sometimes i wonder if i ruined my social abilities by not Going Away to University; as in like, not doing the whole dorm thing and stuff. I went to the nearby community college and then transferred to the nearby university. (and now i’m in an online school for grad school but i feel that’s less relevant to this story lol)

I never made any friends. I mean I had people I was sort of friends with in individual classes but once that class ended I more or less never talked to them again. And I feel like maybe if I had gone to a university for all four years and had been away from home and forced to live with other people then maybe I would have been forced to socialize more and make new friends.

But the problem may just be me. Maybe I should have tried harder to go to clubs or talk to people or whatever. But after every class I just wanted to go the fuck home 💀 And none of the clubs sounded very interesting to me…

But oh well it is what it is I guess
