miguel can’t help it when you’re wearing his clothes
summary: miguel o’hara x f!reader
warning: 18+ stuff but not too overboard
-
miguel is trying really hard to concentrate. he really is.
being a superhero and the leader of spider society is not an easy task. sometimes he’d go days without sleeping. you can either find him at his office or the gym doing his daily workouts because that’s the only place he can take his stress out.
days of scanning over reports and the hours he put in to enhance the new spiderman suit should not go to waste. his eyes are tracking back and forth to the amount of papers scatter all over the table. not to mention a kid he has to take care of named ‘miles morales’ added to his list is almost enough to make his brain explode.
but how could he focus on his work when you’re standing five feet away from him? fixing yourself up a small snack in the kitchen with nothing but his t-shirt and his boxers.
his greedy eyes running through your body shamelessly, finding himself getting lost in his thoughts and he has to snap himself out of it a few times otherwise he won’t be able to finish off all the reports that must be done that night.
yet, he can’t help but admire the way your curves are accentuated by his shorts. how your thick thighs and plump ass filling them in instead of it being too big on you. the way your soft cheeks are slightly peeking underneath the grey cotton material,
he grunts a low ‘fuck me’ when he sees you bending over to put the cookies in the oven. are you doing this on purpose?
had enough of the distraction you’re giving, he slams a folder down and turns his attention on you. “mi vida, can you please don’t stand like that?”
“huh?” you cock an eyebrow, confused to what makes this grumpy man scolding you at this hour. “what’d i do?” you crane your neck to look over at him, with a frown look on his handsome features.
“you! ay dios mio you’re making me hard to focus here! i have so much work to do and you’re being a distraction.”
licking off a cookie dough off your finger, you put your hands on your hips. “how am i being distracting?! I’m literally just standing here making cookies!”
“you know what it does to me when you’re wearing my clothes, mami. I can’t control it. please please stand at least ten feet away.”
“oh?” your voice sounds playful. a small smirk graces upon your lips as you tip toe around the counter to get closer to him.
he knows what you’re up to.
shaking his head in disapproval, he put his large hand up and looking away. “para por favor, cariño. i know what you’re about to do and i cannot afford any distractions right now. stay right where you are.”
“hmm, no.” you giggle, walking towards where he is and you can hear him groan slightly. “whatchu doooing?”
he smiles a bit at that. no matter what you do, he can’t get mad at you. it feels like you put a spell on him or something, he can’t work it out. but he doesn’t complain at all.
he’d break jaws and tear down the fucking universe for you.
he admires the way your thighs rub against each other when you walk, jiggling slightly before you manage to sit yourself comfortably beside him. tucking your legs underneath your butt and make your legs look even thicker
miguel lean himself back a little while his fingers go up against your cheek, grazing it ever so softly. his smile grows when you peck him on the lips.
“how you doing, papi?” you ask, removing a strand of hair from his forehead. “are you feeling okay? you’ve been working far too hard lately, I’m worried.”
he sighs in pure bliss when you run your fingers softly underneath his scalp. feeling himself melt away against your touch.
“always better when you’re around me, mi amor. but you know you can’t be wearing that anymore when I’m working.”
he has to hold back the urge to pick you up and fuck you against the wall when you pout at him.
“you like seeing me in your clothes”
“que sí, baby. but your ass is distracting me far too much in that when I’m working, you know how i get when i see you wearing my boxers. I can’t contain it.” he responds, large hand coming up to rub your exposed thigh, finger toying with the loose hem of his shorts,
“theeen, maybe it’s a sign you should take a break” you suggest, tilting your head lightly. “come play with me, miggy,”
he swears he almost cum right there and then when you say it.
“i will, baby. i promise. but i gotta finish this first, yeah?” his eyes bore into yours as he promises. he wants so badly to leave his work but he knows he can’t. not right now.
with a small huff, you nod. “fine. I’ll wait.”
“good girl.” he leans forward to kiss you again on the lips. “just a few more minutes, yeah?”
“yeah yeah.” you say, “don’t forget to eat. please don’t skip it this time. dinner is on the table, I’ve prepared it for you. also there’s some leftover brownies for dessert if you want it, papi.”
“what do you mean? I’m looking at my full course meal right now, cariño.”
you roll your eyes playfully, blushing a bit as you smile at him. he’s giving you that infamous smirk of his with his eyebrow raising. showing you he’s not playing when he says that,
“aish. such a sweet talker you are. be quick baby” you shake your head, standing up from the couch before heading to the bedroom with your fingers fixing down his shorts to cover it more. your ass moves from side to side as he watches.
god, he fucking loves to see you walk away.

“Why am I here?” Nanami thinks out loud, glaring pointedly around the unlit dive bar. It’s unglamorous, walls garbed in eclectic music paraphernalia, references that go right past him. Flurries of reds and yellows and oranges in the decor cut brightly, shining through the dim atmosphere. Seriously, would it kill them to switch a light on? It bustles with life; university kids, Nanami is subjected to think based on the… unique fashion sense present in the room. Street wear, torn jeans, crop tops way too short to be considered shirts anymore. He cringes, feeling entirely too dated to be hanging amongst this kind of crowd. His leg bounces restlessly under the ledge of the bar, and he turns to look at you. “Why are we here?”
You’re smiling—actually smiling—flagging down the bartender. “You knew we were coming to a bar,” you cut yourself short, holding up a single finger to him whilst you relayed your order to the older gentleman behind the bar. A rum and coke, you asked politely before glancing toward Nanami. It took a moment for him to realize what that look meant.
“I’ll have scotch, neat. Thanks.”
“As I was saying,” you steal back his attention, “I made it clear we were coming to a bar. What’s the problem?”
There was a hint of an attitude catching at your words, and Nanami felt his brow twitch in frustration. “You failed to tell me that we’d be in…” He grimaces, peeking back over his shoulder to the sea of youthful patrons slinging over nearly every stool and booth. “ . . . Mixed company.” God awful pop music fizzles through the speakers, twisting and crackling with pops of static; fuel to the billowing flames of Nanami’s overstimulation. “I was expecting something a bit more sophisticated.”
“I can tell,” you’re laughing as you give him a once over, and he gets a shiver of Deja Vu from the coffee shop where you pulled the same exact move. You tweeze at the expensive cotton button down, plucking the bunched fabric of a sleeve at the crease of his elbow. “Thought we said no more fancy clothes?”
Tonight he threw together a plain white shirt and a pair of slim fit khaki pants; the quintessential dad outfit, sure, but fancy? Nanami didn’t think so. “I’m dressed down.”
“Nixing the suit jacket and tie didn’t do much. You still look stiff, man.” Two glasses are brought over, one placed before either of you respectively. Nanami stares down into the glass, a foggy, brown abyss. His alcohol looks watered down and piss cheap. “You stick out, it’s kind of embarrassing.”
“Oh please, you’re too kind.” Nanami rolls his eyes, hunching over the bar and downing a swig from the scotch. Yeah, It was definitely watered down. Fuck this place.
Your hand slaps his back. “So dramatic. I was kidding Nanami, you look fine.” A cheeky laugh reaches his ears before you tack on, “very handsome.”
Now he knows you’re messing with him.
You grin into your cup. “Stop sulking. It’s not so bad here.” Nanami would beg to differ. A debate that isn’t worth having because frankly, it’s a Saturday night and he doesn’t have nearly enough energy to draft a list of all the cons that this joint has to offer. “We got booze,” you raise your glass. “Booze makes everything better.”
His forehead wrinkles. “That’s a horrible mindset to have, Y/n.”
Your boisterous laugh outweighs the ambient chatter, and you take a hearty gulp. Nanami follows suit, albeit a bit awkwardly, tipping more spirits down his throat. You look surprisingly comfortable, slinking against the bar counter with a hazy smile that welcomes strangers in. This time, you weren’t wearing a flowery dress; instead, a low cut shirt and jeans, both equal parts dark and tight. The neckline plummeted deep, exposing slivers of your bra cups and entirely too much cleavage. By God, was his self restraint something to write home about.
It was easy to fall into comfortable conversation. All in all, Nanami enjoys talking to you now, even if once upon a time the thought of engaging with you evoked such dread that he’d outwardly avoid your presence around the office. Passing along orders specifically meant for you to other colleagues and entrusting them to deliver the message, lengthening the conveyor belt of relation simply because you got him in a tizzy. Back then, all Nanami could see when he looked at you was that cowardly girl in the bathroom with smeared lipstick and a trembling pout. How shameful, he thinks, that it took him this long to see past that terrible first impression.
“So there I was, balancing ten cups of coffee, shaking like a little bitch,” you laughed as you shared an anecdote from an internship in your university years. Nanami listened intently, head propped up on his fist as he watched your theatrics. Your cheeks flushed with the evidence of alcohol, eyes lidded, smile wobbly. Nanami was feeling the edge of his buzz coming on too, an amazing revelation considering the diluted alcohol this place served. “And I’m walking up ten flights of stairs–”
“Ten flights?” He gawks, feeling looser and matching you with melodrama. “What, did your office not have an elevator?”
You laughed. “It was out of order.”
“Your luck astounds me.”
You flip him off playfully. “I finally get to the last stair and my heel catches on the floor and I eat total shit in front of the entire room!” Nanami can’t stop his own tittering, cupping a palm over his grin. “Spilled the coffee everywhere, twisted my ankle, too. I probably laid in that puddle for ten minutes.”
“That’s why you don’t wear high heels anymore?”
There’s a grimace on your face when you nod, topping off the rest of your glass. “Mm.”
Nanami swaps his own story, of a time when he was in his third year of college and his work laptop got stolen. “I think I cried,” and you guffawed at his misery. “I’m serious, I really think I cried. Alone, on the floor of my dormitory. It was finals week, and I had written my dissertation on that laptop.”
“So what did you do?”
“I pulled an all-nighter in the library on campus and rewrote my entire thesis.” Merely remembering that chaotically stressful night had Nanami huffing a sigh of anguish and dragging an exasperated hand down his face.
The bartender slides you another drink. Gosh, he was lagging behind. “I would’ve dropped out.” You spoke over the rim of the glass.
“Trust me, I was really close.” Nanami’s eyes narrow, gaging the swell of your throat as you knock back a few swigs. “How many have you had?”
“A few.” Your answer was blunt, and from that Nanami could gather that his question had rendered you the slightest bit irritated. He understood why; you were a grown woman, who was he to regulate how many rounds you decide to have? But even with this understanding, the man couldn’t shake his concern. “More than you, old timer. Keep up.”
He shakes his head, scratching at his cheek. “This is my last for the night.” Any more, and Nanami would wake up the next morning nauseous with a pounding headache. He took precautions to avoid breaching his limits, he really disliked that hungover feeling.
You gawk at the declaration. “How lame.” Then you hiccup.
“You can call me lame now, but which one of us will wake up tomorrow not in pain?”
You wave a hand through the air, brushing off his very astute observation. “Hush, that’s for future me to deal with. Present me doesn’t have a care in the world.”
You’re immature, but it’s amusing, so he doesn’t offer any rebuttals. The way you are so insistent on living in the moment is fascinating, almost inspiring even. Nanami feels as though he’s ever crushed by the impending future, always so concerned with what the next day, next week, next month, next year brings. He thinks ahead to a fault, and because of that, forgets to enjoy the little things. But you always stop and smell the roses. It’s admirable.
“Bartender!” You wag a finger in the air, slamming down your empty glass. Fiending for yet another drink.
Okay, maybe your ability to live in the now is to a fault as well. Nanami holds a hand up, signaling the barkeep to halt. “Sorry,” he apologizes politely, “she’s all good for now, thanks.” Ain’t that the truth. Your face looked tacky with sweat, pupils scarily dilated. Your words come out dimly slurred, and your gestures uncoordinated. As your business associate, he feels obligated to intervene at this point.
A hand slaps his down. Your hand. “Hey what gives?” You’re upset with him. “Just because you’re done doesn’t mean I am.”
“You’re three sips away from throwing up on yourself,” Nanami deadpans, unphased by your drunken outburst. Unbeknownst to the two of you, another patron had taken up the stool opposite of you. To be expected; the bar was decently crowded, that being said neither of you paid much mind to the man. He was younger than Nanami for sure, his hair unkempt and shaggy, swept back by sweat and something that looked like grease. He was smiling, probably on some brand of dope that Nanami was unfamiliar with. The stranger interrupts, leaning over with his elbow planted on the countertop.
“You her father or some shit?” He speaks without any warning, catching both you and Nanami’s attention.
Father? Nanami internally grimaces, jaw tightening. Just how old does he think I am? Trying not to be offended by the inquiry, he corrects the man. “Just a concerned friend, that’s all.” You have yet to speak, still a tad caught off guard by the unexpected company.
The stranger’s grin widens, reaching shit-eating status. “Then hop the fuck off her case, man.” He shoots a pair of lidded, droopy eyes toward you, eyebrows jumping in a manner that is entirely too suggestive for Nanami’s liking. “If the lady wants another drink, then let her have another drink.”
Nanami feels the awkward tension thicken the air between this interaction. For all the shit you talked about getting hit on in bars, he would have never expected you to act so timid when put in a position like this. Nanami fully expected you to side with the latter party, to order another round of vodka-whatever and then leave with your newfound knight in shining armor. What actually happened: “No, er, my friend might be right actually,” followed by an incredibly strained chuckle. Your shoulders stiffen, Nanami can practically feel the way you harden up beside him. “I should probably take it easy.”
The man feigns grief. “Aw, c’mon. You seemed so eager before. Let me buy you another?”
“She just said—”
“I was talking to her, not you.”
Nanami was utterly shocked by the sheer gall this young man possessed. Was he trying to intimidate him? It was painfully ineffective. “I don’t want one,” you said with a little more oomph this time, fiercely hanging on the urge to defend Nanami. It made him feel strangely prideful.
The stranger’s smile never retreated, but something sinister glinted in the ocean of his dark eyes. He gave a sniff, brushing the point of his nose with the pad of his thumb before hurling yet another unwanted flirtation your way. “Baby, hey, what’s one more drink? I saw you from across the room, I’ve been dyin’ to chat you up.” Under the table, his hand slips into your personal space. Nanami sees it unfold in his peripherals; the pallor hand slithering over your lap, grabbing a handful of your denim-clad thigh. You yelped in surprise, wincing. Nanami saw it all.
He was not a violent man. In fact, he could count the number of times he’s thrown a punch in his life on one hand. Physical fights were pointless, a waste of time and energy because Nanami wholeheartedly believed that altercations were best settled with words. But the moment your nervous squeak found his ears, Nanami couldn’t control the urge to beat this guy’s face in. So that’s what he did; sliding out of his seat to round you and pull the stranger off his stool by the collar of his faux leather jacket. The material felt cheap and mingy, not something Nanami would ever be caught dead wearing. Without so much as a second thought, Nanami sends a heavy fist barreling into the meat of his cheek. One good, solid punch, and the sinewy gentleman was tumbling to the ground, walking the thin line between consciousness. “Shit…” Nanami breathes, chest heaving with barely concealed rage, knuckles throbbing to the beat of his racing heart. The bar went dead, too many pairs of eyes locked onto him to count, but the only ones he could care about were yours.
You looked at Nanami with such astonishment, with your eyes pried wide as dinner plates and your mouth ajar. He was ready for you to yell at him, to curse him for embarrassing you in a pub you frequented, but nothing came. Well, almost nothing.
“Security!” The bartender hollered thick and deep, slapping a damp rag onto the counter with a wet plap.
“Shit!” Nanami repeated, cuffing a hand around the thinnest part of your wrist, tugging you into his side as you both raced toward the exit. “Let’s go.”
You’re gurgling and grumbling, latching onto the material of his shirt as little bouts of complaining bubbled past your lips. “Not so fast!” and “Oh God, my stomach” and “I don’t feel good.” Nanami had been reduced to your crutch at this point; he bore the entirety of your weight without batting an eye because your own legs were too wobbly to do it yourself.
“I know,” he murmured, maneuvering through the crowd. “Hold it together, we’re almost there.”
The first step outside felt like entering Heaven. Nanami basked in the cleanliness of the chilly night air, gulping down a big breath of fresh oxygen that hadn’t been tainted by marijuana smoke. But suddenly, you’re detaching yourself from his hip and he’s bewildered by your sudden need for proximity. “Y/n—”
He turns to face you, only to be met with the crown of your head. Doubled over at the waist, hands on the lower fraction of your thighs, you vomit onto the dewy pavement… and his shoes. Nanami’s cursing once more, drawing closer despite how much you obviously don’t want him to. “Alright,” he coos in exasperation, gathering your hair into a bundle and holding it away from the splash zone. “It’s alright, get it out.”
“You’re… Did I just puke on y-your feet?” Your voice is croaky, something of a mixture of embarrassment and illness. You can’t even look at him.
“Stand up,” Nanami tells you. He’s unbending you, straightening your body upright with a hand pressing your back in from his bowed shape. “Can you look at me?”
You pout, childlike. “No.” You’re looking at his shoes, the toes slick with remnants of your stomach acid.
“They’re just shoes, I have a million pairs.” His head cocks to a tilt. “Would you look at me, please?”
You’re sighing, but looking up to him nonetheless. Gazing up with big, glossy eyes and wet lashes that clumped together through tears. Eyeliner diluted and cradling your undereyes in a dark embrace. You wipe your mouth with the back of a palm, smearing shimmery gloss out of the confines of your lip line. It’s all so nauseatingly familiar, this pitiful display. Nanami decides he hates seeing you like this.
“I’m sorry,” you chirp.
“Don’t apologize.”
“I’ll pay for them.”
Nanami puts a hand on your shoulder when he notices the slant in your posture. “Cut it out, that’s entirely unnecessary.” He looks around the parking lot, full of vehicles. They catch the glint from the yellowish street lamps. “Did you drive here?” He thinks it’s unlikely, seeing as you let yourself fall under such intoxication. You weren’t so irresponsible; if you drove here, you would’ve made sure you’d be able to drive home too, like he did.
You’re shaking your head. “Caught a train.”
Nanami nods, pleased. “Good. That’s good.” With all the grace and gentleness in the world, the man loops your limp arm back around his nape, securing you against his oblique with a sturdy arm snaked around your waist. Everything is ginger, lest he upset your stomach again. “Are you good to walk?”
“Yeah, I think I’m alright.”
“Then let me take you to my car.”
That pulls a frown from you. “You don’t need—need to drive me there, Nana’. The station—” Hiccup “It’s just down the road.”
The blonde glowers. “You can barely stand on your own, public transportation is out of the question.” Like Hell he’s going to let an obviously inebriated, attractive young woman such as yourself ride the subway alone. Please, don’t make him laugh. “I’m driving you home.”
“It’s out of your way.”
“I don’t care.”
It’s a slow race, but Nanami eventually hauls you to his car parked at the entrance of the lot. A midnight shade Maserati; he doesn’t miss the way you gawk at his luxurious ride. “If I had a car like this, I’d never leave it.” He laughs. You smack his bicep. “I’m not kidding, I’d sleep in this thing. She’s gorgeous.”
“She says thank you,” he huffs his response. Nanami leans you up against the side of his car, pinning you between its door and his thigh while he opens the passenger door. “Watch your head.” His hand curls around the roof’s ledge, a makeshift cushion to protect your skull as you duck into the car seat. Immediately, you’re slumping back into the comfortable leather interior, moaning out quiet mewls of exhaustion.
“Yeah, I’d definitely sleep in here.”
“Keep those eyes open.” The door swings shut, and Nanami makes haste when rounding the rear of his car to the driver’s side. He had barely toed the line of sobriety anyways, but knocking a stranger on his ass was definitely more than enough to woosh any semblance of haziness from his veins. Nanami wouldn’t think about driving—wouldn’t think about putting you or anyone else on the road in danger—if he felt even the slightest bit impaired by the scotch. Behind the wheel, the man leans across the center console to grab your seat’s safety belt, carefully dragging it over your chest and clipping it into the buckle. “I need your address first, then you can knock out.”
“My address…” You ponder, lips pursed and eyes blinking at a snail’s pace. Sleepiness prevails, and you fall in and out of slumber, head lolling and cheek mashed up against your shoulder.
Nanami carps, unappreciative of your inability to stay awake long enough for this much needed conversation. “Hey,” he bleats, patting the top of your thigh. “Come on, Y/n. I need to know where you live.”
You whine, rolling your eyes at his persistence. “The city.”
“You live in the city.” Nanami deadpans at the useless information you’ve just spared.
“Mm.” And then you’re drifting back to sleep.
Nanami pinches high on the bridge of his nose with a thumb and forefinger, over the permanent divets where his glasses have drilled into his skin. The contortment of his fingers sends another spike of pain over his bruising knuckles. “Wake up and give me a proper address.” He supposes his heated seats aren’t doing much to stave off your tiredness, so he presses his knuckle into the off button. You whine.
“I don’t remember, okay?”
That’s how you ended up at Nanami’s home, tucked under his lavish sheets in his bed that’s entirely too big for one person. Your outfit had been neatly folded and piled upon his dresser, exchanged for one of his tee shirts and a pair of sweatpants that were cinched at the waist. He helped you into his clothes—with your undivided consent, of course. A completely clinical and respectful process; Nanami looked elsewhere, acting as a handle for you to hold onto as you stepped into the oversized pants he held open for you. They were far too wide, falling off your hips, so he took the time to tie a precious, little bow with the drawstrings.
“Comfy?” He asks upon his return to the bedroom, holding a glass of tap water in one hand, a bottle of pills rattling in the other. You’re exactly where he left you; swimming in his bedsheets, the comforter hoisted up to your chest. Nanami sets the water down on the bedside table, then takes a seat on the edge of his mattress, working the bottle open.
“I’ve never been more comfortable,” you sigh blissfully, taking a deep inhale. “Your blankets smell good.”
The blonde can’t help his chuckle. “I’ll give you the name of the laundry detergent I use tomorrow.” With deft fingers, he plucks two small tablets, light pain medication, and sets the pair on the table next to your water glass.
“Promise?” Your tongue pokes out from between your teeth, playful. He chides an airy yes, snapping the tylenol bottle shut. Then, your smile fades; you’re averting your eyes, fixing them somewhere over to the blank canvas of Nanami’s gray, bedroom wall. “Hey, um…” He watched the side of your face, watches the flex of your jawline and the tension in your neck. “Did I—I didn’t really throw up on you, right?”
You rub at your temple, like you’re trying to find the memory but it’s just out of reach. “No,” he replies instantly, steadily, like it’s not a complete lie. Like his bile-ridden shoes aren’t sitting outside on his front door step, waiting to be cleaned. “You don’t remember?”
“It’s fuzzy,” you grumble, frustrated with yourself. “I had too much.”
Normal circumstances permitted, Nanami would’ve totally took this opportunity to have his I told you so moment. But you already looked  upset, maybe a little bit sick still, so he bit his tongue for you. “Some drunk imbecile interrupted us. We shared words, and then he got sick on us.” He was pleased with himself, his story must’ve been believable with the way you nodded along.
“And then you punched him, right?”
His face drops. “That’s what you remember?”
Your shrug. “I don’t think I’ll ever forget it, Nanami. Not for my entire life.”
“Kento.” You hum, confused, so he reiterates, “I mean, call me Kento. I just clothed you, I’d say we’re close enough.” It’s true, you guys were getting more and more comfortable together by the day. Even outside of work and the management project, Nanami and you share text conversations more frequently than he would’ve ever imagined. And these little hangouts—granted, only two have been executed thus far—have been the most fun he’s had in ages. More fun than he’d ever hope to have with his ‘friendly’ business colleagues. You’re his friend.
You, Y/n L/n, are his friend. What a strange fucking twist of events, it nearly gives Nanami whiplash.
“Ken… To…” You speak each syllable slowly, peeking up at him through your eyelashes. He nods, grinning easily. Happy. “Kento, Kento, Ken—”
“Okay, okay enough.” He rises, arms raised as he gives a hearty stretch to his back. “It’s bedtime. Over there,” Nanami points at a door, “is the bathroom if you need it. You’ve got water here, and make sure you take the medicine in the mornings. You’re going to have a terrible migraine.”
“Wait, where are you gonna go?”
“I’ll take the couch for tonight.”
“Kento…” You whine, and he really wished you wouldn’t do that. “C’mere. There’s room.”
You’re patting the expansive open space beside you, peeling back the heavy blankets. It’s an enticing offer, to slip in beside you and feed off your body heat. To hold you to him and— Stop, what are you thinking? Stupid. “I think it’s best we don’t. Sorry.” And then he’s fleeing to the door because the way in which he worded that made the depths of his soul curl with cringe. Nanami bids you a polite sleep well before leaving you to the darkness, though he has enough sense left to keep the door cracked just in case you should yell for him in the night.

Wade stumbles into your apartment with his Deadpool suit on, donning multiple bullet holes in it. He tears his mask off onto the floor. "I'm wounded. I might not make it!" He dramatically whines as he drops to the floor, spreading his blood all over the floor beneath him. You walk over to him, staring at his act unamused. "You're just going to stand there? You're not going to help your damsel in distress?" He pouts.
"Wade, you're getting blood all over the floor. Get up." You fling your hand out to help him up, which he begrudgingly accepts, rolling his eyes in the process. "Come. Let me get you cleaned up." You lead him to the bathroom and open the medicine cabinet to find rubbing alcohol. He sits on the toilet lid and sighs loudly.
"You'll never believe what happened today. Some Nathan Christopher Dayspring Askani'son Summers knockoff comes pummeling at me and-"
"Take your suit off." You cut him off.
"Woah! Why don't you take me out on a date first, cowboy." You roll your eyes at him. "Oh and now you're rolling your eyes at me? I can't tell if you're into me or disgusted by me. Please pick one, darling"
"Ooohh my gosh, Wade! Just take off your suit please. You're bleeding out of more holes than I can count."
"Okay, baby. Why don't you help me?" He turns with his back facing you, allowing you access to unzip him from the back. He panting, probably from exhaustion, as you push his suit off of his shoulder. Your fingers trace along the spine of his back. He lets out a deep breath, relaxing under your touch. He sheds the rest of his suit top, revealing his warped chest with now healed bullet wounds that are still covered in blood. "Well that's a surprise." Wade laughs lazily. He looks up at you with sleepy eyes. You hold his face in your hand and he slumps into it. You soak a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol and wipe his chest with it til it's clean.
"All better" you whisper. You hand travels down towards his chest, lightly brushing over his pecs and nipples. You lean down and kiss him sweetly. Your hand snakes to the back of his head, pulling him further into you. His hands go to your ass, obviously. The kiss deepens, turning into you guys making out. Wade stands up, picking you up by your ass and wrapping your legs around his hips and carrying you to the bed. He throws you down, the pillows breaking your fall.
He pulls down your shorts and underwear together, under your wet pussy, glistening. "Helping me got you all wet, sweet cheeks?" He drags his gloved finger over your folds, collecting your wetness. You moan against the friction and nod your head. Sitting up, you lay Wade next to you, and go to straddle his lap. You lock your lips with his again and again his big hands slip down your back to your bare ass, squeezing it hard. He uses his hands to rock your hips against his. Under you, you can feel his spandex straining against his growing erection.
"I missed you, Wade." You say in between kisses. Your clit continuously brushes against the leather of his suit, making your words come out breathy and moany.
"I missed you too. It gets so lonely killing people all the time. One minute they're there and then they're not." His hips buck into yours, sending jolts through both your privates. You both moan in tangent. "Fuck. You're getting my suit all messy, babe." He's looking down to where you cunt is placed over his bulge. You don't stop or slow down the rolls of your hips though, loving the way it feels. You bury your head into the crook of his neck, whimpering. "Nuh uh. Look at me." You lift your head back up to meet his eyes. "You started this, Raquel Welch." He smirks.
Without responding, you unbuckle his utility belt and he helps you take off his pants all the way onto the floor. His erection springs out of their confinement. Your shirt follows suit, also ending up on the floor, leaving you both naked. Wade's hands fly to cup both of your breasts, rolling your nipples between his fingers. You hover yourself over Wade's tip, lining him up to your entrance. You lower yourself down onto him, slowly, you both letting out sighs of relief and pleasure. Your hands are on his shoulders as you use him as a support beam, lifting yourself up and down, up and down. "Fuckkk." You moan. His dick is filling you up over and over again and it feels like heaven. His mouth is hung open, filling the air with obscenities as you ride him.
"Oh my Gosh, baby. You feel so perfect around me. Shit. I love your fucking pussy. All mine." He says in one long string of moans and grunts. "You look so good when you ride me." He states. You're fucking yourself so hard on his cock that you barely hear what he's saying. Especially when your moans are louder than a rape whistle. Your pace and movement of your hips sends Wade into a trance. His head lands onto your chest, your breasts bouncing onto his cheeks after every thrust. "Perfect place."
"Wade- Fuck, baby, I'm gonna cum." Your legs shake as you feel your orgasm approaches.
"Go on. Cum for me baby. Cum on my cock." And those words send you over the edge. You spasm on his lap, your legs twitching and your cunt clenching around him. His orgasm comes short after yours, him shooting white ropes of his cum into you. "Shit."
Your body falls onto his, limp. You place lazy kisses onto his neck. He lifts your hips off of his, pulling out with his cum dripping out of your pussy. He disappears into the bathroom and comes back with a warm wet cloth. He wipes the inside of your thighs, "accidentally" brushing against your clit, making you jolt back. "I'm sorry, baby" He laughs.
You both lay down in bed, Wade cuddling into your back side. "I love you, Wade"
"I love you too." He kisses the back of your head.

Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
It got dark quicker this evening. A storm was approaching, you could tell by the drizzle outside of your office window. Your colleagues were already packed up, waiting for you, and you shot them a small smile and scurried to pull on your jacket.
In the elevator there was a rumble, a girl you had begun to get close with gripped your arm obviously scared and you looked at her concerned. Her eyes batted at you and all you could do was squeeze her arm in reassurance - you weren’t going to point out her fear in an elevator of office men. She looked great, a nice dress shirt, hair done nicely. You recalled her giddy whispers from that morning, I have a date tonight!
The excitement felt weirdly familiar, you couldn’t put your finger on it.
And although the restaurant she was going to was close by, you still worried about the rain.
See, you often opted for the outdoor afternoon stroll, but now the dark clouds had rolled over and it felt more like walking home at night with no moon as your guide.
You waved your friend goodbye and stepped out from the covers of your office building, into the rainy street with a thin pink umbrella overhead. Your small heels clicked against the roads, your jacket barely saving you from the chill, and you set off to your fiancé’s apartment. Your apartment now, you reminded yourself.
The trees lining the avenues and backroads swayed in the rain that was starting to pound harder, and the puddles you avoided started to get, well, unavoidable. You had always loved rain. Spending the weekend snuggled against the large window of your apartments living room with a good book and a warm drink was one of your favourite things to do, but right now you slightly cursed the storm and wondered why you didn’t check the weather app this morning like you always do.
Your sole focus was seeing your fiancé, and yet when your attention catches on a struggling older lady, you can’t help but step through mud to help.
“Shit.” A shorter lady, maybe in her late 50’s, was pull a wagon of flowers and plants along the sidewalk, and each step she took, the back left wheel would spin uncontrollably or not spin at all.
You scurried over and approached the woman, talking from across the wagon, “Can I help you with this?”
The woman’s face crinkled with relief and she nodded furiously causing you to smile back.
Helping people was your way of paying back the world for how well it treated you (most of the time). Your parents were constantly helping others and you had no choice but to follow suit. And at times your friends had to tell you to calm it down, saying you were being selfless and sometimes even a pushover.
That didn’t stop you.
“Thank you so much! My legs are getting too old for this.” You pulled the wagon up by its back legs and moved with the woman to pull it under cover, closer to what you assumed to be her flower shop. She locked up the store promptly and thanked you again but you stopped her.
She was dressed in a lovely floral dress, a thick cotton apron and small ballet flats and you just couldn’t stand to see that outfit go to waste. You held out the handle of the pink umbrella, rain immediately dampening your hair.
The lady held a wrinkled hand to her heart and placed a red-lipsticked kiss on your cheek. Your heart sank slightly, realising you would not be coming home in the state you wanted to. It wasn’t like Aaron would care, it was your own worries about ruining the apartment’s carpet and probably the elevator too.
You started down the street, not attempting to avoid puddles or mud anymore, just attempting to hide under bus stop covers when you could. The rain was truly heavy now, but luckily you were only a block away from your apartment.
“Hi Aaron Hotchner.”
“Hi Y/n Hotchner.” His hair was combed nicely and he was still in his work suit, he looked stoic and so manly - you placed a chaste kiss on his lips. His large hands took your jacket off and a cheeky smile slipped on his face. “Why are you drenched?” He asked, eyebrows furrowing in confusion. He definitely remembered you taking your umbrella before you left for work.
“Oh I,” you sighed, knowing you would get a small scold for your actions, “I walked in the rain.”
Aaron sighed, knowing you were lying for your and his own good. “Why didn’t you call me?”
You pouted, “I didn’t know if you’d be home.” You moved yourself further down the hall, Aaron trying but failing to keep you back. He clenched his fists as you stopped at the end of the hall in shock, you were supposed to close your eyes.
You held a hand over your mouth and let your eyes wander the room. Your dining table was decorating with candles and petals, there was an amazing smell coming from the kitchen and suddenly you felt the whole world crash onto you. How could you forget about date night?
“Oh my god, Aaron. Aaron, I am so sorry I completely forgot, oh my god.”
Aaron moved in front if you, a small smile adorning his handsome face, “Hey it’s okay, I understand it was raining and your umbrella magically disappeared. I only got here 10 minutes ago, I wasn’t waiting or anything.”
“Aaron I ruined it I mean- Look at me!” You looked down and extended your arms to motion at your whole being. Drenched dress, stuck hair, a shivering disaster.
“What do you mean-“
“My makeup is trashed, and- and my hair. There’s leaves in my hair! I’m wet and now your suit’s wet and- oh Aaron I’m so sorry, I don’t look like a good date at all.” Shoulders slumped, eyes tearing up, you looked down at your feet and felt your heart attacking your ribs.
“You don’t have to be sorry honey. I should be the one sorry, I didn’t think to come find you so you wouldn’t have to walk home in the rain.” He placed two fingers under your chin to lift your gaze back to his, and moved his other hand to pluck out a leaf from your hair.
“I ruined our date.”
“No you didn’t.” Aaron talked smoothly and low, as if you coming home looking like you’d been to hell and back wasn’t concerning him at all.
“Aaron I look horrible.”
“You look…”
“Awful? Hideous? Like Poseidon put me on a hit list?” You brought a hand up to wipe your eyes of slightly smudged mascara before Aaron’s larger hand caught it.
“You look beautiful. You look gorgeous, like always.” His eyes stared deep into yours, his hand squeezing around yours.
“… Thank you.” You sniffled, “You should just break up with me now.”
“Eh, that engagement ring was too much to let you go that fast.” He twisted your hand slightly to smile at the dazzling ring on your left hand. His hand moved from your face down to your waist and leaned in to place a loving kiss on your trembling lips before he caught a glance of something and paused. “How’d you get that red mark on your cheek?”
“Oh- I helped a lady out with her flower cart because it was stuck in the rain. And then I gave her my umbrella, and she kissed me on the cheek.”
He pulled back, sighing, “Y/n…”
“Her dress was very pretty, and I could tell her hair was freshly permed, okay. Don’t tell me you wouldn’t have done the same.” You crossed your arms over your chest and smiled cheekily.
“You’re unbelievable.” He couldn’t help but smile, he knew his girl was unforgivably selfless. Aaron took your hand and lead you to your bedroom so you could change for your date.
“I know, I’m sorry.”
He leant against the doorframe, “I meant it as a good thing. Let’s eat, and then we can shower, and you can tell me about your day was.”
You opened your closet and sighed, “I’m really sor-“
“Don’t say sorry. You can apologies but wearing something nice and complimenting my subpar cooking.” He shot you a charming smile that warmed your heart and exited to set up the food, all you could think of is how lucky you were to have him.

kinda pervy!queen maeve x femsupe!reader
sorry this is so long but i finished season 3 and had to get this out of my system. maeve come home the kids miss you.
and pls more ppl write for her 🙏🙏
she doesn't want to be like this.  she really doesn't.  but as you sit down at your new seat across from her at your first seven meeting, all of her morals fly right out the window.
you're smiling up at homelander as he introduces you, but all maeve can see are your hands attempting to pull the low cut neckline of your suit up to cover more of your tits.  your suit's brand new and, like starlight's, shows more skin than your previous one which takes some getting used to on your end.
vought's costume department also made quite a few mistakes so your new suit is basically a size too small.  it's the world's best push-up bra, giving maeve so much to look at.  but it's the small opening of your suit over your rib cage that really gets her.  it shows just the teeniest big of your underboob and it's already driving her wild.
you're already not leaving up to imagination, but still, she wants to reach across the table and rip the black leather right off of you.  she wants to run her cold hands all over your chest and make your nipples turn hard under her thumbs.  she wants to grope and squeeze your tits and watch as your face morphs between pain and pleasure.
when you look over at her, you finally notice that she's been staring at you with what appears to be the meanest death glare you've ever seen.  she's leaning forward with her elbows on the table and a clenched jaw as if you're her next target.  you look away quickly, already scared of her.  you just hoped she didn't hate you.  she was your idol after all. oh, if you only knew what she was thinking.
you're too pre-occupied to notice, but every time you leave the conference room after a meeting, she always walks behind you.  of course, it's not an accident.  nothing she does is an accident.
she notices that whenever you walk in front of one of the boys (especially the deep), your hands constantly rest along the hem of your skirt which barely covers your bare ass, ready to pull it down and obstruct their prying eyes.  but with her, you don't seem to care.  it's probably because you think that you're both girls so you don't have anything to worry about.  little do you know she's the worst of them all.
her eyes constantly peek beneath your skirt, hoping to catch a glimpse of something.  a couple times she does get lucky and sees a bit of your white or pink cotton underwear.  one time she gets really lucky and instead catches your black lace panties and wonders who you could be wearing those for.  it's moments like those where she hopes you know she's looking.  she wants you to wear those for her, no one else.
but most days she's not that fortunate.  instead she just watches the sway of your hips and ass as you both walk over to the elevator.  again, she wants to run her hands all over you and feel every single curve.  she visualizes herself squeezing your ass and whispering in your ear how soft and smooth your skin is.  then she imagines bending you over something so she can see all of you.
but then you enter the elevator and turn around and smile sweetly at her.  having spent enough time in the seven, you know she won't ever smile back, but it doesn't really bother you.  you've accepted that's just who she is.  meanwhile, she contemplates pressing the emergency stop button, slamming you against the wall, and shoving her fingers so far inside of you that your brain goes fuzzy and tears are slipping down your pretty cheeks.
it's that same thought that keeps her awake at night.  she can almost hear your whines and moans echoing in her head.  she can hear you begging to cum all over her face and promising you'll be a good girl for her.  you're so loud in her head that she can't help but reach under her shorts and rub circles on her clit as she whispers your name into her pillow.  she thinks about fucking you so often that, to her, it feels like it's really happened.
one time she comes back late from a team-up and, on her way toward her room, peeks into the training room to find you practicing moves on a punching bag.  she stops and just watches through the window for a second.  your back is to her but your hair is up and she can see the sweat dripping off your neck, some of it hitting the mat beneath your feet.  she wonders what it tastes like.  probably salty, but also sweet because it's you after all.  she'd lick your sweat right off your neck in long stripes.  she'd probably lick it off the floor too if she was feeling extra thirsty.
she's torn.  she's tired and you look tired and if homelander catches her, he'll know something strange is going on.  but as you turn slightly toward her and use your tank top to wipe some sweat of your forehead, she makes her decision.
"hey" she says, leaning against the door frame.  you whip your head around and are more than surprised to see her of all people with her arms crossed over her chest and a smug half smile.  "need a training partner?"
you weren't going to say no to this uncharacteristically kind offering, even if you were just about to head upstairs.  so you're jumping around the mat at nearly midnight, dodging her blows and getting in a few licks of your own.  you're a pretty good fighter, but not as good as her, so it's not long before she has you pinned to the mat with one forearm against both your shoulders.
your chest is heaving beneath her arm and your mouth is slightly open.  she's never been this close to you before.  she feels like she's on fucking fire, feeling herself on top of you like this and feeling her skin against yours.  she would've been able to control herself if you weren't staring into her eyes like that, looking a little dazed but excited.  who can blame her for closing the distance and kissing you like there's no tomorrow?
you're beyond shocked.  more like stupefied.  you'd never even had an inkling that she had thought of you in this way.  in fact, you assumed she wanted to kill you sometimes.  but the way she kissed you so hard and dug her teeth in your bottom lip made you want her so badly that you could feel your panties growing wet.
with your little crush on her, you thought about this moment sometimes and assumed she'd be rough but my god she was rough with you that first time.  she barely let you move, keeping you completely pinned to the mat with one arm while the other snuck beneath your skirt.
"you don't even know how long i've been waiting for this," she whispers into your ear as her fingers push your panties to the side.  she's instantly assaulting your clit in fast, tight circles, leaving you writhing beneath her, though there's not much wiggle room between your bodies.
"maeve, what if somebody sees?" you ask between quiet whines.  what a suck up you were, constantly trying to gain points with the other members of the seven in hopes of gaining more power.  she especially hated the way you sucked up to homelander, always grinning at him and laughing at his stupid, gross jokes with hearts in your eyes.  a small part of her wanted him to see her fucking you so good.
"you'll keep taking my fingers, goody fucking two shoes," she says through gritted teeth before shoving a finger inside of you with no warning, causing your back to arch up and off of the mat.  "good girl, baby."
after that night, there's less staring and imagining but more touching and doing.  her hand grazes your ass when you pass each other in the hallway.  she pretends to swat a fly away from your chest and ends up smacking one of your tits.  it always ends with that same no-good smile.
you try your best to only end the night in maeve's room if homelander's out on a mission, but she grows impatient.  you're an addiction and every little taste she gets leaves her wanting more.  she especially gets handsy when you've spent a lot of unnecessary time with homelander.
"y'think he can fuck you like this?" she asks, her strap buried deep inside of you.  you're sat on the kitchen counter, your legs wrapped around her waist and hands tangled in her hair as she relentlessly pounds into you, pushing you toward your third orgasm.  you moan a "no" into her shoulder before biting down on her skin.  "yeah, that's what i thought.  if i see you touching him again, i swear i'll strip you naked and fuck you in front of him.  now cum before i change my mind and don't let you."
she once threatened to make you wear a vibrator to one of the seven meetings after you came back from a team-up with homelander's arm around your shoulders.  but, after a lot of begging and time spent on your hands and knees feverishly eating her out, maeve finally forgot about the idea.  he would've probably seen it anyways.
but, one of, if not her favorite time fucking you is on a random sunday when homelander's out doing day-time talk show interviews.  she drags you into the seven conference room and sits in homelander's chair at the head of the table.
"feels good, does it, baby?" you say, sitting on the edge of the table in front of her, reaching underneath your skirt and shimmying your panties off.
she sighs a sigh of accomplishment and leans her head back against the chair without taking her hungry eyes off of you.  "feels fucking fantastic."
then she's rolling her chair forward, locking her arms around your thighs, and pulling your pussy toward her mouth.  you lie back on the table with your legs over her shoulders and moan maeve's name as her lips enclose your clit and suck harshly.  she shushes you but with her lips against your cunt, the vibrations only leave you struggling to compose yourself.
the rush of power from eating you out in homelander's chair makes her hungrier than ever and she laps you up quickly, collecting your juices on her tongue and swallowing proudly to avoid leaving behind a mess.  "you taste better than ever, baby," she says, licking her lips before leaning down to give you a chaste kiss.
everything's going well until one fateful meeting when homelander's getting on your ass about some dumb little thing you said in an interview that's been twisted by fans and is now trending on twitter.  he was talking to you like you were a mentally unstable infant and it was starting to piss maeve off.
"hey, cool it, homelander," she interrupts him mid-sentence as he ranted on about your "tiny pea brain."  he turns his face, which was inches away from yours, toward maeve who was coolly leaned back in her chair.  they had a stern staring contest for a few moments before something inside of him snapped.
"just cause y/n's slutting herself out to you doesn't mean you have to be her lesbian knight in shining armor, maeve."  maeve was far better at hiding her shock than you were.  "yeah i fucking knew about you two.  don't think you can hide anything from me."
and that was when your secret arrangement turned into a very public one.  you would be lucky to escape this situation with your life.  luckily maeve would never let you go without a fight.

Reflections I: Acceptance (NSFW) FT Karina, Jihyo, Sakura, Moon Sua
Tumblr media
Operator’s Notes: "I'm an Otaku bestie" Is it really a Le Sserafim comeback if this page is not releasing a story about Sakura? The goal these pieces is to hype up Authors the operator is currently really enjoying. Also note the Daigo featured in this story is not the same Daigo featured in the Cowboys and ninjas storylines.
As the anniversary of this page approaches its a time of introspection and Change as the operator begins to under who he is, and what he stands for. This semi Anthology will be smut heavy.
Monomainia FT Sakura Miyawaki
"To know others is to know oneself" is something many people don't seem to know or understand, and I get it.  I am in a weird spot in that in searching to understand myself, I found the secret to understanding others.
I waltzed into the hotel elevator with an anxious calm that seemed to follow me everywhere I went. the presence of eyes, both seen and unseen made me feel like I had to perform. I had to be "on" but one day I could be off, and hopefully that day would come soon. The elevator dings and spits me out.
I begin walking to my room. the bizarre carpet pattern peculiarly scratches my brain. it's familiar but alien. A link fence of Hexagonal shapes that seems to resemble something in my mind but I can't place it. The color is midnight blue, surrounded by a lighter sky blue, with hard black lines shaping more Hexagons in a greater pattern. It is almost reminiscent of a game board, regardless of when I reach my room. As I enter a young lady is exiting her room. She has dark hair and a smaller stature but her face is remarkably stunning. Her face looks soft like cotton or silk. She walked past with a focused, guarded, and stern face, but when she made eye contact with me her expression became soft and open. She smiles as if knowing she had me under her spell.
"Hello there," she says with an adorable accent
"what's your name?" she asks
"Oh um, Daigo is short for...that's not important what's yours?"
The young woman smirked and said, "Smooth. My name is Sakura." Her plump lips began to curl further into a mischievous smile as she looked at me. She notices the scar across my nose and says,
"that looks bad what happened." I give her a confused look forgetting that I have a gash on my face. when I remember I respond,
"Oh fencing incident." Sakura looks at me interested.
"Oh that's so cool." she blushes and then realizes what she said,
"I mean your fencing, not the scar, although I like it. It makes you look tough and cool," she says with a smile. I smile back and say,
"Really? Thanks." after that, we stand and stare at each other awkwardly, and then I say, "Well it was nice meeting you Sakura. I am going to turn in for the night. You are welcome to join me." Sakura smiles brightly as she says,
"I'd love to but I have a dinner to attend...wait can I ask you a favor?" Sakura says.
I tilt my head and say, "Tell me and I'll consider it."
Sakura smiles, "If I got you a suit, would you be willing to join me on this dinner as a plus one?" I look at her she seems sincere, and she's also very stunning. I consider my options and then say, "Sure."
Sakura smiles and grabs my arm. “Great!” she exclaims, dragging me along with her. As she leads me, I feel like a passenger in my own body, noticing little details about her that make my heart flutter. The way her eyes crinkle when she smiles, the way she waddles when she runs because she’s excited—everything about her seemed designed to be as endearing as possible, and I had to admit, it was working on me.
We get into the car with her driver, and Sakura, with a mischievous smile, settles onto my lap in the back seat. She nestles in close, sighing contentedly. “You’re warm,” she murmurs as she presses her cheek against my chest, then adds with a delighted tone, “And you smell nice.”
I laugh softly, and she looks up at me with the cutest pout. “What’s so funny?” she asks, her eyes wide with curiosity.
Still smiling, I reply, “If you keep this up, I might have to make this relationship a more intimate and long-term one.”
Sakura grins and retorts playfully, “Excuse me, Mister Daigo, but don’t get ahead of yourself. I need to evaluate you just as much as you probably need to evaluate me.”
I nod, my smile widening. “Works for me.”
The car stops in front of a suit shop, and Sakura’s expression shifts to something more serious. “You have 30 minutes to come up with something,” she says with a hint of intimidation before breaking into an encouraging smile. “You got this!”
As I step inside the shop, my plan comes together quickly. Sakura’s wearing a white dress with black accents, so I decide on an off-white suit paired with a black shirt accented by a silvery floral pattern. I race through the store, piecing the outfit together—a cream jacket, matching slacks, and a black shirt with silver accents. For the shoes, I chose white sneakers accented with Caribbean Green, adding a pop of color.
The final touch is the accessories. I opt for silver cufflinks, a watch, and a ring with a Caribbean green stone. To tie it all together, I pick a tie that matches the green from the shoes. As I check out, I glance at my phone and breathe a sigh of relief—7 minutes to spare.
Sakura’s eyes light up when she sees me. “Get changed. I want to see how you look.”
I quickly change, and when I step out, her smile is all the affirmation I need. “Hm, I like it. You look good,” she asserts. I smile back, feeling a surge of confidence as we ride the rest of the way together.
We arrive at the venue, where the air is aromatic but stagnant. The atmosphere inside is thick with various appetites—some more subtle than others. I follow Sakura’s lead, her arm brushing against mine, and an electric jolt of arousal courses through me. I glance at her, feeling confused and slightly dizzy, but she just smiles innocently. Maybe I imagined it.
Seeing my expression, she leans in close, wrapping her arms around mine. Her lips brush my ear as she whispers, “You’re doing so well. Mommy might have to reward you later.” To emphasize her point, she teases my ear with a cautious lick. I take a moment to recover, and when I do, she smiles knowingly and asks, “Did you like it?”
I nod, still reeling from the sensation, as we move further into the venue. Sakura clings to me like a lifeline, her presence both comforting and grounding in this sea of unfamiliar faces.
As I scan the crowd, I notice patterns. The men are dressed almost uniformly in black suit jackets, white shirts, black pants, and black loafers, with white watches and ties that barely introduce any color—mostly reds, blues, and blacks. The women’s attire is similarly monochromatic, with black or white dresses accented by a single color piece or contrasting accessory. All eyes are drawn to Sakura and me as we enter. I catch those gazes—most of them bland and devoid of spark, but a few dripping with disgust and contempt.
Sakura, blissfully unaware of the undercurrents around us, led me to our seats with a smile. As we settled in, two women took their places across the table. One had a stern face and a cold gaze, while the other exuded warmth, almost maternal in her demeanor. The warmer of the two leaned forward with a smile.
"Oh, Sakura, who's this vibrant little peacock you've brought along?"
I glanced at Sakura, catching a fleeting microexpression of annoyance—so brief I almost doubted I saw it. But it was there, a tiny crack in her perfect composure.
"This is Daigo, my plus one for tonight," she replied, her tone smooth but with a hint of steel beneath the surface.
The two women turned to me, offering polite greetings, which I returned just as politely.
"So, Daigo," the colder one, Irene, said with a sharp edge to her voice, "tell us about yourself. It’s not every day Sakura brings someone so... unique."
Sakura’s posture subtly shifted, becoming more guarded, her fingers gripping my arm a bit tighter as if to anchor herself. She cut in before I could respond, "Irene, he’s a little shy, so don’t take it personally if he’s not much of a talker."
I could see that Sakura wasn’t in the mood to do all the social lifting tonight, so I decided to step up.
"I write comics, and screenplays, and I’ve worked on a few games here and there," I said. Their surprise was evident, and I felt Sakura’s grip tighten further, sending that familiar, electrifying sensation surging through me, stronger than before. It hit me so hard that I had to excuse myself to regain my composure.
In the bathroom, I caught sight of a shadow in the mirror, shifting and morphing until it solidified into the form of a man—purple-skinned, with horns, dressed in a red suit jacket, white tie, and black shirt. His eyes met mine, filled with a mix of apprehension and curiosity.
"You’re new around here," he stated, his voice carrying a weight that hung in the air.
I turned to face him directly, but the reflection showed no one behind me.
"Apologies for the confusion," he continued. "I can’t interact with the regular world, thanks to a little self-imposed exile. The name’s Asmodeus. And you are?"
I turned back to the mirror, meeting his gaze. "Nobody," I replied.
"Fair enough. Never trust a demon, after all," Asmodeus said with a knowing smirk. "Yet, you’re different from the rest of them out there. You don’t carry the scent of pining or self-loathing, but something more... potent. Desperation and rage. What’s your story?"
I shrugged, nonchalant. "Sakura brought me here, and she’s pretty captivating."
Asmodeus chuckled, the sound low and almost menacing. "Ah, a joker. Interesting. But let me be clear—I’m the Guardian of this community. If you’re planning to cause trouble, I’d advise against it."
I sighed, feigning exasperation. "Oh, so I’m not part of the community now?"
His eyes narrowed, the air around us thickening. "No, you’re not, and you never will be. You’re an... anomaly."
I couldn’t help but laugh, enjoying the way his calm demeanor cracked. "What is it then? Because I’m Black? No, maybe it’s because I’m American... or could it be—"
He cut me off, his tone sharper now. "It’s because you don’t follow the rules. You spit on tradition and treat this like a game."
"It’s not a game," I replied, my voice dropping to a serious tone. "But it is a competition. Just not with them out there. I’m competing with the man in the mirror."
Asmodeus looked momentarily confused before realization dawned on him. "Ah, yourself."
He laughed again, a sound that sent a chill down my spine. "Well then, Mr. Nobody, I’ll be watching you."
Just then, the door opened, and another person walked in. They froze, their eyes locking onto me—not the demon in the mirror. That confirmed what I’d suspected—I was the only one who could see Asmodeus. The young man leaves hurriedly and I ask Asmodeus,
"Question why is it that I can see you and others can't?"
Asmodeus smiles, "Well I have two theories. One you are a surprisingly strong mage. Or it could be the old fallen angel magic in that those who wish harm to the ones I am guarding. Or it could be something completely different." before the demon man could finish I felt hands grab me and throw me out of the restroom. being out of it for a moment I recovered then shifted my weight. I snapped my fingers and switched to my battle mage armor.
"I knew it. You're Daigovaldo the mage with the stupid names for everything." I sighed as I got up to face the obstacle. He was an unremarkable young man with no real discerning features.
"Who are you...you know what it doesn't matter. I am going to call you Jon, and if you want a fight Jon I will give you one, but keep in mind I don't fight fair." I reply. Jon smiles as he runs up to me. I dodge his first punch before going in to grapple his waist. He backs up a bit too slowly giving me time to switch tactics as I go to trip him. he falls forward onto his face I grab him and suplex him behind me. the floor beneath us cracks, as I look back. Jon's body lay on the floor crumpled. I sigh and then stretch out my left shoulder. I snap my fingers and go back to my suit. thankfully it was still clean.
I walk back to Sakura who smiles when she sees me.
"What kept you?" she asks.
"Um a demon man, and a fight with some random, but don't worry it's handled."
"Great Dinner is about to start and it would be a shame if I didn't have my arm candy present."
I scoff at Sakura's words. "Only Arm candy? Pfft! I'll have you know missy that I am an 8th-level Imagin mage." Sakura smiles at my little brag.
Sakura smiled then whispered, "Not now baby, Mommy needs you to behave. If you do good tonight Mommy promises to treat you right tonight"
I roll my eyes then say, "You're lucky you're so hot. Otherwise."
"Otherwise what baby? you would have stayed in that hotel, not having the time of your life?" I was about to make a snarky remark when Sakura said, "Please be a good boy mommy will treat you right." My brain shuts down for a moment then I sit and smile at her. Irene coughs and we are taken out of our little world.
"Are you two done flirting?" she questions. her plus-one smacks her.
"Babe stop," Izzy said to us. We then to them slightly dazed.
“That scar on your nose is so interesting How did you get it?” Izzy asked uncomfortably.
“Fencing incident,” I reply calmly.
"oh! That's Interesting, usually, fencers wear a bunch of gear, and even then still use blunted weapons. so what were you doing getting such a deep gash? I don't know much about cuts and scrapes but that looks like it hit bone." Izzy said looking at me with a peculiar look.
"Well, what can I say? I was young and dumb and doing actual sabers for once seemed like a good idea, I knew I should have stuck to knives, hatchets, and hammers." I explained.
"You are most peculiar," Irene says.
I nod and say, "It's kinda intentional. I mean why be like everyone else? you are all so much better at it than I am."
I noticed out of the corner of my eye that Sakura was smiling.
After the Party
Sakura and I get back to the hotel. she can barely keep her hands off of me, and honestly, I feel the same. While we got in the car very chaste and relaxed it quickly heated as she began to grind her hips into my crotch. Our eyes locked and the spark was lit a blaze. she brought me in for a fiery kiss that was not chaste at all.
I felt her tongue poke into mine and she very demandingly put my hands on her breasts. Not that I was complaining the perkiness combined with the passion of the kiss was a delightful experience overall would recommend it, but that was not enough for Sakura. She smiled as she broke the kiss but it wasn't a happy smile it was the smile of a predator who found its next meal. she brought me in for another kiss as she began to straddle my lap.
"God this suit you picked is so nice plus the shoes and the jewelry. Amazing touch," she said before diving in for another hungry kiss. feeling bold I had my tongue explore her mouth this time, and I felt her moan. when she broke the kiss. she looked at me with hungry eyes before taking off her dress. She wore sexy lace lingerie that contrasted her pale figure.
“Fuck me like you own me, babe,” Sakura demands and I lose all self-control. I slip out of my clothes and align my cock with her unshaven glistening pussy. She looks at me with two pools of lust she calls eyes. I plunge into her claiming her for myself. She moans as I bottom out inside of her. “Oh fuck,” she moans before I stop thrusting her insides greet and accept me like an old friend. As I thrust in and out of her she moans like crazy,
“Fuck you are gonna drive me crazy with that cock you know?” Sakura said as her gaze was locked on mine I thrust into her pussy again and felt sublime as her nails dug into my back.
“Aw fuck baby! Mommy loves what you're doing!” Sakura moans exuberant. Her encouragement pushes me to go deeper in her. As I do I rest my left hand on her breast and my right on her ass. She grits her teeth before saying, “Ah fuck yes you own me. This is your pussy now.” as she speaks she begins to grind into me. I continue my assault on her body until she can't take more. Sakura cums all over my cock. Yelling and screaming as I continued railing her.
Subsequently, when she relaxed she said, “Well continue this in your room!” her eyes lusted over as she looked out the tinted windows to notice the car

I woke up next to Kura who was all smiles.
"Morning handsome," she said Happily. I smile back.
“and what would be my pleasure having the cutest girl in the world in my bed today?” I ask
Kura smiles then says, “Well my boyfriend was tired last night when I got home after a long night of supporting me so I figured I might as well give him something pleasant to wake up to.”
“Oh, this is certainly pleasant,” I respond. Sakura smiles brighter then says,
“Well, you're lucky my boyfriend isn't here. he is the toughest guy I know." I smile as I get up.
"I hope he's okay sharing you and his place. this bed is very comfy." Sakura smiles as we both get up and get ready for the day
she looked at my back and noticed a new tattoo...
"OOh what's that?" she says as she narrows her eyes...
"it is Thoth. The Egyptian god of wisdom."
Sakura tilted her head, "Oh a god but isn't that against your beliefs?"
"it would be if I hadn't met him."
"Oh, really when?"
Before I could answer there was a knock at the door. I looked at Kura confused. She shrugged before saying. "Are you expecting anyone?" I shook my head. she pushed me to the door of my apartment as she was only in her bra and panties. I sighed opening the door barely enough.
To my surprise at the door was Moon Sua. She had a desperate look at her.
"Can I come in?" she asked. I raised an eyebrow and turned to Kura who had put on one of the Kimono's she got me. (the size difference between us made it look like a full robe on her.) She nods and I let Moon Sua in
I gesture to the couch and she sits, but she's nervous and fidgety.
"Would you like something to drink?" I ask and she shakes her head. I nod and then look to Kura for guidance.
"I can't believe I am doing this, but I need your help Daigo."
I looked at her dumbfounded then at Kura, then back to Moon Sua.
"With what?"
"Werewolves." Moon Sua said. I laughed and clapped my hands as I got up.
"well if monsters, magic, or machines are a problem you came to the right person," I replied.
"Do you know the clan, and if they have turned DC yet?"
"How'd you know this was about DC?"
"Because I am not dumb," I responded
"So what's the clan."
"The Whale clan of the northeast." Moon Sua said.
I titled my head in confusion "Wait...Really? I could have sworn they were pacifist. Tell me that story,"
"Okay," Moon Sua said.
Flash Back
Moon Sua's gaze lingered on her man. A lustful smile spread across her lips as she leisurely stroked his rod.
"You know they say a man's pleasure spot is in his ass." Moon Sua hints as she takes a long lick along the shaft of DC. DC moans as her vigilant gaze pierces his and her expert hands massage his manhood. Moon Sua opens her mouth and takes DC inch by inch with a tortuously slow pace. DC moans as Moon Sua fully engulfs his rod.
"Ah, Fuck Luna if you keep that up I'm gonna cum." DC gasps as the pleasure rakes his brain to the point of enfeeblement. Moon Sua watched as his precum oozed lazily out of his cock like an active volcano.
“Do it then,” Moon Sua said with dangerous eyes, and DC had no other choice as the pleasure got to him. Moon Sua noticed that his cock was throbbing and that he was close so she attempted to take him deeper and deeper. He pumped his cum down her throat and Moon Sua greedily swallowed it all. After she was done she licked her lips satisfied.
Back to the present
I exchanged a glance with Kura before turning my attention back to Moon Sua, who was visibly anxious.
“Okay, let’s backtrack a bit. How does… well, your morning routine relate to him getting kidnapped?” I asked gently, trying to steer the conversation back to the issue at hand. Moon Sua blushed, realizing she had started to ramble.
“Right, sorry. I got a little sidetracked. After… well, after that, I went to shower, and when I came back, DC was being dragged out of the house by werewhales.” She quickly pulled out her phone to show me a picture, her hands trembling slightly.
I studied the image, recognizing the distinct markings of the werewhale clan. I sighed, running a hand through my hair.
“Oh, great. Just what I needed today,” I muttered before getting up. I dressed quickly, my mind already racing with possible strategies. With a glance back at Kura, I nodded to her reassuringly, then teleported directly to the wereorca den.
It didn’t take long before I encountered one of them, a large wereorca standing guard. She eyed me warily, but I wasn’t in the mood for a standoff.
“Look, I’m here for a guy, about five-eight, blonde hair, goes by DC. Is he here?” I asked, keeping my tone firm yet neutral. The wereorca’s expression softened as she realized I wasn’t here to cause trouble.
“Oh, are you here for the wedding?” she asked, her tone unexpectedly friendly now that she saw I wasn’t a threat.
“Wedding?” I echoed, caught off guard.
She smiled, gesturing for me to follow her. She led me to a room where DC was sitting, looking rather disgruntled. When he saw me, his shoulders slumped in exasperation.
“Of course, it’s you,” he muttered, rubbing his temples.
I raised my hands in a gesture of peace. “Hey, man, Moon Sua was worried. She asked me to help out, so here I am. But what’s this about a wedding?”
DC sighed heavily, clearly not thrilled to explain. “I’m the heir to the werebat tribe, and I’m supposed to marry the heir to the wereorca tribe.”
“And you’ve been dating Moon Sua this whole time? Scandalous,” I remarked, trying to process the situation.
“Geez, do you ever take anything seriously?” DC snapped, his frustration evident. “Look, this is a mess, but can you just bring Moon Sua here? She’s the only one who can talk some sense into these people.”
I nodded, sensing the gravity of his situation despite his snark. “Alright, hold tight.” With a quick snap of my fingers, Moon Sua appeared beside me, looking surprised but relieved to see DC.
DC sighed in relief as Moon Sua quickly moved to his side, her presence already helping to defuse the tension. I took a step back, watching the two of them, and couldn’t help but feel a sense of satisfaction at having helped them, even in this strange situation.
As I stepped out, giving Moon Sua and DC some space, I nearly bumped into someone else. Luckily I was able to catch this person before the fell. When I recovered and was no longer running on instinct I was able to register the other person’s face and color me surprised it was Jihyo from Twice. I paused for a moment then helped her back up. She smiled and then said
“Wow, you're um strong. Thanks for not letting me fall and…Oh, hi! How’s it going?” she asked, her tone light and pleasant.
I managed a smile. “Uh, good… It’s good,” I replied, trying to keep my cool.
She glanced back toward the room. “I see you found DC. Did you get everything sorted out?”
“Well, we’re getting there, but that’s not really what’s important right now,” I said, noticing her expression had dimmed slightly. “What about you? Are you okay?”
Jihyo hesitated, shrugging as if to brush off my concern. “It’s nothing, really.”
I wasn’t about to let it go that easily. “Hey, if something’s bothering you, I’m here to help.”
Before she could protest, I snapped my fingers, teleporting us back to my place. Kura looked up from where she was sitting, her eyes widening in surprise but softening as she smiled at Jihyo. Sakura used to my antics brought some tea over to Mrs. Park.
I glanced over at Kura and Jihyo, who were seated comfortably on the couch. “I’m going to grab some food. Anything specific you both want?”
Kura flashed me a playful smile. “Surprise us.”
Jihyo nodded in agreement. “Yeah, we trust your taste.”
“Alright, I’ll be back soon,” I said, grabbing my jacket before heading out the door. As I walked down the street, I couldn’t help but think about how interesting it was to see those two together. I picked up the pace, eager to get back and see what they might be talking about while I was gone.
As the door clicked shut behind me, the room settled into a comfortable silence. Kura glanced over at Jihyo, who was still taking in the cozy surroundings of my apartment.
“So,” Kura began, tucking her legs under herself on the couch, “how did you end up involved in all this supernatural craziness?”
Jihyo chuckled softly, looking slightly embarrassed. “It’s a long story, really. But I guess you could say I kind of stumbled into it. When I was a trainee my friend one of my friends was a wereorca and I kinda was adopted into their clan.”
Kura’s eyes sparkled with amusement. “I never imagined I’d meet someone who could say that with a straight face.”
Jihyo laughed, her tension easing. “Yeah, it’s definitely not something I thought I’d be dealing with. But life is crazy…um what about Daigo… he makes it all seem so normal, you know?”
Kura nodded thoughtfully. “He has that effect. He’s been in my life for a while now, and I still can’t believe half the things we’ve gone through. But he’s always so calm, so collected. It’s like nothing ever rattles him. Well except for pretty girls who are nice to him, they always activate his “hero chip”.”
“Oh, so he did the same thing to you? The stammering and short stutter,” Jihyo added with a knowing smile.
Kura blushed slightly, looking down at her hands. “He can be a little overprotective and easily flustered sometimes, but I guess that’s part of his charm.”
Jihyo leaned in a bit closer, lowering her voice conspiratorially. “So, what’s the story between you two? You seem really close.”
Kura smiled softly, her eyes warm. “We are. We met in a hotel right before I had to go to a major dinner for writers, and He’s been my rock through so much, always there when I needed him. But it’s more than that. We just… get each other, you know? Like we don’t even have to say anything, and we know what the other is thinking.”
Jihyo nodded, a small smile playing on her lips. “That’s rare. I think it’s beautiful.”
Jihyo paused for a moment then asked, “So what do you think he's thinking now?”
Kura gave a knowing smile, “I have to help Jihyo, and get breakfast for Kura then help Moon Sua and DC. In that order.”
Jihyo laughed, “Why am I over you?”
“Well, he has a massive crush on you, which is partially my fault because I encouraged it,”
Jihyo chuckled as she asked, “Why?”
“Because he always talks so highly of you from a professional perspective that even though his appreciation went more I couldn't take that from him. He is a Once through and through with a massive Jihyo bias.” Kura explained
Jihyo’s heart fluttered as she said “Oh,”
Kura looked up, her expression turning serious for a moment. “And what about you? Is there anyone special in your life?”
Jihyo hesitated, her thoughts drifting for a moment. “I’m not sure,” she finally admitted. “It’s complicated. But being around Daigo and seeing how he is with you… it makes me wonder if maybe I’m missing out on something.”
Kura reached out, gently placing a hand on Jihyo’s arm. “You deserve someone who makes you feel like the most important person in the world, Jihyo. Don’t settle for anything less.”
Jihyo smiled, her heart warmed by Kura’s words. “Thank you, Kura. That means a lot.”
Just then, they heard the door open, and Daigo walked back in, balancing a couple of takeout bags in his arms.
“I hope you’re hungry,” he said with a grin, completely oblivious to the heartfelt conversation that had just taken place.
Kura and Jihyo exchanged a look, a silent understanding passing between them, before turning their attention to the food Daigo had brought.

The soft clink of dishes filled the room as I carefully set the table. The warm, ambient light casts a gentle glow over everything, making the space feel cozy and intimate. I glanced over my shoulder to see Jihyo and Kura sitting on the couch, chatting softly. Their laughter echoed through the room, bringing a smile to my face as I continued with my task.
As I placed the last plate down, Kura’s voice floated across the room. “Jihyo, do you remember that concert you did in Tokyo last year?”
Jihyo’s eyes lit up. “How could I forget? The energy was incredible.”
Kura leaned forward, her eyes glimmering mischievously. “And that dance move you pulled off during ‘Feel Special’? You had everyone’s jaws on the floor, including mine.”
Jihyo chuckled, her gaze flickering to me for a moment before returning to Kura. “I noticed, you know. You weren’t exactly subtle with your admiration.”
Kura blushed slightly, but her smile didn’t waver. “Well, who could resist? You were magnetic.”
I busied myself with arranging the cutlery, but I could feel their eyes wander over to me—a shared look passing between them that I couldn’t quite place.
Jihyo’s voice softened as she turned to me. “What about you, Daigo? You went to the LA one right? Did you enjoy the show?”
I looked up, meeting her gaze. There was something playful in the way she looked at me, a challenge in her smile. “Of course,” I replied, returning her smile. “All of Twice was incredible. The way you moved on stage… I don’t think there was a person in the audience who wasn’t captivated.”
Kura stretched her arms above her head in a way that drew my attention. “Captivated, huh? I wonder if you were paying more attention to the performance… or to the performers?”
I felt a heat rise to my cheeks but tried to play it cool as I folded the napkins. “Maybe a little of both,” I admitted, earning a laugh from both women.
Jihyo nudged Kura playfully with her elbow. “Looks like we’ve got his attention, Kura. Think we can keep it?”
Kura’s eyes sparkled with mischief. “Oh, I think we can manage that. Right, Daigo?”
I glanced between them, their playful banter bringing a warmth to the room that I hadn’t expected. “You two don’t need to do anything special to keep my attention. You already have it,” I said, my voice genuine.
Jihyo stood up and walked over to the table, her movements graceful and deliberate. She reached out, taking one of the plates from me with a smile that sent a flutter through my chest. “You always say the sweetest things,” she murmured, her fingers brushing mine as she took the plate.
Kura joined us at the table, her eyes meeting Jihyo’s with a soft smile. “He does, doesn’t he? It’s one of the reasons I keep him around.”
Jihyo glanced at me, her expression thoughtful. “You’re lucky, Kura. He’s a good one.”
Kura looked at me with a warmth that made my heart swell. “I know. But maybe we’re both lucky.”
The three of us stood there, the space between us filled with unspoken words and shared understanding. It was as if, in that moment, we were all connected by something deeper, something that went beyond words.
As I finished setting the table, a sense of contentment washed over me. Whatever this was between us, it felt right. It felt like home.
As we settled around the table, a slight tension lingered in the air—a nervous energy that buzzed between us. I served the dishes, my hands were just a bit more careful than usual, conscious of every movement.
Kura was the first to take a bite, her expression brightening as she tasted the food. “Daigo, this is really good,” she said, her tone light but genuine. “You’ve got some serious skills.”
I smiled, trying to downplay the compliment. “Just wanted to make sure you two were comfortable. It’s nothing special.”
Jihyo took a bite as well, nodding in agreement. “I’d say it’s pretty special. You’ve really outdone yourself.”
A moment of silence followed as we all focused on our plates, the clinking of silverware the only sound in the room. I could feel the weight of unspoken words, questions none of us were quite ready to ask.
“So, Jihyo,” Kura began, her voice slightly more hesitant than usual, “what’s it like leading Twice? I imagine it’s a lot to handle.”
Jihyo smiled, though it didn’t quite reach her eyes. “It’s… intense, but rewarding. I love my members, and I try my best to support them. But yeah, it can be overwhelming at times.”
Kura nodded, her gaze softening. “I bet. But from what I’ve seen, you’re doing an amazing job.”
Jihyo’s eyes flickered to mine, then back to Kura’s. “Thank you. That means a lot, especially coming from someone like you.”
I watched the interaction, noting the way their eyes met and how their hands lingered just a little too close when Kura reached for the salt. There was something there—something more than just casual friendliness—but none of us seemed ready to address it. It made me feel a dip in my heart, almost like I was watching myself be replaced.
“Daigo,” Jihyo’s voice broke through my thoughts, “what about you? What’s been on your mind lately?”
I blinked, caught off guard by the question. “Oh, uh, just the usual, I guess. Thinking about taking a break soon. Maybe a trip somewhere quiet.”
Kura tilted her head, curiosity in her gaze. “Where were you thinking of going?”
“I’m not sure,” I said, trying to sound nonchalant. “Somewhere peaceful. Maybe the mountains, or a beach.”
Jihyo’s eyes lit up, her tone casual but with a hint of something more. “That sounds nice. Maybe… maybe we could join you?”
My heart skipped a beat at the suggestion, and I noticed Kura’s eyes widen just a bit like she hadn’t expected Jihyo to voice what she might have been thinking herself. It was an odd expression that made my heart and stomach twist in confused knots.
“Yeah,” Kura added, her voice a little too eager, “that could be fun. Just the three of us, getting away from everything.”
The idea hung in the air, heavy with implications. I looked between the two of them, trying to gauge their reactions. Jihyo was looking down at her plate, a faint blush on her cheeks, while Kura was biting her lip, waiting for someone to break the silence. There was an air of affection between us, but I was unsure how to address or diffuse it.
“I… I’d like that,” I finally said, my voice sounding more uncertain than I intended.
Jihyo glanced up, her eyes meeting mine with a softness that made my breath catch. “Me too,” she murmured.
Kura nodded, her smile more shy than usual. “It would be nice. Just to get away for a bit.”
We fell into another stretch of silence, but this time it wasn’t uncomfortable. It felt like we were all thinking the same thing but weren’t quite ready to say it out loud. The unspoken attraction, the curiosity about what might happen if we took that next step—it was all there, simmering just below the surface.
As we continued eating, the conversation remained light, but the tension never really went away. Every now and then, I’d catch one of them glancing at me or each other, their eyes holding something unspoken. I knew they could feel it too—that strange mix of excitement and uncertainty that comes with realizing you might be falling for someone, or in this case, two someone.
When we finally finished the meal and moved to the couch, I felt a bit of relief that the focus shifted from the awkward tension to something more familiar—just the three of us, sharing a quiet moment. But even then, I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was shifting between us, something we’d have to face sooner or later.
As I watched them laugh together, their shoulders brushing more often than necessary, I realized I didn’t mind the idea of that shift. I was starting to look forward to it. We all ended up on the couch watching Alien 3 at Sakura’s insistence (despite her scaredy-cat tendencies).
The movie, at least to me, was quite funny. It was a back-to-basics Alien film that suffered from typical problems: character bloat, protagonist nerfing intelligence, and that abomination in the third act reminded me of the orphan Kos. This led me to laugh throughout major tension points, making it harder for the girls to get scared. Both nestled closer to me and out of the corner of my eye, I saw Sakura and Jihyo holding hands. I decided to let them have their moment for now.
At some point after the movie, we sat in silence, nestled close to each other. The heat mingling between us made being under them a bit too warm for me, so I had to excuse myself.
When I returned, both ladies had fallen asleep. I smiled watching them entwined in their little hug before getting them a blanket to share—ironically, my "Ready to be Blanket."
I tucked both young ladies in on the couch and went to my room, where I attempted to get some sleep. This mountain trip couldn't come soon enough.
Weeks passed, and these feelings only grew between us. The mountain trip eventually turned into a Jeju trip, and on the day we were leaving and packing, it all hit me at once: I loved Jihyo and Sakura. I tried to process what that meant or how that worked but was interrupted by Jihyo saying, “Come on, slowpoke—we have a plane to catch.” I nodded and finished packing to follow them.
We arrived at the cabin four hours later, and it took another half hour to finish unpacking. The sun had begun its slow descent toward the horizon, painting the sky with hues of orange and pink as I placed the last of our bags down. The beach house was quaint, with a cozy, rustic charm that perfectly complemented the breathtaking view of the ocean stretching out before us. The sound of waves crashing against the shore provided a soothing backdrop to our activities.
Sakura’s POV
I glanced up from the counter, my eyes drifting to Jihyo, who stood on the deck, her silhouette bathed in the warm light of the setting sun. It was a sight that made my heart ache with a sweet, aching feeling. I’d been spending a lot of time thinking about how everything had shifted since we arrived here. A new kind of closeness was forming between us, something both exhilarating and terrifying.
As I reached for a jar of jam, I caught myself smiling. This place, this moment, seemed to heighten everything I felt for Daigo and Jihyo. I knew I was falling for them, but I was still grappling with how to navigate these feelings. Did they feel the same way? Did Daigo’s heart race like mine did when he looked at us?
Jihyo’s POV
I leaned on the deck railing, my thoughts drifting as the sun dipped lower in the sky. The view was mesmerizing, but it was the company that made everything so special. I could feel a new intensity between us, a connection that seemed to deepen with every shared glance and every touch.
I stole a glance back into the house, where Sakura and Daigo were finishing up. The way Daigo looked at Sakura, with that tender, almost protective gaze, made my heart flutter. And when he looked at me, it was with a warmth that made me question my feelings. Could it be possible to want both of them, to be this close to them and not feel like it was too much?
Narrator’s POV
I finished tidying up and made my way outside, joining Jihyo on the deck. As I approached, I couldn’t help but notice how the setting sun highlighted her features, making her look even more captivating.
“Hey,” I said, trying to sound casual as I leaned against the railing beside her. “It’s beautiful out here.”
Jihyo turned to me, her eyes reflecting the sunset. “It is. I’m glad we came here. It feels… peaceful.”
I nodded, my heart skipping a beat as I felt the closeness between us. “Yeah, it’s exactly what we needed.”
The silence between us was comfortable but charged. I could sense the same tension that had been building since we arrived—an unspoken acknowledgment of the feelings we all harbored but hadn’t yet voiced.
We arrive at that cabin 4 hours later and it takes another half hour to finish unpacking. The sun had begun its slow descent toward the horizon, painting the sky with hues of orange and pink as I finished unpacking the last of our bags. The beach house was quaint, with a cozy, rustic charm that seemed to perfectly complement the breathtaking view of the ocean stretching out before us. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore provided a soothing backdrop to our activities.
Sakura was in the kitchen, humming softly as she organized our groceries. Her light laughter carried through the open space whenever she accidentally bumped into something or dropped a utensil. I could see Jihyo out on the deck, taking in the sunset with a wistful look on her face.
Sakura’s POV
I glanced up from the counter, my eyes drifting to Jihyo, who was standing on the deck, her silhouette bathed in the warm light of the setting sun. It was a sight that made my heart ache with a sweet, aching feeling. I’d been spending a lot of time thinking about how everything had shifted since we arrived here. There was a new kind of closeness forming between us, something that was both exhilarating and terrifying.
As I approached, I couldn’t help but notice the way the setting sun highlighted her features, making her look even more captivating.
The silence between us was comfortable, but it was also charged. I could sense the same tension that had been building since we arrived, an unspoken acknowledgment of the feelings we all had but hadn’t yet put into words.
Sakura’s pov
I watched them from the kitchen window, feeling a pang of longing. Seeing Daigo and Jihyo together like this, the way they shared that quiet, intense moment, made my heart ache with a bittersweet desire. I was caught between wanting to bridge the gap and fearing that any move I made might disrupt the fragile balance we were all trying to maintain.
I took a deep breath and decided to join them. I stepped out onto the deck, the cool evening breeze ruffling my hair. “Isn’t it getting a bit chilly out here?” I asked, trying to break the tension. “I thought we could start a fire and roast some marshmallows.”
Daigo looked up, his eyes meeting mine with a soft smile. “That sounds like a great idea. I’ll get the fire started.”
Jihyo’s gaze lingered on Daigo for a moment before she turned to me, her eyes shining with an emotion that made my heart race. “I’ll help you with that,” she said, her voice gentle but filled with an undercurrent of something deeper.
As we set up the fire pit, the conversation flowed naturally, but the unspoken feelings between us hung heavy in the air. Every touch, every glance, seemed charged with meaning. We laughed, we talked, and we enjoyed the simple pleasure of being together, but the underlying tension was never far from the surface.
Narrator’s POV
As the fire crackled and the warmth spread through the cool evening air, I watched Sakura and Jihyo interact. The way they looked at each other, the gentle touches, and the shared laughter, it was clear that our feelings were intensifying. I wanted to be honest with them, but the fear of complicating things or hurting anyone held me back.
In the back of my mind, I knew that we were on the verge of something significant, something that could either bring us closer together or drive us apart. I just hoped that, whatever happened, we’d all come out of this with our hearts intact.
For now, we were here, enjoying each other’s company and the beautiful night. And while I wasn’t ready to confront my feelings fully, I was grateful for this moment, this night of shared warmth and closeness. After dinner Jihyo and Kura were sitting at the table, As I stood in the kitchen, pouring drinks, my mind kept drifting back to Kura and Jihyo. There was a warmth between them that I couldn’t ignore, a connection that had started to form almost without any of us realizing it. It was comforting, but at the same time, it terrified me.
I’ve always tried to keep things simple, especially when it comes to relationships. But this… this wasn’t simple. Not at all.
I took a deep breath, trying to shake off the uncertainty creeping in. Sakura and I had something special. She’d been by my side through so much, and I never wanted to do anything that might hurt her. But then there was Jihyo—bright, kind-hearted Jihyo, who seemed to fit so effortlessly into our lives. Every time I saw her, my heart did this little flip, and I wasn’t sure what to make of it.
Could I feel this way about both of them? Was it fair to either of them?
As I walked back toward the living room, I paused just outside the door. Their voices carried through the slight crack, and I couldn’t help but listen.
Jihyo shifted on the couch, turning slightly to face Kura. “You know,” she began, her voice soft and thoughtful, “I’ve never really done anything like this before.”
“Like what?” Kura asked, her curiosity piqued.
“Like… spending time with someone who feels so—" Jihyo hesitated, searching for the right word, "right. And not just one person, but two.” She bit her lip, glancing down at her hands. “It’s confusing, but in a good way, I think.”
Kura smiled, her eyes warm as she reached out to gently touch Jihyo’s arm. “I know what you mean. It’s like everything just clicks, doesn’t it? With Daigo, and with you… It feels like there’s something here worth exploring, even if it’s a little scary.”
Her words hit me like a ton of bricks. I hadn’t realized how much this was weighing on them too. Kura was always so composed, so sure of herself. And yet, even she sounded hesitant like she was stepping into uncharted territory.
Could this work? Could I be with both of them and not end up hurting everyone involved? The thought of hurting Kura made my chest tighten. And Jihyo… what if I ended up causing her more pain than anything else?
I’d never been this unsure before. I’d faced monsters and dealt with magical disasters, but this… this was something else entirely. My feelings for both of them were real, but how could I possibly reconcile them without ruining everything?
Jihyo looked up, her gaze locking with Kura’s. “I think about him, and I think about you, and it’s like… I don’t have to choose, you know? It doesn’t feel wrong, it just feels… different.”
Kura nodded, her thumb gently stroking Jihyo’s arm. “It is different, but maybe that’s not a bad thing. Maybe it’s something special.”
Their words sent a shiver down my spine. This wasn’t just about me—this was about all of us. And yet, the idea of them both feeling the same way I did, of them wanting this to work as much as I did… it was terrifying and exhilarating all at once.
But there was still that nagging doubt. I’d always wanted to be the kind of person who could protect those I cared about, who could be there for them no matter what. But what if this time, I was the one who needed protecting? What if I wasn’t strong enough to keep things from falling apart?
I took a deep breath, pushed the door open, and stepped back into the room.
Kura’s hand slipped from Jihyo’s arm to her hand, their fingers mingled as I meandered in with their drinks.
“One chocolate milkshake for you (I hand it to Jihyo) one vanilla shake for you (I hand it to Sakura) and one Oreo shake for me,” I say as I dole out drinks and scoot in between them. Jihyo takes her first sip and coos.
“Oh, Daigo how did you accomplish this? It's so good.” Sakura nods as she takes her first sip. I smile as I reply
“Well love a magician never reveals his secrets. As soon as I said that the atmosphere changed. The tension between all of us became taught.
“Oh I'm love now,” Jihyo teased seductively as she put her hands on my thigh. I turn to Sakura who's super into this. “I thought love was reserved for girlfriends according to you Mr…what is your last name again?” I swallowed hard as I felt Kura nude me towards Jihyo. My heart races as our faces get closer. My gaze lingers on Jihyo's lips and I can't help it. I kiss Jihyo. Jihyo moans into the kiss
“Hey, are you done?” Kura asks flirty my mind breaks, and I run Out of the house.
I kinda black out from the adrenaline and come to the next day.
The first light of dawn broke over the horizon, casting a soft, golden glow across the beach. I woke early, unable to shake the restlessness from the previous night. The tension between Jihyo, Sakura, and me had only grown more palpable, and I needed to clear my head.
As I stood up, the cool morning air greeted me, refreshing and invigorating. I walked down the sand toward the edge of the water, where the waves gently lapped against the shore. It was a serene scene, but I found little solace in it—until a familiar presence made itself known.
Thoth appeared beside me, his form taking shape out of the morning mist. The Egyptian god of wisdom, now in his human guise, looked at me with a mixture of curiosity and concern.
“Good morning, Daigo,” Thoth said, his voice a soothing blend of authority and calm.
I turned to him with a half-hearted smile. “Morning, Thoth. I didn’t expect to see you so early.”
Thoth inclined his head slightly. “I thought it would be beneficial for us to have a quiet conversation before the others wake up. There are things on your mind, are there not?”
I sighed, my gaze returning to the horizon. “Yeah, there are. Things have been… complicated lately. I’m trying to figure out my feelings for these two girls I'm in love with: Jihyo and Sakura. It’s just—” I paused, struggling to find the right words.
Thoth’s expression remained attentive and calm. “Complicated, indeed. It seems that your heart is caught in a delicate balance. Care to share more?”
I began walking along the water’s edge, Thoth matching my pace. The sand was still cool beneath my feet, and the rhythmic sound of the waves provided a gentle backdrop to our conversation.
“I care deeply for both Sakura and Jihyo,” I said, my voice heavy with emotion. “But I’m worried that my feelings might be unfair to either of them. I want to be honest and loyal, but I’m afraid of causing harm. And then there’s the fear of them finding out that I’m struggling with my feelings.”
Thoth listened intently, his gaze fixed ahead. “It is commendable that you consider their well-being so thoroughly. However, it is also important to acknowledge your feelings. You cannot truly honor your relationships if you are not honest with yourself and with them.”
I nodded, taking in his words. “I know. It’s just hard to find the right balance. I don’t want to make any mistakes that could hurt them.”
Thoth’s gaze softened a rare display of empathy for a deity known for his wisdom. “Understand that being honest and true to your feelings is not a mistake. It is the path to clarity and genuine connection. If you navigate this journey with integrity, you will find a resolution that honors both your heart and theirs, but you haven't answered my question how do you feel about them?”
I shrugged and said, “I love them.”
Thoth nodded and asked, “Well why do you love them?”
“Well, it's complicated. My feelings are intense but they don't overlap,”
Thoth tilted his head and then said, “Tell me more.”
I thought for a moment then began to pour my guts out.
“I love them because Sakura makes me feel like I'm a normal person and Jihyo makes me feel normal.”
Thoth turned to me and said, “Explain”
“Both girls are these ambitious talented hard workers who have been in the idol industry forever. They may have wavered but remain strong and unbroken despite the years of sadness, sometimes abuse of hope, and standing strong despite it all.
Jihyo is the leader of the most powerful girl group in the world that has been on top for ten years. Yet she is still kind and ambitious in trying to prove herself despite the accolades and success. Sakura has been an idol since she was a kid and has consistently shown she is a force in and of herself not to be trampled with nor trifles, and what am I? Some loser mage from a wasteland. Sure I'm a powerful mage and a decent writer but I'm not nearly as great as them.” I reply. Thoth smiles and asks
“Why do you think that?”
“Because fundamentally I am not a good person. What drives me is an unrelenting yearning to be the best and for there to be no one else close. Why do you think I am always watching and researching other writers and mages I don't want to fall behind.
I had to carve a lane for myself and build it from nothing somehow I made it (surprisingly) but it was not from a place of altruism or kindness it was because I wanted it more than my peers. Same with Sakura and Jihyo. I am 100% sure in my delusion that I want them more than others and I took my chances and made my calculated moves to “get them”
Please note while I am a fundamentally despicable human being I believe that you should respect the autonomy of others, and that is where my hesitancy comes from. I want what I want and I'll do whatever it takes to get it, and my biggest fear is hurting those close to me in that pursuit. That's what makes me the best and the worst at what I do. There is nothing I'm not willing to do for what I want. Now getting back to the original point. Sakura is so self-assured and calm in herself that I don't feel like a monster around her like I don't feel like this Machiavellian villain, and with Jihyo she makes me feel like I am okay the way I am. She's encouraging and understanding and has the same fire I do. So if you're expecting me to choose I can't because I want them both.” I yelled. I didn't have a reason to yell but something about this conversation riled me up and once I was up I yelled. Thoth smiled knowingly and said well If that's the case some ladies are waiting for you. Let's head back to them,” he said
We continued walking, the silence between us now more contemplative. I watched as the sun slowly climbed higher, its light warming the sand and the waves. The peaceful morning seemed to amplify the gravity of our conversation, but it also provided a sense of calm.
“I appreciate your guidance,” I said after a moment. “It helps to have a clearer perspective.”
Thoth nodded, his form shimmering slightly in the light. “Remember, Daigo, the journey of the heart is rarely straightforward. It is a path of growth and learning. Trust in your judgment, and be vulnerable with those you care about.”
I turned to him, a small smile tugging at my lips. “Thanks, Thoth. I’ll keep that in mind.”
As we approached the end of the beach, Thoth’s form began to fade, his presence receding like the morning mist. “I shall leave you to your thoughts. May the clarity you seek find its way to you.”
With that, Thoth disappeared, leaving me alone once more. The morning felt a little lighter, and the path ahead seemed clearer. As I walked back toward the beach house, I felt a renewed sense of determination to face the complexities of my feelings with honesty and courage.
I arrive a little later to see my—wait, did I just think “my”?—girls sitting on the couch. Their faces are a mix of worry and determination. As I open the door, they both look up, and I’m met with two very different expressions. Jihyo’s face lights up with the brightest smile, while Sakura’s is stern, frustration etched in her eyes.
“There you are,” Jihyo exclaims, practically leaping from the couch as she runs toward me. Her smile is like sunshine breaking through the clouds. But then I catch Sakura’s expression again, and it’s like a storm is brewing just behind her eyes.
“Where have you been?” Sakura asks, her tone sharp with annoyance. I shrug, unsure how to respond. The truth is, I’ve been running—not just physically, but emotionally. And I know Kura can see right through me.
“What do you mean you don’t know?” she snaps, her frustration boiling over. “You ran away after kissing Jihyo—why?”
I open my mouth to answer, but the words catch in my throat. What can I even say? That I’m scared? That I don’t think I’m good enough for them? That the kiss with Jihyo left me reeling, not just because of what it meant for us, but because of the weight of what I felt.
I try to piece together a response, but my thoughts are jumbled, each one more uncertain than the last. My hesitation only seems to make Sakura more frustrated. “You know what? We are not doing this anymore,” she says, her voice firm. “Jihyo likes you and me. I like you and Jihyo. And you like Jihyo and I. So here’s what we’re going to do—we’re going to stop this weird dancing around our feelings, and we’re just going to be together.”
Her words hang in the air, heavy with certainty. I look at her, then at Jihyo, who’s blushing shyly but nodding in agreement. My heart is pounding, and the room suddenly feels too small, too warm. I want to say something, to tell them how much this means to me, but all I can manage is a deep, shaky breath.
“Are you sure about this, Kura?” I ask, my voice barely above a whisper. My question is more than just about our relationship—it’s about whether I’m worthy of it, whether I can be what they both need.
Sakura rolls her eyes, but there’s a softness to her gaze now, a gentleness that tells me she understands. “Yes, I’ve never been more sure of anything else,” she says. But before she moves closer, she hesitates, her tough exterior faltering for just a moment. “Daigo… we’re sure. We know what we want. But do you?”
I look at them, really look at them. Jihyo, with her radiant smile that always seems to melt my worries away, and Sakura, with her fierce determination, challenges me in ways I never thought possible. The room feels warmer, the golden light from the setting sun casting a soft glow over everything, making this moment feel almost surreal. Yet I still hesitate. Sakura looks at me seeing the worries in my eyes and reassures me,
"Daigo it will be fine. We will be here with you." as Sakura speaks she grabs my hand tighter something Jihyo mirrors as they pull me closer. Do I deserve this? Can I really make them happy? These thoughts swirl in my mind, but then I see the way they’re looking at me—with hope, with trust. And suddenly, it’s not about whether I’m worthy. It’s about whether I’m brave enough to take this leap with them.
I nod, a small, tentative smile forming on my lips. “I want this too,” I finally say, my voice stronger now. “I want you both… more than anything.”
A wave of relief washes over Jihyo’s face, and she steps closer, her hand reaching for mine. I take it, our fingers intertwining, and in that simple touch, I feel a sense of belonging that I haven’t felt in a long time.
Sakura steps forward too, her tough exterior melting away as she places her hand on top of ours. “Then let’s kiss, makeup, and maybe do a little more,” she says, a playful smirk tugging at her lips.
For a moment, we just stand there, the three of us connected by our hands, the air thick with anticipation. And then, as if drawn by an invisible force, we all lean in at the same time. The kiss is gentle at first, a soft, tentative meeting of lips that deepens as the last of our doubts melt away. The world outside fades, and all that’s left is the three of us, together in this moment.
The kiss ends, but we don’t pull away entirely. Instead, we stand there, our foreheads resting against each other’s, our breaths mingling in the small space between us. “This is just the beginning,” Sakura murmurs, her voice filled with a quiet determination. “We’ll figure it out together.”
Jihyo nods, her hand tightening around mine. “Together,” she echoes, her voice soft but sure.
And as I stand there, surrounded by the warmth of their presence, I finally allow myself to believe that maybe, just maybe, I’m worthy of this love we’ve found. We enter into another messier sloppier three-way kiss that is raw, emotional, and intense. I am unsure who or where to send my affection except just out. Sakura on the other hand is much better at maneuvering this tangle of mouth and limbs her lithe body carefully weaves in between Jihyo and my hair as she devours us barely leaving us any time for breath. when this kiss breaks we pant and are left…excited. Sakura licks her lips and says, "Now my two shy extroverts. We are going to take this to the bedroom." she says as she leads us in a lust-filled trance to the bedroom. As we walk clothing is abandoned and we are all left bare by the time we reach the bed. The room began to reek of arousal. I looked at both my girls and couldn't decide which to taste first. Then Sakura groaned “fuck Daigo, fuck Jihyo first fucking claim Jihyo. Mold her pussy to your cock like you did mine,”
I approach Jihyo and her eyes flutter. she stares into mine.
"be gentle," she says, before I plunge into her, and holy fuck she is tight. we both moan as I can barely get the tip in, "Ah fuck why are you so big?" Jihyo moans.
I chuckle and send back, "Fuck why are you so tight?" Sakura laughs as she watches with hungry eyes from the corner. As I inch closer Jihyo's moans grow more intense and it feels like she is growing tighter.
"Fuck Ji, are you getting tighter." Jihyo at this point is lost in the pleasure of the moment yelling for me to keep going but fuck it's hard. she resists me at every inch with an indescribable tightness that blends pleasure and pain in my mind. I want to pound her pussy but fuck.
I inch a little deeper and at this point, the needy sub screams as she grabs my ass and forces me inside of her. She screams as I bottom out and I moan from her tight squeeze. Sakura laughs in the bathroom as she plays with herself leisurely.
Jihyo turns to Sakura, "Fuck is this what it was like when he fucked you for the first time?" Sakura shakes her head, and Jihyo rolls her eyes before turning back to me.
"So what are you gonna do now?" she invites. I lift Jihyo, "Oh," she says as I grab her waist and let gravity do the work. she moans and groans as I ravage her. She grips tightly onto my shoulders as she says, "Oh fuck" repeatedly.
Her pussy begins to leak and throb around my cock as we continue I feel our heartbeats synch for a moment, and I know she's mine. She opens her eyes and says, "Cum in me please baby." I smile as I keep thrusting.
I decide to do something I don't normally do I use my powers to make the sensation more intense for her. I fill my hands with energy that I then pour into all of her erogenous spots, and Jihyo goes crazy.
"Oh fuck Daigo if you keep doing that I am gonna," she yells before I feel her release. She moans one last time before cumming all over my cock. when she stops breathing heavily her eyes lock with mine and she says.
"You're mine." then she turns to Sakura who has a funny smile and says, "You both are."
Sakura gets up and then strokes my cock before saying, "Come on Ji take his first load." Jihyo's eyes narrow as lust takes us all into a trance.
Jihyo straddles me and takes me in with a bit more ease this time. she moans as she starts riding me seriously. I match her pace as both girls reportedly chant "Cum". the encouragement plus the tightness of Jihyo make sure I am not long for this world as I just explode into my girlfriend. Sakura and Jihyo smile as Jihyo gets off me before going to kiss Sakura. the two women begin to grope and squeeze each other intensely as their bodies get a feel for each other. the two stare into each other's eyes passionately before dipping their fingers into each other. I watch with contentment and compersion also while quickly becoming hard again. my two girlfriends keep kissing before aligning their pussies and rubbing them together.
the two wordlessly grind into each other as they go back to kissing each other Sakura moans as Jihyo's eagerness overtakes her and she begins to really up the pace. in their syncopating rhythms I watch as their bodies bounce and pull into each other, as they near their climaxes I hear Sakura says, "Fuck I love you both." I look at her and Jihyo before realizing this is the first time she has said that. I sit in that revelation for a bit as Sakura moans as she cums on Jihyo. After the two of them exhaust themselves they crawl over to me and say, "Was that so bad?" I shake my head as both women nuzzle in close.
After the initial rush of emotions and the shared kiss, the three of us find ourselves sitting on the couch. The atmosphere is lighter, but there’s still a sense of seriousness lingering in the air. We know that while our feelings are clear, the reality of navigating a relationship like this requires more than just passion—it requires understanding, communication, and trust.
Jihyo is the first to speak, her voice calm and thoughtful. “So… now that we’ve agreed to be together, I think it’s important that we talk about how we’re going to make this work. I mean, this is new for all of us, right?”
I nod, appreciating her directness. “Yeah, I think we should. We’ve got to make sure we’re all comfortable and on the same page.”
Sakura, who has been leaning back against the couch, sits up a little straighter. “Definitely. I know we’re all excited about this, but I don’t want anyone to feel left out or uncomfortable. We need to set some boundaries and talk about what we expect from each other.”
Jihyo turns to look at me, her eyes soft but serious. “For me, the most important thing is communication. I don’t ever want us to feel like we can’t talk to each other about how we’re feeling, even if it’s something difficult. We’ve got to be open, even when it’s hard.”
I take a deep breath, considering her words. “I agree. I want us to be honest with each other, even if that means having tough conversations. If something’s bothering any of us, we should feel safe bringing it up.”
Sakura nods. “Absolutely. Along with that, I think we should talk about physical boundaries too. Like, how do we want to handle intimacy? Are there any things we should be mindful of, like who’s comfortable with what?”
Jihyo blushes a little, but she doesn’t shy away from the topic. “I think it’s important that we’re all on the same page with that. Maybe we should start slow, and make sure we’re all comfortable before taking any big steps. And we should always check in with each other, make sure we’re okay with whatever’s happening.”
I glance between them, feeling a sense of responsibility settle over me. “I think that’s a good idea. We should be respectful of each other’s comfort zones. And if any of us ever feels like something is moving too fast, we should speak up.”
Sakura looks thoughtful for a moment before adding, “And what about time? How are we going to make sure we’re spending enough time together, both as a trio and individually?”
Jihyo nods in agreement. “Yeah, that’s important too. We should make sure we’re balancing our time so that no one feels neglected. Maybe we can set aside specific times for us to all hang out together, and also make sure we have one-on-one time with each other.”
I appreciate how considerate they’re being about this. “That sounds good. I don’t want anyone to feel like they’re getting less attention or that they’re not important. We’re all in this together, and we should treat it that way.”
Sakura smiles, her expression softening. “I’m glad we’re talking about this. I want this to work, and I think we can do it as long as we’re honest and respectful with each other.”
Jihyo reaches out, taking both of our hands in hers. “Me too. I know this won’t always be easy, but I believe in us. We just need to keep communicating and being there for each other.”
I squeeze their hands, feeling a deep sense of connection with both of them. “We’re going to make this work,” I say, my voice filled with determination. “No matter what challenges come our way, we’ll face them together.”
Sakura leans in, pressing a soft kiss to Jihyo’s cheek before turning to do the same to me. “Together,” she echoes, her voice filled with conviction.
Jihyo smiles, her eyes shining with emotion. “Together,” she agrees, her voice a whisper but filled with certainty.
Obsession ft Karina @entername322
Tumblr media
After finishing the household chores, I arrived at the Arcade as usual with 25 dollars and a hand. I approach the teller: a young man by the name of Dexter but everyone calls him DC.
"Hey, Daigo. You hear for tokens?" He asks and I nod. I slide him the 25 dollars and he hands me the tokens.
I go to the back of the arcade where the "Under Night 2" arcade cabinet is. I sat on the stool and began playing. about 10 minutes into my session I took a break when I heard one of the other usuals talking about some pretty harrowing stuff.
"Yeah, dude I'll be fine." He says
"Well no I am not angry that Karina has been popping up everywhere. She's hot and crazy so it works out." I hear him say.
"Who cares if she threatened me with a knife she told me that I was hers."He adds
"Anyways I gotta go the quiet black dude in the arcade is staring at me and I don't like it," he says, as he approaches me.
he walks up next to me and says, "We gonna have a problem?"
I narrow my eyes and respond, "No kid, However a piece of advice?" as I speak I go back to the game, and gesture for him to sit down.
The young man's eyes narrow back, before he sits down. I smile as I continue to play.
"I have seen you here for eight weeks and you have never said a word. Why would you now?" he asked confused
I shrug and respond, "Well I think despite your rough exterior you're a good dude. A good dude who likes crazy women which is fine." I respond as I crack my knuckles. and get ready for the second round.
"Look do you like really crazy girl? Or is she just hot and crazy which is exciting?" I ask
"Um why can't it be both?" the young man asks
"Well excitement is just novelty and novelty wears off, but her feelings towards it won't so I am going to restate my question. Do you like her or are you just excited by her? Take a breath and think about your answer just not the first thing your lizard brain says, unless that lizard brain is telling you to be with her for the rest of your life."
The young man took my advice took a breath and thought for a moment he exhaled then responded, "I like her a lot. it's just that I am kinda scared of her, and I don't know how to approach her about my safety so I just let her do whatever crazy stuff she wants because I'd rather be her obsession than be alone." I nod then say,
"Okay That was a lot to take in but ultimately just talk to her. Establish healthy boundaries in terms of space between you two, and tell her how you feel.” the young man responds and asks,
“What if she doesn't like me afterward being so vulnerable with her?” I shrug but then take a minute to think,
“Based on what you said I don't see that occurring but if it does happen I think you'll be fine honestly and truly” I respond to the young man’s worries and he smiles and then gets up. He takes out his phone and says,
“Imma call her right now.” a few seconds later we hear a ringtone in two arcade lanes the young man and I look at each other and then walk over where a young woman with short black hair looks at us guilty. She smiles and then says,
“Hi, Ethan.” “Ethan” turns to me and we share a laugh before he walks with her.
I head back to my spot and begin to play a few more rounds. After a few more rounds I take a well-needed break
The next day I am at the arcade DC’s girlfriend and coworker Moon Sua is at the Register. I hand her my 25 dollars and she smiles at me. I smile back and give her a thumbs-up. I went to my usual spot waiting for me was none other than Karina. She held a bright smile that seemed friendly.
"I am unsure about you but I must thank you for having Ethan talking to me. our chat was…positive."
"Oh, that's great what happened?"
"Well… Yesterday while I was walking home
Ethan and Karina walk to her dorm and she stares at him harshly. “Who was that you were talking to?” She interrogates.
“He’s just some guy at the Arcade I frequent. He’s harmless so much so today is the first time I heard him speak,” Ethan says tired and annoyed. This only agitates Karina even more.
“I don’t know why you’re upset. You’re not the one who has to be worried sick.” Karina says pouting. Deciding that her pout was too cute you begin to tease Karina,
“You know he was telling me how crazy you are and that I should dump you.” Back to the present
"I will have you know I said no such thing," I say defensively
"Oh I know and if you did" Karina starts before pulling out her fist. I laugh which makes her scowl
"I can take you." she asserts.
I shake my head.
"Do you think it's because I am a woman?" She says ardently
I shake my head, "No I think it's legit that you can't take me. I exist on a different axis of reality than you do."
Karina sized me up and then said, "Oh really, and how do you figure that?"
"I assume you have never fought a Dragon with a Cane Machette," I responded and Karina blinked multiple times. "I thought so now back to your story." Back to yesterday
"I doubt that. I have been following you for weeks and I have seen him at that arcade he barely says anything." Karina states as Ethan smiles then he says.
"you caught me…So what do we do now?"
In response, Karina asks, "Well I have one question. Are you mine or are you am I gonna have to kill you." Ethan laughs and says, "I'll be yours, on one condition."
Karina's eyes widened "Yes anything!" she said as she almost tripped over herself in her excitement.
"You chill with the crazy stalking okay," Ethan replies, and Karina happily says,
"Deal," Karina says hastily before she pulls Ethan for an aggressive kiss. Ethan lets her lead as he follows her into her dorm. inside she walks past Giselle and Ningning who both know what's about to happen. she slams the door and takes off her top. revealing her large breasts. Ethan smiles. She slowly slinks closer to him. Like a panther, she pins him to the bed. and undoes his pants. She laughs when his cock lands on her face. she looks up at him with these cute little doe eyes. However, Karina was no dainty doe. She lightly palms Ethan's cock, before beginning to stroke it. She smiles as she watches his eyes begin to roll back. She spits on his cock before wrapping her tits around his cock. Ethan watches with anticipatory glee as her tits fully envelop his manhood. Karina smiles as she watches him begin to unravel as she starts moving.
"Oh, Fuck Karina you're so good at that," Ethan says, as he watches her do her thing. Karina smiles, and says,
"You like that babe? because we can do this every night if you want. We can fuck before bed every night." as she speaks she picks up the pace going up and down his shaft, hoping and praying to make Ethan explode all over her face.
"Fuck Karina." Ethan moans helplessly as she just begins to twist and dance around his cock. "I can't take anymore I'm gonna cum" Ethan says, before exploding all over the idol. Karina smiles as his seed spills all over her face and tits. As she gets up she begins to rub his semen into her skin Ethan watches as he gets hard again. Karina smiles before taking her skirt off. She gets back on top of him before sinking onto his cock. She moans.
"Oh fuck I can't believe this is my cock and my cock alone. It's so big." Karina moans as she almost cums all over his rod as she adjusts to his size.
Ethan smiles before grabbing her ass and begins thrusting. Karina means saying, "Yes Take charge, claim my pussy. it's yours." Ethan smirks as he keeps thrusting before spanking Karina. He notices Karina gets tighter, with a tighter grip on her waist he begins plunging deeper into the wanton idol, and watches with perverse glee as her breasts bounce hypnotically. Karina past the point of overstimulation cums all over his cock like a bitch in heat. As she gushes Ethan teases her.
"is that all you have slut?" Karina moans at Ethan's degrading words.
"Oh, you like that little slut?" Ethan asks and Karina moans as she nods.
Well then little slut." Ethan says before sitting up and biting her nipple.
Karina loses it again and cums all over his cock again. Ethan smiles
"Wow, you have sensitive nipples slut. if I knew it was this easy to make you an oozing mess I would have fucked you like this a long time ago." As he speaks he feels himself near his peak. Ethan keeps thrusting and says to Karina, "Take my cum, and don't let a drop go to waste little slut." Karina nods and she manages to grab one of her plugs just in time for Ethan to paint her guts white. Karina shakes violently as another orgasm takes her feeling Ethan fill her up. when she finally can stop writhing and moaning Ethan plugs her as he pulls his cock out of her pussy
"Don't forget you belong to me now slut." Ethan says. Back to the present
I scowl at Karina and ask, "Was it really needed to tell me about the sex you too had?"
Karina gives me an adorable smile before saying "Yep" away. I turn to Moon Sua who is just laughing as DC comes next to her.

your face grows hotter still - it must be the corset, you think. the strings squeezing into your ribs and making your heart flutter aggressively in your chest. it has to be that and not the heat of your husband's gaze staring at you from across the room.
because that’s the only explanation you have as to why you bolted all the way upstairs to your bedroom while in the middle of hosting a dinner.
you remove your gloves with a shaky hand, your fingers touching the frill of your collar.
you exhale, the warmth another set of fingers around your neck. but then you hear it, a soft click from the door behind you, making you spin on your heel in sudden shock.
“kento” you greet, enunciating each letter as your mouth goes dry at sight of him in his well-tailored suit, his blonde hair coiffed perfectly and reminding you of how it feels between your fingers when he’s inside you.
“are you alright?” he asks softly, tenderly. with a care that only a husband would. except other than the title and your bedroom relations, you still don’t know much about him.
it’s only been two months. this is still very, very new.
“yes,” you answer breathlessly, “I think, my lady must have tied it a bit too tight.”
your husband hums, an unfamiliar expression passing through him, one that your innocent mind won’t be able to comprehend as to why knots and binds would trigger that kind of reaction.
“let me help.”
he walks towards you, helps lift your hand up from the dresser and maneuvers you to the wall. he sets your back against it, his expert fingers unfastening the buttons around your neck and down your torso.
“this is far too much clothing for my liking, you know most women don’t dress this conservatively…” he speaks, his tone lighthearted but honest.
your cheeks burn. “mama told me that a lady should never expose herself to anyone other than her husband”
a hint of a smile tickles the corner of his lips. “a little skin is fine. I actually wouldn’t mind it. besides, I can’t have my wife passing out in the foyer because of all this fabric…”
you almost moan with relief when you feel the first layer of fabric fall to your feet, leaving you standing with your arms exposed, your torso cinched by the corset which is layered over a thin, white cotton dress.
your husband inches closer. “turn around,” he whispers.
you do, pressing your forehead to the wall because the scent of his aftershave makes you dizzy.
he tugs at your lace and groans, but you can’t see the furrow of his brows.
“far too tight,” he mumbles, and you clench your thighs together because he allowed those same words to slip from his lips when he first entered you on your wedding night.
slowly but surely, you start feeling a release - the boning easing against your stomach, your ribs, your back…
you sigh, your eyes fluttering close as your husband takes off your corset. leaving you in your sheer dress.
two hands find your waist, your nipples hardening at his touch. “there,” kento coos, “better?”
you’re still so very hot, but at least you can breathe.
he spins you around, your hands clutching the lapels of his suit. his eyes instantly take you in, falling to your chest exposed by the see through fabric.
he licks his lips, unable to help himself. arching forward, he places a kiss just above your left breast, and another on the side of your neck.
“better?” he repeats.
you stutter a “mhmm”, coiling your limbs around him like it’s natural.
his lips brush yours, his teeth nipping at your bottom covered in rouge. you part your lips, and he slides his tongue capturing you for a kiss and effectively ruining your make up. but you don’t care because your sinking, your body only propped up by the wall and your husband’s arms. your tongue drinking him up to cool you off.
“kento,” you pant, “our guests”
“an inconvenience,” he groans into another kiss, “I’ll be down to dismiss them shortly-“
you pull away, your hands finding his jaw and mouth painted in red. your thumb traces over the evidence of the kiss, your eyes sparkling with hesitation when you gaze up at him.
he chuckles, and circles his finger around your wrist to kiss your pulse point. “don’t worry, I’ll freshen up first, darling.”
his other hand slips between your leg, and he presses the fabric up against your slit, catching your arousal and feeling the material dampen slightly.
he rubs his nose over yours, “get ready for bed,” he speaks, his tone dripping in honey, his fingers pushing the fabric between your lips. “I’ll join you as soon as I can”

Chapter Eight - The Headliner
Content Warning: Obsession, Blood, Minors DNI!!!
Tumblr media
Fuck.
Everything hurt.
Was that music?
You blinked. Hard. Forcing the world into view. The shapes were fuzzy until they formed the ceiling of a canopy bed.
You vaguely registered Nat King Cole’s “Too Young” playing from the radio on the side table.
God, everything hurt. Did you already mention that?
With limbs of concrete, you attempted to sit up, but a burning pain shot through your core making the world blur into darkness once again.
You couldn’t have been out long; “Too Young” had entered its final stanza when you came to. Again, you were met with the red of the bed’s canopy top.
🎶And yet we're not too young to know🎶
Little movements this time. You turned your head, noting the red silk sheets beneath you. Okay, now the fingers and toes - good they were still intact. The legs? Both still present and working. Arms? Yeah, them too. So was it just your torso? You rolled up, but were just met with more pain.
Okay, let’s try rolling to the side. You rolled onto your shoulder and slowly pushed yourself into a seated position. The effort and pain made you see stars, but at least you hadn’t passed out.
Okay, where to begin. Instead of your cloak and leather gear, you found yourself in shorts and a white button-down shirt two sizes too big. The fabric was slightly askew, revealing the bandages crossing your chest underneath. You peeked down the shirt and followed the stained cotton to your belly button.
Fuck, Velvette practically gutted you from your right hip to your left chest.
Bitch.
🎶This love will last though years may go🎶
Your arms and legs had been washed, and your other wounds had healed into scars. A poultice soaked through the cotton wrapped around your feet. Whoever took care of your wound also addressed the blisters still plaguing your toes.
How nice.
Your silver hair had been braided into a long ponytail that reached your lower back. And the shirt you were wearing... Images of deep woods after a rainstorm swam in your vision as you breathed in the fabric - it felt almost familiar.
Slowly pushing yourself to your feet, you wandered over to the glass doors leading to a balcony. Pentagram City waited twenty floors below. You held your arms around your body as you walked, afraid the stitches would burst and your insides would fall out. Shallow breaths only. Deep breaths hurt.
🎶And then some day they may recall🎶
It was late, City lights illuminated the night. On the balcony sat two chairs, a single table between them. It finally clicked where you were the exact moment the static prickled the back of your neck.
🎶We were not too young at all🎶
“Alastor…” you spun meeting the demon face to face, but the view took your breath away.
The Radio Demon stood leaning against the doorframe, arms crossed, his weight on one hip. He looked disheveled, his hair a ruffled mess, his monocle missing. His suit jacket was probably hanging in a closet somewhere, revealing a white button-down rolled to the elbows. No bow tie, suspenders hanging around his hips, and no shoes. For feet, he had… hooves.
It was the most skin you had ever seen from the demon and it felt oddly intimate. Maybe you should look away and give him some privacy but part of you didn’t want to stop looking. His shirt top was missing a few buttons, revealing his collarbone and upper part of his chest. From what you could tell he was very… defined.
His arms were stronger than expected, with a layer of muscle that was obvious in the low light. Scars, grey and faded, criss crossed his forearms like battle wounds. His arms ended in a shade of black much like your own - but his hands.
Alastor wasn’t wearing gloves.
That got the butterflies stirring in your belly. Why did that make you so excited?
The Overlord stared at you with a soft smile on his face but a gaze so intense it could knock you over where you stood. You felt trapped. You felt possessed. And you liked it.
“What happened to ‘Mr. Alastor’?” He purred.
You pulled your arms in close, trying to hide the shiver his voice sent down your spine. It was deeper than you remembered.
Keep your guard up, Thestral, be prepared for anything.
“I think we’re past formalities, don’t you?” You gestured to the clothing. “Didn’t know you even owned a pair of shorts. Didn’t take you for the sort.” You raised an eyebrow at him.
He tipped his head back and laughed, a deep rumble from his chest. “I saved your life, and your first concern is my wardrobe?”
You fell silent. He took that as a sign to change the subject.
“Come, I just finished dinner.”
You stifled a gasp as Alastor turned on his heels. A tail, the Radio Demon had a tail. The black tuft of hair sat at the crest of his hips, a red undercoat where a white tail deer’s white stripe should be.
“You have a tail,” you whispered, desperately trying to hide the smile fighting to breakthrough.
Be prepared for anything.... You snorted into your palm. Anything but that!
Alastor froze, his tail shooting up, ramrod straight. He tipped his head back, his eyes nonchalantly finding yours. “I am a dear demon, darling.”
Yeah, as if that was the most obvious thing in the world! Is that why he always wore the jacket, to hide his tail? Did he not like others knowing or just assumed that they assumed? God, you didn’t know why he would be ashamed of it, it was adorable!
The demon scoffed before disappearing, you following after him, trying your best not to flat-out stare at the thing the entire time you walked. Alastor led you down a hallway and into a kitchen where a pot was steaming on the stove. Pulling a chair out for you, he sat you on the corner to himself. Silently, you waited for him to ladle a bowl of food.
Why did the silence feel so... weird?
“Be careful, darling, it’s still hot.” He sat in the chair next to you and just stared.
Your eyes locked on his, you tried searching them, tried to figure out what was happening in this moment, but your mind felt so… distracted by the image of him in an unbuttoned shirt.
“Eat.” He commanded.
And you obeyed.
“God, this is amazing.”
He smirked. “I assure you, he had nothing to do with it.” His shoulders relaxed when you ate another spoonful, finally allowing himself to join in with his own bowl. Alastor’s tail wiggled as if it was... happy? You reread the demon’s face - neutral disinterest. Hmmm… Interesting.
“What is this?”
“Jambalaya.”
“Ugh, I’m devastated I hadn’t discovered this sooner,” you smiled, taking another mouthful. Swallowing hurt, but in little amounts, it was manageable.
As the excitement of the dinner waned, a deep sadness began to settle into your heart. “Is Angel okay?” You practically whispered the question.
Alastor didn’t skip a beat, continuing to eat as he talked. “It took the spider a few days to get back on his feet, but he is doing well, thanks to you. Don’t fret, the Hotel has not been touched in your absence.”
You nodded, taking more small bites. “How long have I been out?”
Alastor pulled a newspaper from the Void and handed it to you. The headline read “Shadow Presumed Dead. V Tower To Be Rebuilt.” The date was a week later than you remembered, seven days - damn.
“I missed my headline.” Mimzy is going to be furious.
“Darling, you are the headline,” Alastor chuckled, his soup spoon collecting the bottom remnants of his bowl. He got up, taking yours as well as his despite it not being totally empty yet. He filled both to the brim and rejoined you at the table, his tail wagging away.
Page two had a huge photo of Velvette and Vox grieving and some article filled with bullshit designed to garner sympathy. The story, of course, pointed the blame on you as the aggressor - accurate. Yet no mention of Valentino and his cruel ways. Vox controlled the media, so it made sense.
Folding the newspaper and tucking it away, you started on your second bowl. “So, how long have you known?”
His tail froze, his half-lidded eyes finding your own. “That you’re the infamous masked Overlord or a Fallen Angel playing Human Sinner?”
Your lips parted in surprise.
“Darling, I had you picked the moment you stepped foot off the elevator at Carmine’s office.”
You clenched your jaw to prevent it from falling open. “How?”
He paused for a moment, not looking you in the face as he said, “Jasmine.”
What had the egg bois said to you before you walked into the elevator? They said you smelled like Jasmine.
“It’s…” you start but wait for the rest of the pieces to click into place.
“… your favorite tea.” Alastor finished for you.
You raised an eyebrow at him.
“Rosie might have mentioned it in passing.”
Of course, Rosie did. The Overlord hated it but only ever got it for you.
Oh my God, everything makes so much sense now! He served wine during your midnight meeting, a cabernet - your favorite - as opposed to his usual rye. He gave you the radio not because he cared about your sleep but because he needed an ally at the top of their game. The way he felt threatened by you even as a Hotelian and not an Overlord - why he always had his shadow following you. It explains his heightened irritation with Vox and the attention the media demon gave you. It explains the unprompted kidnapping to the bayou! He was going to confront you about it! Alastor knew from the fucking beginning because, of course, he fucking did.
That's why he's been so interested in you.
“The second mystery was solved as you bled to death all over my bed sheets.”
My bed sheets. My bed. His bed. Not a guest room bed but his room. His sheets. His pillows. His clothes.
Oh my God, you were in his clothes!
You felt a blush creep up your neck. “You…” You dropped your spoon with a clunk into the bowl as the realization hit you. “Did you see me naked!?”
Alastor laughed, his tail wagging yet again, “No. No. As soon as I got you here, I had Rolf summon Rosie. She let me help with the less… intimate parts of your injury before kicking me out. She cleaned you up and dressed you after.”
He didn't see your back. He didn't see your tattoo.
Oh, thank the stars for that woman. She was a gift from above. Heaven really fucked up on that one. Oh, Rosie. She was going to kill you the next time she saw you.
Wait…
“Rolf?” You raised an eyebrow.
“You didn’t think my shadow had a name?” He smirked his iconic lopsided grin.
You looked down at the darkness swirling about his feet, which snickered in response.
No, actually, you hadn’t really thought of it as something sentient enough to need one.
You turned back to the bowl, forcing yourself to eat more. You were full, but damn, was this good.
Having gone a week without food your stomach had shrunk - only enough room for three-quarters of a serving, but that didn’t stop Alastor from refilling your bowl again and again.
“I’ll summon Rosie in the morning. Have her bring by some of your things. Satan knows she will scold me for not summoning her sooner, but it is late.”
You checked the time on the stove. It was three in the morning.
“Why are you still awake?”
He looked away from you, “I don’t need sleep to function - correction, I need some, but the number is inconsequential compared to others.”
So his bed was barely used? If at all? Why was it so grand then? Maybe he used it for other… activities. What had Angel said the other day? The Radio Demon has never been seen with anyone. Rumor has it that he was a virgin - well, that was coming from Vox.
“I’m not a virgin,” Alastor’s words purred in your memory. Your mind drifted off to pondering the number of other people whom he had shared his bed with before you realized what you were doing.
Wait, what were you doing?
You were sitting half-dressed in Alastor’s clothes, sharing a home-cooked meal at his apartment.
ALONE.
What…
The Radio Demon brought his spoon to his mouth and licked it, sapping up the juices at the bottom of the bowl. His tongue was black and forked.
Your face heated with the ideas swimming in your mind of what that tongue could…
No!
You jumped to your feet abruptly, knocking the chair back and causing the plates to jump on the table.
A searing burn shot through your core causing you to bend over in pain.
“What’s wrong?” Alastor bent to meet your eyeline, his arms grasping your shoulders.
Butterflies and bubbles. Butterflies and bubbles. Butterflies and bubbles. You didn’t know what they meant anymore, and it terrified you.
“I just…” You stepped out of his grip, not daring to meet his gaze. “I can’t…” You turned and exited the kitchen searching for the door.
Alastor followed with hurried steps on your heels. You tried a few doors, but none of them were an exit.
Was it getting hot in here? It was definitely getting harder to breathe, but you didn’t know if that was from the injury or something else.
“Stop,” Alastor commanded, but you ignored him, turning down another hallway. All you could hear was the pounding of your heart and the slaps of your bare feet on hardwood.
Another door, this one open, leading to a small library.
Fuck, this place was a maze.
“Stop!” Alastor’s tone turned dark. As did the hallway. Were you starting to black out or was that his doing?
“I need to leave…” You breathed, now in a full panic.
Another turn… There, an elevator!
You sprinted for it, but Alastor wrapped his fingers around your wrist and spun you around. He gently backed you into the cement wall. Cupping your cheeks, he tilted your head, forcing you to look into his eyes.
“I said stop.” His tone was soft. “You’re having a panic attack. You need to calm down, or you’re going to pass out. Just breathe, Thestral. Breathe.”
You did as he said, squeezing your eyes shut. Focusing on your inhales and exhales, you willed the beating of your heart to slow. You stood there and just breathed, trying to match his own pattern of breath before you.
“Look at me,” he commanded.
And you obeyed.
His irises were a deep crimson, his pupils blown wide in the low light. You felt some sort of veil lift between the two of you, his magic reaching out for your own. It caressed your form, willing your heart to slow, cooling the burn of your blood in your veins. Alastor was somehow calming you down using the connection you had formed between you.
God, why was he being so nice to you? The last time the two of you were alone together, he was actively hunting you.
“Why did you save me?” You ask, but it comes out as a whisper.
“We had a deal,” he answers too fast.
You didn’t buy it. There had to be more to this - more to why Alastor needed you and your power. Technically, your death benefitted him in the long run, didn't it? Killing you eliminated you as a rival, as an Overlord vying for souls, as a Sinner scheming for Charlie's power - whether he actually knew that or not, but Alastor wasn't stupid. He's had an entire week to think about every move you've made, every word you've said. He's had time to piece things together, enough to know that you weren't at the Hotel to be redeemed.
“Why did you save me?” You ask again, a bite in your voice, tears of frustration forming at the corner of your eyes.
He exhaled deeply, contemplating his words carefully, before finally leaning in and placing his forehead against yours.
“I had the pleasure of arriving just after you shattered the top floor of V Tower. The way you incinerated Valentino from within... By Satan, you were a vision…”
You went still.
“I was sure you were going to kill Velvette and Vox as well until Velvette pulled the Angelic blade and sunk it deep into your chest.” His breathing quickened, his voice deepening to a smokey edge.
“And that’s when I decided that she was not worthy of owning your death.” Alastor’s grip on your cheeks hardened till he had to let go. He placed one arm against the wall, his forearm and elbow flush with the cool concrete, entrapping you in place. His other found your chin, forefinger and thumb gently caressing your skin. “No one was.” He closed his eyes, guiding his nose to yours. The bridge of it rested against your own.
You couldn’t think anymore. All manner of logic left your brain the second Alastor's forehead found yours.
“If anyone was going to draw your last breath from these lips,” His thumb finds your bottom lip, and you gasp, drawing a growl deep from the demon’s chest.
Your lips parted even though you begged them not to. Even though you told them you didn’t want this. Even though they disobeyed and you found yourself okay with it anyway. Even though you wanted more…
His claw traced the curve of your lip oh-so-gently, before wrapping under your chin once more and pulling you closer.
He whispered onto your lips, “It was going to be me…”
DING-DONG!
“Ow!” You head-butted the Overlord as a loud chime deafened your left ear.
Tension broken, the demon rubbed his face as he leaned over and pushed a button on a com. “I told you two to go home!”
“Ay, listen here ya’ ol’ timey prick! We tried! Vaggie won’t let us until we have a fuckin’ update! You don’t have a fuckin’ phone for us to call, like a normal person. So, how the Hell do we know what’s goin’ on!?”
Angel?
“Give me that.” You heard what you thought was a shove before a different voice echoed through the machine. “Look Boss, Charlie’s been worried sick. She hasn’t been sleeping. She hasn’t been eating. She’s making the rest of us miserable. Angel took her out and got her drunk, and now she’s an emotional wreck. Just give us an update, and we’ll go home.”
“Husk?” You gasped.
“At least tell us she’s breathin’ ya’ strawberry pimp…”
You didn’t hear the rest of what Angel had to say as you slid out from where Alastor had cocooned you against the wall and headed for the elevator doors. You managed to hit the button before Alastor reappeared from a puddle of shadows, blocking the exit.
“What are you doing?”
“You are not going down there.” He crossed his arms over his chest, staring down at you with cold eyes.
“What!?” You practically screamed, a burn ran up your throat with the effort. Fuck it hurt.
Alastor didn’t elaborate further.
You scoffed. “It’s Husk and Angel, Alastor. They’re friends! If Velvette wanted me dead I doubt she’d send them to finish me off!”
“You are not going down there,” he repeated, cold malice slithered through his voice.
You stood for a moment, searching his hard eyes, trying to figure out what he was thinking.
DING!
The doors slid open.
“Oh, yeah,” you drew yourself to your full height - well, almost full height. Your posture pulled on the stitches if you stretched too far. “Stop me, then.” Your gaze met his, hardening to steel.
A challenge, Radio Demon.
“You know what I am now, right? Go ahead Alastor, stop me.” Arms out to your sides, you waited for the demon to say something. But he was hard as stone.
You considered summoning blue flame to make your point, to remind him of how easily you had eviscerated Valentino, but you didn’t have to. The demon yielded. Stepping into the elevator, he waited for you to join.
The ride down was far longer than you expected. Or maybe it was the silence that drove you crazy. No elevator music? Or maybe you had ticked the Radio Demon off to the point he shut it all off. Either way, you didn’t care because when those doors opened and Husk and Angel finally laid their eyes upon you, a wave of relief flooded through you so strong you collapsed into their arms.
It hurt but you didn’t care.
“Holy, fuckin’ shit balls,” Angel breathed into your hair, making you giggle. His sclera were both white. No more black to be seen. His soul contract was over...
“Hey, kid,” Husk grabbed each of your hands, holding them in his paws.
“Hey, Husky,” you smiled back.
“You have a lotta fuckin’ explainin’ to do, Hair clip.” Angel crossed his arms, turning on his overprotective big brother mode. “And yous!” He took a step towards Alastor, finger pointed at his chest. “You got a lot of fuckin’ nerve keepin' her locked up this week! We was worried sick! Husk and I thought we watched her die on television, and the next thing we know, she’s locked up 'ere in your ivory tower! No calls! No updates! No nothin’! You…”
Wait, what did he say?
“Angel!” You stepped between the two of them, cutting off the spider demon’s protests. “Did you say television?”
“Yeah! Vox was filming the whole thang! Well, minus you burnin' Valentino to a crisp. He wanted your death broadcasted so he could claim the stakes of finally unmaskin' the infamous Overlord. Until, he…” He juts his finger back at Alastor. “Shut down the whole grid! All of Pentagram City was plunged into fuckin' darkness”
Your eyes find Alastor’s but again are met with a wall of cold steel.
The blood. Did they see?
No. His eyes seemed to say.
You pulled the collared shirt closer around you, buttoning an extra level to hide the gold-soaked cotton bandages underneath.
Rosie had taught you how to magick your blood, to have it appear red as opposed to its usual gold. You’d bleed red unless met with an Angelic blade, unless met with a blow promising death, unless you were too weak for the magic to hold.
Husk and Angel knew who you were but not what. Not yet. But Velvette and Vox? Velvette still has the blade, which means she saw the blood that stuck to it after she cut. Which meant the remainder of the Vees knew what you were - but not who.
They knew how to kill you.
Fuck.
“We searched for you for hours!” Angel hung his head, his voice cracking. “And he had you the whole fuckin’ time.”
“We thought you died,” Husk added, his eyes shooting daggers at Alastor.
We thought you died. Died. You never thought about death. Angels never did because Angels can’t die. Even when Velvette pulled the blade, you didn’t think she would kill you. Maime you horribly, yes, but not kill you because Angels don’t die.
But couldn’t they?
Your mind flashed back to the last extermination. The Overlords always disappeared in the hours before the Extermination. It was policy. Yes, souls came begging for protection - as they always did - but what protection could be offered? You couldn’t fight the Exorcists and even if you tried to hide the souls you owned, it just made for easier pickings when they eventually found you. Groups were targets.
So the Overlords “left.” Technically, human Sinners couldn’t leave the Pride Ring, so you found other ways to disappear.
You and Rosie always went to Mimzy’s. The three of you sat in the basement and played cards. Mimzy didn’t know who you were; she thought of you more so as Rosie’s adopted daughter before she eventually brought you on as her club’s piano player.
You were in the middle of a scandalous game of Belot when you felt a familiar tug behind your navel. Someone was using a card to summon you. And that someone was Carmilla. Orange and mint flooded your mouth - fear. Whatever was happening, it was bad.
You excused yourself to the restroom and slid out the back door.
Following the call, you found them at the edge of the Doomsday District. The Overlords kept their hiding places secret even from each other. You didn’t know where they were headed, and they didn’t know where you had come from. Your own hiding spot wasn’t in your territory, so why should theirs be?
Carmilla and Odette were in the middle of the plaza, Clara in a heap of blood and broken bones between them.
Exorcists flew in a flurry about your head. Sinners were screaming,
It was a tornado of blood and death. A massacre of the defenseless. You hadn’t seen anything like it since… well, the time of the Old Testament.
And a beheaded Exorcist lay ten feet from you...
Oh, Carmilla. What had you gotten yourself into?
“Please, I didn’t know who else to call…” Carmilla grabbed you by the collar of your cloak and dragged you down to the cement.
Odette sobbed, curling into her sister’s dying form.
“I can’t…” You breathed. The feeling of her soul fading was like a whisper against your skin. She was fading fast.
“Please!?” Carmilla begged.
“I… I…” There wasn’t anything you could…
And then Carmilla screamed.
She screamed your name.
Not Thestral.
Your name.
Your God-given name.
She grabbed your arm and ran it against the silver in her leggings. Golden liquid bubbled from your skin and dripped onto the pavement before she thrust the wound into her daughter’s mouth.
She knew. She knew you weren’t just any Angel.
Not like a low-level Exorcist. Low-level Exorcists can't heal the dying. Low-level Exorcists can't summon Holy Fire.
You weren't a low-level Exorcist. You were special.
The three of you held your breath as Clara’s wounds began to restitch themselves, as the blood finally stopped flowing.
There was a gasp as Clara’s eyes fluttered open. Carmilla collapsed into a heap of sobs, holding her daughter close and whispering in Spanish into her ear. Odette pulled you in, thanking you before joining her mother.
You were numb to the world until you got to your feet and locked eyes with a Sinner.
At some point, your hood had fallen down.
He had seen your face.
He had heard your name.
And so had about fifteen others now standing awestruck around you.
Fifteen people who had to die.
Fifteen innocent Sinners who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Fifteen people you turned to ash.
“We didn’t tell the others what happened.” Angel’s voice brought you back to the room. “They think you were caught in the crossfire.”
“They don't know about Angel either,” Husk added.
Fuck.
Alastor must have seen the blood drain from your face because he took one step between you and the boys. “This meeting is over.”
“What?” The boys gawked.
He was right. The pain in your torso was throbbing, bringing a sting to your eyes.
You reached out, hesitating before fingering the edge of his rolled sleeve. The demon turned to you in surprise, a look of… we’ll you didn’t know what sprawled across his face. You waited for the flinch, for the smack, for the scowl, but, to your surprise, he didn’t shove you off. “Twenty more minutes?” You asked, your voice barely above a whisper. “Please?”
Something in his steel gaze softened. He wanted to say no. He wanted to drag you back upstairs and lock you away - but he didn’t. Instead, he locked the front door, pulled a chair from the Void for you to sit, and trudged back into the elevator.
“Twenty, not a second more. Rolf will keep an eye on you.”
The shadow detached itself from Alastor’s form and wrapped itself around your torso. For once, you found its coldness soothing.
“Where are you going?”
DING! The doors shut.
“Okay,” Angel started, a pair of arms on your shoulders. “First question, who the Hell is Rolf?”
____________________________________________
It was like a bomb going off.
You hit the penthouse first, knowing the Overlords enjoyed a nightcap before turning in. Your weeks of spying had paid off and, luckily, Voxtek’s Angelic Security still wasn’t online.
Valentino, Velvette, and Vox were spread out along their giant three-piece couch, looking absolutely dumbfounded when you crashed through the window in a blaze of blue flames.
You went for the moth demon’s throat before he had a chance to react. Wrapping your claws around his neck, you jumped back into the night. You fell, summoning your wings to beat harder, garnering as much speed as possible.
When you hit the pavement, Val first, an explosion ripped through the Entertainment District, taking out half a block of storefronts, cars, and anyone caught in the crossfire.
You pulled a broken Valentino to his feet in a crater fifty feet deep. The pimp was barely breathing, his eyes unable to focus on anything. The demon was dead, and he knew it; unable to put up a fight, he just watched you and breathed.
“This is for Angel,” your deep voice spewed.
And then the burning began. You made it slow and torturous, starting with his feet and the tips of his wings and moving upwards until it consumed him completely. He screamed - his last moments filled with the stench of orange and mint - with fear.
You had killed so many times before, but never had it felt this good.
And then he was a pile of ash.
“No!” Velvette screamed. The brat demon and Vox were huddled over the edge of the concave abyss, watching the ash of their fallen partner blow away in the wind.
“You fucking arsehole,” she screamed. “You’re going to die for this!”
She lept, her claws sharpened to talons. Behind her Vox transformed into his demon form. Nearly three stories tall, the demon was a mass of electrokinetic energy, his claws digging into the cement of the street as sparks of blue scattered across the street.
Now this was a fight!
Velvette didn’t have a chance to land, for you back slapped her so hard she went flying into the wall of the crater, cracking cement beneath her body.
Vox was next, but you were faster. A surge of electrical wiring launched at you like a cobra striking its prey. You spun, easily dodging, and blasted through his screen like a missile. It wasn’t enough to kill him, but you were merely aiming to temporarily blind him while you dealt with the Bitch Queen herself.
Velvette climbed out from the crater, calling you every swear word in the book and then some.
She pulled a silver dagger from her jacket - a Carmilla Carmine blade. “I’m going to gut you like a fish!”
And then she attacked.
Eventually, Vox recovered, using any opening Velvette gave him to compliment her onslaught. And you were holding your own for a while, attempting to find various ways to stall Vox so you could get to Velvette, until...
You sent a wall of flame at the female Vee before turning to Vox and...
“Unknown.” A familiar female voice chimed. “Unknown. Unknown. Unknown.”
“What the fuck!?” Vox screamed, shaking his phone before slamming it against the ground.
The Soul Scanner. He was trying to get a read on who you are, but the technology couldn’t register your soul.
The media demon paused before his eyes met yours, the gears behind his irises turning in his head. And then something like recognition flashed in his eyes. Before you had a chance to think, a cackle echoed behind you.
Vox’s distraction left an opening, and as you spun, the female Vee ran that blade diagonally across your body.
You collapsed, your back to them, golden liquid pouring onto the pavement.
Velvette cackled, “Fucking, finally! Now I’m…” Velvette screamed, her sentence cut off abruptly.
You needed to get out of there. You needed to flee, but before you could summon your wings, a wave of darkness swam over you.
In one blink, you were in the Entertainment District; the next, you were outside Pentagram City in the Nothing. The outskirts of the City dropped off to nothing but endless black dirt and red sky going on for what everyone assumed was forever. Natives called it the "Nothing" because that was what was here: nothing.
A pair of red and white dress shoes appeared at the edge of your vision before everything went black.
____________________________________________
“And then I woke up here,” you finish - you left out the part about bleeding golden Angelic blood, of course.
The boys were silent until Angel leaned in and wiggled his eyebrows at you. “You show me yours, I’ll show you mine.”
“Seriously?” Husk shot him an exasperated look.
“What I wanna see 'er wings! Can I see ya' wings? I mean where the Hell do you put ‘em, anyway? I don’t see you carryin’ a purse or nothin'."
You giggled, the action burning through your chest. “Uhm,” God, your body hurts. “I can try, but I’ll rip the shirt.”
“So? Smiles probably has like fifty more up in his castle.” Angel waved it off.
You looked to Rolf for permission but the shadow was oddly still. “Okay.”
You stood and summoned your wings, but the wave of pain that came because of it manifested as dizziness and nausea. Luckily, Husk caught you before you fell.
“Get her upstairs, Rolf,” he passed you off to the shadow who somehow was able to hold you up despite being incorporeal.
Your vision blurred with the movement as he loaded you into the elevator.
“Ah, shit! I’m sorry I didn’t know!” Angel?
DING! The doors closed, and you ascended. Shivers wracked through your body, drowning you in sweat. Suddenly, the lights were too bright, the sounds too loud, and the world began to blur.
DING!
Alastor was there, his face full of worry, his usual smile replaced with straight-lipped concern. With elbows under your knees and hands behind your shoulders, he carried you back to his room, your dark wings scraping the floor as he walked.
His face was so foreign in this moment, like seeing him without a smile somehow made him a completely different person. It almost felt like he was sharing a secret with you, one only you knew about and one only he let you hear.
The demon pushed open his bedroom door with his foot, the lights of Pentagram City illuminating the air about him. Alastor was glowing, his form ethereal as golden hues danced about his ashen skin. He was almost angelic...
And that made the lack of his smile all the more disconcerting.
“Huh,” you slurred as he set you on the bed, the world beginning to blur. “I always wondered what you looked like without a smile.”
Darkness took you.

YOKAI
Possessive, Manipulative, Violent (to others)
AS A ROUGUE YOKAI, pledging his loyalty to others never truly appealed to him; to a woman nonetheless. Being a formidable demon never called for such requirements.
You were feisty, pointing the round end of your broom in his direction. You knew not of who was there, yokai or human but you feigned confidence. The trembling of your hands gave it away, you were scared as one would be. “Who's there?”
The pale moonlight peeked through the few windows lining the walls, carefully calling attention to your features. You were easy on the eyes and yet so hard to look at. Your eyes were glassy and narrowed into thin slits. Your legs shook violently in anticipation for him to reveal himself as you hugged the broom flush against your chest. Such a look didn't suit you.
Having mercy on you, he decided to cut his fun a little short.
As one does, Tomoe made his way to a brothel which he was fairly acquainted with. All in a pitiful attempt to find solace amongst the predatory gazes of the women occupying it. But alas, he could not. With every look upon their faces twisted into one that mimicked your own. Captivating and seemingly kind, tempting him to reach out and touch it.
Tomoe is no fool. His emotions are evident, terribly so. He longs for a human woman and there's no need to deny it. Your image has been engraved in his memory down to every last detail. Women who were not you could no longer soothe his mind as they appeared lackluster in comparison.
Thus, he sought after you. In the middle of the night, he was whisked away by the chilly wind in search of the woman. Your scent was heavy on his mind, leading him back to the small cabin you resided in. His footsteps were night, almost silent as he entered your home, searching for you.
To his luck, there you were. Rolled up in a cotton futon, lulled by the chirps of noisy crickets. Yes, he's decided; You are his and no one else's. Tomoe isn't one for sharing and he'll make sure you're aware.
Akura-ou was quick to find out about your existence, which was a pain within itself. He would toy with you just to get under Tomoe's skin. It's not every day you get to see your moody "counterpart" fall so hard for someone, let alone a human. Anyhow, those who've tormented you weren't as fortunate as Akura-ou, serving a far more unpleasant demise for their actions.
If not for you, Tomoe wouldn't hesitate to massacre every man who looks your way. Having good-looking women by his side is nothing he isn't used to, yet, you are different. As his woman, he wouldn't want someone to so much as breathe the same air as you. The mere thought renders him ill.
Although, if you ask him not to he'll try his best to listen to your wishes. Keyword: try. He would never want to upset you, oh not at all! However he's only "human", even he has his limits.
No matter how he may terrify you, running is NOT an option. You will never be too far from his grasp. As long as his heart is beating, no one will ever have his heart. The fox demon is a bit too eager to show how he got his reputation in the Yokai world. As his other half, why don't you sit down and watch for a while?
“Foolish girl, when will you finally understand that your efforts are futile? Your cries may pain me but if I must tie you down to keep you. Then I shall.”
FAMILIAR
Loyal, Overprotective, Posessive
BEFORE HE MET YOU HE WAS A YOKAI, drowning in a pit of endless grief. Though not a powerful God, you held enough power to help the lost kitsune. You, determined to save him, kissed him and made Tomoe you familiar. For that, he was forever grateful.
Sure his bloodlust has been soothed over the decades, but it doesn't cease to exist. However, betrayal has never crossed his mind. His loyalty to you runs deeper than the blood that courses through veins. He is bound to you for life and he will serve you until greeted by death's embrace
He still finds you to be a subpar God in nearly every aspect. You were so uncool and lame as you lacked elegance, lazy in comparison to many, and awfully forgetful. But it made you even more charming. Tomoe found himself growing fond of your minor habits, though still trying to push healthier ones upon you, they were sweet, or even cute dare he say.
If you so choose, you can touch his ears. What can I say, the thought has plagued his mind more times than he cares to admit. Intimacy with you is not exactly scarce, you dot on the fox quite a bit, however, he yearns for more of your attention, your time. Being your familiar for some years has honestly built up his confidence. (There was no way in hell he'd ask you that and earlier than now.)
You cannot have another familiar, not a chance. Tomoe will burn them to the ground if they even try to kiss you. If you've had familiars before him, fuck them. They can die for all he cares. All you have to do is ask and he will gladly do the honors. (He knows you won't, unfortunately)
No male familiars are permitted to sleep by your side, except him of course. He must retain his superiority somehow. Allowing them to see you so vulnerable is not an option.
For you, he'd do an ything if it's within his power. As long as it doesn't put you or your reputation in danger that is.
“You reek of that wretched Tengu, must you always converse with such lowlives, mistress? If my company is not to your liking please allow me to fix myself. I am your loyal familiar and you should know I'm also the best.”

December 24th, 1970
Number 12 Grimmauld Place, North West of London, hidden from the eyes of muggles. The Black family took pride in the fact that they were hosting the Yule Eve dinner party. They were Pureblood royalty after all.
The house was decorated in festive decorations for the upcoming Yule celebrations custom of the sacred 28 society. The food alone could surely feed an entire orphanage.
A young Regulus, at a mere nine years old yet dressed far better than most adults. The scratchy material of his dress robes had been bothering him from the moment his mother had forced him into them. His black locs were combed back with magical gel to ensure he remained perfect for the night.
Clasped his small hand, you ran along with him. The frills from your pink dress made it difficult to much. It overwhelmed your body. You thought you looked like a large ball of cotton candy. Which your mother had scolded you for even thinking such a thing.
Trails of pristine white ribbons once worn in your hair now lay tossed on the freshly polished floors of the manor. Your house elf had been ordered by your mother to ‘tame’ your hair earlier that night. Hours of work had been in vain as your locs had bounced back only moments ago. Sliver jewerly adorned your neck sparkling in the candle lit hallway.
Kreacher had turned a blind eye to your ‘escape’ from the dinner. Neither of your mothers had noticed your absence yet. Something which both Regulus and you were beyond grateful for. Merlin knows what your punishment would be for daring to participate in such childish behaviour. For, being a pureblood meant you never were a child. You were simply an investment.
Regulus was the spare, the second choice, a precautionary measure that his parents had taken should Sirius prove to not be eligible. You, on the other hand, were born a girl. Which meant you were to be married off the moment you were of legal age. Although you had heard the stories of girls who had been forced to marry long before that. Your potential husband would be most likely related to you in some way.
Your mother would often gossip about how the Black Family ‘kept things in the family’ in reference to how cousins married each other frequently. However, truth be told, all pureblood were related in some way or other. Pureblood had been facing excitation for centuries. In order to keep their lines ‘pure’ they needed to dip their toes into the pool of incest. The sacred 28 all crossed over if you were to look close enough. Which is why you thought your mother to be a hypocrite.
Regulus pulled you into a nock in the attic. Whilst you were still in a fit of giggles.
“My lady.” Regulus pretended to bow, taking an old feathered hat on and then off his head.
“Why thank you, kind sir.” You responded through a set of giggles. Giving him a curtse in return, just as your mother had taught you.
Regulus took your hand and guided you to sit down with him on the floor, placing his suit jacket down to avoid you getting your dress dirty. You picked up the ends of your dress to try make it easier on you to sit down. A proof sound was heard the second you touched the floor. As you quite literally fell on your ass from the sheer size of the dress. Your mother was a beautiful woman but her style was eccentric to say the least. She had dressed your sister and brother in a similar fashion, both of who were being good children and still in the dining hall.
“Will you consider promising me something, Y/N?” The boy’s language was far better than most adults you knew. Pureblood society doing of course. You were both already fluent in Latin and Greek while Regulus knew French as well. It being his family’s main language after all.
“Whatever do you mean, Reggie?” You asked in the same tone. Frowning your small brows in confusion.
“Would it be to much to ask, if you could promise to be mine forever.” His statement confused you at first causing him to explain further. “We both know our mothers will marry us off one of these days, but please choose me, your friend first.”
“As long as you promise to choose me always and forever.” You smiled back at him.
“Best friends before lovers?” Regulus asked you unsure of himself.
“I would rather have live a life with no love, than live one without you as my friend.” You took ahold of his hand gently.
“I do not wish to condemn you to a love of loneliness, Y/N.” He dropped his hand from yours, fearing he was asking you too much with your friendship.
“Reggie, with you by my side, I could never be lonely.” That had earned you a smile from him, a one larger than you had ever seen before.
Tumblr media
Present time
Regulus Arcturus Black would never be your lover. No, your bond proceeded that of romantic expectations. Your bond would always be platonic, but it would be the deepest bond you would ever have. For your souls wore bind together in no way a lover could understand. Even if it was a childish desire to ask for your loyalty forever. To chose him over everyone else in the world. You knew, that in truth, there was only one person he had asked you to never choose over him. His brother. Which is exactly what you had done. The one thing he had begged of you all those years ago, you had done without hesitation. Breaking his trust doesn’t even cover the cost your newfound relationship had taken to your oldest one.
He was not angry nor was he upset with you. Regulus felt hurt, betrayed even. In all his life, he had lived with the expectation that he would always be second best. Only this past summer had his parents began to pay attention to him after Sirius had left home. Officially disowning their eldest, made Regulus their heir. He was only valued once Sirius was gone. For once in his life, people had began to look at him instead. It had been a long time coming, since the moment Sirius was sorted into Gryffindor. The light slowly began to shift to the younger brother. Yet, never completely, not until now. Within the span of a few weeks he had become the star of the family. A fact which had only served to make him bitter because he knew the care of his family was conditional. For they had hardly offered him a look before he was proved to be their last hope of salvation.
The worse part was Sirius believed Regulus was the first choice. When in fact he had never been someone’s first choice in anything. That is excluding you. Regulus had always been your first choice. It was something which he had come to held dearly in the span of his fifteen years of life.
Despite being a few months younger than Sirius, and almost a whole year older than Regulus. You had chosen to be his friend. As children, your mother urged you to make connection with Sirius, but you never did. Regulus was who you chose to spend your time with. Up until Hogwarts neither one of you had any real friends besides each other. Barty did not run in the same circles as the two of you before Hogwarts. The rosier twins didn’t form a friendship with you until Regulus’s first year at Hogwarts which had been their first too.
He had only asked one thing of you, and you could not give him that. You now understood his anger. Yet you still felt defensive as you were in a vulnerable state.
“You do not get to held a childish promise over my head!” You yelled, your voice reaching across the common room.
“It is not about the promise, Y/N.” Regulus stated with lips pulled into a thin unreadable expression.
“Then what is it about, Regulus?” Anger severed through your throat as you spoke.
“Rage does not consume me for the mere fact of your entanglement in a romantic relationship. As one of your closest friends, I comprehend that it is beyond my jurisdiction to dictate the auspices under which you choose to allocate your precious hours. Yet, I implored solely that you not date my own brother.” Regulus paced around the room, his hand running through hair multiple times before he turned to face you directly.
“For it is your preference that leans towards him, and no longer me. He is accustomed to being selected first and foremost in all things. I am not. Barty, Evan, Pandora and you were mine; untill you chose me over me. The one thing you promised, swore, you would never do.” Regulus voice no longer held anger, it was filled with hurt. He pointed a a finger towards your chest to further his point. Breathless as he spoke.
“Reg…” You moved towards him but he flinched away from your touch. “My relationship with him does not change the friendship I have with you.”
“Liar.”
“You say that, yet you continue to be with him. To chose him.” Regulus walked away from you but you followed without hesitation.
“You are being over dramatic.”
“Am I, so am I to just discard the only person who truly understands me. In order to allow you to satisfy your desires.” Regulus used the boot of his shoe to kick the table lightly.
“You do not mean that.” Tears were beginning to form in your eyes.
“What other choice have you given me?” Regulus breathed out barely forming words.
“I never intended to lose you, Reg.”
“Oh, well then everything is sorted. Is it not. Far be it that I have feelings and reactions to your actions.”
“Please, stop, I beg of you.” Your voice was pleading with him now.
“Would you do one decency?”
“Anything.”
“Tell me why did it have to be him.” You heard the crack in his voice as he spoke. Arms at his side and legs planted on the floor.
You squeezed your eyes shut at his question. Knowing whatever your answer would only serve to hurt him further.
“I fell for him. I tried not to. Believe me I did, but I cannot ignore my feelings anymore. Please forgive me.”
“Forgiveness does not come easy, Y/N.” Regulus eyes roared with anger, but you knew there still lay hurt behind them. “But I don’t want to lose you.”
“Does that mean…” The steps you took towards him were careful and precise to not spook him with your actions.
“I would could never live without your friendship. It pains me so, but I know I have to forgive you, but do not ask me to forgive him.”
Tears pooled in your eyes as the words left his cold lips. Before another moment could pass, you wrapped your arms around his torso. To your surprise he accepted your affection. He had never been one to allow affectionate gestures, it simply was not his way of expressing himself. Yet, in the rare moments when he allowed himself to let another in, his warmth would be unlimited.
“Can I assume I have my best friend back?” Your voice was muffled by Regulus’ green Qudditch jersey.
He pulled away from the hug but kept physical contact with you by placing both of his hands on your sides.
“You never lost me.”
Sounds of students began to fill the common room as they returned from the pitch and great hall. Undoubtedly complaining and/or talking about the lack of victory Slytherin had acquired in today’s events.
“One last thing, Y/N.” Regulus spoke in a hushed tone to avoid being interrupted or ease dropped on.
“Anything.”
“If my brother hurts you, there’s not a place in the world he’d be able to hide from me. Blood may be thicker than water, but my loyalty for you will always outweigh my loyalty for him. Never doubt that for a moment.”
“I appreciate it, but that’s not necessarily-“
“Believe me when I say, negotiation is not an option here. You will lose this argument.” Regulus’s dark eyes were completely serious and his face showed no signs of amusement.
“Is your plan to treat me like a child of divorce?”
“Mmm, we’ll work on the arrangements later.” Regulus smiled at you, one that didn’t quite reach his eyes.
“You know you will always be my best friend, right?” You asked taking his hand in yours.
“Don’t tell Barty that, he might kill me.” Regulus leaned into you.
“Well we would’t want that, now would we.”
Tumblr media
The life of a pureblood had taught you many things. None of which had seamed to prove helpful in any way shape or form for your current situation.
While you might have seamed to patch things up with Regulus for the most part. Although you still were treading in dangerous waters. At least you could sleep soundly knowing he was willing to come around to the idea. In time, of course.
Yet, you still faced another dilemma; your relationship. Secrets were being kept from you, that was obvious enough, but what the secret was remained a mystery to you.
It didn’t help that Sirius and Remus seamed to have no intention of letting you in on it anytime soon. Taking into consideration how much history the two had, you continued to feel out of place in your own relationship, and feared for how much long you could take it.
For the past three days, you had to be condemned to visiting your oh so loving family. Torture did not even begin to cover it. Though you knew there were pureblood children in worst situations. The Blacks were a prime example. Leading you to appreciate your dysfunctional family because at least they had never used an unforgivable curse on you. To say the bar was low would be an understatement.
So as you walked through the castle walls having returned from your trip. Your mind began to wonder. However, your moment of peace was short lived as you passed the Hospital Wing.
You couldn’t see much but you could see Sirius who was walking towards the door. Through a series of lies, excuses and distractions, the boys had managed to occlude you from Remus’s condition. Yet, your weekend away just so happened to be a full moon. A particularly horrific one in fact. No chance were they going to be able to hide it from you now.
Sirius’s sliver eyes were accompanied by purple eye bags from staying up all night with Remus. Hair fell in disarray and tangles were visible in his usual elegant locs. He appeared gaunt, almost as if the life had been drained out of him.
Upon seeing you, a serge of panic ripped through his entire being.
“Oh Salvar.” You rushed towards him in panic searching his face for signs of injury. It only worked to make him feel more guilty than he already was.
“S’m nothin’.” Tiredness and worry were evident in his voice.
“Sirius, do not take me for a fool.”
“I’m not, honestly, just-“ Whilst barely finding the energy to form words, you interrupted him with rage already approaching.
“What’ll be this time, huh?” Hands fell from his face leaving a cold chill. You crossed your arms in front of your chest, you were beyond rage, you were done.
“It’s not like that, baby.” His voice begged for sympathy but you refused to show the effort he had on you.
“Where’s Remus?”
Sirius’s eyes widen at the thought of you seeing Remus in his current state. You stepped forward to enter the hospital wing causing him to plant himself in front of you. Using his height to block your view. Your flight or fight activated. Making use of the large space of the room you tricked him by making him believe you were headed one way and then pushed past him in the other.
As soon as you had escaped his gasp, Sirius ran after you in panic. However, with our tired he was, he didn’t have the strength to carry through.
Remus lay curled up on the hospital bed. Bandages surrounded his body in multiple places. Most seamed clean but others had large red stains from blood. Bruises and cuts decorated his body like Christmas lights. The beautiful brown eyes that you had come to cherish so dearly had taken on a dull hue. With dark circles surround them and bloodshot eyes. His hair stuck up in all different directions filled with dirt and a sneer of blood.
A whine escaped the thin werewolf when he turned on his side to see who had entered. His eyes struggled to focus for a few moments to depict your figure, but when he did, he swore he felt just like he did before people knew about his secret. Ashamed, scared, horrified all mixed into self loathing.
“Remus?” You managed to choke out through the tears that had began to form in your eyes upon seeing him.
“Hey, dovie.”
