Unusual piece of furniture. I was asked to make a stand for the safe. It has to be very sturdy because that safe is really heavy. I decided to make a plywood box with braces and use groves for a joinery. I also added casters for mobility. Hit a road block in the #lowprofileentertainmentcenter because this long board wouldn't fit in my current dado jig. Finally was able to head to the #woodshop and make a #dadojig and bore out some #dados #woodwork #woodworking #stayready (at El Centro, California)

Oops, I did it again! A new router (from @shopmaxtool) means a new jig for dado. It is so simple and so easy to use and accurate that I truly believe it's just the best jig for dados. So here's my recipe. Just four narrow boards at exact 90 degrees and you are ready to rout. Sorry for a bit blur beginning. I used wood glue together with VA glue and accelerator for instant yet strong bond.
