If Starlo and Ceroba become grandparents when Clover adopts Frisk, how excited are the Sunnysides to be great grandparents?

They were beyond excited and extremely accepting and eager (to an almost comical degree) to have another kid in the family to spoil and love! It probably was Orion who was like "Wait. Great grandkid? What're you talkin' about-" for them to actually question why and how Frisk appeared, LOL. They love Clover but they've missed having younger kids around, so of course they latch onto Frisk and give them lots of grandparent love in the time Frisk spends with Clover's family!

Baby photos lol!

Yeah Crestina was ecstatic when she learned that Starlo was dating Pancake. She hoped that Starlo would get a partner, though was a little hesitant with Pancake. Their history is a bit...messy. But somehow they worked it out, and Crestina's just happy.

So obviously that means she gets to do all the things she wants with a hopeful in-law; like sharing baby photos. Starlo came running in from another room when he heard. Pancake compensated by sharing her own kid photos she had saved on her phone. Turns out they were both nerds growing up, pfft!

I was hoping to draw something with Solomon and Orion, make it an in-law series. I still might. I just have a lotta doodles and none fit this fjsjsjs. Enjoy the SILLIES!!

Starlo should be Clover's dad

Why? Because ↓

1) Both dress into cowboy-themed attire to feel braver/more important than they are

2) Clover, instead of a regular kid, wants to feel like a hero; Star, instead of a regular farmer, also wants to feel like a hero

In reality, Star is not the tough guy he pretends to be. His optimism, protectiveness and caring nature make him a hero though.

In reality, Clover started off as a scared kid who became more confident and skilled thanks to Flowey's resets. Their heroism comes from their forgiving and selfless nature and the hidden courage they got the chance to explore.

2) Both acted childish during a dangerous situation Clover came down the mountain with a toy gun so that it would bring them comfort/they'd feel more in control of the situation (if you remember, Frisk refused to play with Asriel's toys in UT, saying how they're "too old," and I assume Frisk and Clover are the same age).

Starlo brought a fake gun before confronting Clover in genocide, just to feel cool.

3) Both not only value justice, but base it on compassion

Clover's entire mission was to bring justice (avenge the kids), but along the way changed that mindset (in pacifist). Star says how him and his posse aren't bandits, tests Clover's sense of justice and morality with the trolley problem, and wants to give Ceroba a second chance despite her actions.

4) Starlo's got protective fatherly instincts

8) a lot of monsters associate Clover with the Dunes/Wild East

9) oh and... Starlo referred to the Wild East as Clover's.... home. Twice.

OR the siblings could be half flower half star things, cause solomon looks a lot more like a flower but crestina more like a cosmic being (idk what to call them)

since clover is starlo's kid, how does solomon and crestina feel about being grandparents and how does orion feel about being an uncle?

Oh, Starlo's parents absolutely adore Clover, no questions asked. They don't mind at all that Clover is a human! That's their son's child, and thus, that makes Clover their grandchild. Clover is absolutely spoiled by them and they love whenever Starlo brings them over to visit. Clover has lots of sleepovers at the farm house growing up! Having grandparents is something they've never experienced before on the surface, but they adore their new grandpa and grandma.

I HC that Crestina and Solomon (based on Crestina's dialogue if you speak to her in their farm house) were kind of nudging their sons to settle down with a spouse/kids. They weren't too harsh or pushy about it, but you know Starlo gets a few comments over it from his mother. The fact that they're so relieved to finally have a grandchild is a little embarrassing for Starlo.

Orion acts disinterested at first. He doesn't really want to get involved with being an uncle when he already has farm work to deal with. But despite that, he warms up to Clover really quickly (partially because Starlo threatens to kick his ass if his brother is mean to his kid). Even if he doesn't show it that often, he really likes having a nibling. He tells Clover all of Starlo's embarrassing teen stories to get back at his brother, and Clover is one of the few people he truly enjoys the company of. I imagine they get even closer when Clover's older.

So overall, Clover's absolutely been accepted and adopted into the Sunnyside family! They love Starlo's funny little human baby.

Is UTG starlo still in touch with his parents and Orion? did Rover get to have grandparents and an uncle growing up?

YES HE IS!! Or, well, he was-

Sunnyside Farm was a FAMILY business, of course. Not only did Starlo and Dalv work there, but so did Solomon, Crestina, and Orion!

Rover usually followed Orion around like a duckling and Orion got annoyed by it LOL but he got attached soon enough. He likes to talk trash about Starlo in front of them. Meanwhile, Solomon and Crestina are just the sweetest grandparents ever

....Starlo hasn't spoken to them a lot nowadays.

More in-law shenanigans. Crestina was hoping that Starlo's future partner would calm him down and he'd slow the whole cowboy thing down. Little did she know that his wife is a chaotic enabler. And Crestina realized this as the two of them set off fireworks near her house XD
