Happy Leap Year from Southwestern Baby Ribbs!! This little cutie has been bald in my stash for possibly years, and when my FB group had a challenge to rehair a baby pony, I thought he’d be perfect! I really got stuck on what colors to use, and my friend Marbletoast helped me come up with a whole bunch of great ones, and when she said Southwest, I said SOLD! 🤣 Luckily I had all the colors I needed in my stash, but they got a little wild when I set him up to dry in front of the fan! 🤔 Ah well! I didn’t want to do ringlets, since he’s a playful baby brother after all! He also has an itty bitty amount of plugs, and sadly Buttercream doesn’t show up as creamy as I’d hoped with only six plugs! 🤣 His hair colors are (in order) Shimmerlocks Powder Puff, Dollyhair Buttercream, SL Crumpet and DH Pumpkin Spice! Have a great day - it only comes every four years after all! 🤣

I wanted to try and achieve my “one custom pony a month” goal again this year, but this has been a rough past few months being sick! 😷 So for now, on the last day of January, I’ll post the pony that I finished more than a year ago now (almost two years!!) for my dear pony pal @yodawgiheardyoulikeponies_ : Princess Lickety Split! She wanted an alt rehair of her favorite pony, and she asked me near the start of Covid; I thought, this will be easy! Everyone gets a few months off, I’ll finish this in no time! Cut to the worst artist’s block of my life… 😱 and two years later, she emerged with a crown and a fabulous backstory! @yodawgiheardyoulikeponies_ made her a whole thrilling video saga about her return to her herd, so I highly recommend you scroll back to July 2022 and watch them! I’ll add some to my story!! Thank you for being my special pony pal, and so very patient too!! 💖

I designed my partner @theedgycryptid a Ponysona based off of their fursona (I made them a while ago)

They started off as an earth pony and morphed into something else along the way shdbd

They are the resident cryptid hunter and live/work out of Weird Whimsy’s (my ponysona) basement where they have numerous pictures, maps and newspaper clippings all connected by red string. It’s all connected! They know it is! And they will get to the bottom of it…

Get ready for a storm of Chaos! It's my largest custom to date: Discord from My Little Pony!

His head and hands were sculpted by me, the neck and waist joints were 3D printed for me by the wonderful @beetleboo, and the torso, hips/legs/tail were from a Jakks Sisu figure, with some modification added.

There were a lot of bumps int he road getting this custom done, but I'm so, so happy with the results! He looks fantastic, and exactly like what I wanted. He's three feet long from tips of the horns, to the end of his tail, and super fun to pose.

I'm so happy right now. I don't even care there's already a little paint chipping, he still looks great. I love him.
