At last, I’m learning to embody my divine femininity. I wasn’t created in this gorgeous vessel to shamefully hide in the shadows. The female form is art and I’m here to express that beauty. ✨

Growing up Catholic with a neurotic mother and abnormally hyper sheltering, hyper critical parents was…tough…and that’s an understatement. Up until 2 years ago the last time I wore a bikini was at 5 yrs old. Even when I started feeling brave enough going to the beach with a swimsuit, I put on a cover up. I’ve struggled with severe body dysmorphia the majority of my life. After being on this pole dancing journey for a short 2 months, I already feel my confidence levels ramping up. It’s been an amazing positive influence so far.🙌

Fulfillment

When we pause and get in touch with the emptiness in our hearts, it can feel like being swallowed up whole.  I used to think that it would take something grandiose to actually feel fulfilled. In reality, there is no Thing that will fill the space, the emptiness, the void, and there is no-Thing that needs to.  In Chinese medicine, the heart is the empress that should be empty, for with emptiness brings clarity to oversee the Queendom of the being.

Yesterday I was working through some old self-sabotaging beliefs and fear work. Today I created this Yantra.  Many of you have heard the word Mantra which includes words used to change our vibration. A Yantra is a visual tool that can be used for meditation and healing. Today I created this Yantra including the elements of vibrations of infinity, the Sun, Ether, Space, The earth, balanced in divine masculine and divine feminine, Sound and the center of consciousness.

I truly believe that by connecting to creative self-expression can help dissolve the confusion and be able to gain clarity of vision.
