Letβs talk RDA! π€ Do you know that the RDA is not much better than an educated guess. π³ The terminology surrounding nutrient recommendations is convoluted and often out of date β full of abbreviations that all sound the same - and has not been updated since 1968. RDA is based on a 2000 calorie a day diet. But nutrient needs are different for everyone!
