Now, forgive me if you've answered something similar to this before, it has been a minute and I haven't read through much of the asks you answered, but!!

Are there name ideas for the kids and how many do you think they'd end up having? :] (In the Cupid AU ofc)

I-as the author- haven’t quite come up with any kid names yet, but canonically? I think Roman absolutely has a list of possibilities in the back of the binder he uses for all the wedding planning(no one knows it’s their, and feels kinda silly every time he looks at the list but he’s just so excited to build a life with Virgil he can’t help himself but to imagine ya know?

Also! Cupids and reapers are semi immortal/age really slowly, but grow up at the same rate as humans! (So they grow into adults fairly quickly and then slow down once they reach adulthood) so it’s actually pretty customary for cupids to specifically have kids in like batches? So like a set of 2 or 3 at a time but over the course of their lifetime will have 4 or 5 batches of kids! So in theory they really could at the end of it have a dozen or more kids( but they don’t necessarily have to- Logan And Patton only had the two and the twins were more than enough trouble for a lifetime)

it honestly would depend on how Virgil would feel if they got to that point

Oh and Remus is happily single! I’m not sure if he’s aro or not but he feels really fulfilled in his job and social circles so he doesn’t really feel the desire for a relationship- but he’s happy Roman is getting married do he can completely dodge the “ when are you gonna settle down/have grand kids for us?” questions from his parents and extended family lol

OH GUYS I just had a wonderful au idea

It involves Cupid!patton (who’s aro and pan) and archangel Logan (who’s grey-ace) and human deceit (who’s grey-ro and trans) who all end up in a qpr/romantic relationship (but not always? Whatever, they love each other and that’s what matters)

Also Patton wants to use his arrows to make people friends and feel other kinds of love (he wants Emile and his patients to have a loving bond, Roman and Remus to rekindle their brotherhood, Thomas to love himself, ecc ecc) but his higher ups won’t let him

So he starts experimenting and trying to create his own arrows and tries to hide it from his bosses and he makes messes and messes up a bunch of times and makes the wrong peopls fall in love ecc ecc and Logan see’s what’s going on and decides to help him out

So they’d start testing stuff but their bosses find out and they’re banished and sent to earth where they live together and they meet Deceit and so they all end up together and Patton eventually realizes that people can and will find love on their own, that humanity is made to love in every shape or form, so he doesn’t worry anymore and enjoys his life as a mortal

i've got an idea for an au!! patton is in charge of making people fall in love and he has to get logan and roman together. but he accidentally makes roman fall in love with virgil, so he's trying to correct his mistake. aaaand i leave the ending up to you :D

"New assignment! New assignment!" Patton sang as he buzzed up out of bed that morning, humming to himself as he twirled his way to the shower and then off to work. Assignment day was an excellent day, full of fresh challenges and excitement and all the usual anticipation of budding romance a cupid could ever want. It was almost as good as the feeling when he finally successfully got the new lovers together, but nothing beat that.

Patton exchanged bright smiles and friendly greetings with every equally bright and friendly inhabitant of his town in Aphrodosia. They were all cupids, the odd guardian angel visiting scattered here and there. The town was alive with vibrance and movement as per usual in the mornings and Patton was far from the only one singing to themselves.

"Good morning Emile!" He chirped when he got in the elevator at work.

"Good morning Patton!" Emile chirped back, smile wide. "Oh, it's your new assignment day, isn't it!"

"It is!" Patton grinned, clasping his hands and swaying dreamily. "Oh I so hope they're lovely. But they always are. Isn't it such a beautiful thing?!"

Emile swooned a little, and they giggled together before Emile jumped out at Relationship Rebuilding and Patton continued up to Meeting Cute and Love At First Sight.

Patton's last assignment had been wonderful and easy and quite frankly misfiled as Meeting Cute when really it should've been under Happenstance and Meeting Ugly and/or Villains Need Love Too. They were sweet and chaotic and he hoped he got a chance to check in on the soon. But the prospect of a new assignment was just even more tantalising and Patton shrieked with glee when he was finally handed the folder.

One Logan Haynes and his soon-to-be-beau Roman Leroy were just the most dazzling, high class power-couple he'd ever seen! Logan was a young data analyst for NASA and Roman was apparently a very well known 'YouTuber', whatever that meant exactly. They shared a fascination and passion for the known world and what lay beyond, and they were both not-so-secret nerds. It was a match made in Aphrodosia!

The air on Earth hummed when he descended with his mojo stocked up and ready to go. Logan was going to be the harder target so it would be safer to start with Roman and let his own romantic side do half the work for him.

If only the other guy hadn't stumbled into the changing room unexpectedly and stolen the hearts from Roman's eyes…

like hear me out hear me out : Cupid is a Job, technically, but also an Existence, and Virgil Is One (some Cupids retire which is why it's not just a species)

Anyway they need to be incorporated into human life, right? and they just live along side humans with human occupations (if they want) and their helpful side job. also they need to report every so often .

so Virgil gets this assignment and it goes down in , idk, a park . For two people -- Logan Sanders and Roman Prince. So he goes to the park -- all fine and dandy, he's not totally feeling it because he's Cynical (deceit is also a Cupid and they talk Tea all the time)

but Logan's sitting on the bench reading, Roman's laying on a blanket daydreaming. two still targets. easy gig, yeah?

so he aims his bow at Roman: right in the chest. Roman looks a little winded, yeah, but nothing dangerous. Virgil takes aim at Logan, steady, steady, and shoot -- just in time for Patton Hart to sprint by, chasing after a dog. Patton is struck between the ribs -- he trips, skidding on grass. Logan stands up, asking if he's okay, helping him up

Virgil pales because oh shit oh shit he hasn't missed in decades, but not all was lost, he could just use a nullification arrow, it was fine -- only now he was a little panicked, Patton was looking up at Logan with stars in his eyes, Roman was walking towards Patton and Logan with a bounce in his step, Virgil needed to take aim take aim take aim and shoot

the arrow sails towards Logan and settles neatly between the boards on the bench. no big, nobody else could see the arrows, Virgil would collect later -- and now he's a little more calm, a little more put together. he draws the string: perfect shot. Logan stumbles -- Roman catches him before he falls. Patton says something and they laugh, or -- Logan makes a face, but he looks happy.

Virgil will get the null arrows, fix his mistake. first he needs to grab his so he -- walks over to the bench; he's nearly invisible to the three, a combination of cupid influence and the three being caught up in one another

So he goes to pick up the arrow, slots it out of the boards -- Patton bumps into him, says "I'm sorry!" -- or at least, Virgil thinks that's what he says, because his finger slips, he fumbles, and he pricks his finger on the tip of the arrow -- it vanishes instantly, as per cupid arrows, and everything goes -- white

He opens his eyes to Logan, staring at him, asking if he's okay with eyes that are much too soft, Roman is running back with his blanket wrapped around his arm, presenting it to Virgil when he's close enough, Patton propping him up against the bench, and an entirely -- weird feeling swirling in his chest

Virgil's eyes widen because this is -- the eternal screw up. He reaches for his bow and it's -- not there , because honeymoon period romances can have no contact with cupid influences (except for null arrows, which Virgil never keeps on him because of -- pride in his own ability to never screw up)

meaning he needs to keep himself and Patton away from Roman and Logan while simultaneously trying to get null arrows by either waiting two months -- two months -- to be able to transport to corporate or find another cupid to get them for him

only, deceit is being Extremely unhelpful ("arrogance finally catching up to you, huh anx?") and Virgil finds himself battling infatuation from the arrows and what's turning into very real, very worrying love

more sanders sides lol. Made this on Valentine’s sooo enjoy!

aight so basically in this universe angels are a thing. there are many kinds but only three we'll be focusing on - cupids, storks, and reapers. ever seen that pixar short where the cloud makes babies for the bird to carry? that's what the storks do! patton, a recently fully-fledged angel, wants to be a stork, and to get the job he needs to be apprenticed for a while under a more experienced stork (this is gonna end up prinxiety and logicality, btw) so patton ends up under the wing(s) of logan, a strict old-school type stork. shenanigans ensue.

"ooo we should make them good at singing!" 

"alright then, perhaps a bit of stage fright to balance them out-" 

"what, no! they should be confident in their skills or they'll start to doubt themselves!" 

"no patton that's not how it w o r k s"

so logicality basically literally makes a lot of babies and watch over them as guardian angels as they grow up. it's like a family and it's super sappy! patton is so proud of their first one when he graduates high school and he takes pictures with him and logan's like "you know he can't see you right" and pat's just like "i'm just so proud"

there is ANOTHER HALF to this au! the prinxiety side

so i decided to flip stuff a bit here. roman is the reaper, and virgil is the cupid! roman guides heroic souls back to paradise (valhalla style) and virgil brings love to lonely hearts specifically. he's a 'first love' cupid.

and basically their interests start to clash a bit because the one person virgil's chosen to fall in love with his current charge roman has already claimed for a heroic death (they both have quotas to fill, is how it works) and there's. drama and what ends up happening is the person heroically saves the lonely one and lives, only for virgil to find out the heroic person is already in love!! and now the lonely person is pining unrequited and now roman and virgil have to fix this mess they got themselves into

and of course, end up in love themselves

it ends up coming together because lonely person and logicality's charge fall in love but it takes a while because the logicality pair have heard of the chaos the prinxiety pair have made and Don't Trust Them with their son

lonely person is actually sleep, where the logicality kiddo is dr. picani~

Soul Eater AU, early designs

I made these a little while ago as early concept

About the AU and characters:

Established Logicality, Prinxiety in the making

I might tan a bit Patton's skin in the future.

Yes, his outfit based on the trial episode, but I kinda liked the idea of him not being so strict in respecting the rules and so, being a bit laid back on how he's wearing his uniform, not to mention the socks with sandals XD.

Patton is a stringless bow and shoots arrows using his meister's Soul's energy. In his human form, he can turns his fingers into arrows and shoot them. Rather decent in fighting meisterless but can't hold too great battles on his own.

He and Logan are on the advanced classes, sometimes even assisting teachers and leading practice class with the newer students.

The floating wings in Logan's back are because Patton is a Death Scythe and has a seraphic Soul (like Soul Eater Evans in the eponymous manga/anime)

Logan has prosthetics after he barely made it from a terrific battle in their first year as he protected Patton, which was the real spark in their awkward relationship (story in the making, needs to be worked on).

He was already good at detecting Soul wavelength, his cyber eye enhanced it to a greater distance, but it tires him quicker with a headache.

Can use his Soul wavelength to stun people (like Black Star). Good hand to hand combat skills, but more to defend than actually attack.

They are either nicknamed Cupids or Glass gays.

Virgil is 7' tall and can change into a black sword with electric properties. Can zap people in his human form. No one exactly know anything about his past (More to be added)

He and Roman ended up being partner by default when no one else was left.

Roman cannot wield Virgil without getting shocked because of their unmatched Soul wavelength, leading Virgil to often fight by himself while Roman flights hand to hand.

Virgil has fight or flight reflexes but will generally try to avoid getting engaged unless there's no other choices. Roman on the other hand, is always ready to pick up fights if it's for a good reason...who sometimes aren't always.

On very rare occasions, Roman can wield Virgil but without the two of them realizing it so far.

For Roman's design, I wanted to match his canon outfit but with DWMA vibes. The crown is a big hair clip just for the style.

As for the green scarf...

Angel and Demon AU Moceit + maybe Analogical?

Virgil is a newly minted guardian angel. His first assignment is a scruffy looking do-gooder named Patton whose on the brink of becoming disillusioned/ burnt out by all of his charity work and activism and need someone to help him take care of himself as well as others.

Virgil disguises himself as one of the college age volunteers at Patton’s soup kitchen in order to get close to Patton and talk with him (as well as spying on him when he’s in angel mode).

Virgil’s not totally sure how its best to help Paton, so the assignment’s taking a while, but they’ve become friends and Patton doesn’t seem to be getting worse so he’s fairly optimistic.

BUT THEN Virgil’s (self-appointed) BFF Remus decides to visit. Remus is a cupid, although no one can figure out how he’s not been fired from that job since he tends to make inappropriate matches just for fun and causes chaos wherever he goes.

Remus jokingly (?) suggests the cure to Patton’s problem is getting laid and aims his bow at Patton and the first person he sees him talking to.

Unfortunately that person is Janus. A ‘business developer’ (who is totally NOT part of the mafia nooo) who is only at the soup kitchen to subtly imply Patton should be selling the building to him before something….happens to it….

Virgil panics. Tackles Remus. Bow goes off. Suddenly the do-gooder and the wise guy are making googly eyes at each other, falling head over heels in love instantly.

Virgil now needs to figure out how to undo cupids arrow before the infatuation blooms into real love, disrupting Patton’s destiny and getting Virgil kicked off the guardian team before his first assignment’s even done.

Would becoming a fallen angel on his first job be some kind of record?

Bonus points:

· Remus’ ‘bow and arrow’ manifests as a straw and spit balls

· Logan is a cross roads demon who Janus originally made a deal with to move up the ranks in his crime syndicate very quickly. He is Not Happy that Janus is so distracted by smooching Patton he hasn't been carrying out all his various Evil Tasks on schedule.

· Eventually ends up teaming up with Virgil to break up the couple.

· They are both terrible at it.

· Possibly end up falling for each other??

· Remus’ Human disguise is hot pants and a leather jacket.

That one. The one crossed out in red marker, symbolizing the day of Cupid and his minions of love coming to hunt down unsuspecting innocent souls like a huntress coming for the blood of a lamb. For that yearning of hurt in the name of love.

Oh, he hated love. A trickster, covered in pearls, sweets, teddy bears, and roses, creeping up to you, tapping your shoulder, whispering into your ear about a game. A seemingly harmless game of chance, with velvet curtains of smiles and red lipstick, hiding knives and arrows, all forged by the blood of the heartbroken.

He heard Love's whisper. The smooth voice of candy laced with ecstasy traveling to his brain in attempt to lure him into their trap. Thankfully, he declined with no hesitation, not a hint of regret or waver in his ‘no thanks'.

Because, as he said, Love is a game of chance. And he will not fall prey to it.

Even after pulling his green and brown eyes from the February calendar, that hatred for that day bloomed and flourished in the dim light of the dots of moonlight passing through his curtains.

To many it brought joy and dancing on the cobblestone till dusk, to others sorrow and white sticky liquid on their thighs, an innocence foolishly lost to lusty temptation.

Harsh remnants of winter blew in the wind as he stepped out the house, beaten converse thumping softly on the brick road of the street. Shiny stars Illuminating ink black skies with hints of navy slithering around.

Little Virgil Black almost smiled, breathing it all in as the icy breeze blew again, brushing against his pale skin like a mother's touch that was gone in the blink of an eye. His black hair waved like ink, the purple tips waving amongst each other like couples in a ballroom.

No… don’t think about that now.

He sighed, middle and index finger drawing tiny circles on his temples. Love was an enemy of his for a reason, and everything that stood beside it will stand against him. Including February 14.

Oh, February 14, what a tragedy you are. He won’t go into detail with this, but lets all just say February 14… is a haunted day. A day that crept up to him, mocking and forcing those cursed tears to overfill his green and brown dams till creaks that threat to break down turn into gruesome splashing of diamond blades down the pearly beach of his skin. It was… aggravating, to say the least. And he hated it with the fires of both Heaven and Hell.

“Virgil?”

Ah. He'd recognize that smooth and perky voice anywhere. The bouncing brown hair professionally styled on top of his head. The gleaming green eyes that can burn someone's kneecaps to jelly, forcing them on their nonexistent knees at his mercy.

Roman. Fucking. Kingsley. The boy behind the slaughter. The eccentric theater kid with a rose gold crown. The preppy history nerd who also, for some godforsaken reason, his best friend.

But to Virgil? Poor little Virgil? Oh, he was more. He was the boy who unknowingly made the moon shine silvery streaks over every living thing that deserved it. He was the boy who brought glitter in the despondency bliss of the falling drops of rain, heavy or light, he still brought it. He was the rose to his thorns. The sudden rainbow in dusty blue skies, fresh from the wrath of the storm. The peaceful reassuring breeze in the gloomy shadows of night under the spruce trees.

He was the right to his wrong. And sadly, Roman had no fucking clue. Not in that oblivious head of his.

He spun, raising his hand to wave, disrupting the gentle blow of the wind, “hey.”

Roman looked at him, a dream clouding his emeralds, “Hey, uh… I just came to ask you something.”

That was strange. Mr. Disney Prince? Life of the party? Being nervous?

And its about Virgil himself? Very very intriguing indeed.

He must be sick.

He raised an eyebrow at his deafening silence, “well? Spit, Princey.”

He only offered a broken chuckle, running a hand through his hair, “well, now you just made this harder-“

“Just say it.” He snapped.

“Will you go to the dance with me?”

Well, safe to say, Virgil was not very pleased with the answer.

What? Why? Why me? Does he not know me?

Who would’ve thought, the one loathing love with every fiber of his melancholy existence was being offered a hand of companionship by the one who basically lived with it. The… Melancholy Kaleidoscope.

“Its just that, Patton has Logan, Janus has Remus and I… I don’t want to go alone! You don’t even have to be my date, just stay with me? You don’t have to, please, just… consider it?”

My, my, have the tables turned. When the eccentric are nervous and the nervous are, discreetly, mind you, amused. Roman Fucking Kingsley? Rambling? Nervous? And to the one person he was always shameless with? What kind of glitch in the matrix did he stumble upon? Either he and Remus pulled a switcharoo or he genuinely, truly wanted Virgil to. And apparently to his surprise, considering the pleading, teary look on his face, it was the latter.

“I…” A glimmer, a shine of hope displayed on Roman's face, “I’ll.. I guess I’ll go…”

Oh, what a mess did Virgil get himself into.

But no matter, he was there with him.

Logan: I may have launched into a full-scale rant at my teacher for no reason.

Logan: well... *blushes*

Patton: *laughs* why don’t you sit down and... we can get to know each other a little better.

Logan: I would like that very much, Patton.

*as Patton sits down next to Logan, he whispers “thank you” to Remus and Janus, who fist bump*

Remus: well, guess our work here is done.

Janus: we corrupted two innocent students into subverting school authority figures for their own gain. This... sort of feels like something we should be a little bit guiliy about.

Remus: don’t be ridiculous, look how happy they are!

*Remus and Janus watch on as Patton and Logan talk and laugh excitedly, a friendship (or maybe even more) clearly forming*

Janus: ... I think you’re right. Guess their true destiny really was to be rulebreakers together.

Remus: what did I tell you?! We’re not just the detention room protectors- we’re the detention room Cupids!

Janus: that’s how we’ll be known, isn’t it?

Remus: and would that be such a bad thing?

Janus: *looks at Patton’s happy face* no. Not at all.
