It struck me today while watching the show, if he didn’t know about Jason giving Craig information, how much, in his own twisted and creepy way, Xavier must have liked Jason. Making him a buddy so fast, teasing him about the large backpack, the happy reaction when Jason “complimented” him and egging him on during the video game (even if he stole the victory from Jason). Xavier must have become weirdly attached to Jason in a very short time. He seemed more attached to Jason then the acorn knights who have been by his side for years.
