A lot of thoughts on this last chapter but I must say the implications on these two panels currently run free in my head.
Yoru's ability works only on what she see as "things" she owns. Which means she was able to turn her own children into weapons precisely because they are her children, and thus already belong to them in her mind.
And she didn't just turn them into weapons but literally as parts of herself. Just like a lot of parents irl consider their children as an extension of themselves on whom they have a right of property.
In only three pages, almost no lines and without even seeing Yoru directly interact with the Gun and Tank Devil, we learn everything we had to know on her relation with her family.

If devils that contribute to the fear of another devil are considered to be their "children" then...
If all devils fear the same devil and contribute to its power….
Then… this devil's the real mother.
And the hell. His children.
Destined to enter and leave his womb.
After all, it all starts with a "mother" who witnesses the death of his child.
And he decides to devour the whole world to fill the void.

It’s messing with my head how she really is doing that “Come to mommy” pose. With her arms outstretched and kneeling (almost to be at eye level), like she’s reaching to hug a small child.
Which when you think about war makes sense. Sacrificing everything, even children, for the sake of victory.

new csm chapter spoilers sorry but im gonna have a yoru moment. I love how this entire time yoru has been able to turn the gun and tank devils into weapons that surpass anything asa can make but because the idea of hurting her children upsets her so deeply she instead turns to forcing a human into experiencing deep loss so she doesn't have to. its selfish but also shows a part of her that is deeply vulnerable and seeing this kind of pathos in yoru for the first time fleshes out her character in a really interesting way. I really really like how this panel progression wordlessly shows how much this sacrifice affects her.
I also like how this chapter recontextualizes the gun devil and shows that even the being responsible for the most devastating loss and destruction of life in the series has someone who cares for them. I really love when devils are shown not to just be rampaging beasts but people with complex feelings and lives even though they're still responsible for undeniable suffering.

In this chapter, Yoru talks about getting her ‘comrades’ back, which seems to be a reference to her line in her first appearance (‘I'll make you vomit nuclear weapons back up’).
However, there are two interesting things here:
The use of the plural. She is not exclusively talking about the Nuclear Weapons Devil, but also about other devils devoured by Pochita (The World War II Devil and the Nazi's Devil, possibly, since they are the ones Makima mentioned).
The use of the word ‘comrades’.
At the end of the chapter, she refers to the Gun Devil and the Tank Devil as her ‘children’.
Aside from all the motherhood symbolism already seen in Makima and Black Chainsaw Man's design, the use of this word seems relevant. From the way devils work in CSM, I doubt that they are her children in a literal sense (although anything can happen at this point), but that they are her children in the sense that their names are a by-product of hers. But, in that case, the Nuclear Weapons Devil and the Demon of World War II should also be her children. Instead, she talks about ‘comrades’, showing a relationship of equals. If she is not talking about any of these devils... what the hell is Yoru referring to when she talks about her comrades?
