His Au collapsed in on itself after Xgaster tried to rewrite when corruption had its claws code deep in the au. He only managed to save Xchara but they too had faded away.

An unknown amount of time had passed with him yelling at the empty whiteness trying to get someone to come help if not undo what Xgaster had caused.

Cross yelled, screamed, pleaded, cried, and attacked nothing. He wanted them back, wanted out of the void that used to be his home, he wanted his brother back.

But no one came. No one came to save him to get him out.

He reflected on what he did in his home. How he use to guard the royal children, teased his brother just to see his reaction, being with friends and spending time with his own father.

He doesn't know if it was day or night but someone appeared in a brighten golden light that sparkled like fire works that made no sound yet brought warm just by being there. A skeleton came out and introduced themselves as Dream Guardian of Positivity.

They felt there hope and heard their call but couldn't come due to his brother blocking him from the AU. Dream told him that the Multiverse was unbalance and he's been trying to correct it even was willing to help restore his home once it was balanced again which he agreed without hesitation.

He met Core who helped him settle in dreams place which was everything but dirty. Blue and Carrot were next, Blue was welcoming, warm, and made the best tacos he's ever had while his brother was skeptical as fuck. Carrot bearly spoke to him but had tried to get him away from Dream which didn't work. If Cross would have guessed Carrot was trying to hurt Dream. He'll have to keep an eye on him.

Dream let him experience the multiverse a little and saw how he had to fight alone against his enemy and being ganged up on!

Cross couldn't sit by and allow this to happen.

He had to do something to help, whatever it takes he'll do it for Dream.

My PC did *not* handle the 13 hour uhaul trip well and she's been plugging along but I have no idea what's wrong with it (narrowed down to either motherboard or graphics card) and can't afford to get it looked at for probably another month at minimum (if not like . . . January 😭). Got all of my research stuff onto my external hard drive, now my nerdy ass is trying to copy over all of my screenshots and my mods folders so I don't have to start from scratch
