{QUAKER OATS CREATIVE BRIEF DEBRIEF}

The creative brief is already following brand guidelines by staying on brand with the colors and font they are using in their brief. Already consumers know who is talking to them from two simple steps, color & font. From the beginning, you know what the objectives are that Quaker is trying to accomplish: increase brand awareness, and market share for Quaker Oats Oatmeal, Promote the health benefits of oatmeal as a nutritious breakfast option, and encourage customer engagement and loyalty. 
While there is no target audience they are trying to specifically target, you can assume the average 25-45-year-old, health-conscious individuals who live a busy life but seek to fulfill their body with nutritious meals would be enticed by this creative brief. On the contrary, it could also be well for families that are also in a time crunch but need healthy foods for growing kids. 
The key message Quaker is getting across is, “Start your day off right with Quaker Oats Oatmeal- the perfect breakfast choice for a healthier you.” It engrains into the minds of consumers that they care for you and want to fulfill the needs of their consumers wants. 
Their campaign theme “Morning fuel for champions,” creates a unifying concept that guides the creative direction, ensuring consistency and cohesion across various marketing materials.

Creative elements are displayed in the brief like visuals, taglines, and key features. This gives the creative team a clear starting point and direction for design and content creation. Their tone and voice are described, ensuring that all marketing materials have a consistent and appropriate style that resonates with the audience.
The objective in this brief is to create more sales for Quaker Oats. Ways you can entice your audience is using numbers and charts which are presented in the infographic. It makes readers want to learn more about what is going on. 
Measurements of success are recorded by; an increase in sales revenue compared to the previous year, conversion rates from digital advertising, Tracking coupon code redemptions, and customer feedback and surveys to understand the impact of promotional strategies.
This creative brief is tailored to prioritize strategies and messaging that directly contribute to increased sales, making it clear that the campaign's main focus is on driving product purchases.
A couple of things that could benefit from changing the focus of wanting to change people's minds, but trying to relate to them in a way that has not been done before. Connecting with people on a level that has not been tried before when attracting consumers to the product.  Trying something new with people, because they are already tied into a category of a busy life, the need for a short and quick informative video for them to watch is going to increase their likelihood of buying it which would in return boost sales for the Quaker Oats company.

I hate that comic sans has become a meme and something people just decide to hate without any back story.
I know it really helps me and is 10000x more readable than *cough* anything else.

Ivy for Ivy
For my creative briefing, Susanne came up with the idea of personalizing the plant so it matches it’s owner. Because the species of my plant is called Ivy and one of my roommates is also called Ivy I thought of giving the plant to her. As I’m moving out of our apartment it could be a ‘thank you for this year’-gift or a keepsake of me to her. The ivy can help Ivy to cope with her loneliness. I wanted to make a video for it, but it turned out quite bad because my laptop stopped working so I edited it on my phone... I will need to find a way to edit my final video. I designed this machine for @playhouse_comp Here’s a guide to how it works... a. The alarm clock sounds, vibrating and causing the stone to fall off the drawer unit. b. The stone falls into the spoon that is mounted on the bicycle wheel. Its weight moves the wheel round. c. This moves the stuffed rubber glove towards the fan’s power switch, turning on the fan. d. The fan is activated, and blows air towards the balloon. e. The balloon is blown across the room, pulling the string upwards via the spool. f . This pulls the padlock up off the finely balanced see-saw. g. The upwards motion of the padlock causes the other end of the see-saw to pivot downwards, causing the weight to roll off the end. h. The downwards motion of the weight pulls the string taut, causing the hammer to pivot. i. The hammer knocks the toy car forcefully onto the track. j. The toy car completes the loop and knocks the melon off the shelf. k. The melon falls into the bucket, causing the bucket to move downwards on its string. l. The string pulls on the broom’s head, causing the other end to pivot towards the string. m. The knife on the broom handle severs the string and releases the cloche, which falls onto the alarm clock, muffling it in the process. ———————————————— Want to get involved?
