This coleslaw recipe captures the classic KFC taste with its creamy dressing and crisp veggies. It's the perfect side dish for your fried chicken cravings.

Ingredients: 1 small head of cabbage, finely shredded. 2 carrots, grated. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons buttermilk. 2 tablespoons white vinegar. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.

Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and grated carrots. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until well blended. Pour the dressing mixture over the cabbage and carrots. Toss to coat thoroughly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until chilled. Before serving, give the coleslaw a good stir and adjust the seasoning if needed.
