Miclyn Express Offshore, a Singapore-based offshore vessel provider to the offshore energy industry, has secured contracts for 14 of its crewboats.

Rates are picking up and have sent vessels offshore as Pertamina has been too cheap. Some poorer quality suppliers have accepted the low bids but Pertamina will have to start paying up as they have taken over concession from multiple foreign operators (which had been underinvesting up to the transition). 

Carbotage rules still in place, so have to go local unless no local vessel available. 

400 m share issuance approved, one year to run. Wouldn’t want to do below Rp 200.
