main cast has any connections to the Royal Guard, as much as they would like having some kind of way of getting side info, in order to protect Clover. Martlet is in a weird spot with her old co workers, and Starlo's pre-Pacifist ending habits and way of running his town had pretty much killed any chance of that. The best they can do is just keep their eyes and ears peeled in order to ensure no Royal Guard ever discovers Clover secretly living in the Underground.

Ok payback for last one I'm gonna pay you to yap now
Sans/Toriel, Ceroba/Alphys, Starlo/Dalv (Because I'm evil)
Oh, and Sona/Ceroba. I'll give you some respite after throwing in the one I know you hate :3c
Finally back from touching sand and playing with friends I can answer these
Sans and toriel is like staroba to me I honestly don’t care if it’s romantic or not I just think they’re so important to each other regardless of how you personally see em. So makes sense n compels me. Don’t have much more to say honestly no notes. um shoutout to that moment in the pacifist ending where sans steals her phone and pretends to be her im thinkin abt it again,, they’re so cute guys ]: )
Ceroba and alphys is the definition of makes no damn sense but compels me. Like the chances of either of them voluntarily being in the same room as each other for any amount of time is sooo unlikely but ‘women who project their self loathing onto each other bc they recognise their own faults and mistakes in them’ is my favourite ship dynamic right now it’s so good. Obviously alphyne and cerobas friendship with starlo is the healthiest outcome for each of them in their respective pacifist endings but what if they just made each other worse forever and ever actually 💖 Be each others outlet for their own guilt, drag each other further down into a self destructive pit, forever believing they are rotten to the core and no one could ever forgive or understand them… um!
🌽 yaoi booooooo 🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅boooooooo🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅utdr fans we need to set higher yaoi standards there’s so much we could be cooking here but the one we’re latching onto is ‘guys who spoke to each other exactly once and have absolutely nothing interesting going on’ yaoi bc haha funny name + only (shippable) men in the main uty cast let’s be real here. Random thing that makes me lol when I think abt it is they’re literally standing as far away from each other as possible at all times in the one scene they’re actually in together like bros…….. there is nothing here. Sorry + no sense + not compelling + go ship starlo/el bailador or something instead im begging
Sonaroba obviously very similar boat to alphys and ceroba. My beloved trio of women who make mistakes that hurt people while trying to help/protect them. Sonaroba is even more interesting to me bc sona is essentially a worse-case-scenario ceroba: she never had that community to pull her out of her spiralling and grow as a person, she controls almost everyone. Staying this stagnant for as long as she has also means she’s even more stubborn than ceroba, too: ceroba is able to see the error in her thinking as soon as martlet is actually given the chance to reason with her, meanwhile sona in the imperfect endings doubles down on her initial perception of the monsters even when she acknowledges beforehand that she was wrong. She just can’t accept it. There’s so much to dig into 4 kcy. How would sona react to finding out what ceroba did, and how similar it is to her situation? Is there a mutual understanding that forms between them after they come clean to each other or does ceroba just become sonas scapegoat, “See? Monsters can’t be trusted! They will lie to and deceive you just to get what they want!” Would ceroba try to save her after the truth comes out by reasoning with her, even in the imperfect ending where she turns all of her friends into humans against their will?? What’s the limit for how far she’s willing to go to save a fucked up reflection of herself? Augh. Anyway. It’s a “kind of makes sense in the context of kissy cutie where the entire plot revolves around getting monsters to date frisks shitty racist aunt but probably not in any other context + COMPELS ME‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️”

Note
Headcannon Time!!! So, Flowey is a jealous boy. He at first hated Martlet, Starlo, and Ceroba for taking Clover from him. He was able to tolerate them for a few hours at most after Clover's death, and about 5 years of just listening to them talk or talking to them for a few minutes. He learned how to play the harmonica for Clover to hear. Clover died 2 days before their birthday...Clover knew they weren't gonna be alive for their 10th birthday...Flowey doesn't do well with the day Clover died or their birthday. He saw how Clover was so calm with dying that he knew something was off, he never asked though and never will. He wants to live in bliss that Clover wasn't dying from the beginning or that Clover chose to die at the first place, because they came down here to save the human souls... Flowey secretly looks up to Sans. Flowey feels the need to give Clover a gift every single birthday for Clover, because they couldn't celebrate it together. Clover told him that he could care less about their birthday...he hates that Clover told him and he wants that thought to leave him alone. He had the most fun in years with Clover that day, it allowed him to feel emotions for the first time in many years...he never felt it again until he saw Clover. He was happy :)
And now the Gusty Gaggle. They were supposed to be named "The Gutsy Gaggle," but they all failed a spelling gutsy, so just went with Gusty. They have some members who join in sometimes, but it's mostly just Flowey, Clover, and Kanako. Clover is the leader, Flowey the brains, Kanako the one to get them out of trouble, when not causing it. They all have matching pins. They reside in the Ghosty South, even though Flowey can stay in Frisk's town, he just won't. They may or may not have thought of starting a band. They will take down Alphys when they see her, Flowey being the one doing most damage.
Now, some questions. Do you think that at the end of UTY, when it said "Someone called for help, you answered the call" that it was during the Asriel fight or Omega Flowey fight? I say that it first happened in Omega fight, but Frisk, under their breath asked for help to SAVE Azzy, so Clover came and saved him. Allowing Frisk to win. With is Flowey's favorite amalgamate? What's his favorite type of music? Will he kill Mettaton of Clover asked him to join them too? Has Clover allowed Flowey to play the harmonica? Does Flowey look up to anyone? What's Flowey favorite plant? Has he ever cared for other fallen humans? Has he and Dalv ever drew together? Does Papyrus know he's Asriel? Will he get therapy? What's his relationship with Axis? Does he pretend to be Dasiy? (Axis's wife, girlfriend, fiancé?) Will he care for Kanako after the barrier is open?
(HERE IS SOME MORE COOKIES FOR YOU FLOWEY!!!! ALSO SOME ICE CREAM AS WELL!!!! YOU DESERVE EVERYTHING IN THIS WORLD!!!!! I GET YOU SOMETHING TO DRINK NEXT ASK!!! WHAT YOH LIKE?!?!? Also, I'm thinking of making a Gusty Gaggle ask blog and would like to use your photo as the pfp or background image, if that's fine with you. I GET MORE SWEETS FOR YOU SOON MY FLOWER FRIEND!!!! ENJOY!!!!)
oh my god the asks are slipping through my fingers... curse you artfight and general procrastination...
YEEAHHHH GET HER GUYS!!!! The Gutsy vs Gusty Gaggle is also a lil funny to me because for a bit I thought you misspelled Gutsy and almost called them the Gutsy Gaggle. Only kept it the Gusty Gaggle cause it also works oddly enough.
1. Do you think that at the end of UTY, when it said "Someone called for help, you answered the call" that it was during the Asriel fight or Omega Flowey fight?
I always assumed the 'You answered the call' was for the Omega Flowey fight. On the topic of who saved Asriel I always thought it was Chara because that made the most sense to me, since it would explain how they had those memories locked and loaded.
2. What is Flowey's favorite amalgamate?
Been a while since I played pacifist route but I think it'd probably be Endogeny since it is a giant dog. He'd probably play fetch with it to keep his throwing skills from declining just in case he needs to throw something really far one day. He also generally finds it entertaining to watch the dog run around.
3. What's his favorite type of music?
Undoubtedly breakcore, he'd go wild if you turned on breakcore.
4. Will he kill Mettaton if Clover asked him to join them too?
I don't think he'd kill Mettaton if he tried to join the Gusty Gaggle, merely decline because he isn't cowboy enough. But... If Mettaton were to hurt anyone in the group, Flowey would react more violently.
5. Has Clover allowed Flowey to play the harmonica?
Clover does allow Flowey to play the harmonica, it's just that sadly he's very bad at it. This can actually be repurposed into an attack funnily enough! He plays the harmonica in the most grating tone he can until you fess up to the murder.
6. Does Flowey look up to anyone?
Don't tell anyone but it's secretly Sans.
7. What's Flowey's favorite plant?
His favorite plant is an echo flower because they're just like him, they're just like him fr!!!!!
8. Has he ever cared for other fallen humans?
Excluding Chara, nope.
9. Have he and Dalv ever drawn together?
I think Flowey secretly draws things and tries to sneak them into Dalv's storybooks. He's trying to see how long he can do this before Dalv notices he did NOT draw those.
10. Does Papyrus know he's Asriel?
Most likely not, as Papyrus isn't close enough to Flowey for him to really want to tell him such an important thing. Maybe he hints every now and again that he wasn't always a flower, but he doesn't tell him that he was Asriel.
11. Will he get therapy?
Flowey is most definitely getting therapy, though I think it would take a while for him to actually trust said therapist and I think he'd have to switch around a bit.
12. Does he pretend to be Daisy?
For the funny, I think he does. He finds it hilarious that Axis fell in love with a pile of junk and even named it.
13. Will he care for Kanako after the barrier is open?
He says 'welcome to the secretly revived children club!!!' when Kanako gets up and agrees to hide her from her mother because he really, really, really hates Ceroba.

Undertale Yellow Car Headcanons
A while ago, I saw a post concerning what kinda cars the characters of the RGG/Yakuza/Judgement franchise would drive, and I really wanted to do one for Undertale Yellow's characters. Imagine this taking place in some Post-Pacifist scenario or Deltarune-esque AU where Monsters are living on the surface.
Note, if I left someone out, it's because I couldn't think up anything. If you have your own headcanons, feel free to share them!
Dalv: City Car
Tumblr media
Dalv in my HCs gets a smol car. First of all, because it'd just be cute for him to be driving around in one. Second of all, I think something small and low-key would fit his nature. He wants to fit in and not stick out like a sore thumb. He's a calm, responsible driver.
Martlet: Never got her license
I mean, we all know how much of a girl failure Martlet is. Do you seriously trust her behind the wheel of a car? Besides, she can fly so it's hardly a hinderance to her. If she really needs a ride for some reason, I imagine she just hits up Dalv, Starlo, or Ceroba for one.
Starlo: Chopper Motorcycle
Tumblr media
Now Starlo really wanted to own a horse but came to the crushing realization of just how hard it is to get your hands on one in the modern day, so he settled on the closest thing. It took him a bit, but he really grew to love his motorcycle and likes to give Clover and Kanako rides on it. He does his best to follow the road laws, but his tendency to speed has gotten him quite a few tickets.
Ceroba: Red Hummer
Tumblr media
Because. dude, this car kicks ass and she can watch Madagascar while she's driving!
...alright in all seriousness...
Ceroba: Family Sedan
Tumblr media
Ceroba is pretty humble with her choice of vehicles. Despite her fairly wealthy background, she doesn't feel the urge to signify her status with something really flashy. All she needs is something that gets her, Kanako, and anyone else she's driving from point A to point B. Generally cool-headed on the road but has brief moments of rage at points in form of colorful language or flipping the bird...usually while forgetting Clover and Kanako are in the car with her.
Clover and Kanako: Literal Children
Granted, Starlo did want to give them early driving lessons, but Ceroba very quickly shot that idea down. If they need to get anywhere, Kanako has her mom and Clover has whoever's acting as their parental figure that day.
Ed: Some Kinda Jeep
Tumblr media
Or any type of big car really. Ed would probably be the actual Hummer owner of the cast. He needs something big and fearless!...and also something that fits his absolutely gigantic frame comfortably.
Moray: Convertible
Tumblr media
Honestly, dunno where I came up with this one. I think it just fits Moray's style. I imagine they just really like feeling the wind against their face as they drive.
Ace: Porsche
Tumblr media
Again, more something I just kinda came up with for Ace. He was hard to figure out, but I settled on something sleek and expensive. Where would he get the money for something like this? From all the G he and his friend pooled together after Clover got their ass handed to them at Six Shooter! (no, I'm not speaking from experience. What makes you think that?)
Mooch: Nada
Same as Martlet. If she somehow got a license, she ended up doing something that got it revoked within mere days. If she needs a ride, she hits up one of the other members of the Feisty Five.
Dina: Muscle Car
Tumblr media
Tough car for a tough gal! I just have the fun mental imagine of Dina driving fast on an open road while blasting "Beat the Devil's Tattoo" on her radio. Sometimes, Ceroba joins in on it.
And that's all that comes to mind atm. Hope ya guys enjoy this little segment.

Thoughts on UTY (Pacifist Version)
Reactions from when I first played Pacifist, and observations I made as the game progressed.  A lot of these will be outdated by the time I get this list compiled, but it’s a faithful list of my reactions.  No spoilers, plz.  I haven’t done Geno, betrayal kills, or boss kills yet.  (I kinda don’t want to, these are my babies.)
Long post ahead.
Ruins
Questions
Clover is the narrator, aren't they? I don’t think Chara’s even in this game.
What happens if we don't leave a tip at the lemonade stand?
Is there a way to wake Decibat after he goes to sleep? (I know that's cruel, I'm just curious.)
Dalv keeps talking about a friend, talking like he thinks he will meet them again- Kanako?
Dalv is mistaking us for the human that attacked him, isn't he? The one that made Chujin decide to kill the next human?
Who was leaving Dalv corn? My best guess is Ceroba- that she's felt sorry for him this whole time.
How to look in Dalv's locked doors/drawers? (Probably have to kill him. That... is gonna hurt. I like Dalv, he's a sweetheart.)
Observations
Decibat's music volume decreases the more you stay silent. (Which makes me think all battle music is being generated by Clover, not the monster.)
"Penilla draws near." (Italics added for emphasis.) *facepalm*
"Rorrim" is "mirror" spelled backwards.
Also, "Dalv" is "Vlad" spelled backwards, so might Rorrim be Dalv's personal mirror? Seems to fit, Dalv is extremely tidy.
Dalv's furniture's "fine craftsmanship" is probably Chujin's work.
Other Thoughts
I feel like a sponge cake with 2x absorption should have an effect where it absorbs damage for at least 2 turns.
Snowdin
Questions
Does the Snowdin ice block ever move? The guy that comes here from the Dunes just stands there and does nothing. Perhaps I need to check very late in the game, return from the last SAVE in New Home or something.
What kind of creature is Mo? I looked it up, and all I can find is "he looks like a raccoon." Yeah, I can see that, but he's kinda reddish-brown, so maybe a red panda? I also considered the possibility that Mo could be a tanuki, a Japanese raccoon-dog (and yes, it looks like a raccoon) that supposedly tricks people, especially tricking them into buying drinks- and Mo is a drink salesman.
What are we to make of the human on the wanted poster that Marty describes?  She said they wore a hat like ours, but they came from space.  I can’t think of a single equippable UT item that seems outer spacey.  And since she’s describing a wanted poster, I don’t think she’s talking about Red (the monster she thought was a human).  My first guess is that some monsters may equate the Surface with outer space, since they’ve never seen either (and many monsters are obsessed with the stars- Starlo and all the monsters making wishes in Waterfall, for instance).
Observations
Flowey: "We won't be anywhere near your fancy surface air for a while." (Italics added for emphasis.) He sounds... jealous? This was when I first realized that Flowey's only playing nice, but I still have no clue what he’s really planning.
"Snowy" is just barely recognizable in "Snowfall."
Mo's theme is easy to recognize because not only does it use the Sega Genesis soundfont, it even includes the Michael Jackson whoop from Sonic 3&K.
Ice Wolf was when I started to realize that Yellow isn't that long before UT. (Yeah, I know, Flowey should've been my first clue, but I simply assumed he couldn’t be Asriel, that he was someone else that somehow turned into a flower.  Anything can happen in these games, after all.)
The Shufflers are all named after things you do with a drink: Toast, Swig, and my favorite, their leader Rephil (Refill).
The Shufflers scold Clover for starting a fight, but later Axis is the one trying to drag us into a fight.  I guess battles can go either way.
Shopkeepers have full animations, it's not just facial expressions.
Yellow finally gives us real puzzles. Some of them even take a bit to solve.
Flowey makes a comment about mailing ourselves to Asgore.  He clearly already knows about resets, so I think it’s likely that he’s seen the moment (at the end of The Dunes) that the whales start shipping people by mail.
Other Thoughts
Frostermit is so adorable. I need a Frostermit plushie.
Mo makes me think of what Spamton must have been like before Gaster (no, I'm not suggesting a connection, just that's what he made me think of- but given the other, more obvious DR inspirations throughout the game, I think it’s possible they were going for that kind of character).
Headcanon: Insomintot is related to Knight-Knight. They both inherited a genetic tendency to fall asleep when a human sings.
I love the UGPS jingle, it's so cute.
"(The remnants of a snowman. Once full of life. Now full of potential for new life.)" This line is a little creepy, to me. Clover may not realize it, they're probably just joking, but WE know that some snowmen in the Underground are alive, and I'm wondering what happened to this one.
I don't know if it's the same soundfont, but the Honeydew Resort theme reminds me of Final Fantasy: Mysticquest.
I actually picked "minor scales" when talking to the cellist at the resort, because I actually do like minor scales.
Being a Shadow the Hedgehog fan (the character, not just the game), I got a chuckle out of the description of coffee bean ammo. What do you mean, you can't eat the beans???
I haven't actually noticed any 4th wall moments, but Martlet's message on the second ball puzzle, the message that apologizes for making it too high to see and says the human must be very good at guessing, makes me think it's a very obscure allusion to the fact that Clover is being possessed by the player. There aren't enough moments like that in this game for me to go all crazy with lore and theories, but it's a nice touch to see such an allusion.
In all fairness, Marty has some craftsmanship abilities. Unfinished, shoddy workmanship notwithstanding, it still takes some knowledge of mechanics to make a water-powered door lock.
I just love Marty, she’s so sweet, I want her to be my little sister.
Waterfall
Questions
Why does the Royal Guard bother to survey their prisoners on “auditory ambiance” and things like that when they’re just gonna deliver the SOUL to Asgore???  I mean, isn’t the victim (except Red, apparently) usually dead before they get this far???
Observations
Not sure, but I’m guessing this is a different river than the one we travel with River Person.  Not only do we never meet River Person, but the colors of the ground and plants behind Ava look like the marshy sections of Waterfall that we never get to walk in.
Other Thoughts
I love how we never actually visit Waterfall (unless you count the post-credits scene), we just float past it.  Acknowledgement of the source material without actually copying it.  And gave them that much more time and room to include an entirely new area (2, if you count the Wild East as separate from the Dunes).
The mention of a Royal Scientist threw me off.  I totally did not expect Alphys, I thought this game took place many years before UT, and I’ve seen no Gaster references in this game at all.
The Dunes
Questions
More of a complaint than an actual question, but… if they wanted to make a Zelda reference, WHY OH WHY did they have to do the Death Mountain rockfall???
Since the Dunes are so near Hotland, could the gigantic Swelterstone be responsible for Hotland’s heat, too?
Since El Bailador calls us a “Sentinel of Silence,” how will killing Decibat affect the fight with Bailey?
If you do well in the Bailey fight, does he stop saying you don’t love dancing as much as him?
How to move the sunbathing (wait, what sun?) cactus that blocks that one road?
Observations
The Dunes is where I noticed that the battle theme changes depending on the location.
Sea Tea still increases SOUL speed.  Loved that they kept this in.
Same black slime that we met in MTT Resort Hotel.  And still outraged because of an elevator.  Feels like he’ll never find a working one.
Bowll being a china bowl shaped like a bull is probably a play on the phrase “a bull in a china shop.”
Clover got the green healing flowers (the ones in the Omega Flowey fight) from Violetta.
I sucked at Mew Mew Love Blaster, but I watched a walkthrough, and DID THEY SERIOUSLY GIVE MEW MEW A “BIG SHOT”?!?  (Coming back to this after finishing the game, I went, “yup, they did.”)
Other Thoughts
“Vigorous Terrain” is my favorite location theme, but I still haven’t figured out whether there’s any significance in it being a remix of “Your Best Friend.”
That first tumbleweed, the one that comes rolling out of the hole in the cliff, had me like “wut?”  I did love how they replaced Undyne’s rocks with tumbleweeds.
I also love the mines music.  The first few notes remind me of Zelda’s Lullaby (from LOZ).
I actually missed getting a free pickaxe because the monster’s trivia question about the Royal Scientist threw me off.  I still didn’t realize this took place after Asgore hired Alphys, I thought it came WAAAAY before that.  (This also finally confirmed for me that Flowey is, in fact, the same one we know from UT, Asriel.)
I tried not to make a lot of comparisons to DR, considering this isn’t even canon to UT, but I did feel like the mouse attack in Bowll’s fight was very similar to that one attack in the Maus fights in DR.  But I think the Maus fight itself was probably a reference to some old video game (can’t remember which one, it just always felt familiar), so maybe UTY was making the same reference.
Was stunned to see Undyne look-alikes in the Mines, was more surprised that they mentioned her, and was the most surprised to find that they’re not related.
Clover has a very cute animation for hopping in the mine cart.
I could not figure out Bailador’s fight mechanics, and tbh, I got thru it on an absolute fluke (and the silver scarf).  I had to look up a walkthrough later to realize you have to move into the right space AND press the action button when the color lights up.  I thought it was just being in the right space.  Every rhythm game controls differently, it seems.
Wild East
Questions
Do mail whales keep notebooks full of potential rhymes, like Marty and her notebook full of puzzle ideas?
Is “designated naptime” a reference to siestas, or did Star just not want to overwork everybody?
“A ballet shoe could be lethal if used enough times.”  Um.  Got anything to share there, Blackjack?  “Don’t question my morality!  I’m not prepared to speak on it!”  OKAY, I REALLY NEED YOU TO SPEAK ON IT NOW….
Can we get into the locked farm cellar?  (Preferably without killing anyone?)
Observations
Animals still living in the Underground at least provides some explanation for where monsters get their food (in addition to the corn).
The BEST part about the health overcharge?  You don’t lose it when you SAVE!  He might be a plague doctor, but Doc works absolute miracles.
Star paid double price for the gun he bought us.
They actually take around 15 paces for the dual (I lost count).  (And yes, I spelled it “dual” on purpose.)
Moray comments that Star made them walk around with a rubber snake in their boot.  I looked it up, and it looks like the first and most well-known movie to use that “snake in my boot” reference really WAS Toy Story (although it has origins outside of film from farther back).  So Starlo also watches animations (as long as they have cowboys).
Vengeful Virgil’s comment that not caring about others’ feelings is what makes him a villain, comes while we’re on our way to console Star after his cocky selfishness drove everyone away.  This was not a coincidence.
Every monster has a magical ability, and Starlo’s is literal “bullet time” (he can slow you down).
^This also makes me wonder: remember how he flew backwards in slow-motion when we shot him in the dual?  I wonder if he was using his bullet time on himself for dramatic effect.
Star’s family: his dad, Solomon (the sun), his mom, Crestina (the moon), and a brother who’s name I never found but looks like a 4-pointed star.  (I’ve seen people call him Orion, so I’m going with that, for now.)
Star has several sticky notes in his dad’s almanac, and keeps dad’s almanac on his own bedroom nightstand.  Seems like Star probably took his life on the farm seriously before he left home.
Star also apparently had an interest in outer space.  Possibly some confusion stemming from Toy Story?  (I actually started headcanoning that Toy Story got him into cowboys, and put together a fic on that.)
Not sure where the term “space cowboy” originated, or what Clover’s actually referring to when they say it about Star, but the first use of that phrase that I’m finding is a Steve Miller song from 1969 (referenced later in Steve Miller’s “The Joker” from 1973, the line that a lot of people associate with Steve Miller: “some people call me the space cowboy, some call me the gangster of love”).  The phrase has been used numerous times in multiple ways since then.
Seems like Star sewed his own outfit.
Other Thoughts
Picked “no” when Star asked if monsters die when you ride them into the sun cuz I thought the whole town would converge upon me, heh.
Was honestly surprised that the dummy finally showed up.  This was the first time I tried using the FIGHT option, and it turned out to be rather difficult.  I am not looking forward to Neutral or Genocide.
Star tells Ceroba we’re as good of a shot as him, and she goes, “Really?  A child?”  Still not entirely sure whether she’s poking a bit of fun at Star, but I don’t think she is.  Star doesn’t take any offense to her comment for himself, and her sprite when she speaks next, saying she’s “impressed,” looks extremely surprised.  (In all fairness, despite Blackjack’s claims, Star actually is really good.)
I suck at them all, but the mini-games in UTY are all so fun.
Love the change-up to the battle animation during Feisty Four’s attack, how they switch between characters and even team up.
“A tumbleweed rolls by.  It says hello.”  Well, why not?  I mean, the rocks and cacti are sentient.
The first mention of Kanako at The Lab had me in tears, because, like… we KNOW what happened to her.
Steamworks
Questions
“The Steamworks was the main power source of the Underground.”  This statement confuses the timeline a bit for me.  The Core is now the main power source of the Underground, but my understanding is that the Steamworks was operational long after Gaster died.
I NEED TO KNOW WHAT THAT LAST AWARD ON THE WALL SAYS.
Does the story change at all depending on what parts you use for Axis’ gf?  (Also, I wonder how many of us just picked up the first 2 or 3 items and then realized there’s way more than 4 items to choose from and wished Ceroba would let us start over.)
Is there a way to fix the grandfather clock?
Does the grandfather clock say something different if the time on your PC actually is 6:26 on a Monday morning in spring?
Observations
Ceroba telling Clover to wait in the corner, kinda refers back to her doubting that a child could be as good of a shot as Star.  She has very little respect for Clover at this point.  Not entirely sure if it’s just because Clover’s a human, or if it’s also because they’re just a kid.
Don’t think I missed Flowey’s comment about The Lab.  He clearly does NOT want us to go there.
Ceroba must have some kind of dimensional satchel, herself.  I don’t see how else she can carry the hunkajunk we built (not to mention pulling her staff out of hammerspace).
BTW, “dihydrogen monoxide” is just water.  Vendy probably just called it that to make it sound poisonous.
Vendy said their last boot up was yesterday and that their creator always comes by on Mondays to restock them.  Sadly, the grandfather clock is stuck on 6:26, Monday morning.  Kinda feel sorry for Vendy.
Guardener is actually nice.  She even grows a flower just for the bot that came late.
Telly-Vis starts using the bullet patterns of other monsters during the “reruns” portion of the fight.
You can cheat on the Axis fight if you have the silver scarf.  Just deliberately miss Axis when you ping-pong the red balls for enough turns to heal up.
I haven’t tried it yet, but I’m guessing that Ceroba would get mad and ditch you if you kill one of the robots, turning the run into a Neutral.
Other Thoughts
Screw those water puzzles at the start of Steamworks.
DAT MUSIC, THO.
I’m not gonna try to discuss Ceroba’s growing respect for us.  That needs a whole analysis post of its own.  (Well, everything about Ceroba needs its own analysis.)
Axis rolled in and I was like, “Oh, no, another one.”  Seems like we just keep running into these darned toaster ovens on wheels.
Axis music is fire, tho, all of it.
I swear I hear some DR inspirations in the music.  Haven’t learned the names for all the tracks yet, but at one point I thought I heard Digital Roots (when Ceroba’s fiddling with the generator) and at another I thought I heard Card Castle (the room where you build Axis’ gf).
A game mechanic I love: Ceroba’s shield effect (well, as long as it’s shielding Clover).
A mechanic I hate: Jandroid’s slippery floors.
I also love the manta ray ferryboat.
Mo’s level of professionalism is off-the-charts.  He ain’t about to let a little thing like his clothes and his stand catching fire ruin a sales pitch.
Being a Christian, I’m not going to share what I really think of the Axis chase.
Loved seeing the return of popato chisps.
I swear, I thought all that white stuff was monster dust at first.  Walked into the Science Division and nearly burst into tears.
I hope somebody finally has chance to either fix Guardener or shut her down properly once they reach the surface.
Conveyor belt puzzle caused me trouble because I kept trying to box up trash.  Took me a while to realize “red” and “blue” referred to the highlights around the objects.
I’ll talk more in depth later, but I love how Clover has this calming effect on Ceroba when she’s chewing out the productivity bot.
Believe it or not, I didn’t get caught by Axis in the fireplace room!  Go me!  (Actually, it’s really not that hard….)
Still not entirely sure what I think of Axis deliberately handing us a “weapon” just to give himself an excuse to attack us.
I’ve said this before: he took me an hour and a half to fight the first time.  I really hate the mechanics in his boss fight.  And it was especially humiliating for me because I’d only died, maybe, 3 or 4 times before him.  Didn’t have any trouble with Starlo, and while I never did get the hang of Bailey’s fight, I think I only died to him once.  Guardener was responsible for the other deaths.
I love how Ceroba’s been insulting the Steamworks the whole time, but I don’t think she ever insults Axis.  That was her late husband’s baby.  And then she even gives him tips on dating.
Ceroba finally respects us after the Axis fight.  It takes remembering why she needs us for her to be able to press on with her mission.
Chujin’s House
Questions
Woodworking, robotics, SOUL research, video game designer, loving husband and father- I know Chujin was kinda old, but how DID he find time for all this???
Marty finds Kanako’s room to be unsettling.  Not sure why.
Clover doesn’t like the gas stove and worries it will cause a housefire.  I’ve wondered before whether they came from an orphanage.  Did they lose their family in a fire?
“The Founder’s Crest.”  Who are the Founders?  Founders of what?  Or is this just a reference to something I’m not familiar with?  (Possibly something in Japanese culture?)
Was Chujin actually that much older than Ceroba?  Or did he just age rapidly because of his research?  If boss monsters only age when they have children, how could he have become so old before marrying Ceroba… unless he’d already had, and lost, one child before?
I’ve been told there’s a secret behind Chujin’s grave.  Will have to check it out the next time I do a Pacifist run.
Observations
Strange that Ed found the trapdoor so easily when Ceroba didn’t know about it until Chujin told her.  Ceroba must not have covered it up properly before locking up the house.  Possibly also Chujin somehow arranged it with her that he would be the one cleaning the dining room.
I feel like Moray’s the smartest one of the Four.  They knew it was a good idea to send for Marty.
And THIS is where Marty gets smart.  She takes charge in Star’s absence.  The Four listen to her, even Ed (reluctantly).  And SHE’s the one telling us to stay on track.
(Ok, she’s still a bit naïve- she doesn’t seem to consider that Chujin’s paper with her name is actually ABOUT her.)
The drawings on Kanako’s bedroom wall: Dalv, the monster on the Dunes swingset, her family… and a flower?  Well, I mean… a lot of little kids like to draw flowers, so that might not be anything.  Also a drawing of what looks like Axis lying on the floor.
“Nuh-uh!  Kids shouldn’t mess with knives!”  Nice little reference there, dev team.
And, of course, it’s Flowey who makes light of Ceroba’s mission, calling it a “science fair project.”  Well.  He has every right to say whatever he likes about SOUL research.  Doesn’t he.
Of course, we didn’t get Star’s letter in time because Ceroba wouldn’t let us check the mail.  But I highly doubt she planned it that way, as she had no idea the Five would be snooping around her old house.
Other Thoughts
Starlo is so. completely. PISSED.  And… uh, he has a right to be.  Like, she’s doing a lot of what he just did- lying and scheming and using Clover to fix her own problems (those two are a match set, I swear….)  And he’s torn.  These are his two friends, Clover being the human he practically worshipped, and Ceroba being one of his closest friends (not to mention the love of his life, but I digress).  He doesn’t want anything to happen to her, but he can’t let Clover get hurt, either.
The fact that Moray sent for Marty as soon as learning that Clover was in danger just seals in the idea that Marty is part of the family.
…how long has that corn chowder been in that fridge, anyway???
I’ve already discussed my thoughts about Chujin in other posts, a lot of them still in queue.
Hotlands
Questions
Kinda wonder what could’ve made Clover suspicious about the wall to the left of the UG Apartments.
Never did figure out where the “rain” was coming from.  I figure it’s just a leaky sink upstairs or something.  (I’d thought at first it was from the janitor cleaning the hallway, but that’s on the other side of the building.)
Observations
I’m sure everyone recognized it, but in case someone didn’t, Bailey’s in the colored tile room.
I think Muffet herself blocked the way thru Hotland, renovating for her pastry shop.
Mr. Cursor mentions a 10-sided die.  They have some version of D&D in the Underground.  Probably more like… idk, Houses and Humans?
Working for Mettaton must have taken quite a toll on the janitor.  He doesn’t look nearly so tired or decrepit here.
There was a flier on the bulletin board in the Wild East that was advertising the acts at the UG Apartments.  The band we saw in Honeydew Resort has a gig at the Apartments on Fridays.  So, this game- or at least by the time we reach Hotland- is on a Friday.
Other Thoughts
The monster candy is butterscotch-flavored.  *nods*  Of course, what else would it be?
Poor Heats.  Defeateeeeeeeeed again….
Star can actually survive drinking magma.  I’ve got headcanons about this boiling in my brain….
I thought Know Cone said he was just gonna look at Hotland from a mountaintop…?
New Home/Pacifist Ending
Questions
If there’s an elevator leading to the castle, I’m guessing that means at least one of the other endings has us actually fight Asgore.
How exactly does Kanako’s mask give Ceroba superpowers?  I feel like it might be a reference to Japanese mythology, but I know very, very little about Japanese mythology.
How exactly does Clover have the ability to see into Ceroba’s memories?
I kinda hate myself for asking, but… what happens if you choose FIGHT after you beat Ceroba?
Observations
Star is the one asking Ceroba if she’s gonna kill them all because while he doesn’t know all the details, he recognizes the headspace she’s in.
Other Thoughts
Not only am I thrilled to finally get to explore some of New Home, I’m absolutely in love with the design and the music.
I think when Ceroba says she lied about Kanako, she’s not saying she lied about Kanako falling down, or about sending her to the lab.  She lied about having any hope that Kanako would return safely.
How the heck do frikkin’ cherry blossom petals have so much attack power???
The dash mechanic took me time to learn, but if Toby ever decides to steal from Yellow, I hope he steals this :P
My reactions to Ceroba’s plan: “But Chujin specifically begged you NOT to use Kanako!  How do you think you’re honoring his memory by going against his final wish?!”  “Oh, I see, finishing the serum was his death wish.  That’s still no excuse to use your own daughter, tho.”  And finally: “…oh…”
I tried to get thru the game without cheats (except for being on easy mode) but I did have to turn on auto-fire for Ceroba’s final phase.

Barely organized Deltarune/Undertale yellow thoughts GO
because I am fucking dying to talk about this game with more people-
Some of this is also influenced by a discord server I'm in, even though I can't remember who shared some of their ideas that influenced it which i feel bad about- (Also minor warning before I get into it, this does have spoilers for stuff like the true pacifist ending, so proceed with caution.)
Theres the idea I had and really like of making the Ketsukanes the holidays in an AU like this, so you have Kanako as Noelle, Chujin as Rudy, and Ceroba as the mayor, someone else mentioned having clover be the dess, which I honestly like a lot!
Another idea is like, the Ketsukanes being the Dreemurrs, so clovers big sister Kanako is away, and either their parents are divorced, or Chujin is either fuckin dead still or just away for his engineering job a lot.
Alternatively, Kanako is just, someone who attends Asriels collage, maybe they're friends, or just acquaintances, who knows. Here, Clover would. be dead, they died like- saving people from a fire or somethin, to add another layer of tragedy to them, and also to match how in Undertale Yellow they die from self sacrifice in the true pacifist ending.
ALTERNATIVELY alternatively, clover is alive, and they're still Kanako's sibling, or just a family friend or something I dunno lol. Either way, clover themselves would actually be closer to Asriel, at least sorta (bc its cute to think they'd be genuine friends, even if in UTY Flowey is still a little bitch who was using them the whole time,
So yeah just. a bunch of random shit. If Clover isn't fuckin dead they'd still be friends with everyone, though they're now just. regular ass people. Starlo still does LARPing stuff, Dalv probably ended up helping out on the farm bc he also likes growing corn, Martlet is just a local handywoman, who's pretty good at it. Chujin is probably still an engineer, just. not making robots, maybe he makes "axis" as some kinda toy for his daughter, since he. doesn't need to make murder-bots here. He also may still die or just fall sick, but here its just something natural and not him ripping his soul apart. Axis is tough to fit in here honestly, since deltarune is more grounded, and sentient robots aren't remotely a thing, beyond darkners I guess, which granted Axis could absolutely be! If the Yellow cast somehow gets dragged into dark world stuff too.

I've been reading this take maybe for the third time, and I just gotta say something. As with OPs warnings, spoilers! Please keep that in mind.
Also I promise this is not a personal attack or anything, I just really wanted to give my interpretation of the True Pacifist ending. (also please note this was not proofread, sorry for any mistakes)
I guess I'll get my thesis statement out of the way: I never saw Clover being allowed to give up their SOUL as a show of poor friendship. Quite the opposite, actually.
Throughout the game, I never particularly saw myself as Clover - as opposed to Undertale, where I was able to insert more of myself onto the blank 'player model' that would later become Frisk in the True Pacifist ending - and I think that's because of a few careful choices that the devs made to really try and show that this is CLOVER's individual journey that we are simply privy to.
We can be certain that, for all the dialogue we see in parenthesis, this is Clover's own narration. It can't be Chara (see: NarraChara theory) because Frisk is the one that wakes them up with the DT in their soul, and it can't be Flowey (because that makes very little sense). Knowing that, all their little quips and jokes throughout the dialogue ("it's a corn on the cobweb", "there's a corndog here", "a little scatterbrained") feel just a little bit more personalised.
On top of that, there are several occasions where Clover introduces themselves BY NAME! Frisk never does that - they're always 'The Human', 'The Kid', whatever - but Clover explicitly states their name because I think the devs want you to see them as their own person! This isn't you, this is a young child called Clover with a SOUL bigger than their body.
But even more than grammar and speech...
All of their decisions make sense.
Something I've come to realize is that, in each major area of UTY, there is an opportunity to do the right thing; no matter how tedious, big, small, or completely inane it is.
In the Ruins, you help Dalv come out of his shell and make a friend again because it's the right thing to do. In Snowdin, you can go through a long string of fetch quests to help Slurpy (the guy on the pole) because it's the right thing to. In the Dunes, you can give a guy his hardhat back, play along with Starlo, give a cactus a hug, all because it's the right thing to do. Hell, even in the Steamworks, you can give AXIS a girlfriend so he's not lonely because it's the right (albeit questionable) thing to do!
All throughout the game, you are given the opportunity to do the right thing because doing the right thing is integral to who Clover is, and all of those choices help them feel like their own person. And because Clover is their own person with clearly defined ideals by the end of the game, I think it makes sense that Ceroba, Martlet and Starlo do not talk them out of their choice.
Martlet is the first main character you meet and is an interesting parallel to Clover in terms of justice. Her whole life, she was told that humans were dangerous and could not be trusted. Hell, even Chujin told her the same thing! (See: Genocide Ending) And despite that, she saw a human child that was not fighting back and decided "You know what? Let me help you get home" because it was the right thing to do. In the back of her mind the whole time, she knows you cannot stay - that one way or another, you need to cross the barrier and talk to Asgore. Clover, whilst it's hard to know their exact opinions on monsters as we don't know what the surface is like, is told from the START of the game by Flowey that Asgore is responsible for everything. And even knowing this information, instead of distrusting and attacking every monster they see, withhold their judgment and help those who are not related to their mission because it is the right thing to do.
Starlo is the second you meet, and compared to Ceroba and Martlet, is arguably the one with the most direct parallels to leaving. Starlo himself traps himself in a false bravado. He isn't the hardcore sheriff he believes himself to be, he doesn't have close connections that he thinks he does, and all of that keeps him oddly isolated even in a little close-knit town. But Clover? Even after hopping off the stage, the first thing you can ask Dina (the bartender in the Saloon) is if you can leave. Everyone - even Starlo himself - acknowledges that you have freedom where you come from. That it isn't right to hold you here if you want to go. That you probably have places to be. Starlo knows you have to leave eventually, and the fact hurts him so much he nearly kills you. But he doesn't. Because letting you go is the right thing to do.
Ceroba is by far the most complicated, yet even still, the same principles can be applied. She already knows where you want to go, what you want to do - she knows you want to leave, that you have places to be. And she knows it's not possible. She lies and says she can help you when she cannot and she knows that for a fact. And whilst you could argue that she is not just, and that she does not meet the criterion I've laid out, its Clover's reaction to this that is the most important. They recognize her mistakes and reach a just conclusion on their own - that their soul is important enough to drive a desperate mother to take it for herself, and that forgiving her is far more just and potentially punishing in the long run than simple retribution.
All of this to say that, by the end of the game with Ceroba's fight won and increasing discourse between your friends, your exit has been on their minds the entire game. Their motivations are fuelled by it, it is the driving force of the plot. And at that very moment, Clover realizes that the right thing to do - to stop this arguing, to preserve the life that they've found so precious - is to give over their SOUL willingly.
It would come as a shock... except all hope for freedom by crossing the Barrier or talking to Asgore has been dashed. You can't do that without a Boss Monster SOUL, and after everything Clover's just been through with Chujin and Kanako and Ceroba, that seems just a little bit too close to home. "It's time", and everyone knows what you mean because this is the closest thing to an exit.
"But why not just let ASGORE take their soul?" Well...
In the Flawed Pacifist ending, after being peaceful this whole time and killing Ceroba because they felt they had to (and perhaps they felt they were doing the right thing by taking her life), they willing draw a gun on Asgore without player input. They're shaking, they're angry! Clover is a good person, but their goal of saving the human souls is still over. They still "failed". And they're still angry at Asgore for what he did (rightfully so, in their eyes).
I honestly don't think Clover would offer up their SOUL to Asgore willingly - in fact, they don't even in the Flawed Pacifist ending! A fight is initiated instead of a peaceful trade-off! - but in front of their friends? The people who's lives they've come to understand and value? The people that deserve to go free?
This is what they're giving their SOUL for.
Freedom for freedom.
It's not a show of bad friendship that they never stopped you - it's a respect for autonomy, for freedom, and for a young child that is twice the monster any of them in that room could ever be. And who's to say they're okay with it? Martlet and Starlo actively cannot be in the room when Clover removes their SOUL, they retort against Clover's metaphorical ledge-jumping, but stop because it's not right to stop you.
Anyway yeah, Undertale Yellow is fantastic, but I just HAD to say my piece LMAOO - all love to you OP, I just like talking.
Thoughts about Undertale Yellow
Greetings, I just returned from binging through Undertale Yellow, True Pacifist Route specifically, and am seeking a place to let out some thoughts (and steam). It's the first time I'm doing this type of "review" on my blog, but since my thoughts on it are quite strong, I thought, "hey, why the heck not"? Spoilers for the game and its ending ahead, fellas. Buckle up.
First off, let me begin by stating that, for the most part, I had a blast playing through it. The music is amazing, the boss themes real bangers, the environmental ones great as well. My favorite track was the OST that played in the Dunes: a really catchy western vibe with Flowey's theme in it as well, an earworm that filled me with Determination while running through the sandy fields. Then we have a beautiful pixel art style, gorgeous sceneries, great gameplay with challenging and fun boss fights (side note: although I couldn't fully appreciate Ceroba's fight since it had a couple pretty much unavoidable attacks. Or is it just skill issue on my part? Anyway, that part annoyed me more than it should have. Moving on, lmao.)
Furthermore, the game also has charming characters! They are the ones that kept me going and really ignited my interest. Not gonna lie, it took me until the town in the Dunes to become really invested in the game. Martlet is charming and cute, sure, but North Star and his gang, no, that guy specifically sold it for me. Charismatic, funny, very expressive sprites (well, all facial sprites are quite colorful, but it took me until North Star to appreciate/notice just how many there are for each character) and an interesting internal conflict with wanting to entertain others so they forget about the pain of being stuck underground, but at the same time being so absorbed in his persona that he temporarily acts like a douche towards his pals and forgets who he truly is. He also features my favorite joke in the game when he proudly proposes to the salesman that "he wants to buy a gun for the child". Freaking hilarious, love him, huehehue.
Story-wise, I was pleasantly surprised and taken aback by the dark twists of Ceroba and her husband Chujin. And I appreciated how the flashbacks got intigrated within her final boss fight. I don't know about you, but my biggest motivation to play RPGs are not just the gameplay, it's mainly the characters and the story. If the gameplay is amazing but the characters/plot boring, then I lose interest quickly. To me, the real rewards of a tough battle are story progression and seeing just what the characters will do next. Therefore, I greatly enjoyed the breaks between Ceroba's phases in which we saw parts of her backstory. They even made me cry!
...Although, to be honest, I don't exactly understand why we had that insight into her mind in the first place. Why did we survive so many hits to the point of 0.00001 HP? Where's that coming from all of a sudden? Why did time stop at some point like Za Warudo? Maybe that random plot armor (that happened the first time and never again) is explained in another route, but anyway, moving on-
This review-style blog entry only exists because of the True Pacifist ending. I'll be blunt, I hate it. Why?
So it ends with Clover sacrificing their soul for the monsters so they can eventually break free. Which is fine on its own. Clover is for the most part a blank slate of a character, only driven by their desire to seek the lost humans, that's basically it. Maybe it would have made a bit more sense for Clover to see an actual physical proof of their demise before they give up on them completely, but eh. I'm also wondering whether they are really okay with potentially another, possibly innocent human falling down sometime in the future only to get killed by the monsters. But oh well.
(You know, now that I think about it, I actually am a bit salty about Clover's decision to sacrifice themselves, lmao. Would've been kinda cool if it was up to the player, have another ending split.)
Anyways, the issue I'm having is how our cast of supporting characters, Martlet, North Star aka Starlo and Ceroba react to Clover's decision. They are shocked first, but... agree surprisingly quickly?? What?? Excuse me, the entire hassle we went through to get to this point was to stop Ceroba from taking Clover's soul. Now with Clover volunteering to sacrifice themselves, the gang is cool with it??
Of course they don't agree immediately, but are easily swayed within a few arguments back and forth. Man, what friends you are, guys. The reason I'm having this pet peeve in the first place is because we as the human, who has known these guys for just a day, did a lot for them, alright? They all tried to kill us at one point, but we took the beating, the hard battles, forgave them and were there for them during their internal conflicts. We were a pretty decent friend, if I may say so.
Especially with Ceroba! We did a lot to change her mind and path of self-destruction! Yet our so-called friends don't put in the same amount of effort when it comes to convincing us otherwise- or heck, use force if you must- get Clover away from there, lmao. Wouldn't it have been an interesting act of redemption on Ceroba's part, by the way, if she tried to stop us? Being touched by our mercy and refusal to give up on her, she does the same for us?
I suppose the reason I am so baffled by all this is because of Clover being a blank slate, the player character really felt like me, like I was going through the journey and not like I was controlling another character. It felt like my decision to spare them all, to talk to them and wanting to get to know them better. So the group of characters I have really grown to like giving up on me within about a minute of back-and-forth just felt... wow. Thanks, guys.
If I compare it to Undertale's True Pacifist in which every important supporting character gathers up after the confrontation with Asgore, all agreeing with the decision of me, the player, staying in the Underground with them, then oh boy, it really stings. Just would've been a cool, wholesome sign of friendship if Martlet, Starlo and Ceroba decided that "nah, even for the surface, we won't give up on Clover". By the way, in this game, we don't even really get to see why the monsters want to return to the surface so badly. They keep saying they want to, but what are the reasons exactly? More freedom, I suppose. Yet by expanding the Underground with the Dunes, the Mines, the Factory, and some of Snowdin, the Ruins and New Home, their habitat seemed so much larger than in the OG game- What I wanna say is, their desperation should've been shown way more instead of told, so the player can understand the monsters' aspiration better.
The thing is, it's a shockingly easy issue to fix if you really want "the canon ending" with Clover ending up dead and their soul taken: have Clover still have their moment of doubt and realization, remembering what the monsters told them throughout their journey. Then they go to Asgore with their gang, hoping to convince him. It doesn't work out, so Asgore starts a fight. During the battle, Clover realizes it's useless to fight back, it's better to have their soul taken for the monsters, so they allow Asgore to kill them. Their friends are not powerful enough to stop him. There ya have it.
Siiiiigh. Is it just me, being annoyed by that ending? As a whole, the finale felt a little... rushed? Was New Home always meant to be so empty? Is it to build up atmosphere? Yet there were two silly NPCs in the first screen of New Home, making me assume that maybe, there was another plan originally? (If it has been stated in a devlog or any other comment by the creators, then I apologize, I haven't read those fully.)
Anyways, if I didn't care about the game, this rant wouldn't even exist in the first place. I was really invested in the game until the ending just left me... kinda sad, not gonna lie. It will take me a while to process it all.
If you got this far, then thanks for reading. Am I the only one feeling this miffed about the ending? I might go back and edit this post if I find out there are things to be corrected. Buuuut as of now, happy holidays!

Ceroba x Dina (Beer Yuri) Headcanons
Since I don't wanna just sit around liking and reblogging stuff, I figured I'd interact with the community more and start with some assorted headcanons.
I was gonna do some Corn Yaoi stuff, but since that's the main ship everyone talks about, I settled with another pairing of mine, Ceroba x Dina. If you guys want more headcanons on pairings (or just characters in general), feel free to drop an ask! I'll take any opportunity to gush about this game.
Also, slight spoilers for the game's Pacifist route are ahead. You have been warned.
🤍 Ceroba and Dina had known each other since childhood. However, they were closer to acquaintances than straight up childhood friends. They didn't really start to get to know one another until adulthood.
🤍 Ceroba did consider asking Dina out once, but never went through with it. After Chujin, she came to the conclusion that she had her love and didn't really pursue any further relationships. It wasn't until post-Pacifist route that she decided to move on and went on a date with Dina.
🤍 Though it doesn't happen too often, Ceroba does end up getting really drunk from time to time. When this happens, Dina ends up taking her home and helps her nurse her hangover when she wakes up.
🤍 Dina herself is actually pretty good when it comes to firearms. Every now and then she spends a few hours on the shooting range honing her skills. Ceroba tags along sometimes, though it's usually just for company. Guns are not this fox's specialty at all. Dina has been trying to teach her, but she hasn't gotten too far.
🤍 I had this funny idea of Ceroba being the Saloon's unofficial bouncer. She'll pitch in to help calm down rowdy customers and (should diplomacy fail) throw 'em out. Dina usually rewards her with drinks on the house, along with a kiss on the cheek.
🤍 When it comes to sleep, Ceroba is usually always the big spoon. It was a force of habit when she was with Chujin and just kinda translated over to the next relationship. Dina herself doesn't mind in the slightest.
🤍 Every now and then, they like to go out on double dates with Dalv and Starlo. Yaoi and Yuri, perfectly balanced, as all things should be. That's all I got for now. If you guys wanna hear any specific scenarios, feel free to give me an ask!

The lovely roba or martlet for the asks ?
Fuggit, I'm doing both!
First, we'll do the Roba!
Sexuality Headcanon: I've always seen Ceroba as bisexual. Dunno why, it just fits her.
Gender Headcanon: NGL, these days I kinda lean on Ceroba being a cis woman. Generally, I see Starlo and Martlet as more trans. Not saying you can't see the Roba as trans, just saying.
A ship I have with said character: I got a few. Staroba is an obvious one, but I also ship Beer Yuri (Ceroba x Dina), too. IDK why, I just like the appeal of a depressed lady falling in love with the gal who serves her booze. Also, nothing wrong with the canon pairing of her and Chujin.
A BROTP I have with said character: Ceroba and Martlet is one. I'm a sucker for red/blue friendships. Hell, if Martlet basically acts as Clover's surrogate mother, you can even have her and Ceroba be mom friends together.
A NOTP I have with said character: I don't have any that I vehemently dislike. I guess anyone that's not one of the four I mentioned above?
A random headcanon: I always had the idea of Ceroba knowing some form of MMA and generally being an aggressive bruiser when she was younger. To build off of that, I imagine kid/teen Ceroba was very quick to violence with a very bad temper in general, but still had a good heart deep down. Her hot bloodedness died down as she matured and settling down with Chujin helped her work on her more extreme reactions. Of course, her loosing Chujin (and later Kanako) would end up leaving her regressing back to a more emotionally vulnerable state, hence the Ceroba that we see by Undertale Yellow's storyline
General Opinion over said character: Well, the fact that she's my pfp should make things obvious. Not to sound like a broken record, but the fandom really just does not understand her as a character. Yeesh, first Alphys and Asgore and now Ceroba. Why do all of my favorite UTDR characters have to be misinterpreted and overhated by the fanbase?
And now it's time for our favorite birb.
Sexuality Headcanon: Usually I go with Martlet being lesbian, or at the very least female leaning to a degree.
Gender Headcanon: I pretty much always go with Trans Girl Martlet. No, Martlet, put that vial down, that is NOT estrogen!
A ship I have with said character: I'm a sucker for Prison Yuri. IDK why I just like the idea of her and Moray together, even if they have like one interaction in the whole game.
A BROTP I have with said character: Well, there's her and Ceroba as stated above. I like the idea of her and Dalv bonding and basically being neighbors post-Pacifist. Also into the idea of her and Starlo basically having a surrogate big brother-little sister esque dynamic. Let them be trans and autistic together.
A NOTP I have with said character: Same with Ceroba, none that I vehemently dislike.
A random headcanon: I like the idea of her being an amputee and needing prosthetic legs. I imagine them being put together with the help of Chujin and her having to regularly maintain them. Being the ditz she is tho, she sometimes forgets to tighten them, resulting in them disconnecting while she's up and about and her falling face first onto the ground.
General Opinion over said character: I love her! She's cute, friendly, and absolutely knows how to whoop ass when the time calls for it. She's great!
So yeah, overall, I love the fops and the birb. Thanks for the ask, anonymous bean!

Okay final thoughts on pacifist: this was really really good!!!! Wish there were more opportunities to talk to the ghosts, but that looks like it might be coming in the next update so I'm just gonna really excitedly wait for that and replay it all again. Really loved both Chara and Clover's characterisation, and I've gotta say, with all the QOL updates and fixes, this really does feel like the definitive edition of undertale.
Like, I don't think I'll be uninstalling this mod, I think I'll be keeping my copy of undertale like this permanently, especially with the feature to disable all the chara and clover stuff for a more canon experience when desired. The visible armour, mettaton overworld sprite bugfix, run button and desktop mad mew mew fight are all super worth it while keeping things still fully canon compliant to undertale itself, they're just really cool quality of life things!!!!
I'm also very excited for when the steamworks is added more fully in the future, it was a delight getting to go to even the smallest part of it. It's also really nice to see a true sequel to the events of undertale yellow, I'm so happy to see clover get their well deserved and long awaited happy ending 🥺 and closure for Chara, too!!!! The hug they shared with Asriel, as well as the conversation he had with them and clover assuring them that they know it's a good person were really lovely. I'm still a little sad that we didn't get to see clover meet up with dalv, martlet, starlo and ceroba on the surface but I can't be mad, I did get fed w clover and flowey interactions better than I could've dreamed of lmao
The changes to the undyne and asgore fights are the only real gripes I've had with it. They feel way too overpowered now and just outright not fun, which I kinda hope they fix? Sure I could turn it to easy mode, but that feels wrong when the rest of the fights still feel pretty vanilla, y'know?
I'm going on holiday tomorrow so I won't be doing anything else on it for a bit but once I'm back I'll definitely be doing the geno route. It's gonna be painful ripping all that goodness away from these kids but I gotta see what changes 😭
Oh my goddddd the mew mew fight is so hard on pc. One half uses the arrow keys like normal but the other half uses WASD and while that's probably the most logical way to handle it, I am NOT a wasd user and it's really hard to get used to 😭

Asking ab storyshift here, I think it’s such a cool idea and you seem to have visualized the settings very well!!! Do you have any specific ideas for the designs of the characters, or even just things that you would/wouldn’t keep from their original designs?
Thanks for the ask! I do indeed have character visual changes in mind! (Also, don't wanna be that guy, but the AU is called SequenceShift).
Ceroba
When it comes to the Empress herself, she wears a black mourning Kimono, which she's had on since Kanako's passing. She did wear a lot more colorful outfits before that, however, and she did wear her signature red and white yukata in more casual settings.
Tumblr media
During her boss fight (she's fought on all three routes), she trades it out for a set of Samurai-style armor (Undyne and the rest of the Honor Guard wear similar outfits, albeit not as fancy as the Empress's)
Tumblr media
Along with that, she weilds a naginata, which I thought would be a good balance between her canonical staff and Asgore's trident.
Tumblr media
Chujin
Chujin is roughly the same when out in the Remnants, wearing his trademark green kimono. At home, he's got the whole divorce fit. Bathrobe, PJ pants, slippers, ect. He's taking care of himself, of course, he's just not super active these days. During his fight, he wears a gauntlet-based device (yes, based off of the Ben 10 Omnitrix) that amplifies his lightning attacks.
Starlo (and the Feisty Five in general)
When it comes to the Royal Rangers, I was thinking of having them wear something along the lines of the NCR Veteran Ranger armor from New Vegas, the coat over armor kinda thing.
Tumblr media
While they are a bit more uniform in Sequence Shift, they all wear custom elements with their armor sets. For example, Starlo still wears his poncho, Ed ripped off the sleeves of his outfit, Ace and Mooch still have their scarves, all of 'em keep their canon hats, ect.
They also all have different outfits which they wear off-duty (and during their reunion), but we only got Moray so far: they wear a zipperless hoodie (with the hood up) and jeans. My BF really wanted to see Moray in a hoodie so there, hehe. Also, Mooch dual wields a dagger and sawed-off shotgun in this AU (you'll only see the later on a Vengeance run tho).
Martlet
I don't have any photos of it, but since Martlet's more of a hand-on engineering scientist, she wears more of a mechanic outfit than. Something sturdy and protect, since we all know this girl failure is very much prone to hurting herself and that isn't any different in SS. And goggles, those are important, too. Also, since I am very much a fan of the amputee Martlet headcanon, she's one here, too. She's got a set of fancy metal prosthetic legs that she built with the help of Chujin.
Axis
Axis's base form is pretty identical to how he is in canon. His EX form is where it gets a bit different. My boyfriend being the robot nerd he is, took a bit of Gundam inspiration, as well as somewhat basing it off of Mic Sounders from “king of the braves gao gai gar” (transforming from a cutesy robot into a more proper humanoid robot).
Tumblr media
His NEO form (which may or may not be a proper boss fight) is gonna be based off a high-end Gundam or Armored Core, but we don't have any specific inspiration just yet.
Kanako
Kanako doesn't have any changes at first. While she does have some major differences as Iris (her Flowey Form) we're still working on that. However, we do have ideas for her Pacifist route encounter, where she emerges as the Liberator of Monsterkind (her version of Asriel's God of Hyperdeath). She pulls up in a Tokusatsu-style superhero form, with a purposefully overdesigned and cluttered look that only a child absolutely would think is awesome.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And that's it for the main cast. I don't think Clover needs an outfit change, but I might add a few knick-knacks and accessories that they pick up along their journey. I don't think Dalv needs any major changes either. If there's any other characters you wanna know about, do lemme know! Also, I'm not an artist, but if anyone wants to take a crack at some SS designs, feel free to hit me up!

YO, BET! Okay, so I headcannon that Clover, Flowey, and Kanako (something happened where she stopped being an amalgamation, tests amd stuff, and she became back alive) go on little adventures, like they are a version of the Feisty Five but just the three of them (The Gusty Three?). They will do some illegal stuff, but they're like the Feisty Five! Chara is like Ceroba with those three, though they will go with them sometimes (To make sure they don't die, again). Frisk tries to stay out of it, most of the time. Flowey also plays the drums and electric guitar, because why not. They annoy Frisk with it. He's actually very good at plating both as well. Also, I would like to think that Clover would "flirt" with either Flowey or Chara in a joking way (Flowey aro-ace here in my world boyyyssss) to annoy them.
Anyways, what would Flowey rate the monsters Clover faced during their journey? (Starlo, Dalv, Ceroba, Martlet, El Baildor, Decibat, Mo, Axis, Chujin, & Guardener) What did he think about the Wild East? Does Clover know the date Papyrus gave to Flowey as a birthday? If so, does Clover also celebrate it? (What's the date....I need to know) Also, what does Papyrus rank all the monsters (Undertale main + Blooky and Muffet) as well as Undertale Yellow's monsters (Above), and Clover, Chara, Frisk, and Integrity (I headcannon her as Clover's older sister, named Lilian or Lily)? What does Flowey think of Lily and Clover being siblings? (One murderous, the other pacifist) What does he think of Lily overall? Does Flowey regret (If Neutral is done before Pasifist) manipulating and killing Clover? Also, (this is a lot, sorry, I just have a lot of stuff for my boy Flowey) I saw a comic of Flowey and Dalv, Flowey reading one of Dalv's books and being himself (as in being his inner child-like self). Would Dalv allow Flowey to read his books, before publishing them, as well as letting him listen to his music?
(I LOVE FLOWEY AND DALV'S FRIENDSHIP, HONESTLY. GUY WHO IS QUIET WITH INSANE FLOWER ARE AMAZING! MY LITTLE FLOWER GUY!!!!!!! LOVE HIM!!!! I WILL PRAISE HIM TILL THE END OF TIME!!!! LET ME SEE HIM WITH CLOVER!!! THEIR FRIENDSHIP IS EVERYTHING TO ME!!!!!! LOVE MY FLOWER BOY!!! HERE'S THE MOON FOR YOU FLOWEY!!!! HAVE FUN!!! (P.s. sorry for the LONG ask))
i'll try to give satisfying answers, sorry if i forget any questions since i'll be answering in reverse order (you won't be able to tell though since i'll format it in order)
sorry for taking so long to answer but i just really wanted to try to draw them!
Tumblr media
thought it'd be funny to make a physical tier list while in character as flowey, so i spent a couple minutes putting this together! i hope you enjoy! (hope you get the silly little gag here)
Tumblr media
sadly no papyrus ranking because this is the flowey headcanons!!! we can't let papyrus invade our turf! (partially an excuse because i don't feel like making another version of this where the joke is like reversed or something. you could say... i'm not feeling up to it right now. *the crowd loudly applauds*)
flowey's probably just like: "huh, isn't that funny." because it'd be pretty wacky to see from his perspective. two siblings and they DON'T have the same opinions?? what is society falling to!!!! flowey "what do you mean your sibling didn't convince you monsters are all evil?" dreemurr
overall i think he probably wishes he cared enough about lily's story to try resetting to learn the lore, and possibly help her not die this time. not because he feels bad for her but because he really wonders what a timeline where lily gets to go on a rampage and live would look like. also just because he doesn't like axis.
tbh i don't think flowey would regret it, per se. or at least, he wouldn't let himself. he'd reason in his mind that they would've ruined the plan, gotten in the way, sabotaged it, etc. which is why it's fine they didn't know! he'd probably point at the pacifist route and say "see?? see?? that's what would've happened!!! they would've given up their soul to some random idiots and ruined everything!" probably just a little peeved that clover gave up when they were so close.
honestly the idea of dalv letting flowey read the books and embrace his inner child a bit is so wholesome... he may be 25 (hc uty age) but that doesn't mean he can't read a fun book. it also kinda reminds me of my headcanon that flowey is papyrus' little taste tester (sorry if like every friendship flowey has in my mind comes back to papyrus somehow) and like, he just gets to preread as a treat for being dalv's friend! if clover was still here they'd be like on the floor, criss-cross applesauce... oh my god i forgot dalv makes music!! i think after building up some confidence he'd probably let flowey listen to just a little bit and flowey would be like "turn up the JAMS!!! the music police are getting you for this BEAT!!"
heh, don't worry about the ask being too long! everytime you send me an ask i get to ramble a bit and it's nice!

What about the sequenceshift silly stuff? Like... is starlo blowing up and losing stuff all the time? Did ceroba steal a lot of pops one time? Is dalv stil great at playing the organ? Chujin awesome? Is axis still going to fall in love with Daisy one day? Dina and Ceroba👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀 ? Chujin awesome?
You know what? Most of the SequenceShift stuff I've shared has been dramatic and/or bleak, so allow me to reveal some silly!
Oh, Starlo absolutely still loses stuff all the time. It's why Blackjack is still hesitant to sell him stuff. I do also have a scenario in mind where in a neutral or no mercy route, he blows up a rock formation to blow Clover's path. On Pacifist, he finds this to be too excessive and goes to disarm it...only to fall on the detonator and blow it up anyway.
Ceroba absolutely does have an ice pop addiction. If she's added as a companion, Dina will remark about one time in the Wild East (back when Roba was still a princess) where Ceroba got into the back of the salon and devoured all of the popsicles in the freezer. Not one of the Empress's prouder moments, that's for sure.
Yes, Dalv does still play the organ. I have a scene in mind for the Pacifist route where you can see him at Frostpeak's bar/restaurant (which might just end up being Grillby's) where he can be found absolutely jamming on the organ there.
Chujin is pretty awesome, indeed. He's a very upstanding man of the community and pretty well off for himself. One idea I had was during Gyftmas, he uses his frost-based magic to create an artificial snowfall in the Remnants.
Yup, Dina is madly in love with the Empress...though she is pretty awkward and reluctant to admit it. I also imagine that Starlo secretly ships the two of them together.
