When their paths crossed the first time, they both felt a connection, but neither said a thing. Next time they met, he was brought into the ER unconscious and beat up, and she was the doctor who treated him. Over the weeks he spent recovering they bonded, and in time revealed to each other how they felt something was wrong with the world the live in. They agreed to further investigate and get to the bottom of things together.

After the Echo Caves, Killian ventures off alone, searching for a way to rescue Henry. His reasoning was that one person would have a better shot at infiltrating Pan’s camp undetected. He was successful and Henry returned to his family passing along Hook’s message that they should take the Jolly Roger and leave Neverland. Emma was having none of it, and she went back to save him. Killian was very grateful that she had saved his life and has expressed said gratitude once they were back on the Jolly Roger and away from Neverland.

The Enchanted Forest holidays have become their favorite days to rob castles. They have perfected their plan so that it worked every single time without a glitch. Emma would use her magic to create different identities for them, so no one knew what they looked like. They would pose as a wealthy couple from a distant land, blend in, then disappear to rob the place blind. They worked well together ever since they’d met as young orphans. One reason for that was an unspoken rule that romantic relationship would just complicate things. However, as time went by they realized the rule was hard to uphold. Only time will tell if they will find to courage to actually break said rule.

Her mood was improved greatly upon Killian’s return and the news that he’d talked to her father. The next ball they attended was held in honor of their wedding.

Gold is issued, Emma knows they should be the ones to claim it, knowing Killian’s history with the man and all. 

However, knowing how dangerous Gold is, Killian decides to do the job on his own. Luckily, with the help of some of their friends Emma manages to find and save Killian. Gold disappears without a trace, but they are more determined than ever to find him and bring him in.
