@curlsfothegirls Refreshing a style in the morning can be a little daunting, especially if you aren't sure how to do so. I maintained my #twistout overnight by putting a bonnet on and refreshing it in the morning with lots of root lifting and shaking to make it come alive after being slept on. _ To refresh my style, i used some of the @bumbleandbumble Hairdresser's Invisible Oil and my @eternallyinamber rainbow hair pick. What inspired you to start your YouTube channel? 

I was inspired to start a YouTube channel because I wanted to be able to share visual content of beauty and hair looks. It was nerve wracking and still is to this day, but here we are. :) 

What are your favorite looks to create?

I love creating simple makeup looks that anyone can do. However, I do love more intense makeup looks and will begin sharing those very soon. I love to play with color and glitter, so you'll definitely be seeing more of those looks. As far as hair goes, I like to keep it simple because I am a true believer that less is more. I also think now that I've changed my hair color, I will begin to experiment with various styling options a little more because I'm not too worried about unnecessary breakage etc. 

What is your favorite part about being a beauty blogger?

My favorite part about being a beauty blogger is the response that I get from people and how they listen to my suggestions and apply them to their beauty routines. Having someone tell me that they tried a specific product because of me means a lot. It means that they believed enough in what I was saying and chose to listen to me. That's big! 

What path do you feel YouTube/Beauty blogging is leading you towards?

I feel that YouTube/beauty blogging is leading me down a path of entrepreneurship. I like working for myself and believe that there are great things on the horizon for me. I'm learning to take control of MY life and creating paths where there weren't any. 

What's next for CurlsFoTheGirls/Ashley?

That's something you'll have to stay tuned for! I'm honestly just working hard and making connections and trying to think of ways to up my content. I can say that CurlFest is on the horizon and I will be there, so if anyone is going, come look for me! :) Other than that, you'll just have to follow along to see.
