For now I'm calling this my BluTown / CrookedCop AU!

Soldier (John) is a rookie cop and Spy (Jules) is a local escort. John patrols and gives out parking tickets near the street corner that Jules frequently works at. John unintentionally becomes a crooked cop by refusing to arrest Jules. Despite regularly catching Jules breaking several laws, such as selling stimulants and engaging in illegal prostitution. John always let's him off the hook and finds himself routinely monitoring Jules work appointments from afar. While monitoring the handful of sketchy clients Jules encounters on a weekly basis, John finds himself infatuated with the alluring criminal. John offers to escort the rogue home and often goes out on lunch dates with him. Slowly becoming Jules close friend and unexpected bodyguard.
