Sorry I’m late today, I went to bed early last night and forgot I didn’t finish her! It turns out Infuse and Inject can be the same word in Japanese, so I decided today was time for a doctor-y theme!

I decided I was going to use October Drawing Prompts to make Patapon character designs! I’m using a wheel to decide what tribe they’re from and whether or not they’re magic at all, and I’m already having a lot of fun! Things might get less detailed as time goes on, but so far I’m having fun!

Johnny Toast in Sailor Moon

(Or all of PIE in Sailor Moon if you’re ok with that 🤷)

I will ABSOLUTELY do the whole team if they’re requested again, but here’s my main concept for Toast (i tossed in Gavin for a double act) in Sailor Moon! I was going to to Phobos and Deimos, but I didn’t want to step on the toes of the og series. They’re both in some way connected to sailor Mars, and I only didn’t make them Gemini because apparently Aries and Scorpio lowkey represent life and death when used in context of Mars.

Patapon Human Designs : Zigoton Generals

From left to right on the final picture we have Queen Kharma, Gong the Hawkeye, Spiderton, Makoton, Aiton, and Beetleton. All of their poses are based on different types of dance— Gong’s was the hardest and I’m probably the least proud of it, but the rest were pretty fun! Designs may be subject to change as i figure them out more.

Day 15, and they’re a little bit of a gentle soul <3

Day 3! The wheel decided they were a Karmen-Zigoton and that they wore a mask (the kind Hero wears). I wanted to think delicate without thinking soft, so I leaned into lace, butterflies and other more gentle elements. I consider them to be very shy and introverted, and someone who could be easily hurt. Their Mask likely doesn’t give them any defense or attack boost and gives a general speed boost for dodging instead.

Day 4! The wheel decided that they would be a Zigoton-Patapon who sold their soul to demons in exchange for power. The key word was pierce, and with the characters who sell their soul having a bug theme, I decided to try to pick a bug that made me think of piercing… and a certain meme going around tumblr helped me make up my mind. Very quickly. However, being cicada-themed they would work best as a Megaton… So I made it so the thing shoots knives instead of soundwaves. To maintain the ‘pierce’ theme.

Day 10! I haven’t stopped the challenge yet! I have three designs that are going to post today, once every six hours, and with that I’ll be caught back up. Sorry I fell behind, it just so happens to be midterms right now, so I’m trying my best to keep up. To focus on the design— the wheel decided this was from the same tribe as the one from the Shield prompt, who just so happen to have a lot of things to be ashamed of, so with today’s prompt, I thought it would be fun to make a character who was trying to hide among a different tribe. Their mask is designed on a cuckoo.

Day 13, 13 days late! Sorry I’ve been out for the count, midterms caught up with me ^^;

Day 12! I was originally going to make them a Salt Hoshipon, but I figured that was too low-hanging fruit. So… instead I made a hoshipon based on a gemstone made from salt! And made them a cheerful darling because I thought that was a personality missing from the hoshis and mecha-hoshipon deserves a friend. I think that they would drop… well, aside from minimal amounts of Ka-Ching, something from the ocean, and their particle affects are sparkles AND bubbles… cute.

Day 11! I had a lot of fun with this because like… a Zigoton who works with electronics… could be a friend of Spiderton, and even if I don’t keep these characters after the fact it was a lot of fun to consider. Zip zap zop!

Day 2! The wheel decided they were a Pon-Ton (a patapon/zigoton raised in the pata tribe <3) I wasn’t sure how to do a glow for them, so I decided to make it a day and night thing— their saturation changes depending on the light.
