Season of the Deep in a nutshell. Osiris working hard and everyone else just partying Sloane was told this is a major operation to make her show up, but it's really Drifter throwing a drinking party.

Hi Cat!! Thanks for asking :3 Three asks for the price of one in this one -- @greypetrel and @confusedlucifer also wanted to know about both of these (I had to screenshot because both of them ending with a little variation of the :o emoji made me laugh)

And yeah!! I think she'll fit in pretty well. It's interesting exploring her personality in a different setting and one where she's just a companion. I'm biased of course, but I think her true personality gets to shine a little more here than it does in DAI's setting :)

(WIP Ask Game)

For the hair trimming - this requires a little suspension of disbelief depending on personal headcanons about Guardian hair growth. I don't really have a solid opinion about whether or not Guardians' hair grows like normal or not. I'm more inclined to say no, actually. BUT one of my personal weaknesses, both irl and in fiction, is any kind of non-sexually intimate hair care--shaving, trimming, hair washing, etc. It just gets me every time. I recently revisited one of my favourite hairstyles irl with having half of my head shaved. So... like Crow lol. When having someone else shave down one side of my head, I realised what a lovely scene it could be. I really don't have any words written for this. I would just love at some point for Crow to trim up one side of his hair on his own only for Mae to find him and do it for him. I think about it more than I attempt to put words to it, unfortunately.

For the Pouka Pond - these are poukas, for my non-Destiny friends:

They're little... idk? Butterfly fish like things. They fly around but in a fishy way. And in Lightfall, there is a meditation pond where we can, well, meditate and improve our Strand abilities while poukas fly around the room:

I see Mae splitting her time between the Lightfall campaign on Neptune and the Season of Defiance story on Earth, with a majority of time dedicated to Lightfall. Everyone else can handle things on Earth.

I started this to cope with how much I didn't care for the story direction in Defiance, if I'm being honest. And to try to figure out how the story would go with Crow not being implied to be pining for Amanda like the story wanted.

I wrote a few things down for this but haven't given it much thought for a while since I finished Defiance and then just kinda moved on to bigger and better things 😅 I'll probably revisit it soon when I have to redo the story on my warlock.

The idea was set after the week 5 audio log between Mara and Crow. Mae is back on Neomuna, relaxing in the pouka pond, and has been texting Crow off and on. She's describing the pond to him, and he asks to see it, so she calls him and shows him the area. It's a bit of an underwhelming description, I know, but like I said - I'll revisit this when I redo the seasonal stories on my warlock soon :3

WIP Title Ask Game

@cleverblackcat tagged me in this (thanks girl!), and all I ever have are WIPs so it’s perfect 💖 I may have a somewhat cohesive timeline/universe that I work in, but I generally think and write in one off scenarios instead of a long-fic, so my WIP list is ever growing.

I also tend to do one or two word WIP titles so I can find things quickly when I go to work on them again, so these probably don’t sound very intriguing 😂 These are all Destiny since the only stuff I’ve been thinking of with Mihri lately is Destiny-focused (if you missed it - I have made her an Awoken Warlock in D2 now).
