-Cyber Soul

"The year is 3XXX. Humanity has technologically advanced greatly beyond compare. However this was a difficult path. A path with a robotic revolution, where suprisingly many people supported the machines need for being treated human, instead of a regular robot uprising as seen in sci-fi novels from times of old. Man was even able to transfer their conciousness into the real digital, thus many people with chronic diseases could be saved,these people were then called 'Cydroids' to diffirentiate from regular robots and androids. Though this would always be a last resort and cybernetics and other means would always be used before. However this transfer of the mind, intended for medicine and for the well being of patients who were at deaths door, soon found other use. Military use. And even futher, many people were greedy, even if they didn’t need it they wanted it. Afterall it was basically immortality, however you could choose when to die. So in the end this 'Cyber Soul' achievement aged like milk, with it's uses ending up not only in military, but also in black market. Alice Liv, finds her not only as a cydroid, but also in a conspiracy that could spell the end for many humans, robots and cydroids."

"Suddenly, without any warning, humans began to change. Beginning in 2000, some humans developed abilities or transformed into humanoid beings. Though these were without any rhyme or reason at random times. A pilot developed ice powers, a man living in egypt became a sand humanoid, a fishermens daughter with an interest in marine biology got fire powers, a young boy with a fear of heights was spontaneously able to control his gravity, a medical student became a robotic humanoid and a olympic swimmer became part fish. No one could figure out a patern, and many were unsure if there was even one. However humanity decided to classify these people as a 'Kin', however due to the randomness and huge difference between each individual Kin, each Kin would be given their own name. Such as Frostkin, or Merkin, or Polterkin, and so on and on. Let us follow Sahra Rose as one day when hanging out with her friends at the local mall -without any warning- she became a kin of shadows."

"Come and see an endless sea of worlds, all different and similar in many ways. Follow the journey of Kasper and his employees, with some newcomers such as Ashley Seeker and other. A shop and eatery where you'll always find what you seek for when you enter, travelling through a Multiverse unbound. Though don't expect dramatic twists and turns or huge character arcs theoughout the story, however some small things are there, afterall not all need to change throughout the journey."

Ah, my apologies, but I’m not entirely sure what you mean. Are you talking about Miss (or Mrs., not completely sure) Cyana and Mr. Cyan? I’ve searched my databases for “Cydroids” and only found an inactive group on DeviantArt ^^;

If you are talking about Cyana and Cyan, then I don’t know them very well, but they seem absolutely incredible. I actually look up to them quite a bit!

Species: Cydroid [a friend's species, will post a reference after this] Occupation: Bodyguard Gender: Male Age: 33 [with cydroid ages, this is approximate 53 in human years] Universe: Kittyverse Pravrects and his partner, Ostalinks, are hte bodyguards for some kind of Lieutenant named Breiskatel. AS a bodyguard, he's cold, silent, and heavily armed at all times. when i was assigning sexualities to a bunch of ocs, he wound being the only bi one of the trio, and VERY secretly lust after Ostalinks. Otherwise, theres not much about him. The one story he appeared in, he was just being the bodyguard for breiskatel while he tried to work out a deal for some secret military thing? i forget the details of that deal now and failed to write them down. His name, if i recall, is a mashup of the word for right in the two primary languages the cydroids are based on? that doesnt sound right. but yeah. his name is RightRight. Ostalinks is LeftLeft. but what do you expect for little unimportant side characters?~

A lot of effort and time has gone into this good Friday event over the past few months (especially the past few weeks!!) but wow... I think i speak for everyone when I say it was all worth it, when more than 500 children heard the gospel today, of which more than 200 probably for the first time :") . Spent the whole day as Hornet the Cydroid, taking a million photos, emceeing with tunnel vision, a distorted voice and a lack of facial expression (which is incredibly important for connecting with children!). But at the end of the day, I pray that the children don't leave remembering how the Cydroids helped the humans defeat the Androids, rather, would they remember how Jesus gave His life to save us from sin and death. . so update moving forward, ULG is being put on backburner. I’m just not getting a lot of hype for it ahhh. Cydroid Reed and To Warrant a Want already are pretty popular, so after I’m finished with Heat Haze and a quick drabble for a friendo- I’m probably going to work on either my rarepair(Gav60) or Firefighter AU, and then sequels for the series I already have started!

By no means am I done writing ahahah- I just don’t see ULG taking off anytime soon, so I’m switching directives! See you all on the flipside as I finish Heat Haze and rarepair drabble! And remember- Try, Try Again is still updating!
