Sabato 18 marzo 2023 il Bolgia di Bergamo si muove a tempo con Miguel Bastida e Paskman. Spagnoli, i due top dj producer sono tra i talenti in maggiore ascesa nella scena tech-house internazionale. E' un altro party che si preannuncia imperdibile. 

Nato ad Alhama de Granada e cresciuto a Barcellona, Miguel Bastida ha pubblicato i suoi dischi su label di riferimento come Toolroom, Cr2 Records, Mistakes, Bedrock, Agile o Kittball. Dal festival Creamfields a top club come Cielo a New York, El Row e City Hall a Barcellona, fino ai grandi club di Ibiza, suona ovunque. La sua tech-house potente e piena di contaminazioni latine piace ai brasiliani, agli argentini, ed ovviamente all'Italia. Contagioso e ipnotico è il ritmo del suo nuovo EP "Val D Trumpet", con, all'interno, 2 tracce che stanno facendo muovere a tempo mezzo mondo. Complementare è il suono di Paskman, altro talento di origini spagnole, che nel 2022 ha conquistato i dancefloor e le classifiche internazionali con la sua rivisitazione del classico "Chiquetere", in compagnia di Raffa Villalba. La Main Room del Bolgia balla, durante la stessa notte, anche col suono potente e scatenato di Alessandro Quara, Salvo V e Solid Ravers. 

In Lab Room al Bolgia - Bergamo il 18/03 si alternano poi in console Kickballas, Andy da Gig, Pando, Yell b2b Armian, Pave b2b Casco, Andrea Scaranna. Il Bolgia apre alle ore 23.00 e si balla fino alle del mattino.

Il party che vede protagonista i due top dj Miguel Bastida e Paskman il 18/03 al Bolgia - Bergamo è solo l'ennesimo appuntamento all'insegna dell'eccellenza nel top club. Nelle scorse settimane, e per tutta la stagione passata, si son esibiti top dj della portata di Chris Liebing, Sam Paganini, Dennis Cruz, Len Faki, Ilario Alicante, Luca Agnelli, Sidney Charles, Piero Pirupa, Leon, Raffa FL, Wade & Fer Mesa, Pan-Pot, Franchino, Marco Faraone, Joseph Capriati.

for wip wednesday, a wee peek of that shadowgast fake marriage au i talked about on the weekend, tell me what you think

And Essek is without an escape plan. 

Trapped masterfully in an endgame he’s failed to see occurring in the shadows around him. He let his old arrogance ruin him, he should have seen the knife coming long before he felt it in his back. 

“A welcome union between our Den’s, long overdue,” The world screeches back into focus as Deirta offers the usual platitudes and Ulric Tasithar nods along, barely containing his smirk, a plan well executed and just a moment away from being finalised. The clock ticks ominously in the back of the room and Essek feels every second like a vice around his chest. 

So Essek does something he’s rarely done before. He panics. 

“I’m afraid that won’t be possible,” he says, a touch too loudly. The only visible sign he’s not in full control of himself. 

His mother sniff’s haughtily, fully aware he has no way out and not in the mood to indulge his silver tongue’s attempt to earn his freedom. Or at least a moment’s reprieve to think. “My boy you -”

“I’m already married,” Essek states as calmly as he can, trying not to show the cold panic that has settled into every inch of him. His mother blinks at the outburst, momentarily stunned. A good thing, with Deirta on the back foot he could wrangle a way out of this horrible situation. After all, the Umavi of Den Thelyss had been expecting cool, calculated arguments from him. 

Not this. 

And in all honesty neither had he. 

Outwardly he is calm, relaxed in his seat and presenting an aura of control as he lets the statement settle like dust on the furniture. Internally Essek desperately tries to fumble together something to cover for his outlandish declaration. 

It’s not unusual to bypass the pomp and circumstance of a public wedding for a quieter affair but he can tell from the faces around the table that they can see it for what it is. A desperate attempt to maintain his freedom. 

“It was a lovely ceremony,” Uraya pipes up and Essek exhales slowly to avoid doubling over in gasping relief. He could kiss his dear friend. A witness, a respected one at that, adds more weight to Essek’s words and he looks less like a child clamouring for any exit and more like a man in control of the situation.  

“To who?” Deirta asks stonily. 

Fuck, Essek thinks sharply.

Hey, I see your rewatching CR1! Im just starting CR1 (watching CR2 weekly). !! I find it hard to /watch/ CR1, so im listening to the podcast. Im on episode 10 now. When do you think it would be best to start watching? Cause I watch CR2, and I love watching them (its half the fun to see their reactions). (also, thx for the heads up on certain people)

I’ve seen people always recommend watching from the Whitestone/Briarwood arc (starts at ep.24) cuz that’s when thing gets real but I really started watching critical role from ep. 18 and 19. While the party is split and there are some guests, there is some good action and roleplay in these episodes. These are some of my favourite episodes.
