Thermaltake has sent the CT120 & CT140 ARGB cooling fans for today's review, with short daisy-chained cables that connect directly to the motherboard.
Thermaltake is well known for their radiator fan kits with the SWANFAN and TOUGHFAN range, and for a short time now I’ve been saying that they need to complement these with airflow fans that you can use as a case fan. Today they’ve answered my prayers with the CT120 & CT140 ARGB (and non-ARGB) dual fan kits. Let’s take a look… Thermaltake CT120/CT140 ARGB Sync PC Cooling Fan Pack(s) Review:…

How Diabetes Condition Leads to Erectile Dysfunction In Men
Some of the human sexual responses might need several bodies that shall function to work well and together. Can Diabetes Cause Erectile Dysfunction might be caused due by conditions like nerves, blood vessels, hormones, and psyche? However, know that diabetes and even the diabetes treatment can affect many of these issues mentioned below.
Nerves: This is one of the most common complications of diabetes is neuropathy, or nerve damage condition. This can lead to impotence or erectile dysfunction in men. The condition can further be treated with Tadalista CT 20 medicine.
Blood Vessels: Condition like diabetes shall damage the blood vessels which can lead to the smallest blood vessels contribute in the penile region. The health issue of diabetes can also lead to heart disease or other circulatory issues. However, proper flow of blood in must for achieving a stiffer penile erection. Can Diabetes Cause Erectile Dysfunction can be yes! But treating impotence while being diabetic is bit tricky which can be done by consuming proper Tadalista CT 20 for Impotence like medication.
Hormones: Health issues like diabetes and kidney conditions can lead to some of the chemical changes in the type and respective amount of the hormone which is secreted by the body, and it also includes the hormones which are involved in sexual responses.
Psyche: Some of the psychological conditions can lead to sexual dive diminishing. This can also lead to impotence even when you are sexually aroused. Consuming Tadalista CT 20 works the best for overcoming impotence. Can Diabetes Cause Erectile Dysfunction can be yes but also can be treated with Tadalista CT 20 medicine?
Impotence Treatment Apart from Oral Solutions Some of the additional treatments include vacuum constriction devices, intraurethral alprostadil suppository, or intracavernous injections. Other might include sex therapy too
The plastic tube in the vacuum pumps is to be placed on the penile. This pump might be battery or hand pump operated, which creates a vacuum that shall draw blood into the penile making it further erect. How I eliminated hyperpigmentation on my face due to extensive sun exposure
Disclaimer: The content presented here is offered for informational purposes only, and should not be construed as medical advice. You should consult with your physician/care giver regarding your own medical care. I have no financial interest in any of the products or websites that I mention.
In my late 40s from extensive sun exposure I developed large noticeable hyperpigmentation spots on both of my cheeks, below my eyes. After that I read a variety of skin care advice, and found that following approach works well to eliminate those spots and keep my skin looking healthy.
I stopped washing my face with soap, which can change the skin's naturally acidic pH to be more alkaline and strip the skin of its natural protective moisture and fatty acids.
I read of people using natural oils (coconut, grapeseed, hemp, jojoba, olive, etc.) to cleanse their face and in my experience it works quite well. In the morning, I scrub my face with a hot wet wash cloth and coconut oil.
Then I apply a homemade vitamin C saturated solution (as much vitamin C powder that will dissolve in water). Vitamin C can help protect skin from sun exposure, so I apply it on my face in the morning before going outside.
To prevent the hyperpigmentation from returning, when outside during peak sunlight hours for an extended time, I use Walmart Equate sunscreen which was among the top scored by Consumer Reports in their 2018–2019 testing of sunscreen. To minimize my exposure to chemicals, I only apply this to my face. Often I also wear a wide brim hat.
In the evening, I again scrub my face with a hot wet wash cloth and coconut oil. Next I apply several drops of a homemade 24% (wt/wt) salicylic acid solution on my cheeks and leave it on until the next morning. I choose the evening for this since it can make skin sensitive to sun exposure. I find that salicylic acid does briefly sting but works great for eliminating hyperpigmentation. Afterward I apply coconut oil for moisturizing.
To make a 24% (wt/wt) salicylic acid solution, I add 1.5 US teaspoons of salicylic acid powder (packed down and leveled off, about 7.5 g on my Weighmax CT20 milligram scale) into a labeled 1 oz dropper bottle. Next I add 2 US tablespoons of 91% isopropyl alcohol and shake well. I am very careful not to get it on my eyes or lips.
I purchased salicylic acid powder from a reputable seller on a popular auction website. I store this well sealed in a cool dry dark location and expect it should last several years or more.

Boron is an important trace mineral with many potential health benefits
Disclaimer: The content presented here is offered for informational purposes only, and should not be construed as medical advice. You should consult with your physician/care giver regarding your own medical care. I have no financial interest in any of the products or websites that I mention.
I read a variety of published information and studies about potential health benefits of boron supplementation and safety of dosage. I found these to be useful summaries: ___
http://www.health-science-spirit.com/borax.htm Excerpt from Walter Last. The Borax Conspiracy - How the Arthritis Cure has been stopped. 2011.
"Boron is distributed throughout the body with the highest concentration in the parathyroid glands, followed by bones and dental enamel. It is essential for healthy bone and joint function, regulating the absorption and metabolism of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus through its influence on the parathyroid glands. With this boron is for the parathyroids what iodine is for the thyroid.
Boron deficiency causes the parathyroids to become overactive, releasing too much parathyroid hormone which raises the blood level of calcium by releasing calcium from bones and teeth. This then leads to osteoarthritis and other forms of arthritis, osteoporosis and tooth decay. With advancing age high blood levels of calcium lead to calcification of soft tissues causing muscle contractions and stiffness; calcification of endocrine glands, especially the pineal gland and the ovaries; arteriosclerosis, kidney stones, and calcification of the kidneys ultimately leading to kidney failure. Boron deficiency combined with magnesium deficiency is especially damaging to the bones and teeth.
Boron affects the metabolism of steroid hormones, and especially of sex hormones. It increases low testosterone levels in men and oestrogen levels in menopausal women. It also has a role in converting vitamin D to its active form, thus increasing calcium uptake and deposition into bone and teeth rather than causing soft tissue to calcify. Also other beneficial effects have been reported such as improvement of heart problems, vision, psoriasis, balance, memory and cognition." ___
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4712861/ Excerpt from Lara Pizzorno, MDiv, MA, LMT. Nothing Boring About Boron. IMCJ Integrative Medicine: A Clinician's Journal. 2015 Aug; 14(4): 35–48.
"Boron has been proven to be an important trace mineral because it (1) is essential for the growth and maintenance of bone; (2) greatly improves wound healing; (3) beneficially impacts the body’s use of estrogen, testosterone, and vitamin D; (4) boosts magnesium absorption; (5) reduces levels of inflammatory biomarkers, such as hs-CRP and TNF-α; (6) raises levels of antioxidant enzymes, such as SOD, catalase, and glutathione peroxidase; (7) protects against pesticide-induced oxidative stress and heavy-metal toxicity; (8) improves brain electrical activity, cognitive performance, and short-term memory in elders; (9) influences the formation and activity of key biomolecules, such as SAM-e and NAD+; (10) has demonstrated preventive and therapeutic effects in a number of cancers, such as prostate, cervical, and lung cancers and multiple and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma; and (11) may help ameliorate the adverse effects of traditional chemotherapeutic agents." ___
Borax is an compound of boron. Borax (sodium borate) is a natural mineral mined from the earth like salt (sodium chloride), both of which have a long history of being used to preserve food. I read that borax and salt are generally considered safe in small amounts and of similar toxicity (LD50) in large amounts.
California is home to one of the world’s largest borax deposits from which 20 Mule Team Borax has been manufactured since 1891. The product is packaged in its pure form, with no chemical additives. The only processing it receives after its removal from the ground is washing, drying and packaging. The product is 99.5 percent pure, with the remaining 1/2 of 1 percent containing naturally occurring trace minerals, with no risk of heavy metals. I read that pharmaceutical grade borax is not noticeably purer or better.
I wash my hands after handling borax powder and am careful not to get it in eyes. To make a borax solution, I add one US teaspoon (leveled-off, average 4620 mg on my Weighmax CT20 milligram scale) of borax powder and 16 US fluid ounces of purified water into a cooking pot. I heat on the stove until the solution boils for one minute, and stir until the borax is fully dissolved. I pour the solution into a labeled glass jar with lid and store in a dark location at room temperature.
4620 mg borax powder * 0.113 (11.3% boron by weight) = 522.1 mg boron, divided by 64 (number of 1/2 US tablespoons in 16 US fluid ounces water) = 8 mg boron
A 1/2 US tablespoon of this solution with 8 mg boron is comparable to the estimated 5-8 mg/day boron intake for people in parts of the world such as Israel and Western Australia which have high boron levels in the soil and water (and very low rates of arthritis at 1% or less). This amount is well under the Upper Tolerable Limit (UL) of 20 mg/day boron, determined unlikely to cause any adverse effects for healthy people in long term use.

Iodine supplementation improved my fitness and quality of life
Disclaimer: The content presented here is offered for informational purposes only, and should not be construed as medical advice. You should consult with your physician/care giver regarding your own medical care. I have no financial interest in any of the products or websites that I mention.
For most of my adult life I took a quality supplement which included the RDA of 150 mcg/day iodine. I lived a healthy lifestyle and never took any medications.
Then at age 50 when I began supplementation with a much higher amount of iodine at 12 mg/day, I immediately noticed a significant change. To my great surprise, it has felt like returning to my peak teenage years, with even better sleep quality and much higher testosterone. I have more energy throughout the day and my recovery from exercise is faster. This higher amount of daily iodine has improved my fitness and quality of life. Truly a joyful discovery!
Before starting, I read a variety of published information and studies about potential health benefits and safety of dosage. I highly recommend Dr. David Brownstein's book "Iodine: Why You Need It, Why You Can't Live Without It".
https://www.drbrownstein.com/iodine-why-you-need-it-p/iodine.htm
"Iodine is the most misunderstood nutrient. After 17 years of practicing medicine, I can say that it is impossible to achieve your optimal health if you do not have adequate iodine levels. I have yet to see any item that is more important to promoting health or optimizing the function of the immune system than iodine. Learn what forms of iodine you need and why there is not enough iodine in salt. See how iodine can help: breast cancer, fibrocystic breast disease, detoxification, fatigue, Graves' disease, and Hashimoto's disease. Find out why iodine deficiency may be the root cause of thyroid problems including hypothyroidism and thyroid cancer. Discover how to get iodine in your diet and improve your immune system." ___
Another book that I found very helpful is "The Iodine Crisis" by Lynne Farrow.
http://lynnefarrow.net/book.html
"Thanks to environmental pollutants Iodine deficiency has become a worldwide epidemic. Everybody knows pollutants cause cancer. What they don't know is that these pollutants cause a deficiency that can make us sick, fat and stupid. Iodized salt--supposedly a solution to iodine deficiency-- is actually a nutritional scam which provides a false sense of security. The Iodine Crisis explains how we became so deficient, then shows the time-tested solution to reversing many conditions. Lynne Farrow reveals how she and thousands of other patient-activists changed their lives by researching and using iodine. Frequently Asked Questions cover everything you need to know about iodine. The proof of iodine's benefit is demonstrated by the dramatic case studies shared in this book." ___
I also found the iodine research studies at Optimox to be highly interesting, especially publications #01, #02, and #04. In their research Dr. Guy Abraham and associates found through laboratory testing that 12 mg/day iodine is enough for most healthy adults to achieve optimal iodine levels throughout the body, with many health benefits.
https://www.optimox.com/iodine-study-4 Excerpt from Guy E. Abraham, MD. The Wolff-Chaikoff Effect: Crying Wolf? The Original Internist, 12(3):112-118, Fall 2005.
"To wrap it up, proper amounts of iodine in the food supply should be considered one of a nation's greatest assets. Removing iodine from the food supply is a form major mistake. Supplying daily intake of iodine for whole body sufficiency (100-400 times the RDA) gives protection against goitrogens and radioactive iodine/iodide fallout; improves immune functions, resulting in an adequate defense system against infection; decreases singlet oxygen formation which is the major cause of oxidative damage to DNA and macromolecules, resulting in an anticarcinogenic effect in every organ in the human body; results in a detoxifying effect by increasing urinary excretion of the toxic metals lead, mercury, cadmium, and aluminum, as well as the goitrogens fluoride and bromide; normalizes hormone receptor functions resulting in improved response to thyroid hormones both endogenous and exogenous; and results in better control of blood sugar in diabetic patients; stabilizes cardiac rhythm, obviating the need for the toxic sustained release form of iodine, amiodarone; and normalizes blood pressure without medication in hypertensive patients. Iodine deficiency is the major cause of cognitive impairment, worldwide. Therefore, iodine sufficiency would result in optimal cognitive function, something of great importance to every nation." ___
Historically the Japanese were estimated to consume a similar high amount of iodine at 5.3-13.8 mg/day, mostly from seaweed. Unfortunately as Lynne Farrow notes in her book, in present day seaweed may be polluted with heavy metals, oil spill dispersants, radiation, or other industrial contaminants from our now-polluted seawater. Dr. David Brownstein had a few different brands of seaweed scientifically analyzed by a laboratory and found that about 50% of the samples had very high levels of mercury and bromide, which he indicates can interfere with the body’s ability to use iodine. Also the longer the seaweed has been stored after processing, the more iodine is lost through sublimation into a gaseous state.
For an inexpensive source of iodine, I purchased USP pharma-grade potassium iodide crystals (in fine powder form) from CarolinaChemical. The product was manufactured by SQM, an established chemical company in Chile which is the largest global producer of iodine.
To make an iodine solution, I add 1/8th US teaspoon of potassium iodide crystals (just scooped and leveled off, not packed down, 940-1030 mg on my Weighmax CT20 milligram scale) into 16 US fluid ounces purified water at room temperature in a labeled jar with lid. I stir until the crystals are dissolved and store the solution in a dark location at room temperature.
1000 mg potassium iodide crystals * 0.7645 (76.45% iodine by weight) = 764.5 mg iodine, divided by 64 (number of 1/2 US tablespoons in 16 US fluid ounces water) = 12 mg iodine
A 1/2 US tablespoon of the solution contains 12 mg iodine. I gradually worked up to that daily intake. I read that if suddenly taking high amounts of iodine, some people experience temporary side effects as iodine helps the body excrete toxic bromide, fluoride, perchlorate, etc.
Included in my daily supplementation are the following which Dr. David Brownstein indicated may help the body more efficiently utilize higher amounts of iodine: vitamin B complex, magnesium 600 mg, zinc 30 mg, selenium 200 mcg. Selenium is especially important for thyroid health. I had already been using these supplements at these dosages for many years, so they were not responsible for the noticeable increase in testosterone. Perhaps the iodine flushed out toxic halogens, as suggested by the following.
https://itestosterone.com/iodine-testosterone/ Excerpt from Robert Clark. Iodine Increases Testosterone and Leydig Cell Functionality. 2017.
"One of the receptors that stores halogens in your body is the 'leydig cells' in your testicles.
Leydig cells are responsible for producing testosterone and because iodine and toxic halogens fight for these same receptors and our bodies are under constant attack from toxic halogens, your leydig cells may be compromised and corrupted.
Because iodine can bind to and force excretion of these toxic halogens and in some cases, is the only way to flush them out, iodine may directly improve your leydig cell functionality, therefore increasing your testosterone production."
