Oh, hmm. If it's AOT related, then probably my favorite sketch that I made is this one for @aruanimess 's fic! I just love the way it turned out!

If it's my art overall, then this one! It's a piece containing a few of my original bird characters which I love a lot! I hold it very dear!

In terms of fics, I really enjoyed writing "Weapon" and it's probably my favorite bit of writing I've done so far!

21. A fandom you're not active in anymore but that you still really like

Listen, you guys are not ready for this one but... I used to be MASSIVELY into Diabolik Lovers. For ages!! I made so many drawings of my favorites it's actually insane. And this was back when I was in high school!! How dafuk did I have the time 😭 I would stay up during the night to just read and draw about those terribly written sexy vampires. Those were the TIMES.

24. How has fandom positively impacted your life?

I think allowing myself to draw and write for AOT in my spare time has helped me become more loose with my work. I always worry so so much about everything I create. Especially if it's products for my shop. My self esteem is very low, so I'm happy I found a place where I can make art that doesn't need to be finished or perfect or even amazing. It's given me a place to come and relax and also be creative with no boundaries! So thank you all!!

I know I haven’t written all the headcanons in my asks but hear me out : George as the king of Hell ( @uhyeahmaybenoidk this is because of you)

- George rules the Hell and he’s very happy with his place

- one day a nice guy ends up here and screams that it’s the most unfair thing that ever happened bc he is a good person

- guy is named Alex and isn’t scared of George like everybody should be

- when asked about it Alex answers that he doesn’t have the time to be scared bc he’s too busy preparing a strike against his place in hell

- George finds it HILARIOUS and starts following Alex around to see what scares or doesn’t scare him

Some people have extreme anxiety attacks. Have you had one? It feels like you’re going to die, either by a heart attack or to the extreme, you won’t wake up if you sleep. They sometimes come on so strong nothing comes to your mind except I wish I wasn’t here. Not the literal meaning of you want to harm yourself, but be somewhere else away from from the chaos and anxiety in your mind. This is fundamentally the main reason why I decided to keep reading EGS in the first place.

First, their character exploration of queer experiences and identities is really well thought for everyone's story arc. Like even Tedd has his own arc, arguably the one to open the door to all the queerness by starting out as a "perverted degenerate" but from him and Grace we get concepts of consent, kinks, fantasies, parental acceptance of sexual preferences (his dad being cool with the gender changing ray gun) and explorations of identities (he wanted to see what being a girl was like).

Second, this is the 2000s! Early 2000s! I still remember seeing the "Don't Say Gay" commercials on T.V. And among all the anime sci fi fight scenes and generic teen joke/drama from the period, we have well thought out stories arcs to openly and honestly discuss queer identities in a non-mocking way. When the easy joke could be derogatory gay jokes, Dan went out of his way to still be funny without insulting. Like having solid jokes after 20 years is impressive.

I honestly think that Tedd was the gate-way drug to this gender read of the comic. He started out as the comedic weirdo corndog sidekick known in sitcoms at the time, but then the writing took it to use his horniness to talk about sex, then talk about sexuality, then talk about sexual identity, then talk about gender identity, in a slowburn way that hopefully opened a lot of eyes to pave the way to acceptance and tolerance of LGBTQIA+ . And again, part of this is facinating because we are still 20 years ahead of when this comic was written, meaning with the lens of someone in 2024 the queer themes and text is still wonderfully written. I don't know if that was is intent going in or what made him decide to have gay arcs, but I'm really glad he did
