"It's the third and final movie, and we started filming the first season 15 years ago. So it was super emotional," Froggatt told MovieWeb. She continued:

"The last day of the shoot was really special. Lots of people came in, Michelle [Dockery] included, who weren't filming on that day, and we just all kind of — it actually was myself and Brendan [Coyle] who shot the final moment of the shoot, which was really special. Gazeteci, yazar ve şair Mustafa Özke, Çukurova Üniversitesi Fen – Edebiyat Fakültesi Konferans Serileri kapsamında ‘Edebiyat ve Gazetecilik’ başlıkl�� bir sunum gerçekleştirdi.

Şehmus EDİS (MARDİN İGFA) Dekan Yardımcısı Doç. Dr. Bilge Karga Göllü’nün düzenlediği etkinlikte Fakülte Dekanı Prof. Dr. Faruk Karadağ, Fizik Bölümü Başkanı Prof. Dr. Mehmet Karakılçık ve Doç. Dr. Bedri Aydoğan da örnek bir ev sahipliği yaptılar. Konferansta konuşan Özke, 10 Ocak Çalışan Gazeteciler Günü’nü kutlarken, mesleki tecrübelerini de üniversitelilerle paylaştı.

ĐẶC ĐIỂM TÁI TẠO CỦA GAN

Trên thực tế, uống rượu bia lâu dài sẽ khiến gan sẽ dần thoái hóa, men gan tăng dẫn đến viêm gan, xơ gan, thậm chí tử vong do xuất huyết tiêu hóa, suy gan... Càng uống nhiều rượu bia thì nguy cơ mắc bệnh gan càng tăng. Với các tác hại của rượu bia làm gan bị tổn thương, vậy gan có gì đặc biệt để tự bảo vệ mình trước các tác hại của rượu bia. 

Tái tạo mô là một quá trình mà các tế bào còn lại của một cơ quan bị thương “mọc lại” để bù đắp các tế bào đã bị hỏng/chết. Gan là cơ quan duy nhất sử dụng cơ chế tái tạo để đảm bảo rằng tỷ lệ gan trên trọng lượng cơ thể luôn ở mức 100%. Hai loại tổn thương mà gan có thể tái tạo, một là cắt gan một phần và loại còn lại là tổn thương gan do độc tố hoặc nhiễm trùng. 

Gan có thể tái tạo sau khi phẫu thuật cắt bỏ một phần hoặc chấn thương hóa học. Chỉ cần 51% khối lượng gan ban đầu để cơ quan này tái tạo trở lại kích thước đầy đủ. Trong quá trình tăng sinh bù, các mô gan còn lại trở nên lớn hơn để cơ quan này có thể tiếp tục hoạt động. 

Sau khi cắt gan một phần, tái sinh xảy ra trong ba giai đoạn. 

Giai đoạn đầu tiên là giai đoạn mồi. Trong phần này, hàng trăm gen được kích hoạt và chuẩn bị cho gan tái tạo. Giai đoạn mồi này xảy ra trong vòng 5 giờ sau khi cắt gan. 

Giai đoạn thứ hai liên quan đến việc kích hoạt các yếu tố tăng trưởng khác nhau, bao gồm EGFR (thụ thể yếu tố tăng trưởng biểu bì) và c-Met. Hai yếu tố này đóng một vai trò quan trọng trong tái tạo gan. 

Giai đoạn cuối cùng là chấm dứt sự tăng sinh bằng TGF-β (chuyển đổi yếu tố tăng trưởng beta).

Sau khi quá trình tái sinh hoàn tất, TGF-β chấm dứt sự tăng sinh bằng cách gây ra apoptosis. Đôi khi, tế bào gan không có khả năng tăng sinh và một hình thức tái tạo thay thế có thể diễn ra để xây dựng lại gan. Khi tế bào gan không thể tăng sinh, các tế bào biểu mô mật có khả năng biến thành tế bào gan. Điều ngược lại cũng có thể xảy ra, với các tế bào gan biến thành tế bào mật khi các tế bào mật không thể tăng sinh

Ở những bệnh nhân khỏe mạnh, gan có khả năng tái tạo tới một nửa khối lượng trong 30 ngày. Nếu có các vấn đề khác, gan có thể bắt đầu để lại sẹo, hoặc quá trình tái tạo có thể dừng lại trước khi gan được tái tạo hoàn toàn. Sẹo trong gan rất nguy hiểm và có thể dẫn đến các biến chứng và bệnh gan hơn nữa. Biến chứng tăng lên khi nguyên nhân ban đầu gây tổn thương gan vẫn còn. Tổn thương gan có thể do virus, rượu, thuốc và các yếu tố khác gây ra. 

Bác sĩ có thể loại bỏ một mẫu gan của bạn bằng cách tiến hành sinh thiết và kiểm tra các tế bào mô xem có bị tổn thương không. Sinh thiết liên quan đến việc chèn một cây kim dài qua da và xương sườn để trích xuất mô từ gan. Tùy thuộc vào loại tổn thương gây ra cho gan hoặc bệnh, việc điều trị chẩn đoán này có thể khác nhau.

Một số dấu hiệu cho thấy gan đang lành lại:

Khả năng tập trung và trí nhớ dần cải thiện

Cải thiện sự thèm ăn

Kiểm soát được cân nặng

Giảm chức năng gan ảnh hưởng tiêu cực đến sự trao đổi chất làm mệt mỏi, uể oải. Khi gan phục hồi, năng lượng cũng được phục hồi. 

Độc tố tích tụ trong cơ thể khi gan bị giảm chức năng, gây vàng da và lòng trắng mắt. Khi gan phục hồi, màu sắc da và mắt cũng trở nên bình thường.

there are so many things u can say about the goldfinch (2019) movie but my personal nitpick of it that i will never get over is how they made kitsey not wear the emerald earrings at the engagement party. i feel like its such a small but important moment in characterising her and theo’s relationship. 

it takes place after theo confronts kitsey about cheating, so at this point they’re both fully aware how much of an act their relationship/engagement is, and how much they both don’t love each other, at least not the way they should. 

theres something so uncharacteristically tender about it. i truly think this is the only moment of actual real understanding and vulnerability between them. the fact that kitsey chooses to wear them, even though she was right - they don’t suit her - but she’s decided that the fact that they mean something to theo is more important. 

for kitsey, willingly choosing something that blemishes her perfect appearance is so at odds to what we’ve seen of her until now. kitsey’s entire reason for being in a sham relationship with theo is to do with keeping up appearances. 

i think people tend to overlook that kitsey is also dealing with a lot of trauma (in recently losing andy and her dad) and i just feel that this tiny excerpt lifts so much weight in characterising and deepening our perspective of her and her relationship with theo. 

in wearing the earrings, kitsey is acknowledging theo’s vulnerabilities, and i almost feel that in recognising his grief and loss, she exposes her own. and its so fascinating because really this shared experience is what binds them, but is the one thing they never directly acknowledge. this is their one moment of actual honest tenderness and transparency towards each other, and i also love how its immediately followed by everyone at the engagement party interpreting it as a romantic moment and being like, ‘omg finally the happy couple interacting!’ and taking photos of them, etc. the reader is immediately taken out of the intimacy of the moment and swept back into the glaringly contrasting performativity and facade of their relationship.

i have to say i am absolutely in love with the idea of theo and boris’s relationship being not quite platonic but not quite romantic either. to me how they feel about eachother is somewhere in that murkiness of the line they’ve crossed over far to many times to place.

DÜZCE (İGFA) – Düzce Gazeteciler Cemiyeti’ne uzun yıllardır hizmet eden ve cemiyet ile üst kurullarda da görev yapan Cihat Tutkun, yeni dönemde başkan adayı olduğunu açıkladı. 

Tutkun yaptığı açıklamada “Değerli Basın mensubu arkadaşlarım, Yaklaşık 20 yıldır Düzce Gazeteciler Cemiyetinde yönetim kurulunda çeşitli görevlerde bulundum. TGF (Türkiye Gazeteciler Federasyonu) ve TGC’nin (Türkiye Gazeteciler Cemiyeti) çeşitli kademelerinde görev alarak Düzcemizi temsil etme fırsatı yakaladım. Son olarak ta geçtiğimiz sene yapılan cemiyet olağan üstü genel kurulunda Düzce Gazeteciler Cemiyeti’nde yönetim kurulunda yer alarak Düzce basınına faydalı işler yapmak için çaba gösterdik. 2024 yılı Temmuz ayında yapılacak Olağan Genel Kurulda diğer başkan adayı arkadaşlarımın da birlik olarak “sen bizim adayımızsın” demeleri ile birlikte, Düzce Gazeteciler Cemiyeti Başkanlığı için aday olmaya karar verdim.
