not to show myself like this but like Ive been to self defense class when i was on high school and I still remember about other things like these-

if you get your hair pulled- (for those who have longer hair!!!)

hold the wrist thats holding your hair- squat/bow down really low- then pull away-WHILE holding their wrist? This causes them to either fall or also drop your hair but  though i never had any violent experiences- i feel like this is a effective thing idk :000
