same anon from before : I dont like.. im not like too MAD at the ppl in my rp because to their credit they usually only make the mistake once, it's mostly just annoyance because I'm tired of correcting people when my character has pronouns in their intro and bio. and it's just stuff like this that I don't know what the solution is (and I know you don't either??) and I feel like it's just something I have to live with which is frustrating but anyway thanks for letting me kinda vent //:

please vent away !! please do  ! and like i said , how long does it take to open up someones linked or tagged bio / intro just to double check someones preferred pronouns ?  i won’t act like i’m perfect , by any means . but GOD fuck . we NEED to make this the norm , instead of assuming everyones gender . not every  mun is a cis female , despite the  ‘ majority ‘ being so . not every ‘cis’ fc is going to be portrayed as a cis character . we NEED to check these things . we need to get better at holding ourselves responsible . we need to actually be honest and say ‘ oh god . that was something very gendered and nonbinary erasing of me . i recognise that . lets do better . let’s make sure this doesn’t happen in the future’  , so this way theres LESS of what we’re putting u through , hopefully , anon . cis  rpc , im holding us ALL accountable from now on . before interacting with ANYBODY . . . triple check their intro or bio . make sure you’re using the right pronouns for the character and mun . it takes two clicks . five seconds. do it . it makes a LOT of difference . otherwise , ur actually adding to more pressure and erasure to people who’s WHOLE LIFETIME is constantly erased . be the fucking difference . be better .
