A few shit about master Catastor and his quiet,megalomaniac Cult Founder , Lucius:

He likes to rest on top of Lucius' head because he likes to snuggle (or bite) fluffy hair.

During rituals , Catlord wants his most beloved False Prophet to hold him up do he can radio signal everyone in the room.

Catastor is always savage , but he has emotions, and similar reactions to everything and Lucius knows how to control or understand them , for example , if Catastor is shaking like a fucking wending machine after eating something or meeting someone , it means he likes it/them , but if he is doing it front of someone he doesn't know and hasn't been introduced with , he starts floating and bites off their toes while they are asleep.

Lucius can speak with Catastor because they.. um. no explanation.
