Halloween 2024

A few days early, sure, but I went to a Halloween event at my local zoo today and did a quick photoshoot afterward before I washed the sfx makeup off because it took five hours to do.

We get such lovely autumn colors in my home state.

Someone yelled "Prominence Burn!" at me while I was at the zoo and I think that qualifies as a threat, lol.

A little kid called me a kitty cat and that was probably on account of the cat paw gloves I was wearing, but Dabi is apparently so cat-coded he's mistaken for one on Halloween.

...

But I made that coat myself. All except the grey armbands; I purchased those online.

And that makeup took forever!

confession when i cosplayed fem hawks i got really drunk while pregaming in my friend’s hotel room and before my group even got to the con rave i threw up in a trashcan and my gf in fem dabi was helping me and then we just went home while the rest of the group went to the rave and i think about that a lot cuz what must have that looked like to on lookers

first day i could walk after i broke my leg and here we are

In June I broke my leg, had an operation and stayed home with no ability to stand up on both legs for three month. And when this nightmare was over first thing my friends and I did was this project. We came out of the flat in the evening, shooted some scenes, went back and drak soju to celebrate my returned abilities. Next day I regreted that I had put so much weight on the renewed leg. Now it's almost okay, but that day even through the shoot I was struggling with pain and disability to stand for a couple of minutes.

Now I'll start to post my cosplays here - and who could be better than Dabi? 🩵

Quick facts: I worked on him over a year and at the beginning I thought it would be a quick and easy cosplay 🤣

I loved his character as a villian, the fight with Hawks is still one of my favorites in boku no hero 🫶🏻 But I don't like him in the last season...

I wanna wear him next year at a convention again, this year I wore him just once and I'm a little bit sad about that 🥲😅
