Title: Bonten omegaverse
Fandom: Tokyo revengers
Chapter: 5
Characters: Bonten
Fic type: story
Pairings: Bonten x reader
Warnings: male reader, reader insert, omegaverse, nsfw themes, Omega reader
Notes: woops
🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸
When (name) woke, he was surrounded by his alphas and decided this was a good time to scent claim the room, warding off any omegas that may try shit again.
Dragging his wrist, be began claiming this area with an almost empty expression as his eyes watched around in case anything popped up and attacked.
"Omega, come back to the nest" the alphas had been using their command tones on the other after realizing their regular voices weren't gonna work, hearing (name) grumble and walk back to the nest "good Omega, listening to his alphas so well" Koko commented as he pulled (name) gently back into the nest and into their laps " always behaving so good and making sure the area is safe but leave that to alphas ok?"
(Name) was quiet as he let the alphas scent and kiss him, a soft chirp escaping (name)s lips as he succumbed to the alphas soft touches and kisses.
"God I wish we could put a pup in ya..." Ran mumbled forlorn and (name) didn't really understand what he was saying as he tilted his head, a low growl coming from his stomach "guess we gotta get something else in ya..."
Only four Bonten men were here, Koko, ran, Sanzu and Mochi as the other four went to work albeit begrudgingly.
Sanzu got up and went to go get food only halting when (name) let out a heartbreaking cry that made them all halt "he's only getting food" Mochi tried soothing but due to the nature of this heat and now it was triggered (name) couldnt risk it...then he realized he was missing his other alphas.
"Shit..." Mochi mumbled as (name) began shaking and panicking "calm down Omega, they will be back soon!" The words did nothing as (name) went into full panic mode as his hands went into fists, the tiny claws he had digging into his skin "no no, none of that!" Koko tried prying his hands open only to get swiped at as (name) began scratching at his neck in a pitiful way to use his mating marks to try and get the other alphas to return.
"Sanzu"
"Already on it"
All (name) could hear was a soft shoooting sound and a light sting on his thigh before everything went to black.
Bonten kept (name) in their little hospital ward, sleeping his heat away as the doctors monitored him.
The doctors prescribed (name) anti anxiety and Omegan relaxent pills and hardcore scenting.
"He's going to be incredibly anxious and needy, he shouldn't be alone under any circumstances" the doctor said with urgency "it's bad enough his first heat with you all was traumatic, he can't handle thinking you all abandoned him"
The alphas took this seriously and already made plans to basically carry (name) everywhere and anywhere.
(Name) awoke to a shooting pain and a splitting headache, world hazy and slow as he tried to get himself together as the bright light of the medical ward blinded him slightly.
"Call them, hes up" a voice rang out making (name) tense up as he focused around him.
Bonten was there in less than ten minutes, practically rushing to see their mate who looked one step away from a breakdown "what a beautiful boy, hello darling" sweet words, gotta make him feel good. "What happened?" (Name) mumbled clinging to Mochi, feeling a weird panic not being near his alphas, his Omega not feeling safe by any means.
His brain couldn't shake off the feeling of a threat.
"Here's his care sheet and suppliments he will need to take daily to make up for what he lost during his heat" the doctor said as Mochi lifted (name) up "remember, he can't be alone, he's fragile right now"
(Name) let himself be carried, disoriented and unsure of what to do... All he knew is he felt betrayal and he couldn't figure out why.
"Did we...?" (Name) couldn't get the rest of the words out as he gripped Mochis jacket, awkward about the subject because if they had... He was for sure pregnant and he wasn't sure if he was ready for pups yet.
And he knew how demanding his Omega could be.
"We didn't sadly, there were... complications" Koko said moving to kiss (name) as to not have any more questions leave his lips, thankfully (name) was dealing with a post heat hangover to ask to many questions.
When they got into the penthouse, (name) was set on the plush couch, large and soft causing (name) to instinctively lay on it. His head was spinning, finding comfort in the soft material as ran crouched before him and gently pet his head "don't worry baby we will take care of you"
Sanzu put together the rotation, the criminals realising it would be unnecessary danger to let the Omega leave the house under any circumstances.
He was Bontens Omega after all, no risk was worth it if these hyper obsessed alphas bad to do anything about it.
(Name) just snuggled more into the couch, too exhausted to reply and Bonten was honestly fine with that.
Less questions the better.
(Name) looked at his wrist, realizing he had been claimed and his Omega was preening at the fact his alphas claimed him.
(Name) himself didn't know how to feel about it, he always read that when you get claimed it's the most romantic thing ever but... He doesn't really remember much of anything.
Suddenly a wave of loneliness washed over him and he shakily sat up and glanced around, seeing Mikey on a chair and (name)s inner Omega practically cried at how far the pack alpha was "alpha.." the words slipped from his lips as Mikey glanced over to him with a slight head tilt and his usual dead expression and (name) just stared at him, unsure what he wanted to say.
"Omega" Mikey's voice smooth in (name)s ears as (name) watched Mikey get into a different position and pat his thigh and (name) wasn't sure if it was him or his Omega but the speed of which he went to the other would have embarrassed the shit out of him if he wasn't so stressed and needy at the moment.
Mikey looked up at the omega in his lap who was unsure what to do "what do you want Omega?" Mikey asked softly, a blunt edge to his voice and (name) looked contemplative "can... can we perhaps go on a date?"
"A date?"
"Well you guys know so much about me and I want to get to know you guys, things are moving really fast..." Mikey stared at him almost thoughtfully as his hands rubbed the others outer thighs gently, it wasn't a crazy demand... It was actually quite reasonable.
"That's all you want?" Mikey asked and (name) nodded, the blond glancing over to takeomi "arrange dates for each member" he instructed before turning back to (name) "my compensation" he mumbled before pulling (name) into a kiss, gently gripping his throat gently as (name) made a soft sound and let the other pull him close.
"Dibs on date one!" They could hear Koko tell as Sanzu swore him out.

ok i lied i love to update u guys. heres updates and general tips and goals for the next fast ❤️
said id wait till thursday but at my core im a little silly guy who loves to lie and tell untruths!! so heres the fasting tea abt wrapping up that last 90 hour fast and starting this one
first off, the refeeding and weight gain update from the two days of eating "normally" : weight update this morning, from my last weigh in on monday, i gained about 1/3 of a pound (i lost just over 10 pounds so really good return) so really happy with that honestly. refeeding is such a huge and often overlooked aspect to fasting, and if its handled wrong it can often negate all ur hard work.
when i refeed i focus on PLAIN low calorie foods. if you end a fast with curry to be perfectly honest ur gonna shit urself to death and have a fucking miserable time lmao. my go to is a PLAIN UNSEASONED steamed veggie dish (usually steamed broc and corn, broc bc low calorie and corn bc i am a corn GIRLIE), and often with miso soup to go with it. unseasoned foods help with the upset tummy after ending a fast, and get ur body used to actually processing glucose again. and miso soup is just a nice low calorie simple food to add some fun into that meal. pls dear god do not eat sweet foods / high salt / high seasoned in general / or heavy meat or sauced dishes as a fast breaking meal. if youve fasted for more than a 4 days im not joking you can literally end up dying from that so just be responsible shawtie damn. (look up refeeding syndrome im not a doctor so im not gonna give u the lowdown)
things to focus on during the fast to help prevent rapid weight gain: drink ur god damn liquids. i dont care if ur getting water in thru diet soda or tea or fizzy water or even coffee. that is water, that is a pro and do not listen to ppl who say that water "doesnt count". when you restrict liquids during a fast you will obvi lose more weight in the short term, but during refeeding if u start drinking normally again (as i really hope u are lmao) you will gain this water weight rapidly. u turned ur body into a desert for a few days, and best believe the second u have more liquid ur body is gonna hang on to that for dear life. its better for u and less stressful in the long run to just keep up ur liquid intake during fasts trust me.
and then this is my go to routine for every fast:
every day i take these suppliments: high strength collagen, iron, zinc, a womens multivit, and the unsung hero of fasting? FIBER TABLETS. bro i can fast for over a week and still not be constipated bc im on my SIGMA FIBER GRINDSET
and then my daily intake: at least a liter of water every day with the "Endura brand low carb sugar free electrolyte drink" (in lemon lime flavor) (i put 2 scoops aka 2 serves per liter of water) the taste is super mid but honestly drinking that every day on my last fast made things such a breeze. literally like no headaches, no cramps, minimal dizziness, and my sleep was mostly uneffected.
then i also have either a can or two of coke zero. yes i know it has 1.1 calories and diet coke would be technically more appropriate for a fast, but i hate diet coke and u will not catch my ass drinking it
and then a cup or two of green tea with a 0 calorie sweetener. no recommendations on the sugar bc honestly i swap between brands depending on whats avail at my grocery store that week lmao.
all this liquid and high variety keeps me kinda full, and provides fun taste enrichment so i dont literally go monkey insane drinking plain water for a week. cool if u can do that but ur literally a psycho and not to be trusted frankly
so current goal is at least lunch time saturday. i have plans to do lunch w my friend but honestly if im not rly hungry then and i wanna keep the fast going im just gonna cancel that lunch or even push it to dinner to just get a few more hours in!
as usual, expect weight updates every morning. the starting situation is: 87kg exactly ( 191.8 pounds) , 20% of my weight loss goal achieved. see yall tmro for the update!

Other than obsessions;
Last month was really good. Unbelieveably so. I honestly thought this eternal depression was finally over and things were going to snap into place and there wouln'd be more suffering.
I was wrong and i knew it was too good to be real.
It's like i was lifted high up into the air, only to be thrown on the ground with more force.
Everything is falling apart. Everything tht goes wrong, goes wrong.
Yesterday, i cried in bed till 5pm and cried some more after that. I didn't do much else than cry and wish that i had the courage to end it. Today is a little better but i had some sort of nightmare and it kinda freaked me out. I don't really have dreams that often in general, nightmares; even less. Some kind of creepy black and white image jumpscared me and i felt a spasm in my throat. I don't know if the spasming out part was real or not, it felt real...
My mother must be some kind of stalker. Apparently she knows where i live and as i guestion who the 🦆 told my address, ahe said that she 'just so happen to see where i was going one day'.
Consider this: I live on the very 🦆ing opposite side of town, there is nothing worth visiting here, only the grave yard. In case she did accidentally figure is out, she must have been visiting the grave yard, and when is that? Most likely christmas or easter or something like that. I don't really leave my home durning holidays like that. So what are the chances? I'd say pretty low. I'd day the bitch followed me home.
I don't feel safe anymore.
I told everyone to inform me before knocking on my door, or i'll be standing there like an american defening their yard, so to say.
My sleep got fucked up.
Oddly enough, when i removed the knifes from the wall near my bed, my sleep started to improve. I don't know if witch craft or any of that is real or had something to do with that, or if it happen to line up with whatever neuro chemical imbalances are happening in my body.
Physical health deteriorated.
I've been so tired. This is a major anti-boner since it's mushroom season and i want to go outside and wonder around the woods and collect sticks and things, now that the bloodsucking bugs are gone too. But i'm. so. tired. Idk if it's that i'm bled out whatever little hemoglobin i had and it's rendering me half dead or something like that. Last month i was taking daily walks and lifting a little and had less pain, just felt like how i imagine normal healthy people feel like all the time, just to have it ripped away from me.
I'll be curious to see if my blood work is even more fucked than last time. Half a year ago they just told me to take suppliments and control tests after 6months. I'll have to save money for a private doctor to get me the infusion thing if the public healthcare ppl won't do shit about it. The suppliments don't seem to work... I'll see about that next month, if i don't suddenly die of oxygen deprevation in the brain before that.
I'll try to remain alive. I still have some faith in somethings. I just need to get better to be able to go for them. I just need to get better in general and putting the rest in order will be the easy part.
And i can't go, haven't had my revenge yet.

AIZEN POWER SUPPLIMENTS: A Game-Changer for My Wellbeing
For years, I'd been struggling with low energy levels and a dip in my confidence in the bedroom. It affected my relationship and overall zest for life. I tried various solutions, from exercise programs to over-the-counter options, but nothing seemed to deliver lasting results. Then, I stumbled upon Aizen Power Supplements, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer.
Tumblr media
Natural Ingredients, Powerful Effects
Aizen Power's biggest selling point for me was its focus on natural ingredients. I'm wary of artificial chemicals and potential side effects, so a formula based on nature's bounty was very appealing. The supplement boasts a unique blend of herbs, vitamins, and minerals specifically chosen to enhance male vitality. While I can't speak to the science behind each ingredient, the results I've experienced have been undeniable.
Increased Energy and Stamina
Within a couple of weeks of taking Aizen Power daily, I noticed a significant boost in my energy levels. That afternoon slump I used to dread vanished, replaced by a sustained feeling of alertness throughout the day. This newfound energy translated into a more active lifestyle. I hit the gym with renewed vigour, tackled my workload with greater focus, and generally felt more up for life's adventures.
Enhanced Performance in the Bedroom
Now, let's talk about the most significant improvement: my performance in the bedroom. Aizen Power delivered a noticeable difference in my stamina and endurance. Intimacy became more enjoyable and fulfilling for both me and my partner. The confidence boost I gained from this newfound capability was phenomenal. It's no secret that a healthy sex life is crucial for a happy relationship, and Aizen Power has this power.
The benefits of Aizen Power go beyond just physical performance. The natural ingredients seem to have a holistic effect on my wellbeing. I sleep better, my mood is more positive, and I feel a renewed sense of vitality. It's like my body is functioning at its optimal level, and it's reflected in every aspect of my life.
A Discreet and Convenient Supplement
One aspect I truly appreciate is the discreet packaging and convenient daily dosage. The capsules are easy to swallow and haven't caused any digestive issues. A single bottle lasts a good month, making it a cost-effective solution compared to other options I've tried.
A Recommendation with Confidence
If you're looking for a natural way to enhance your male vitality, energy levels, and overall wellbeing, I highly recommend Aizen Power Supplements. It's a product that has demonstrably improved my life, and I'm confident it can do the same for you. Remember, though, everyone's body is different, so it's always wise to consult your doctor before starting any new supplement regimen. But for me, Aizen Power has been a true game-changer, and I'm a believer.

Primal Grow Pro - Top Male Enhancement Solution Suppliment Health
Tumblr media
Primal Grow Pro: A Game-Changer for My Confidence in the Bedroom I've tried a fair few male enhancement supplements over the years, always searching for something that could genuinely make a difference. Many promised the world but delivered little more than a lighter wallet. That's why I was pleasantly surprised by Primal Grow Pro. Here's why it's become my go-to supplement. Boosting Stamina and Performance Before Primal Grow Pro, stamina was a real concern. Activities in the bedroom wouldn't last as long as I'd like, leaving me feeling frustrated and self-conscious. Within a couple of weeks of taking Primal Grow Pro daily, I noticed a significant improvement. I had more energy and endurance, allowing me to perform for longer and enjoy intimacy more fully. This newfound stamina was a welcome change and a major confidence booster. Increased Desire and Arousal Let's be honest, a healthy sex life is a two-way street. Desire plays a crucial role, and that's another area where Primal Grow Pro impressed me. I found myself experiencing a heightened sense of arousal and a greater overall desire for intimacy. This wasn't just a physical change; it felt like a reawakening of my libido. It made me feel more connected to my partner and eager to explore our intimacy. Natural Ingredients and Peace of Mind One of the biggest concerns I have with supplements is the potential for harsh chemicals or unknown side effects. What drew me to Primal Grow Pro was its focus on natural ingredients. The formula includes well-respected extracts like Tribulus Terrestris and Eurycoma Longifolia, both known for their potential benefits in male health. Having a natural solution gave me peace of mind and made me feel comfortable taking the product consistently. Not a Magic Pill, But a Powerful Ally It's important to be realistic about expectations. Primal Grow Pro isn't a magic pill that delivers overnight results. However, with consistent use (I take it daily as recommended), I've experienced a noticeable and sustained improvement in my sexual performance, stamina, and desire. It's become a reliable ally in my quest for a more fulfilling sex life. Finding the Right Fit Everyone's body is different, and what works for one person might not work for another. If you're considering Primal Grow Pro, I recommend giving it a try and seeing how it affects you. The 60-day money-back guarantee provides a safety net, so there's minimal risk involved. In my case, Primal Grow Pro has been a game-changer, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a natural solution to enhance their sexual well-bei

Ayurveda, a traditional system of medicine originating in India, offers a holistic approach to health and wellness that includes nutrition and supplementation. In Ayurveda, maintaining balance in the body, mind, and spirit is crucial for overall well-being. Here are some principles and practices related to nutrition and supplements in Ayurveda:
Individualized Approach: Ayurveda recognizes that each person has a unique constitution, known as their dosha. The three doshas are Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, and everyone has a unique combination of these doshas. Dietary recommendations and supplement choices are often tailored according to one's dosha constitution and imbalances.
Dietary Guidelines: Ayurveda emphasizes the importance of eating fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced foods. A diet rich in whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, and healthy oils is generally recommended. Specific foods may be encouraged or discouraged based on one's dosha and any current health issues.
Digestive Health: According to Ayurveda, strong digestion is key to good health. Therefore, it's essential to eat mindfully, chew food thoroughly, and avoid overeating. Certain herbs and spices, such as ginger, turmeric, cumin, and coriander, are believed to aid digestion and may be included in the diet.
Herbal Supplements: Ayurveda utilizes a wide range of herbs and herbal formulations to support various aspects of health. These supplements may be recommended to balance specific doshas, address imbalances, support digestion, boost immunity, promote detoxification, or enhance overall vitality. Common Ayurvedic herbs include ashwagandha, triphala, brahmi, turmeric, and tulsi.
Ayurvedic Formulations: In addition to single herbs, Ayurveda often employs complex herbal formulations known as rasayanas or churnas. These formulations may contain a combination of herbs and other natural ingredients and are designed to promote overall health and longevity.
Ayurvedic Teas and Tonics: Herbal teas and tonics are commonly used in Ayurveda to support various health goals. These may include teas formulated to calm the mind, aid digestion, boost immunity, or promote detoxification.
Lifestyle Factors: Ayurveda places a strong emphasis on lifestyle factors that influence health, including sleep, stress management, exercise, and daily routines. These factors are considered alongside dietary recommendations and supplement choices to support holistic well-being.

long ass fast update
im still GOINNNGGGG. feelin alright rn tbh really happy im still going strong w this fast.
heres the part anyone cares abt, the weight lost. today i weighed in another -1.4kg down, so thats 2.4kg total so far (5.2 pounds). really happy with that, and super motivating to keep this going.
usually weight loss stalls for me by day 3/4 so im not expecting a good weigh in tmro but thats alright.
i also had severe food nightmares all night!! literally night terrors about giving up and breaking this fast, so thats fun
daily cravings update:
saltines - oh my god all i fucking wanna do is eat saltines its so bad rn. its literally all i craved all day yesterday and i cant even eat them when the fast is over bc u cant rly buy them in shitty fucking australia. hate that i live here rn lmao
i bought some electrolyte drink to help me get a bit more energy during this fast. i have a full time office job i need to be able to focus at, and im also studying a new language so i can hopefully leave australia soon. both things that i rly need to be able to concentrate for and we all know fasting isnt great for that.
the plan for fasting btw, is eat monday like normal. thats usually something around 10 am (which is why this fast ends at 10am), and then i alw go to my families house for dinner monday nights so eat dinner as well. and then right back into another 6 day fast. im going to try to follow this pattern until i lose the weight. i basically have 31kg (70 pounds) minumum i want to lose by the start of december, so i really need to be kinda extreme with this one.
in case ur curious - to help hopefully not die doing this, every morning im taking: iron (im severely anemic lmao), a womans multivit, zinc, fiber (filling and helps w the constipation), and several collagen suppliments bc ik im gonna have fuck tons of loose skin by the end of this. im also drinking an electrolyte drink, and plenty of water.
tldr: down 2.4kg, im less hungry than i was yesterday. im tired, bit dizzy, my jaw kinda aches??? but still going strong ❤️

Why You Need a Vitamin Suppliment?
Tumblr media
Vitamin supplements are not always necessary for everyone. However, there are certain situations and conditions where they can be beneficial. Here are a few reasons why someone might consider taking a vitamin supplement:
Nutrient deficiencies: If you have a nutrient deficiency, such as low levels of vitamin D, iron, vitamin B12, or others, your doctor may recommend a supplement to help address the deficiency. Deficiencies can occur due to inadequate dietary intake, certain medical conditions, or specific dietary restrictions.
Poor dietary habits: If your diet is consistently lacking in a variety of essential nutrients, a multivitamin or specific vitamin supplement can help bridge the nutritional gap. This is particularly relevant for individuals with restrictive diets, such as vegetarians or vegans, who may have difficulty obtaining certain nutrients from plant-based sources alone.
Increased nutrient needs: There are situations where an individual may require higher levels of certain vitamins. For example, pregnant and breastfeeding women often need additional folic acid, iron, and calcium. Additionally, older adults may have decreased nutrient absorption or increased nutrient requirements, making a supplement beneficial.
Medical conditions and medications: Some medical conditions or medications can interfere with nutrient absorption, metabolism, or utilization. In such cases, supplementation may be necessary to ensure adequate nutrient levels. However, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any supplements to avoid potential interactions or adverse effects.
Convenience and assurance: For individuals who have busy lifestyles or difficulty maintaining a balanced diet, taking a daily multivitamin or specific vitamin supplement can provide convenience and peace of mind that they are meeting their nutrient needs.
It's worth noting that while supplements can be helpful in certain situations, they should not be considered a substitute for a healthy and balanced diet. Eating a variety of nutrient-dense foods is generally the best way to obtain the necessary vitamins and minerals your body needs. If you have concerns about your nutrient intake or think you may benefit from a supplement, it's always recommended to consult with a healthcare professional who can assess your specific needs and provide appropriate guidance.

Manage Pre Menstrual Syndrome with Ayurveda
Tumblr media
The premenstrual syndrome, commonly known as PMS is a group of symptoms that usually occurs 7 – 10 days before menstrual bleeding and affects physical, psychological, and behavioural health of the person.
Many people find it difficult to deal with day-to-day activities during this time frame. The symptoms are manifested only in the last half of the menstrual cycle.
Causes of PMS
The exact pathology that causes PMS is unknown. The following can be listed as the factors that contribute to this condition.
Changes in the level of hormones such as oestrogen and progesterone in each half of the menstrual cycle.
Fluctuations in the level of the neurotransmitter serotonin can trigger PMS symptoms.
Psychological causes – people with underlying depression that is undiagnosed can develop premenstrual syndrome.
Signs and symptoms of PMS
The symptoms of premenstrual syndrome include:
Abdominal pain and distension.
Low back ache.
Irregular bowel movements.
Depression and insomnia.
Irritability.
Nausea and vomiting.
Tenderness in the breasts.
Ayurvedic View
According to Ayurveda, PMS can be linked to several symptoms due to the imbalance of dosha (Vata, pitta, Kapha) in our body.
The symptoms that occur due to the imbalance of each dosha can be listed as:
Vata dosha – different types of pain such as abdominal pain and cramps, low back ache, irregular bowel movement, abdominal distension, anxiety, fear, insomnia, and mood swings.
Pitta dosha – tenderness in the breasts, irritability, headache, hyperacidity, restlessness, anger, and hot flashes in the body.
Kapha dosha – breasts get enlarged and tender, sleepiness, nausea, and vomiting.
Management of PMS with Ayurveda.
Premenstrual syndrome can be managed by lifestyle modifications and nutrient supplements. By correcting the food habits (Ahara) and activities (vihara) as mentioned in Ayurveda, the dosha imbalance can be corrected.
Food habits – According to Ayurveda classics, food is the prime factor that can link to the formation as well as cure of a disease. So by managing dietary habits, this can be controlled to a better extent. The following habits are to be followed:
Eat wholesome and fresh food.
Switch to a well-balanced diet.
Consume food only after the previous meal is digested.
Take food items that are not too cold or not hot.
Avoid the use of junk food items.
Fibre-rich foods, papaya, pomegranate, legumes, vegetables, healthy milk products, nuts, and vitamin-rich food like fish (salmon and sardines) are advised in the diet.
Lifestyle modifications – A few changes in the lifestyle can control hormone imbalances and maintain mental health. The changes to be included are:
Follow regular sleeping patterns. (7-8 hours of sleep.)
Regular and moderate exercise daily.
Practice yoga according to the nature of each person.
Breathing exercises, pranayama, and meditation help with mood swings.
Proper maintenance of personal hygiene.
Always keep the mind in a calm and healthy state.
Ayurveda supplements – Some ayurvedic suppliments like Garlic, Asparagus racemosus, Aloe vera, fenugreek, Saraca indica, symplocos bark, Indian pennywort, etc can resort as the last choice when lifestyle modifications and food habits don’t act on the body.
The symptoms arise mainly due to an unhealthy lifestyle. By maintaining the food items and lifestyle modifications the symptoms can be controlled and the person can live a normal lifestyle.
