Oh, gods, you've broken my scale of "weird little things I don't really need to know about my OCs". Ok, um. Hm.

Sidesteps:

Seongwon - Starting a fight to get pineapple pizza added to the order. Anathema talked her into trying it and she rather likes it. Gets annoyed when people make a fuss about it. It's a pizza order and she's hungry.

Remus - Sweet tooth from hell. Like, his vice is alcohol, but it manifests as those fruity cocktails that are mostly simple syrup, so sweets is a close second. Adding pineapple on pizza just means extra sugar to balance out the pizza sauce. He's stolen the whole box on pizza nights at Rangers HQ.

Rashad - Never had it. It's traditionally served with ham and Rashad tries to eat halal when they can.

Corin - Aggressively ambivalent. High key hates eating, anyway, and would live off of meal replacement shakes and filler calorie drinks if Julia wouldn't harass him for it. Adding pineapple to pizza is going to neither improve nor degrade a pizza for him because it was always going to be wretched anyway.

Mateo - Personally dislikes it, but he's not going to make a fuss about it. There's probably enough other pizza to go around. In the situation that there's only pineapple pizza (which, let's be honest, is an Anathema or Ortega prank), he's picking off each piece and flicking it at the prankster.

Cassian - Has tackled Anathema to rip the phone out of her hand when ordering pizza to keep her from ordering pineapple pizza. Mostly for the bit, but also because they hate the smell of Hawaiian pizza. Ortega tried to talk him into trying a bite and got a kick to the gut.

Detectives:

Isaac - The things he puts on pizza upsets Tina and Verda. He's actually banned from placing pizza orders for the group. Pineapple on pizza would be a mercy comparatively. But, yeah, he likes it.

Julian - Hates the texture of pineapple, but likes the flavor. He's tried to experiment with how to impart pineapple flavor to pizza without physically putting pineapple on it. It's not gone well.

Raine - Doesn't like pineapple on pizza, but also doesn't like when people are assholes about others' eating preferences. He'll order Hawaiian pizza just to spite someone being loud about hating it. He'll even eat a few slices for good measure.

Rashad: Doesn't, when they can get away with it. When they can't, they usually sleep on their side, slightly bent. Probably an arm hanging off the side of their slightly too small mattress.

Remus: Lavishly in a bed too large for him, snuggled up with too many pillows for any rational human being.

Seongwon: Usually leaned against a wall, arms crossed, baseball cap pulled low over her eyes with her face tilted down. Can also be found in chairs like this.

Mateo: On his back, not sprawled, but not eerily straight, either. Head tilted towards the other person, if he's sharing a bed with someone.

Corin: On his side, eerily still and straight. One arm stretched towards the emptier half of the bed like he's looking for someone who's not there anymore.

Cassian: Sprawled. Usually halfway between on his side and on his stomach. Drooling just a bit.

Loren: Fully on xer stomach, arms half buried under xer pillows almost as if to prop up xer head. Blankets up to xer head. Barely visible.

Miro: Tosses and turns a lot. Sprawls across his own bed. Encroaching on his partner's half of the mattress when sharing. Switching to the other side of the bed doesn't solve his subconscious desire to force them off the bed.

So, Corin is an interesting case because Corin, despite being a very traditionally handsome and mostly cis-passing trans guy, never got top surgery (that's a long and complicated story that I'll get into elsewhere), so when he and Julia do finally have sex, he's going to be a bit.....anxious about the way his body looks and what he thinks Julia is expecting in her boyfriends. He doesn't have much dysphoria beyond how people look at him, especially Julia.

I think he'd fluctuate between a flattening leather corset beneath tight-fitting clothes or something slinky and figure-obscuring over some nice, strappy lingerie beneath. Because getting undressed is half the fun, in his opinion.

Something for ANY Zenless Crossover Creator to Consider

None of these characters have been in a forest. At best, the Outer Rim people have been. However, with how New Eridu is talked about, treated and with the fact that there is an Outer Rim... What would their reaction be to actual nature? To something out of an old school documentary that details the world before the large cities they live in?

It's one of those REALLY fun sci-fi things where we look upon their sleek hallways, their advanced technology, etc. like that and see effectively magic. However, there is still a cost to that and in ZZZ it seems to be plant life. Not to say there can't be things like botanical gardens and what not, or potted plants, etc. like that but that's still cultivated. It's tamed. Someone like Corin is probably so young as to not be able to conceive what walking along a bubbling brook would be like.

So if you do a crossover story with it and have an excuse to put them in that sort of nature? I suggest go wild with it. Not shoot the moon but let the characters be stunned, soak it in, stuff like that. Describe it like you might a realm only possible in dreams. Even if you literally add dreamlike elements, it's not going to be any different to these characters because there's such a small frame of reference for them on what it should be like.

And yes, this might have something to do with the next chapter of my own crossover. ;) I still think it's important though because it's so easy to not consider what might still be shocking to an amalgamation sort of setting like New Eridu's where so many aesthetics and what not clash together. This would be one them and be pretty powerful I think.

The Game Show Network is expanding its lineup of original series as a revival of Tic Tac Dough and adaptation of the U.K. format Beat the Bridge are set to join the previously announced The Flip Side.

As reported by Deadline, the news was announced by GSN as part of Sony Pictures Television Advertiser Sales upfront today, Tuesday, April 2, in New York City.

Tic Tac Dough, created by Robert Noah, is a relaunch of the classic game show that first aired on NBC between 1956 and 1959. It was later revived for CBS and aired from 1978 to 1986, then for a syndicated run in 1990.

Brooke Burns (The Chase) is set to host the series, which, like the original, will see “two contestants compete to place three of their marks in a row on the giant trivia board” while “trying to avoid the dragon, who lurks to steal their turns and stands in their path to victory.”

“After three rounds, the winning player moves on to face the dragon in the grand prize round, where the dragon moves strategically on the board to block the player’s ability to make three-in-a-row and take home $10,000.”

Henry Friedman serves as executive producer on Tic Tac Dough alongside NBC’s Brenda Milinkovic and Village Roadshow’s Shannon Perry. Rane Laymance also exec produces with Sabrina Hybel Snow as co-exec producer.

Meanwhile, Beat the Bridge is based on the BBC series Bridge of Lies and comes from format creator STV Studios, with Game Show Enterprises Studios producing for GSN. Cameron Mathison (General Hospital) will host the show, which sees players having to cross a giant interactive bridge by stepping on the right answers to challenging trivia questions.

“Each step forward puts money in the team’s bank, with bonus money for each successful crossing. However, the team gets to keep the money only if it can ‘beat the bridge’ by returning one of its players back across before time expires in an exciting end game.”

Ed Egan is on board as executive producer, with Sabrina Hybel Snow as co-executive producer. Josephine Brassey, Gary Chippington, and David Mortimer serve as exec producers for STV Studios.

The two new shows will join the previously announced The Flip Side, hosted by Jaleel White (Family Matters), which follows two teams of players trying to guess how two different groups feel about the same issue.

Game Show Enterprises Studios produces The Flip Side, with Jay James, Corin Nelson, Rich Sirop, Cleve Keller, Dave Noll, and Ken Ross serving as executive producers.
