This is a videogame concept I made this year for my Academy. From the concepts of the characters, to the finished game screens, it was a lot of work for one person but I'm very happy with the results!

Everything was made using Adobe Animate and I'm hopefully also gonna animate the gameplay screen!

I found the cutest cottage core game for Nintendo Switch. It's called Mail Time. It's so cozy! You are a tiny human living in a garden wood area with animals and your job is a mail scout. You deliver mail and help with task's all while wearing a cute mushroom hat and using a giant envelope to glide through the air.

Florence

If you like quick little Indi games that tell a story and are easy to get through, I highly recommend Florence.

We follow a girl names Florence Yeoh who feels stuck, following the same routine every day of her life, until she meets cello player Krish who opens her eyes and changes how she sees this world.

It is a beautiful game that will make you feel those highs and lows, telling an experience most people are probably familiar with. The animation and art is beautiful and it only takes about 30 mins to play.

It’s an Australian made game and is definitely worth the experience.

Another short Indie game recommendation for you guys!

Marie’s room is a short story exploration game. You play as a girl names Kelsey who is remembering Marie’s room from 20 years ago, trying to discover what happened to her friend and exploring the unconventional friendship between the two girls.

It’s a fun and captivating little game, that only takes about 45 minutes to get through, and only an hour if you are a completionist like myself if only takes about an hour to unlock all the achievements.
