"EA" IS A JOKE.
How can you blame us Ea? Are you for real?
You priced a game at 70€ while it is not even playable.
It isnt PC community's fault that you cant do things properly! How can you blame us about our pc's? Are we all supposed to have the same rig and the same amount of money?
Im sorry if i live in portugal and i cant buy a 5000€ Computer just to play the trash you developed (trash in terms of performance, not storyline).
When we buy a Pc is because we want to be able to lower or rise the graphic settings. Some of us build a "cheaper" computer because we are aiming to play games on 1080p on high settings at 60fps. Its not my fault i dont have the money to buy a 4k monitor and a 5000€ computer.
When i built my computer 3 years ago, i spent around 1200€. I bought a "gtx 1660 super" and a "i5 10400f" with 16gb of ram and 1tb of ssd. My pc is pretty good for AAA games on 1080p. Im always able to run the new titles at high settings with 60fps. I am mad because i know survivor could easily be playable at 60 fps with this rig if they'd optimize it properly. It is not that much different from fallen order and i was able to play fallen order at 90 fps on high settings.
About combining high end GPU's with "Lower" ( not actually, ea is just dumb, but ok) performing cpus:
Ea some of us prefer to buy a 200€ cpu with a 500€ gpu because we know it will run the good games at 60fps 1440p high/ultra and it will last for 4/5 years.
Again not everyone is able to buy a 600€ cpu with a 1300€ gpu.
"While there is no single comprehensive solution for Pc" WHAT A JOKE! What you mean is "buy a console instead because we dont give a fuck about the pc community".
EA IS A FRAUD! FIX THE GAME! WE DESERVE BETTER!

Genius says we need CPU battles. That would actually be interesting. I thought this turf victory was rather interesting in that the percentage numbers were all the same just switched around.

fun tumblr fact: open new text post editor. hit some keys. now press ctrl-z. HAHAAH, get it, "undo"? this isn't photoshop moron, did you want us to keep track of every individual keystroke and then undo them one-at-a-time? you have a whole key that does that and it's even a wide one. not only is it all gone in the editor, it is (incredibly strangely) also completely gone in memory. Post? every reference is mapped, then deleted, then the root graph node is deleted, then page content cache is cleared, then like seven or eight layers of browser caches are cleared, and now javascript running meaningless memory benchmark routines are executed in full blast parallel to blow away the feint hope that one or two whole sentences worth of bytes have survived in your CPU L1/L2/L3 cache in case your ass was going to attempt a liquid helium cold-boot. its like yoda said. "there is only do and un-do" (star wars 1987 dir. george lucas)

I'm far from the first person to say this but there is a lot of overcompensating that goes on when communists oppose criticisms of specific communist figureheads. Stalin did not personally order the genocide of millions of people but he also wasn't the sole builder of socialism, nor was he the source of every good policy the USSR implemented. Same goes for Mao, Honecker, Lenin, Castro, etc. I don't think I need to harp on about why it's a remain of liberal historiography and ideology, although that should be acknowledged. Following in the same vein as this other post of mine, it constitutes a conscious and prolongued effort as a communist to adopt class, and more generally, a focus on the collective and processes instead of individual actions as the vehicle of your discourse. The better perspective with which to approach criticisms of a single transistor is to recontextualize it within the whole CPU that it's a part of, if you allow me the metaphor. You hinder yourself when you stoop down to the level of great man theory.
Lenin is a particular example because he tends to be great-manned both from the perspective of people criticizing and defending Stalin. He was neither a pure-hearted libertarian who was betrayed after his death by a conniving Stalin who hid Lenin's thought on him and who arrested/killed every other opponent, nor was Stalin a 1:1 replica of Lenin's positions but in a different stage of socialism. In both of these positions the role of the Bolshevik's party mechanisms and channels are completely ignored, as if it was a simple hereditary mechanism. In a democratic centralist organization, the Congress is the supreme organ of decision, and every office, from General Secretary to the base militant, is beholden to its decisions and has the duty to carry them out, as well as to contribute in its democratic process. Lenin was the Chairman of the Council of People's Commissar, sure, and the de facto "leader". The CPC was a mostly executive office, but like any other organ in the CP, it had a decided political role. The Congress is still the highest organ.
In the 13th Congress, when Stalin was elected to the position of General Secretary, there were 748 voting delegates. It is a misrepresentation of democratic-centralist principles to discount or ignore the vote of these 748 delegates. Lenin, as much as he was an important figure, was not the only politically competent communist, nor the only influential one. Never, even during the tensest months of the civil war or the underground work, was Lenin's criteria followed without criticism or input. He wasn't infallible or without fault, anyone can make mistakes or forget to consider some angles. This is also why Lenin was such a respected leader, because he did not govern alone. Stalin also governed like that, quite famously being skilled at listening to a discussion and being able to synthesize everyone's positions into a logical common ground. I am less concerned with what Lenin, at the end of his life, after two gunshots and a few strokes, personally thought of Stalin's aptness for the position, and more concerned with the opinions of those 748 delegates, all taking into account the discussions that took place in every lower organ of the party. What matters is that the party, democratically, elected Stalin to the position multiple times, and that his responsibility in leading cooperatively were proven competent throughout his tenure. Lenin was not an angel, nor the embodied spirit of revolutionary marxism. He was a very skilled and knowledgeable revolutionary whose words are not the gospel. The achievements made by Stalin's collective leadership (plus the entire party!) and the effective advancement of socialism are much more important than Lenin's opinion, as much as we can respect him. He wasn't clairvoyant

I will just say who the prominent characters MIGHT be in the sequel/spin-off:
Returning Students from Last Year (Comic Book, EG, and Perfume didn’t take part in the competition):
Digi, CM, and Comic Book are definitely important
Electric Guitar and CPU Monitor most likely
Perfume, and Ink Pen (maybe)
New Students at School:
Cronut, Collage, and Dust-Hare are key characters
Silver Bell and Proton(?) are probably minor

Fir the MegOp request: TFA Megatron reaction that TFA Optimus is a space bridge repair worker
Finally I found your ask! I spent a century combing through my notifications XD
Aaaaanyways, here it is! Hope you like it ^^
Megatron swung his swords at the Prime, missing by a wire’s breath when the Autobot ducked and returned the attack in kind. It was a familiar song and dance for the warlord by now, though usually their fights were not so… private.
As luck would have it, both of them had answered an energy anomaly in the forest near Detroit. It had been a rather pleasant surprise to find the young Prime all by his lonesome right after locating the Allspark fragment in the middle of a small clearing in said woods.
“Not too shabby, Autobot. A few more millennia and you might stand a chance at defeating me!” he mocked as he kicked his opponent to the ground. It was almost too easy sometimes, but the Prime always pulled through one way or another.
“I have a name!” snapped Optimus as he rolled just out of reach of Megatron’s pede which left a small crater right where he had been a moment ago, “I am Optimus Prime, and you ought to remember that!” he growled and slashed with his axe at the pede, only grazing the thick warframe armour. Megatron couldn’t help but laugh at the feeble attempt to injure him.
It was always fun to see his enemies infuriated at the fact that he didn’t know their names. He did, but one thing he had learned early on in his gladiatorial career was that an unconcentrated opponent was a weak one. That practice of his had helped him all throughout the war and even after that. It wasn’t often that he met an opponent that kept their cool so well in the face of such disrespect.
“Ah, yes, the rank of Prime. The standards for it have fall quite a bit, haven’t they?” he chuckled with a smirk and parried the angry swing aimed at his helm, throwing the Autobot into the air. Megatron watched with a hint of surprise as his foe flipped in the air and landed square on his pedes, ready to resume their fight. “Or maybe not.” he muttered to himself and went in for another attack.
Few survived an encounter with him and lived long enough to tell the tale. Even fewer willingly went against him again, which made fighting the young mech such a delight.
The little Prime never ceased to surprise. He was always so resourceful and selfless – two qualities he had long believed to be extinct when it came to Autobots. He fought rather rigidly, yes, but he knew when to change tactics in order to secure an advantage. That, he could respect, he could use. If only the Prime wasn’t so foolishly loyal to his rusted cause.
Optimus dodged blaster fire with ease as he shot a grappling hook at one of Megatron’s swords, attempting to seize it.
Megatron grabbed the chord and pulled, sending Prime once again flying through the open sky, but this time luck was not on his side. He smashed against a tree, with a loud crack before falling to the ground, heaving.
“You Autobots never learn, do you? You can not defeat me, even the best of you.” he knew that praising him was a contradictive move, but he had earned it.
It came as a surprise to hear the Prime snort and try to stifle a chuckle.
“What’s so funny, Autobot?” the reaction puzzled him. He was about to be offlined and yet here he was, laughing like Megatron had told him the funniest joke in the galaxy.
“Oh, it’s nothing, really. It’s just that, if you really think that an academy washout, space bridge technician is ‘one of the best’, then it’s not the Autobots’ standard that has fallen.” snickered Optimus as he looked up at Megatron with a slag eating grin.
The warlord froze in place, his CPU attempting and failing to process the new information.
“What?”
Optimus laughed even harder, wincing when his vents, damaged by the hit he took, expelled a wheezing sound.
Megatron pressed the tip of one of his swords right against the Autobot’s main fuel line, effectively silencing him. “Explain yourself, now.” he growled menacingly.
“What exactly is there to explain? I already told you the truth. I’m not a fully fledged Prime. Officially I’m not even considered a warrior, no one on my team is. We’re space bridge technicians. Our job was to travel around the corners of the galaxy and repair the Autobot space bridge network.”
Megatron looked at the Prime in disbelief, every interaction they had ever had, replaying itself in the warlord’s mind as small, incongruous details about the team of Autobots slotted themselves into place to finally reveal the horrific truth.
They were no warriors, they were civilians who had been at the wrong place at the wrong time. That was why the Elite Guard had done next to nothing to help them. To the great Autobot machine they were fodder, disposable.
Disgust and hatred flashed through Megatron’s field, making Optimus flinch minutely when his own tense one came into contact with his.
This changed everything and nothing at the same time which only infuriated Megatron even more. It was dishonourable to fight against someone who could not face you properly in battle, who was not a warrior. It was Descepticon code, something he himself had put into place to prevent unnecessary carnage in the name of keeping Cybertron populated. Overtime, even the worst of the Descepticons had accepted it as law, even he himself had begun to view it as something on which his honour depended.
And here he was tarnishing it in the worst way imaginable.
“You know, if you ask me, I would much rather fight Cons for the rest of my life than go back to the most boring job in the universe.”
Immediately, Megatron’s helm snapped to the location of the voice only to see the bright yellow Autobot speedster sitting on a tree stump, looking at the bots before him while twirling the forgotten Allspark fragment in his servos.
“Personally, I’d rather be a space bridge technician. Bossbot is right, we aren’t warriors, and I’ll be more than happy to go back to doing what I signed up for.” came the voice of the big green Autobot from the other side of the clearing.
“Quit yer whining, will ya? We still need to save Optimus from Buckethead!” barked the team’s medic as he primed his magnets.
“I do not believe Optimus needs our saving.” chimed in the ninja bot who appeared from behind a tree.
Megatron took in all of the newly gathered Autobots, ignoring the last comment. Before, all he saw was a bunch of low-class warriors with lacking training, but now, he saw them for what they really were. It was so obvious in hindsight, he wanted to kick himself for missing it.
“Thanks for the vote of confidence, Prowl, I really appreciate it.” Megatron snapped his attention back to his original foe, having thought him incapacitated. Clearly, he had miscalculated again, as a spray of foam hit his faceplates, completely blinding him. He tried moving back, only for his pedes to be restrained in Prime’s grappling hook.
Megatron fell backwards with a grunt. As he tried to regain his sight, he could hear the commotion around him.
“Let’s go before he gets back up and hunts us down!” yelled Optimus. His command was met with no complaints and soon enough Megatron found himself alone on the clearing.
He growled and muttered curses as he cut the chord around his pedes. The mission had been a disaster. Of course, he could give chase to the Autobots and try to retrieve the Allspark fragment, but ultimately decided against it.
Once he finally deemed himself presentable, he gave one last glance to the direction in which the Autobot team retreated, sighed, and began the journey back to the Descepticon hideout. He was in no mood to rush back just to deal with his subordinates, so he opted to walk. That way he had some time to mull over the new information he had obtained and formulate a plan…
And think of a way to break the news to his Descepticons without causing a riot.

You've learned something about Cybertronian culture. You got to have a nasty conversation with Optimus
Pairing: yandere Optimus Prime x reader
The thought that kept you awake was, of course, the theme of freedom.
The theme of freedom permeated every inch of your life: your core, your essence, your mind. You were woven from the desire to be free. Just like any other person who has been held captive.
But thinking about it always led you to strange paradoxes. Unsolvable paradoxes. Like this one.
You sat on the platform, sawing the back of the working Optimus with your gaze, and couldn't decide where to begin your claim.
You had many complaints about Prime, but this one in particular...
You've never noticed Optimus Prime's arrogance. Quite frankly, you were the more arrogant of the two of you. By right of forced servitude, you tried to respond to Prime's superior strength with aggression.
And yet there was a much deeper issue. Unresolved, making her feel even more insecure.
“Optimus.”
“My Spark?”
“We need to have a serious talk,” it just so happened that you rarely spoke to Optimus. Usually he did the talking. Or you yelled at him. But this wasn't a conversation. It wasn't a discussion, and you knew - according to Megatron - that Optimus was hellbent on talking.
Prime didn't need to be told twice to have his full attention on you. Optimus lowered himself onto the platform next to you, his whole demeanor radiating a willingness to listen.
But instead of starting, you stared at Optimus for a few seconds. It was as if she were trying to find answers to her questions without voicing them.
“I'm not a slave,” the subject opened with a direct statement. You didn't like to voice the obvious, but you had to often, “do you agree?”
Optimus' optics flashed brighter. Prime was almost confused. Almost.
“Y/N...”
“Answer. Do you agree with those words?”
“Yes. You are not a slave,” Optimus accepted the rules of the conversation: he decided to wait for clarification.
“Good,” it became easier. At the very least, “indeed, I am not a slave. I am not a pet. Is that right or wrong?”
“Yes, my Spark. You are not a pet,” Optimus tried to find answers in your gaze, but you weren't looking at him. You weren't looking at anything.
“You're not above me...” you splayed your hands, ”physically, of course I am. But not socially. You're not my king, you're not my God. Your word is not more important than mine. I am your equal. Are you?”
Now Optimus was slow to answer.
“I don't want to lie to you, but let me ask you this: where are you going with this conversation?”
“Ratchet recently shared some articles with me... Cybertronian science articles. He told me to embrace my future culture. And I learned a lot: both that organics up until the war - and even now - were considered almost animal-like; and that Prime always towers over everyone... Even his own Bondmate,” you could barely contain your anger. The disgusting epithets bestowed upon billions of sentient metal fools in their pseudo-scientific articles were infuriating, “I understand my perspective perfectly well. I will be with you. You have and will continue to limit me. But I will not allow you to carry around in your CPU the idea that you are above, better, and more in charge than me. And it's not about the strength of your guns or the processing power of your CPU.”
The fact that Cybertron society has always been divided into stupid classes because of altmode didn't bother you... Until you admitted to yourself: one day you yourself will live in that society. You'll live, but you won't let anyone look down on you from the height of your own ignorance.
On Earth, that was easy. On Cybertron, hardly at all.
“I understand,” Prime's mechanisms sounded quieter, calmer. Even the tone of his voice became even more subdued, “I know how important this is to you. I have always treated you as an equal. Even if there were disagreements between us.”
“Disagreements.” You always had other terms for that, but there wasn't time for them now.
“That makes me happy,” you actually felt better. It would be doubly unpleasant if, somewhere inside, Optimus thought of you as nothing more than his toy. You longed for an equal confrontation, “I was relieved.”
The revelation burst out and hung in the air with a pleasant understanding silence. For the first time in forever.
