why ShiIta is controversial : for the myth that tHeY aRe cOuSinS. First of all,are y'all dumb? itachi and shisui are NOT cousins,they just belong to the same clan.They are NOT like neji and hinata,Shisui's father kagami and itachi's father fugaku were NOT FUCKIN RELATED IN ANY WAY EXCEPT FOR SHARING THE SAME CLAN NAME AND MAYBE LIVING IN THE SAME VILLAGE ON THE FACE OF THIS FUCKING EARTH.also itachi's mother Mikoto (who was by born an uchiha) and Shisui's mother (who was a non uchiha,name unknown) were NOT related (obviously). So,itachi didn't go to eat fuckin Thanksgiving turkey with Shisui's family every November and we shiita shippers don't condone any nasty incest stuff.and the fuckin uchihas prefer marrying into the same clan so y'all need to bippity boppity back the fuck up

Onto the ship now : the thing about shiita is shisui and itachi's bond didn't actually get to bloom in an adult light,this is why some y'all still doubt them.But even after that,their bond was SO unique i just HAD TO ship :

as kids,they referred to ShiIta as brotherly love(note that sasunaru gaylords were told to have brotherly love too,But we can see when they got the chance to grow,what that eventually resulted in) *cough* Gayest Gay Love *cough*

The amount of shared pressure and stress,the expectations of being the ideal uchiha- this was on both of their shoulders(both being genius shinobi and all).So,ShiIta clearly shared a special connection over that shared stressful life (even before shit went downhill).Shisui is that person who itachi can return home to,the one who accepts all the flaws and loves the imperfect person underneath the perfect uchiha doll (and vice versa)

The world was on their shoulders,shit was getting messy but even at that moment,shisui was protecting itachi,AND they were laughing together and confining in each other,which is a key point of their bond,itachi didn't confine in anyone else with his naked thoughts and same goes for shisui(who was older than itachi,yet he found comfort in Itachi and not any same aged friend) no matter what,they took the stress away from e/o whenever it got too much

itachi is the type of person whose mind is always in chaos and shisui has always been his anchor.Guiding him, supporting him through life.

the thing that strikes me most is when shisui just goes like he doesn't know what to do anymore but he knew one thing that he'd never betray itachi like-

Also can we talk about how AMAZING shisui is? like he's fucking strong and talented yet he's SO soft for itachi? He is The most understanding, accepting,level headed and sane uchiha. (cz uchiha culture is going off the fuckin rails,starting wars and commiting international crimes and mass murders when they feel sad) but my baby just sacrificed himself in silence.

itachi is the type of person who is ready to be a doormat for others' happiness (DUH he became a terrorist for his village),so he definitely needs a partner equally selfless (like shisui) who won't take advantage and leech off of his kindness.

this is the thing,this is the type of bond itachi needs in his life... despite all of itachi's crazy fuckery,shisui would be that one person itachi could return home to and rely on. the person who won't leave or betray him,who will understand and give him benefit of doubt,who will accept and forgive. (again,this ain't even a guess,shisui literally said and proved this) it was a character trait of shisui to love and protect itachi,a part of him just devoted to itachi and vice versa(and I'll deck yall if you say that ain't love)

and just my opinion when you find a selfless soul consuming love and unconditional support like this from someone outside family,it eventually turns into something more than just 'friendship'. And let's face it the amount of adoration and devotion shisui had for Itachi (and vice versa),it would have totally developed into something romantic. Such passion usually doesn't stay platonic for too long.

also Shisui (My Libra king) is exactly what itachi (My Gemini Lord) needs.The warm accepting Libra love is what a gemini needs and the intelligent playful Gemini love is what a Libra needs.

i LOVE itachi and so of course i will want the most selfless,understanding, accepting, reliable, forgiving, level headed,kind, devoted, empathetic, self sacrificing and best partner for itachi (that'd be shisui) and this is why ShiIta is one of my top ships.

In a dim light he could barely see both his torturers stood on his left and his right. In front of him was the leader of that terrorist group - an emerald-eyed blond in black special ops uniform. For a man who was about forty, he looked incredibly handsome and well-built, but Kyle learnt a golden rule from his thrilling adventure: many gorgeous men are cruel, just like this enemy.  

‘Seems like you really love Athena.’ He spoke in native American English, implying he had lived in the States for a long time. He smirked a bit coyly and asked him, almost in a whisper, ‘But are you sure she loves you? '

Athena, the Greek goddess of wisdom and war, is his lover’s codename in Olympus, a secret intelligence organization that he still knew nothing about.

‘Her teacher has trained her into a cold, ruthless spy like me, and she only uses anyone she can use to accomplish her agenda. Once he is useless she will just dump him.’ The blond-haired man vilified Kyle’s fiancee to continue his mental torture. ‘How can she love a layman? Correction: maybe she has already dumped her heart. A woman like her loves breaking people’s hearts into pieces.’ Then his henchman beat Kyle’s right waist hard.

The SUV roughly broke open the gate and ran over few terrorists. The other terrorists in black military uniform avoided it, and immediately fired rounds of bullets at it with their AK-47 rifles. Creaky noises were heard and sparks could be seen from the clashes between the bullets and the vehicle. However, as it was bulletproof, the driver remained unharmed.

Lucky me. The yard is big enough.

After the monster reached the middle of the courtyard, it just spinned on and on, and formed a little hurricane of snowflakes. While pivoting the vehicle, with another hand she took out an AK-47 rifle and repeatedly fired gunshots from the left. Numerous terrorists were either shot to death or seriously injured. Blood poured out relentlessly from their bodies…..

‘Have you ever thought of why she got close to you?’

All these words were used to torture his already weakened nerves - This man wanted to break Kyle. He seemed unconcerned about the noise of gunshots from the ground.

‘I’m not gonna tell you anything, you moron,’ In spite of grave danger, he still managed to keep his strong will. A smirk  had appeared across his lips while he was glaring at the sinister enemy.

‘You’ve been too addicted to her. Maybe it’s time for a bath?’ The man just frivolously proposed another torture. His interrogators untied the resistant victim and forcefully shoved him into a pool of ice water.

The whole world was silent.

Damn, he’s got some tricks. How the heck can he hide so many weapons here?

As all her bullets were gone, she tried to disentangle herself from the gunfight. She just put away the AK-47 rifle and hurled two grenades at the terrorists guarding a side door to the chateau.

“Boom!”

As they exploded, the terrorists got burnt by the flames.

She proceeded to park the Land Rover in front of the side door, lightly got off the SUV, and gave a terrorist another at his belly. He then fell to the ground in pain.

The chateau looked too dilapidated to be a terrorist base, but after sneaking inside, she found out it had been renovated. She sought the fastest track to reach the basement based on a map sent by her colleague on her Apple  Watch. After she took a dark staircase to go downstairs and reached a corridor, she tactfully strangled a terrorist to his death with just bare hands. Before the other two terrorists spotted her, she had already shot them dead with her black Glock 17 handgun. Their chests suffered the precise hit, and blood flowed out like streams.

Every inch of Kyle’s skin was chilled, but it made him wide awake. He couldn’t help but recall the sweet moments he shared with Helen since they met.

He felt hopeless - he started to succumb to his lies, though he was unwilling to admit it.

One minute later, he was pulled out of the cold water.

‘If she loved you, then you would never have been in my hands, silly boy.’ A flash of pity crossed the man’s eyes, but soon he grew cold again.

There was rapid gunfire outside. A tall, slender blond-haired woman kicked open the chamber’s door. She nimbly evaded gunshots of the torturers, and seized a golden opportunity to shoot their heads precisely with both her favorite handguns - a platinum CZ SP-01 Phantom and a black Glock 17.  Their lives were gone in seconds.

Their boss, however, reacted astonishingly fast. He seized Kyle as his hostage again, choked his neck from the back with his left arm, and pointed his dark blue Walther P99 at his right temple. He sneered at her. ‘I’ve started to love you, Athena. As our teacher’s protege, I can't believe you can love someone.’

‘I never like dating a French man at all, you sick bastard !’ Flames of fury were burning in her lovely honey brown eyes while she aimed her guns at her enemy.

So I was tagged by the good ‘ol @gtanddragons​, so here we go, my top ten favorite characters [gonna limit myself to 3 characters per ‘franchise’ except TH because IT IS MY BABY AIGHT.]

Actually you know what, let’s bump it up a notch. TOP 20 IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER.

Morganite [The Harvester] Morgan’s been a huge favorite of mine from day one of seeing CZ write him. I’m weak for the flamboyant pink bartender, and I don’t see that changing any time soon.

Topaz [The Harvester] I can’t and will not ever get over my love of General Topaz. She started as such a flat character in the developing stages of The Harvester, and quickly became one of my most complex, and fun-to-write characters. I look forward to every chance I get to write her, and I can’t wait for her to further develop in the story.

Hita [The Harvester] I honestly wish I could just list all the Hematites, but Hita barely wins out by a HAIR over the others. I can’t say why, but let’s just say this whiny, lazy boy worked his way into this dude’s heart in unexpected ways over the course of TH’s late-development. If this was a top fifty list, I’d have to put all the Hematites and about twenty other characters from TH in it.

Kyan [The Harvester] She’s loud, she’s bratty, she’s got more going on in her life than meets the eye. This boisterous blue bae was in the first five characters developed for TH, and I’ve loved her from the start. CZ’s done a great job making this loud-mouthed, gutsy little gem incredibly likable and a great joy to watch in action.

Sherlock Holmes [Any of the renditions, honestly] So I’m a sucker for detective stories. I like using my brain and putting puzzles together, so Sherlock Holmes was one of the few books back in high school that grabbed my attention. I’m a fan of most of the renditions, but namely, the RDJ version, Sherlock Hound, and the BBC version.

Toph [Avatar; the Last Airbender] Aight yeah, I’ve got a weakness for the rowdy, scrappy little trouble makers. Toph was my favorite character in A:TLA, and she’s still got that reigning champion title. From her sarcasm to her general complexity as a character, how could I not love her?

Zuko [Avatar; the Last Airbender] I’m a sucker for villain-gone-awkward family member. I love that trope to bits. Zuko is one of my favorite characters to have gone through that arc, and he’ll always be my favorite angsty prince.

Peridot [Steven Universe] She’s my meme, green, dorito daughter. Enough said. Also the whole villain-gone-good thing.

The Diamonds [Steven Universe] BIG LADIES WITH MORE COMPLEXITY THAN MEETS THE EYE HELL YEAH.

Garnet [Steven Universe] Master of comedy.

Mrs. Brisby [The Rats of NIMH] I love me a strong female character who doesn’t need to kick ass and punch people to be strong. Plus she’s a mouse, I can’t NOT love her.

Toothless [How to Train Your Dragon] He’s a big dragon who acts like a cat. How can I not love him.

Edward Elric [Fullmetal Alchemist] An oldie, but a favorite. Ed’s arc in the manga/Brotherhood kept me gripped from start to end, and the comedy with him was always great. Plus, I love his design.

Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps [Zootopia] They’re tied, you can’t make me pick. >8Y My fuzzy children deserve the best in life.

Midna [Twilight Princess] AAAAAAUGH my impish princess daughter. She’s my favorite LoZ partner, no contest. From her attitude to her design, Midna and Twilight Princess have locked their place as my favorite LoZ game.

John Silver [Treasure Planet] Awkward anti-hero uncle. Good.

The Giant [Iron Giant] Do I even need to explain this one??? No??? Good.

Haruhi [Ouran Highschool Host Club] I gotta shout out to my favorite nonbinary gal pal. I love Haruhi and the entire Host Club tbh, but she’s my fave.

Heart [You Are Umasou] Big soft t-rex adoptive dad??? Yes???? Yes.
