Gaius removed himself from the project, uninterested in dishonorable displays and the barbaric nature of the weapon, and strove to have any trace of it existing wiped off of Orlesian records.

Eu tenho estado meio viciada em conteudos sobre isso, lendo e anotando varias coisinhas, informações que to traduzindo de sites coreanos e que vou trazer aqui no blog pra ajudar outras borboletinhas a serem magras e saudáveis (ser perfeita inclui ter saúde, ok? A gente já não tem saúde mental, pelo amor de Deus kkkkkk).

Dificilmente vemos um coreano obeso (meu pinterest grita kkk), eles são uma população que levam a sério a questão do peso e ao inves de julgar pessoas muito magras, eles valorizam e incentivam o emagrecimento (sonho de cultura).

Além disso eles tem uma alta expectativa de vida, uma das mais longas, chegando a 80 anos em média, podendo ultrapassar essa marca.

Então eu fui atrás dos habitos alimentares deles e vou trazer alguns pontos pra mudar os meus habitos e somar com as dietas, espero que ajude a acelerar o processo, pois a alimentação deles é de baixo indicie calorico.

Vamos as 10 dicas:

A dieta coreana é muito baseada em legumes, verduras, chás. A ingestão substancial desses alimentos é nutritiva, de fácil digestão, fonte poderosa de fibras e promove maior saciedade.

Eles não consumem alimentos com glutém (pão, bolo, pizza, outros) e não usam açucar, se querem adoçar algo utilizam mel.

Eles não comem muita carne vermelha, raramente fazem isso para juntar as pessoas, pois o churrasco é considerado uma comida "agregadora de pessoas", de agregar amigos, eles não comem sozinhos, e quando comem são cortes de carnes magras e as fatias são extra-finas, ou seja, nao consomem e se o fazerm: consomem pouquissimo. E os acompanhamentos são molhos, legumes e vegetais, nao as farofas e maioneses brasileiras.

Quando eles comem carne dão preferencia a peixes e frutos do mar, que são ótimas fontes de fósforo, omega tres, celenio e zinco.

Tradicionalmente, os preparos são no vapor e na fervura.

Coreanos não consomem com frequencia alimentos processados ou fritos. Quase da pra dizer que eles nunca comem isso.

Na coreia é comum ingerir uma sopa antes das refeições, de preferencia apimentada e com muitas especiarias (consideradas termogenicos naturais) pois assim se come menos. A sopa quente dilata os vazos sanguineos do estomago, ajudando na digestão e desinchaço. (um sonho meu não ficar inchada gente, sério). A pimenta também tem capsaicina que é aquele ardidinho sabe? É o elemento principal da pimenta e faz a queima de gordura no organismo.

A população coreana passa longe de sucos de frutas e refrigerantes, eles dão preferencia para os chás e consomem em media de 2-3L de água por dia.

Chá de gengibre e chá verde são os mais consumidos, lembrando que eles são termogenicos e antioxidantes, estimulam o metabolismo, fortalecem o sistema imunologico e ainda promovem a saúde bucal, combatendo cáries e são diuréticos. (achei o plus do plus isso aqui das caries kkk e a gente sabe o quanto é importante pra nós fazer xixi né?)

Eles consomem muito Kimchi!! E da pra fazer em casa.
