My Week 12 Dance. Sometimes you just gotta #DanceLikeNoOneIsWatching. 💃🏾 🤰🏿Pregnancy requires ALOT of energy. The female body is going through so many changes (pumping 50% more blood, feeding and supporting a growing body, hormonal changes, slower digestion, supporting new weight gain, etc...). This week the 👶🏾baby is able to bend, stretch, kick and make faces because the nervous and muscular system are responding to each other. The baby's bodily systems are basically formed although they still need to mature. I love that these #violas are still in bloom well into December. These plants can go by a variety of names including #johnnyjumpup, #wildpansies and #violets. They are part of the violet family. There are more than 500 species of this plant and are indigenous to every continent except Antarctica. They are associated with thought and #meditation. The French word for pansy is pensee or thought. Isnt this one of the most unique plants?!?!? Lol its called a #BalloonPlant. Some of its nicknames include #HairyBalls (lmao 😂😂😂), #bladderbush, #SwanMilkweed and #BishopsBalls. It is part of the #Gomphocarpus species. #Butterflies love this plant because it provides them with nectar well into the season. The #inspector came to check on these #radishes LOL she approved! Radish is a fast growing #rootcrop. Do you eat fermented foods? If not you should. Love those little beneficial bacteria that take care of your gut and you in tip top shape. Making probiotic pickles above.
