From the pages of SPECTAGORIA magazine issue 6, 1974. Spectagoria was a renowned underground fashion photography magazine surrounded by rumor and mystery. Founded by iconoclastic photographer/filmmaker Sera Clairmont initially as a showcase of her own work, the publication drew controversy for its dark themes and morbid imagery, which often used beauty, sexuality, and fashion as a means to, in Clairmont’s words, “let speak the darkness that surrounds us from other worlds.”
Christian groups in the United States called for a ban of the magazine, with Jerry Falwell accusing Clairmont of being “a witch and a pornographer in league with the devil himself.” Clairmont dismissed the accusations as “just more blatant examples of the sexism and double-standards that led me to forge my own path in a male-dominated industry.” But the boycott drew scrutiny to the magazine’s photographs, which at times contained images that seemed impossible, even supernatural, in nature. Some wondered if Sera Clairmont was related to Seraphina Clairmont, the famous Manhattan mystic who “spoke to demons” and lived at the mysterious Zorovic Building at the turn of the 20th century, and was rumored to have been buried alive in the building’s 1913 destruction.
Sera Clairmont went into hiding in 1976, but continued to publish Spectagoria until the early 80s, growing stranger and darker with each issue, fueling even more speculation that otherworldly powers were behind it before its abrupt end. No one knew where it was being published from, nor where - or *how* - its photos were taken. Very few copies of each issue of Spectagoria were printed, and today only a handful of scattered pages have been located and scanned. I will continue to share more pages as I find them...

Further Steps for Submission and Registration
File the document with an appropriate intellectual property registry (e.g., the U.S. Copyright Office or World Intellectual Property Organization).
Share certified copies with contributors to ensure transparency and legal acknowledgment.

CC MasterList - ReShade and Lighting
For my photography and gameplay, I have reshade installed for the sims. Honestly, it was SUCH a pain to set up because there was a lot of conflicting information out there. The most complicated modding I've done to date has been getting ReShade to work and replacing all the world lighting. So this is a little different from my usual masterlist posts as its going to link a lot more to the guide's I found really helpful and not just the presets.
Tumblr media
ReShade vs GShade
You'll see a lot of lighting setups for GShade as it used to be the go-to but these days its mostly hard to find as most repositories have banned it.
Full disclosure, I had GShade first before I stumbled on the whole debacle and then - for me - it felt like the right call to remove it and replace it with Reshade but that was a SERIOUS pain so I'm linking to the discourse here about GShade for you to decide hopefully BEFORE you go down the install route.
PC Gamer Article
GShade Creator Could Face Jail
Sims Reddit Conversation
ReShade has a fantastic discord as I've found the website has some outages but the ReShade discord has links to secondary downloads and lots of helpful tutorials. I go there before the ReShade site personally.
Setting Up ReShade
There are a lot of guides for 'how to set up' ReShade BUT here's the thing, if you follow multiple versions of them to set up different shaders, you'll duplicate things and ReShade will get wonky fast.
I recommend shopping around for ReShade you really like and then doing the set up that person reccomends for their preset and hoping that other presets you download only need minor tweaks.
Personally, I used the Set Up Guide for Drift by Amobae. It's really complete, tells you what each shader you're using installs does and the result is a fantastic preset that is still one of my primary go to's
I've used that in the photo for this post, in fact, though I will use others occasionally, especially for different moods or if I want a more intense field of depth shot.
-> Drift by Picture-Amobae
My Other Presets
Amobae -> Patreon (I have them all)
Asimsa -> Sweet and Sour
Ellcrze -> Patreon (I have all of these as well)
Miiko -> Pearl
KindleSpice -> Dove, Gia, Mystic
Chewy Butterfly -> Champagne
Lighting Replacement
Some of these are also listed in my Mods post. The one that isn't, because it doesn't go in the Mods folder proper is Milk Thistle by SofterHaze. I love it but you have to follow the instructions and need to replace specific files in your sims system files. It is not as easy as most plug and play mods. I definitely think the effect is worth it though.
Lighting Mods
These are all on my Mods List page as well.
In World Lighting: Luumia -> NoBlu2 Luumia -> NoGlo2
CAS Lighting Override: Squea -> Realistic CAS Room Lighting

In 2015, he created Artist Decoded, a podcast that explores the practices, lifestyles, and psychology of artists from various mediums. Publisher Marketing: Explore the intersection of tarot, artistic creativity, and technical innovation in The Artist Decoded Tarot, a first-of-its-kind deluxe deck and guidebook set from author of Amenti Oracle Jennifer Sodini and artist Yoshino. Art, myth, and storytelling have guided spiritual exploration throughout history, and the intersection of technology and spirituality unveils captivating connections between ancient wisdom and contemporary innovation. In this singular tarot deck, author Jennifer Sodini and artist Yoshino delve deep into this intersection, revealing to readers that the common artery through which this wisdom flows is the human imagination--that vast inner landscape of infinite creative potential that is always in dialogue with time and space. Through the thoughtfully designed cards and accessibly written guidebook, The Artist Decoded Tarot has been designed to tap into that conversational reservoir and reveal the artist within each of us, while creating a bridge toward higher Worlds, by fusing the symbolic language of the Tarot and the artistic medium of synthography--or generative AI prompting--paired with digital collage. Please feel confident that your product is not defective or used, but rather represents a step we are taking to protect our collective home. When you open your deck, you will find that the actual cards inside the box are shrink wrapped for protection and to ensure first use by the buyer. Stellar Charm is a relatively new strategy battle card game that was released in 2020. It is a science fiction themed game that combines elements of both traditional trading card games and deck-building games.
The objective of the game is to defeat your opponent's team of characters by strategically using your cards. The game can be played with two or more players and each player starts with a pre-constructed deck of cards.
The game revolves around the concept of "charms," which are powerful artifacts that contain immense energy and can be used to summon powerful beings known as "stargazers." These stargazers are represented by cards and have unique abilities and powers.
Players take turns playing cards from their hand, which can include charms, stargazers, and other support cards. These cards can be used to attack your opponent's stargazers, defend your own stargazers, or activate special abilities.
One unique aspect of Stellar Charm is the "formation" mechanic. Each player has a formation area where they can place cards in a specific order to create powerful combinations and buffs for their stargazers.
Another interesting feature is the inclusion of "event" cards. These cards can be played at any time during the game and can have a significant impact on the outcome of a battle.
Stellar Charm also has a deck-building aspect, allowing players to customize their decks with different charms and stargazers to create unique strategies.

I recently stumbled upon the website https://www.tumblr.com/stellarcharmconstellationclash?source=share and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed. This website offers a unique and visually stunning experience for its users.
One of the first things that caught my eye was the beautiful design of the website. The use of celestial and mystical elements creates a dreamy and enchanting atmosphere that immediately draws you in. The color scheme is also cohesive and adds to the overall aesthetic of the site.
The content on this website is diverse and engaging. From poetry and short stories to artwork and photography, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted and showcases the talent and creativity of the creators.
What sets this website apart from others is the community aspect. Users can interact with each other through comments and reblogging, creating a sense of connection and camaraderie. It's refreshing to see a website that encourages and fosters a positive and supportive community.
In addition to the captivating content, the website is also user-friendly and easy to navigate. The layout is well-organized and makes it easy to find what you're looking for. The loading speed is also impressive, ensuring a smooth browsing experience.

My interests in design and where they came from
I grew up surrounded by nature, this gave me an appreciation for the beauty and the sense of ease being in it can give you, the benefits on our emotional state. Being in this environment allowed my imagination to expand and see magic within everything. I have always loved to take pictures of things that capture that connection between people and nature, and this has led to my love of nature and illusion photography. Especially femininity within nature, as a form of self expression.
I feel I am quite empathetic, and have always been drawn to helping people feel seen and offer even the smallest solution to know they aren’t alone/ease their situation. These traits have influenced my design in terms of leaning towards earth toned colour palettes and mental health/social good centred projects.
I have noticed that I like to combine illustration and photography as a way to express a second skin and authenticity, offer a more human connection. Recently leaning into illustrative/abstract line work that is simple but creates something that draws your eye to it and has more substance than a plain image, wanting it to feel digestible but ethereal and/or abstract.

Each of these designers inspires me in a different aspect of my design identity, influencing and inspiring me each in completely different ways for completely different reasons.
- Reannan Shay
I have a family full of creative women in all different industries, growing up surrounded by this inspiration, I have drawn from them in all aspects of my life. Rennin is my aunt, and she’s a woman of all trades, her photography in particular enraptures femininity and the beauty within us. She pours herself into this and that strength has shaped my identity.
- Jean arp
Arp’s abstract sculptures and art, with block colour and curved shapes have inspired my recent illustration work due to those features. I find them appealing also due to their minimalism yet they create an entire artwork base.
- Laura williams
Williams is a photographer, who focuses around illusion and fantasy imagery which to me gives off mystical and a subjective atmosphere, where you can feel a deeper meaning. Her photography for years has inspired me in my love for showing the connection between people and nature, and the beauty within that.
- Pink pony creative
Is a New Zealand, women run design business. Who inspire me due to the fact that they, specifically the founder Kristy Campbell, have built up the exact kind of business I want to eventually create, building brand identities and navigating the world in a modern and confident way. Their whole brand in pink, embracing self expression in their work.
- Emma Kaniuk
A New Zealand designer, who I try to take after in the incorporation of my work due to the layouts and pattern work she uses to create cohesive pieces of work, as well as how she expresses the atmosphere of each brand. She also creates design systems that are dynamic and changeable with certain elements while still being recognisable. I also admire the work she does for many environmentally sustainable companies.
Communities
The communities I admire / want to be apart of
- Culture
I would love to get more involved with my culture and input that in my designs, as a major part of my personal identity is the pride I feel with my heritage. Being able to feel more involved in that community would give me an aspect of belonging and purpose with design. I am Dutch and Czechoslovakian as well as having deep roots here in New Zealand.
- Akin
Akin is a New Zealand design studio that provides design solutions that are engaging for businesses. They have created packaging etc for a lot of recognisable brands, a lot being sustainable. This is something I feel would challenge me and allow self expression to come through in my interests such as branding.
- Ti aki
“Tiaki – Care for New Zealand was created through a collective desire to share a connection to the natural world, inspiring and helping visitors to travel safely and conscientiously.” They use recognisable illustrative symbols paired with nature photography as their brand, I would love to be apart of their cause for those design elements and also the reason they do it. Centred around social/environmental good. “….people have a strong connection to the place around them. Tangata whenua ) see nature as something intrinsically intertwined with their own lives.”
- Photography
I want to invest in a camera, and maybe work with my auntie, so I can learn how to enhance my captures centering around the beauty of femininity and human nature connection. This so I can incorporate it into my designs and use editing to further create mystical atmospheres.

A lot of people ask about what I use to colour my hair so I've tagged the dye in this video! It's Knight & Wilson's dye in Magenta Dreams (lengths) and Mystic Purple (roots) :) ~~~~~GET MY POETRY AND PHOTOGRAPHY BOOK NOW~~~~~ UK: https://amzn.to/3gxvqiy US: https://amzn.to/3XtWf7X Canada: https://a.co/d/1K3orWs Support my work with a one-off donation: https://ift.tt/AYD9BKR Or on Patreon to access Video Scripts, Photography, Discord, Exclusive Stickers & Prints: https://ift.tt/0sJ9l7c Follow me on Instagram for Photography, Kyra, Book Recommendations and Art: https://ift.tt/ifITBvb Get my new merch here: https://ift.tt/SCqWvYI Amazon Wishlist to Support My Content: Art Supplies: https://ift.tt/e4bHhwV Books: https://ift.tt/4JcdOD8 Everything Else: https://ift.tt/FwCIZr2 Kyra: https://ift.tt/lQinry6 PO Box: Rachel Oates Unit 16588 PO Box 6945 London W1A 6US Website: https://racheloates.uk/ TikTok: https://ift.tt/tYul532
