"Hip Hop 50 year anniversary • there were nations that were the foundations and this is one of the most instrumental ones. Of course people aren’t speaking on their impact but I find silence to be complicit with concealing truth. The desire to expand knowledge and vocabulary can be attributed to the 5% way of thinking. Also hip hop ciphers as they are known are directly influenced by the ciphers that were formed to build knowledge. You could leave a cipher with more knowledge that you came with. Even if you weren’t a part of the nation you were influenced. Their ideology was manifested in Rakim , Brand Nubians, Guru,King Sun, Kane, Wutang, Digital Planets, AZ, Poor Rigteous Teachers, and influenced others such as Nas, KRS, Large Professor, Busta Rhymes, now imagine hip hop without the names I mentioned. The intellectual aspect of hip hop is from the intellectual aspect of people like the 5% also known as God and Earths. They are barely mentioned but should because they are one of the Nations that solidified rap and made its foundation stronger. I will speak on more in the book I don’t want to give people anymore ideas. "
