A very interesting question, since as long he just sticks to the Cirkus he won't age and thus stay a kid.

That said, the Cirkus comes with plenty of alternative timelines depending on how you play its game, and each has their own influence on Street Rat and the ways he may grow up.

So there ya have it. Possibilities.
