For those who don't follow my twt, you missed the hundreds of millions of rants I go on about Storches. BCUS I LOVE STORCHES!!!

I was peeved by the fact Storches only often get portrayed in one particular way... and even tho they have a fair amount of fanart and fanworks, they don't feel like they have many fans...

It peeves me for many reasons, but I'm not about to get into it here, so you can seek it out on my twt or bsky if you're curious.

Anyways, this handful of Storches was born from that; from wanting to see more Storch variety, and more ways to portray a Storch's anger!! Anger in general really, feels like one of the emotions that gets done dirty the most in media.

I think what people don't fully understand is that karma is sort of a consistent theme with MXTX's works, and it's sort of a difficult concept to really grapple with, especially for western or more abrahamic readers, because I feel like christianity sort of sells redemption as just simply regret, and salvation as just an acceptance of god or whatever.

And, to me, it's interesting, because, karma is actually a system that more so forces people to grapple with their circumstances, and figure out a way to change.

Because karma as a system is specifically about the vicious cycles that people trap themselves into, how misery brings more misery. MXTX characters who get happy endings are the ones who break this cycle, by choosing kindness, happiness, and to not get stuck in suffering, despite life giving them suffering.

Basically, Karma is much more about ascending out of your current circumstances, and being better than it. "Body in abyss, heart in paradise". Being good despite the circumstances. Some people can't do it, but the ones who can are the heroes.

MANIFESTATION WORKS PERFECTLY: You just refuse to accept your desires

Here’s the thing, sometimes your manifestations are right in front of you, but you don’t recognize them because you’re not willing to accept them.

The problem isn’t that you’re doing something wrong, not affirming enough, or not visualizing correctly

The real issue is that you’re not allowing yourself to RECEIVE what you’ve manifested. You’re either dismissing it, doubting it, or finding reasons to "push it away"

This is a perfect example of rejecting your own manifestation.

You manifested free food, and it showed up, but you turned it down. Instead of feeling guilty, just let them pay! You don’t need to return the favor immediately, and you shouldn’t feel obligated to

Learn to accept the things that come your way without guilt.

It’s all about being aware of what you’ve asked for & what’s already showing up

How many times have you turned down something that was exactly what you asked for without realizing it?
