After yesterday's cutscene I realize how much I have missed my man. And I still can't believe how much of a whore I am for CROW! God I just want to be able to hug that man once we see him in the Traveler. Kiss him more like it, but I'll be happy with a freaking hug! God damn I love you, Crow!

Because to me it is a reality from reality. I pour my soul into it because it makes me happy. I world that I created in my own shattered world.
I love it when people take fic writing seriously. I love when it's not 'Here's this dumb thing I wrote' and instead it's 'Here's this thing I put blood, sweat and tears into. Here's this thing I slaved away at, trying new writing techniques and editing over and over. Here's this dialogue that kept me awake at night. Here's this beautiful turn of phrase I thought up. Here's this thing that I wrote with vulnerability and heart, and I am proud to share it with you.'

I have never been happier in my life than right now. Now I wish he wasn't hanging around Amanda's place, but I will take him on the Tower and not hidden in the H.E.L.M. like a dirty little secret.

Stardust and The Crow ch 227: A peaceful end to summer
Once the kids were asleep, Crow stepped outside to find Seighdra sitting on the patio, her gaze fixed on the flames dancing in the firepit.  The flickering light cast soft shadows across her thoughtful expression.  He approached quietly, taking a seat beside her on the couch.
“Penny for your thoughts?” he asked, his tone warm and inviting.
Seighdra glanced at him, a faint smile touching her lips.  “Just thinking about everything,” she replied softly.
Crow chuckled, leaning back slightly.  “It has been a whirlwind of events, hasn’t it?”.
“Yes, it has,” she sighed, her eyes returning to the fire.  “But I’ve been thinking about something else, too.”
“What about, love?” he asked, curiosity coloring his voice.
“How thankful I am for you,” she began, her words steady and deliberate.  “Raven wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for you, and I wouldn’t still be a Guardian if you hadn’t wished for Cayde to be in the Pale Heart.”
“Seighdra –” Crow started, but she held up a hand to stop him.
“No, Crow.  It’s true.  Every event in my life led to you saving Raven.  Everything – from Oryx, to freeing you from Spider, to you going through that portal.” Crow furrowed his brow, his uncertainty clear.  “I don’t see how,” he said hesitantly.

Stardust and The Crow ch 225: Crow's not ready for this
As he watched his eldest, minor, daughter, the realization hit him again like a tidal wave: the tiny baby girl he had delivered over 12 years ago was no longer that little girl.  She was growing up – too fast, it seemed – and there was no stopping it.
“Hey, is it our turn?” Targaryen asked as he and Uldwyn strolled into the family room.  “Uldwyn wanted to join in on the fun,” he added with a smirk.
“Oh boy, look how grown up you two look,” Crow said, turning his attention to his sons.
“Very handsome, just like your dad,” Seighdra added warmly.
Uldwyn struck a pose, planting his small hands on his hips.  “All the girls are going to love me,” he declared with cocksure confidence.
“Yep, just like your dad,” Seighdra teased, breaking into a laugh.
“Seighdra,” Crow groaned, whipping his head toward her, though a smile tugged at the corner of his lips.
She giggled, undeterred.  “What?  It’s true.  You couldn’t keep the girls away when you were younger.  Don’t tell me you’ve erased those memories from your mind.” Her laugh grew louder.  “It was so annoying.”
“Oh, come here,” Crow said, grabbing Seighdra and pulling her into a playful hug.  “You’re the only one for me.”
Targaryen, watching his parents, interjected, “Do you like them?  Uldwyn’s and my clothes, I mean.”
Seighdra glanced at her sons, smiling.  “Yes, you did a great job helping your brother pick out clothes, Targaryen.”
The fashion show continued for another twenty minutes, filled with laughter and playful comments, before the family wrapped it up and headed for dinner.
Later that night, while Seighdra had Raven and Glint sorting through stored baby clothes, Crow decided it was the perfect time to talk to her.  He entered their room quietly, watching as she meticulously set up the pack-and-play and arranged everything for Orion’s eventual return home.
“Hey, Seighd, can we talk?” Crow asked softly, shutting the bedroom door behind him.
Seighdra paused, mid-task, and turned to him with a furrowed brow.  “Oh boy, I don’t like the tone of your voice.  What’s wrong?”
“Come here,” Crow said, sitting on the edge of the bed and patting the spot beside him.
“Crow, you’re scaring me,” she replied hesitantly, her stomach twisting with unease.  Still, she reluctantly joined him, sitting down on the bed.  “What is it?”

Thank goodness, because I thought my dragons were a little much at first. Now I'm glad I added them.
If you ever second-guess yourself about including some unrealistic frivolous whimsical bullshit in your stories, just remember that nobody notices the absence of unrealistic frivolous whimsical bullshit, save for like 5 people who are determined to deprive both themselves and also everyone they encounter of any enjoyment in life. The people who read stuff that should have talking dragons and planets with two moons in it and think "it sure is nice that this thing has no stupid unrealistic bullshit in it, like talking dragons or planets with two moons" are not the people you should seek to appease.

The obsession I have for Crow and (Uldren) I used to think was unhealthy. Then I realized I need to be happy and if writing about Crow makes me happy then it is healthy. I think I drive my kids and hubby nuts when I talk about Crow. I have nobody to talk to who understands my obsession. I bottle it up and just write and watch all cutscenes when I feel like it. I spend countless hours grabbing stills from my gameplay for the perfect shot of Crow's beautiful face. Then spend more countless hours cropping video stills and making my perfect backgrounds. On top of the hours of writing about him. I wish I could draw better then I'd be able to draw my character with him. But yeah, he is definitely an obsession, but hey I'm happy! Crow makes me happy.

Stardust and The Crow ch 203: Wild Card p1
“OK, first step of every successful mission is a codename.  I’m thinking, 'Operation Finger Guns.' Think about it.  We could do this!  And we know what we’re talking about.” Cayde then finger-gunned at Seighdra and Crow, a playful grin on his face.
“Oh, my word.  You are too much, Cayde.”  Seighdra shook her head and giggled.  “What is it with you two and the finger guns?  Is it a Hunter thing?”
“I’m not hearing any bright ideas coming outta you.”
"Well, I'm... um... trying to investigate stuff, ya know," Seighdra said, glancing around and spotting a group of enemies.
"These enemies are glowing with Dark Ether.  Find them and clear out as many as we can," Crow instructed as Seighdra began clearing the area.
“Good call; let’s keep looking.”  Cayde said as Seighdra followed him and Crow.
"Screeb incoming!" Seighdra yelled as she jumped, landing and instinctively swinging her sword at the creature.  It exploded, killing her instantly.  Crow and Cayde stood close by, ready to let Raven revive his Guardian.
"You need to be careful, Seighdra," Raven scolded her.  Seighdra looked at him blankly for a moment, finding his behavior odd.  Shaking it off, she stood up, ready to continue.
“You’re not supposed to hit them with a sword, dummy.”  Cayde laughed.
“Gee, tell me something I don’t know, jerk.”  Seighdra bantered back with Cayde as she stared at him.
“Same ‘ol Seighdra.”  Cayde smirked, giving her a friendly pat on the back.
“Same ‘ol Cayde,” she responded with a hint of irritation, though she couldn’t hold back a laugh of her own.

Stardust and The Crow ch 200
WOO HOO CHAPTER 200!!!
“Rough shape?”  Seighdra couldn’t believe her ears.  “Raven, you look like something tried to feed you through a paper shredder.”  she argued, her voice cracking with disbelief.
Crow approached quietly behind Seighdra, his eyes widening in shock as he took in the sight of Raven.  “Seighdra…” he said, his voice catching as he tried to comprehend the severity of the situation.  Seighdra turned to face him, noticing the deep concern etched on his face.  “Is Raven…okay?” he asked, his voice tinged with concern.
“He says he’s fine, but he sure doesn't look it, does he?”  She responded, Crow only shook his head, worry etched on his face.
“I’m fine.”  Raven insisted.
"Okay," Seighdra replied, deciding to drop the subject.  She turned to Crow.  "What is it?" she asked.
Crow looked at her, a bit worried, then answered her.  “Oh, yeah.  I just wanted to let you know that I got our camp set up so if you need to rest, it is ready for you.”
“Thanks Crow, but I want to contact home first.  I have no idea how long I have even been away from the kids.”
“Okay, but you’ve only been here for a few days.”
“Yeah, but I have no idea how much time has passed for them.”
“What do you mean?  I left a little over two weeks ago, Seighd.”
“No, Crow.  You were gone for three and a half months.”

Stardust and The Crow ch 196
Crow and Cayde entered the area and stood with the team around the fissure.
“I don’t hear anything.”  Crow said as he tried to listen to the sounds around him.
“Mind if I try?”  Cayde asked as he stepped up closer to the crack in the ground.
“Oh.”  Cayde gasped.
“What is it?”  Crow asked concerned
“Do you hear it?”
“It’s a…it’s a child’ voice.”
“Are you serious?”
“Yeah, me it’s…it’s whispering something.  “Croooow.  Croooow…  Why did you murder the handsomest Hunter in Sooooool.”  Then Cayde laughs.
But Seighdra didn’t find it too funny.  She punched Cayde hard in the arm making him look at her for a moment.  “That wasn’t fucking funny, asshole.”
“Bastard.”  Was Crow’s response.
“Woah, woah, wait.  Wait, wait.  You hear that?”
“Come on!  Knock it off.”
“No, I’m serious this time.  No, I –“.
Just then Cayde gets pulled into somewhere and unfortunately so did Seighdra, but she was only a spectator.  Cayde didn't acknowledge her, so she just watched, not having any control over this.

Stardust and The Crow ch 180
When they returned home, Jolvar sought out his dad to share all about his day doing bounties with his mom and Uncle Jevar.  “I even paid for mine, mom’s and Uncle Jevar’s lunch.”  He radiated so much light as he spoke.
"Wow.  Awesome," Crow responded excitedly, mirroring his son's enthusiasm.
“I’m going to go get cleaned up, love you” and he ran off to his room.
Crow looked at Seighdra “I take it the bounties went well?”
“Yeah, he did pretty good.  He still has much to learn, but he’s getting there.  Reminds me of someone I used to know.”  Seighdra sat on Crow’s lap as he pulled her close.
“Oh, and who could that have possibly been?”  He chuckled, teasingly playing along.
“Oh, I don’t know.”  She kissed his lips softly, both parting to invite the other in for a passionate, yet brief kiss, their affection palpable in the tender moment.
Their attention was caught by an odd thing flying through the house.  “What the hell?”  They both uttered as their eyes were glued to the thing zipping through the family room.  Just then, the triplets came running through the dining room.

Stardust and The Crow ch 185
Days later Seighdra was sitting up on the roof thinking about Crow and wondering how much longer it was going to be before she could follow him through the portal.  She worried about what he was facing right now, if he was safe, if he was fighting anything?  Her mind was a mess with worry.  As she sat there she got a ping on her datapad.  She looked down to read the message and about fell apart.  It was from Crow.  He had sent a time released message to her.  She began to read it.
~Seighdra if you are reading this without me there, it either means, that you are still waiting or I failed the mission and I am gone.  I am hoping that it only means that Osiris and Mara are still trying to figure a way to get everyone inside the Traveler.
I wanted to do something for you that you would appreciate until we see each other again.  I love you Stardust~
He gave her a big smile, one that she had been missing for so many weeks.  She hit the play button on the screen, and it was Crow getting ready to sing.
“You ready Glint?” Crow says to his Ghost.
“Ready when you are, Crow.”  Glint chirps happily.
Just then Crow started belting out this awesome bluesy, funk song.  He found an old empty recording studio with great harmonics and sang away as Glint provided the music.
Seighdra listened to him singing, feeling the music grab her.  It wasn’t sad, it was a happy tune and she felt alive when hearing his voice.

Stardust and The Crow ch 160
Seighdra woke to her data pad going crazy with alerts.  “For fucks sake, what is so god damn important?”  She mumbled as she turned in bed to reach for her pad from the nightstand.
“What ever it is, they are persistent.”  Crow muttered as he tossed his pillow over his head to drown out the noise.
Seighdra shut off the pad quickly and sat up.  She rubbed her eyes to focus before she glanced at her data pad; having a small inclination of what it was about.  Once she read the message she groaned and fell back to her pillows.
“I take it, work.”  Crow said peaking out from his pillow.
“How ever did you guess.”
“Oh, I don’t know maybe by the groan, or falling back with force.  So, when do you need to leave?”
“Eris wants to meet ASAP.”
“Really?  Okay.  Well, I guess we can put off shopping for a few days.”
“Yeah, or you can always go without me.  I have no idea when I’ll be back.  It could be a couple of days.
“Okay, I’ll think about it.  Well since you have to go maybe I’ll go put in some patrol time in the EDZ.”
“That’s a good idea.  I guess I should get up and get ready.  But I am eating breakfast first.”  She said as she climbed out of bed and wrapped her robe around herself.

Stardust and The Crow Ch 159
When Seighdra stepped back into the bedroom after their shower she looked at the bed.  “I guess I should change the comforter” she sighed.
“Why it’s only going to get dirty again” Crow chuckled as he walked up and wrapped his arms around her from behind “You know you enjoyed it.”  He rested his chin on her shoulder.
Turning in his embrace to face him, she cupped his face “Thank you.  I miss it like that sometimes.”
“At times I worry I’m pulling Uldren out to much.”
“I’m sorry I called you Uldren during that.”
“Hey, it’s okay.  I remembered that phrase though.  I’m sorry I ever came up with it.” He said a bit embarrassed.
“Crow, I don’t want you to ever apologize to me for anything that deals with Uldren.  You are free to be whoever you want to be.  I’d be lying if I said I didn’t like it a little rougher at times.”
“I’ll keep that in mind” he kissed her forehead.  “And I don’t want you to worry if you ever accidentally call me Uldren when we do that.  I mean, I was him and I have integrated with him, so yeah, I am him too.  Now come on.  I know you’ve got to be hungry after that.  Let’s get some food and you can tell me all about your mission that made you so primal.”  He smirked.
“Be careful, we might end up with a repeat of earlier.”
“I’m for it.  Now let’s get dressed and go eat.”
