24 25 Favourite Screenshots of 2024 (Part One)

Only two parts, nothing major, but I got as far as New Year's Day in game, counted 50 total, and decided to do two posts. All in chronological order, and all from Sims In Bloom since I have no other gameplay!

Above, (1) young Heather meets Sophie the Snail in her Henford hometown without her front tooth, and (2) Heather was the photographer for this adorable shot of her parents, expecting her sister Hazel and cuddling at the Finchwick Fair.

(3) The save's first tragic death was Eliza Pancakes, mother of three and wife of Bob, and I love this picture of them for the starry sky alone, honestly.

(4) Master botanist Daisy with one of many oversized crops she grew in her garden over the years.

(5) Loved this shot of Daisy taking off in a rocket at GeekCon so much I used it to represent her changing careers to full-time astrobotanist with the Sims Aeronautical Space Agency (SpaceY).

(6) Golden hour in Henford in springtime.

(7) Uptown San Myshuno and the San Myshuno Bridge.

(8) Winter in Henford-on-Bagley, with pink sunsets in the sky and wild fox Pawbin Hood in his Sherwood Forest getup in the foreground.

(9) Mortimer Goth married his soulmate, Karl Nesbitt, at their penthouse in San Myshuno. Their guests arrived and had to comply with a new ordinance declaring 'We Wear Bags!' much to my disdain.

But I look back now and consider it one of the more iconic screenshots of the series so far.

(10) Heather checks out the view from Malcolm Landgraab's penthouse in San Myshuno while balancing a plate of midnight French Toast.

(11) The ferry dock from Cavalier Cove to Deadgrass Isle on an overcast day in Brindleton Bay.

(12) A pink sunset backdrop added perfection to this shot of romantic Holly Nesbitt dropping her new hubby, Kris Bell, for a passionate first kiss (totally autonomously).

(13) A wild love interest and his perfect dog appear from the Gallery and enter the game, and everyone rejoices. Especially Heather!

(14) Malcolm Landgraab finally steps up and takes an interest in his son while tired working mom Heather naps in her living room.

It's hard to remember this house before I added the stairs and the second floor, but there it is!

(15) Even with the clipping and the shabby apartment decor, I love this pose. Just feels like they're truly hungering for each other and that was my goal!

(16) I think the lighting is great, but something about seeing Everett so content and proud inside a Gallery build made me love this one even more!

(17) This one's the banner on my tumblr page. It's Heather's house with the second story addition from across Sable Square and the fall colours really do it.

(18) Conrad takes Gord to work with the magic of MCCC and the brilliance of deardiaryts4 💖

(19) Conrad comforting a guilt-stricken Heather after Ash's near-death accident/mod vs update glitch. I just love them.

(20) Alexander Goth nonchalantly walks in on Heather channeling spirits on his mother Bella's seance table, while Conrad worries like mad about his soulmate.

(21) Toddler Ash cuddling one of Queen Cupcake's kittens (who were soon rehomed because five cats was so many. I couldn't keep it up!) Also, King Tut's ghost makes an appearance by the patio door.

(22) Teenage Conrad posing with his parents near the midway in Copperdale - the last trip the Gordons took before his mother's death.

(23) Gord smells the Grim Reaper before Heather and Conrad, who called him on a Grimophone borrowed from Bella Goth, realize he's there.

I've always loved watching him wander up to people unprompted because he's a friendly dog, but sensing the Reaper was a whole new level of amazing.

(24) This Spooky Day photo of Ash with his dad, Malcolm, and stepmom, Miko, was too cute not to include.

Bonus (25) Heather learned she was expecting again after a miscarriage and I love the ultrasound machine cc.

typically, it was lena’s preference to wake alone. the quiet dawn brought comfort, allowing her to exist only as herself instead of the product of what made her. today though, she’d  woken with a scowl. sleep had been restless which was somehow worse than none at all. if asked, she would blame the unfamiliarity of her surroundings, but in truth, her mood had soured from the moment she reached across the mattress and realised no one else was there.

it was midnight when she arrived at her mother’s home. san myshuno to copperdale was a three hour drive and while traffic had been merciful, lena remained tense. she'd never quite settled in the northern town. the family ran a decent operation up there but it was nothing compared to the speed and grandeur of san my.

(cont.) for a time she’d been a gun for hire. the work was tedious but it blessed her with independence more importantly, forced her away from familial dysfunction. the early days of the scott’s exile from san myshuno had been brutal and sticking around would have made it far worse.

(Max): Hey. Did I wake you?

(Lena): Nah, I was gonna go for a run. Why are you up so early?

(Max): Ugh…I can’t sleep. Danielle's bed is way too soft.

(Lena): Poor baby. 

(Max): It’s fine, I can nap on the sofa when Simone’s gone to work. How was the drive last night?

(Lena): Okay, and decent. Traffic was alright for once. 

(Max): Good…do you know if your brother’s still there?

(Lena): I don’t. But it’s not like he’d be anywhere else.

(Max): Fair... How long are you staying again?

(Lena): I'm driving back tomorrow. Why, you missing me already?

(Max): Not if you’re gonna be a freak about it.

(Lena): You’re such a brat.

(Max): [feigned ignorance] I don’t know what you mean.

(Lena): See, if you were being good, I could’ve helped you get back to sleep.

(Max): …I'm being good now.

It's me, hi, indecision it's me!

When I woke up this morning and saw that the lovely @neishroom was looking for teens, I was beyond hyped and knew that I'd spent the day crafting and choosing little fella's for her to play with.

I obviously can't JUST make or pick one Sim. No, that would be normal. I have to make fucking six, because I'm me.

And since I couldn't decide for myself, I figured I'd share them all and let Nei pick whichever one she likes best!

Akira Ikeda - He/Him; Pan; Mt. Komorebi

Akira is your not-so-average lad from Mount Komorebi.

He was raised by not one but two mums - Ayame and Samsara - who more than dote on their baby. (Yes, he's very spoiled. Yes, he can be a bit of a twat. But he means well....?)

Thanks to his mum, Akira is interested in all things surrounding engineering and science. He may not look the part, but he can be rather geeky and he'll gladly hold a lecture about the proper way to assemble a servo. (No, he'll not stup until he's done, no matter what you say.)

Devante Zanders - He/Him; Bi; San Myshuno

Devante - Dev to his friends - was raised in San Myshuno and is exactly what you'd call a city boy. He loves the streets of his home town almost as much as he does dogs.

Dev likes sports - any sport, he'll play pickle ball, he'll play football, he'll surf, jog or run the treadmill. It doesn't matter to him as long as the company is good.

And, keyword company: Dev is quite the charmer. Ever since his toddler days, he's had an easy time making friends and gathering hearts wherever he steps with his laid back vibe and disarming smiles. But only those he truly trusts get to see how much of a goofball my guy really is.

Kareena Advani - She/Her; Demi; Tomarang

Born in Tomarang and raised by one dragon of a mother, Kareena doesn't remember the last time she just got to let go and chill. Every single day is spent bowing to her mothers whims and demands - good grades, good performances, good behaviour, good everything. Maybe then she'll finally be worthy of her mothers love.

Deep down, she doesn't want or care about any of these things. Kareena seeks to enjoy her life and go with the flow, until she's old enough to start a family herself. And once she does, she swears she'll do everything to be a much better mother than her own.

Jiajia Ouyang - She/Her; Lesbian; Ravenwood

Let me tell you - this girl may look all sweet and demure, but don't forget that she's made in Ravenwood ™️. So while she does love little, fluffy creatures and all things soft and cozy, she's also absolutely obsessed with ghosts and any other spooky shit. Thanks to that, Jiajia doesn't scare easily and is likely to react with fascination to any urban myth or ghost story.

Be aware: It's not super easy to become her friend. The best approach would probably be to treat her like on would a crow. Yell "Hey, look at the cool rock I found!" and she'll be by your side, longinly staring at whatever trinket you show her now.

Gracie Lou Freebush - She/Her, ???, Del Sol Valley

Grace - try and call her Gracie, and she'll knock out your teeth - grew up in the lower parts of Del Sol Valley to a deadbeat single dad. Thanks to that, she's always been selfsufficient and never relies on anyone else. Her motto? If you want it done, do it yourself and if it's too hard, get tf over it.

She tends to be a loner, despite her loud and confident demeanour, and getting to know her may be quite difficult. You're just as likely to run into walls as you are to find a way around them, so best stand back and listen to her play the guitar until she decides it's time to like you!

And a little bonus duo that likely won't be picked since they're kind of a package deal, but I wanted to share nonetheless:

Floortje van der Bijl - She/Her; Straight, Brindleton Bay

Mats van der Bijl - He/Him; Bi; Brindleton Bay

These blonde cuties are Floortje and Mats, your average twins from Brindleton Bay. The two of them couldn't be more different - at least in character - but they're as close as they come. Having never met their parents, they're the only blood-family they know. I specifically say blood family, because the two of them grew up in a very loving foster home, meaning they've always had good people surrounding them.

Floortje is ambitious and goal oriented. She doesn't quite know where she is headed, but she'll do everything to make sure she has all her options open. In her free time, she loves hanging out with friends or playing the violin - something she's loved ever since she was a child - and, if the mood strikes her, she may even throw down a mat and do some yoga.

Mats, however, is less motivated. All he really wants to do is dance and he knows he doesn't need to get good grades to do that - much to his sisters chargrine. So he usually just practises or chills, whatever he wants more at the time. He's barely hanging on, all things considered, but it could be much much worse. And, luckily, he can always rely on his sister to kick his butt whenever necessary.

New Life In The City - Struck By Love Legacy Challenge - Episode 7

Maeve took the kids to Central Park in San Myshuno, near their new apartment. Maeve explained why they were moving to the best of her ability.

Maeve: I heard your new school has an ice cream bar that your classes get to go to once a week! That's exciting!

Naomi: Yeah, that's cool mom.

Kaito: What if I don't make any friends in my class? I won't know anyone at this new school.

Maeve: Oh, sweet pea, you'll make lots of friends. Who wouldn't want to be friends with a sweet boy like you?

Naomi: Yeah, so sweet you have cooties!

Kaito lightly pushes Naomi: Hey! I don't have cooties!

Naomi: Sure, sure!! That's what people who have cooties say!

Maeve chuckles quietly: I heard that cooties are super easy to get rid of! All you have to do is brush your teeth twice a day!

Naomi: Oh silly mom, that's not how you get cooties! The kids at my last school said you have to swing the highest you can go and jump off and land on your feet! If you don't land on your feet, you still have cooties!

Maeve: If you say so, hun.

The kids run off and play while Maeve cleans up their lunch.

A little while later, Maeve and Kaito playing Chess while Naomi plays in the fountain!

Kaito: Are you happy mama?

Maeve holding a fake smile: Of course, little duck, I'm happy to be you and Naomi's mama.

Kaito: Don't forget about Salem and Lily Pad!

Maeve: Yes, yes how could I forget our little kitties!

Kaito: When is daddy moving here with us?

Maeve: Remember how I said that we got a divorce? That means that daddy will stay at his house in Copperdale and mama stays at the apartment in the city.

Kaito: So, you stay here and daddy stays there? When do we see daddy again? I miss him.

Maeve: I'll ask daddy when he's available, okay? And maybe we can call him later if he isn't busy.

Kaito: Okay mama!

A couple weeks go by, Maeve and the kids haven't heard from Akira at all. Maeve texted Akira multiple times with no response about their children. After walking the kids to school, Maeve checked the mail before she went inside.

Samson: Oh, hey! You're the new move in! You live in 4, right?

Maeve not looking up from the mailbox: Yeah, we just moved in a couple weeks ago!

Samson: I live in 2, Are you new to the city?

Maeve: The kids are new to the city life, but I grew up in Uptown.

Maeve finally looks up and their eyes meet. It felt like time stood still, or the whole world was quiet just for them. Samson's lips were moving but Maeve only noticed how attractive he was, how easy going it was to have a conversation with him.

Samson stares at Maeve: Did you hear me?

Maeve: Oh, I'm sorry, I, uh, lost focus for a second. What did you say?

Samson: I asked if you liked Spice Area?

Maeve: Oh, It's lovely! We've enjoyed the farmer's market and the kids have been begging me to take them to the karaoke place, but I don't have the heart to tell them that it's a bar and they might not be allowed.

Samson: I think they let kids in? I'm not exactly sure.

Maeve: I don't wanna get their hopes up! We've traveled across town to Central Park. They seemed to enjoy that!

Samson: It was lovely meeting you, oh I didn't catch your name?

Maeve: It's Maeve, I didn't catch yours either.

Samson: Samson!

The next couple of weeks, Maeve and Samson were flirting and getting to know each other. Things were heating up between the two. Over coffee, they started talking about going on a date.... but Maeve decided she wasn't quite ready for that step. It had only been a couple months since she had gotten divorced.

Halloween - Maeve threw a Halloween party and invited her neighbors including Samson.

The party was going off without a hitch! Everyone having a good time, even the kids invited some kids from their new school to come to the party!

During the party, Maeve and Samson got to talking and Samson began flirting with her. Maeve suddenly wasn't feeling it anymore.

Samson: Your the cutest witch at this party.

Maeve: And what are you supposed to be?

Samson: I'm a sexy zombie!

Maeve: How is a zombie supposed to be sexy?

Samson: Because I'm sexy.

Samson wiggles his eyesbrows. Maeve laughs as she takes another bite of her pizza.

Samson: I know you've been putting off our date, but what about tomorrow night? Does that work for you?

Mellodramattic Sims 4 Ideas

So, when I finally save enough money to buy a gaming PC and some Sims games, here are some ideas I have for the M's (@janaverse, this one's for you!):

Apartment in San Myshuno. I'm thinking at the ZenView. (And I'm going to use Move Objects On to shift the building over and give them and anyone else who lives at the building access to a pool.)

Basemental Drugs, so Matt can have his cigarettes and weed. Mello will also get the Seconhand Smoke Immunity trait from the rewards store.

Mello will take a career as a writer. Matt will be a pro-gamer.

They'll have a science baby together. And there's a mod that lets your Sims experience pregnancy with a science baby, instead of just rabbitholing down to the fertility clinic and coming back with a baby. So, yes, Mello's getting pregnant! And I'm going to aim for a girl, so I'll have him chow down on strawberries and listen to pop music the whole time.

WickedWhims is a must. Using the sexual orientation setting, Matt will be set to bisexual, and Mello will be set to gay.

After they have their science baby, they'll get married. Just a simple beach elopement in Sulani. (Because realistically, they'd elope; they don't have any family, and don't really have a lot of friends.) And they're spending their honeymoon there, too.

They're getting a black cat.

Matt stupidly takes on Greg and contracts werebies while visiting Lake Lunvik. Luckily, he gets a cure.

They'll meet the Simself I'm putting in San Myshuno. (I'm doing multiple Simselves for different worlds.)

Getting Crumplebottomed in Henford-On-Bagley at the farmer's market there. (It's not their fault! Some of those vegetables were giving them Ideas!)

Both finding themselves attracted to vampire hottie Caleb. Maybe in Forgotten Hollow, but honestly, they don't really need to go there 'cause Caleb's kinda everywhere. (Taking full advantage of that sunlight immunity he comes equipped with!) So he'll pop up in San Myshuno or wherever else eventually. (Or, worst case scenario, I take matters into my own hands, load up his household, and have him visit the M's and use his Alluring Visage ability.) Will he unwittingly drive a wedge between them temporarily, or will they bond over both agreeing that he's hot AF? I haven't decided yet.

Meeting a celebrity in Del Sol Valley. Or, you know, just moseying down the street in Willow Creek, because celebrities totally do that.

Growing cacao in a planter on the balcony.

Celebrating all the holidays together.

Taking a trip to Selvadorada together.

Playing chess together.

Working on the Strangerville Mystery together, and defeating the Mother Plant. Who will they choose to help them? I haven't decided yet.

Matt, flirting with pretty mermaids in Sulani. Mello getting jealous. Matt makes it up to him, though.

Renewing their vows at the Love Festival in San Myshuno.

I haven't decided whether I want to enable aging and watch them grow old together, or disable aging (beyond manually aging up their kid) so I can play with them forever.

Turning Neighborhood Stories TF off, because that messes everything up. I'm not about to let some stupid AI break them up, or move them to a new neighborhood, or give them too many pets and/or adopted babies just because I played with other Sims.

Visiting the Sylvan Glade and/or the Forgotten Grotto.

Mello taking lots of baths with soaks, because he gets a lot of moodlets from the "High Maintenance" trait.

Going skinnydipping together.

Matt, pursuing the hidden Grilled Cheese aspiration. One of the tasks is to talk to the Grim Reaper about grilled cheese. For that, I'll find a premade Sim I don't like very much, or a random townie, cheat them dead, and then have Matt talk to Ol' Grim about grilled cheese.

Clicking on them to use "Be Gross" interactions a lot and/or having them cook Franks N' Beans. Especially Matt. Because they're just that comfortable with each other. *fart*

Simnation world map

Sims 4 offered us a big variety of outstanding worlds but where are they located relatively to each other? In my imagination, each sims 4 world is a city and they all coexist in the big world of Simnation. Just like we do have our world map, sims deserve one too. Here’s my vision of the sims world:

World is separated into 3 pieces: the magical one, main and the jungle. Jungle area for me consists of Selvadorada, Tomarang and new world that came with “Lovestruck” – Ciudad Enamorada, which is closer to the main part of the world bcs it has more city-like vibe. Sulani islands stay near this part of the world, having access to the ocean from all sides.

Main part divided into desert and forest parts. Desert area includes Tortosa, situated closer to warm jungle area, Batuu, Del Sol Valley, Strengerville, located closer to magic part of the world, Oasis Springs and finished off with Chestnut Ridge slowly flowing into San Sequoia. I tried to show that San Sequoia has 2 water sources connected by bridge, and it doesn’t have snow (at all?) which is why I placed it closer to desert area. We have Willow Creek, Newcrest and San Myshuno here, separated from Magnolia Promenade by a small river. While Magnolia and Windenburg have access to the ocean where rumors say some monster exists deep down. Henford and Windenburg share access to Komorebi Mountains, that are located down the word, further away from the hot area. Evergreen is closer to Britchester and Copperdale, that borders with Granite Falls due to its similar forest-y landscape.

Ravenwood, Glimmerbrook, Forgotten Hollow and Moonwood Mill all are behind a mysterious fog due to their scary aura and access to out of the world experiences. Who knows what your sim will experience there? But most importantly, how will they travel there as no airplanes were ever found to land in the area of neverland…

So yep, that’s my part into the Simnation community. I’ll be happy if you’ll enjoy playing with the map as well as I do. If you are unsure what’s map is used for, it’s for you to understand if your sim can take a one day trip to Coplerdale from San Myshuno or he would need to take a vacation for a long flight to Mt. Komorebi, so you add more realism into your lovely sim world.

Underwater Love

~ Organisations ~ The Resistance

The Resistance are a loose association of supernaturals (and even a few non magicals). They are acting against the Council and save and support supernaturals who had been suffering from the actions of the Council and other acts of violence. They operate in secret and none of them, except the three witches, knows of everyone who is with them. So even if the Council get’s the grip on one of them, the others cannot be revealed.

The Council does not even see a connection between Dtui and the Resistance. They think she acted at her own behalf. They wish they could get lost of her but are too afraid of her powers.

The Doctor (species unknown) at the Gang Doctor’s Hospital. Since Supernaturals are not allowed at common hospitals, they get treated at the Gang Doctor’s Hospital. The Doctor (Droid) at the Clinic at the STaCKS in San Myshuno. Overly obsessed with Jeb’s eyes. Sells all kind of ingredients too. From Herbs to body parts ö.ö’

Hector (Crocodile). Friend of Ji Ho and informant. Like LY, you can find him on almost each of my lots (with a pool ;)

Claude René Duplantier Guidry (Ghost), owner of ‘Guidry’s Paranormal Investigations Bureau’. We haven’t heard from him since he left for Sulani to rescue Ji Ho’s brother.

Horatio ‘Bones’ McCoy (Skeleton). Roams the graveyard in Forgotten Hollow and opens the ‘Diner de los Muertos’ in San Myshuno once a year (The whole chapter is -> here)

Bonehilda (Skeleton) and Magenta (Ghost). Friends of Ms Coombes. They live at Saarburg and helped Vlad and Saiwa with information how to claim Ji Ho back after he got bitten by Genji.

The Magic Guitar of Toro (Magic Guitar). Relic in the sanctuary of the temple at Mt Komorerbi. Likes to witness the boys’ ‘romantic interactions’.

Aleki Mete and Enrico Wagner from ‘The Organisation’ in Strangerville. They tried to rescue kidnapped and tortured Saiwa and Jack along with 16 year old Jeb.

last but not least DEATH - he helped Jeb and Saiwa to find out what happened to Vlad after he had died.

Lucky Hamer

Part of the 6th generation of my legacy, Lucky grew up in Copperdale. He married Angelina and moved to San Myshuno to the apartment she grew up in. Their relationship was rocky in the beginning but they worked through it and ended up very happy together. So this is what they call "The Land of Opportunity and Heartbreak".

Towering buildings, glowing lights—San Myshuno, Del Sol Valley, and Newcrest on the horizon. A city that never slept.

Leon wouldn’t have believed it three months ago: standing at the Stargazer Lounge’s peak—twice in three weeks. This wasn’t a casual visit. An old acquaintance’s call set everything in motion, pulling Leon here, even if it meant days away from school.

"I'm glad to see you again, Leon." "Mrs. Moon... the pleasure is mine." Octavia Moon had been pivotal in Leon’s rise back in Tartosa.

“I heard about your gig in the Spice Market. Surpassed expectations. Shame I missed it,” she said.

Leon adjusted his suit, surveying the luxurious lounge, the buzzing conversations and modern music in stark contrast to Windenburg’s old-school charm. Octavia, ever graceful, sat across from him, her smile both dazzling and reassuring.

“So, Windenburg’s been kind to you,” she mused, sipping her espresso. “Quiet, intimate—unlike Tartosa.” Leon chuckled, low and calm. “It’s different. Tartosa sparked creativity, but the Laurents... it’s time I walk my own path. That’s why Ms. Thebe suggested Windenburg.”

“But, Windenburg?” Octavia raised an eyebrow knowingly. “She's not thinking on giving you a quiet life, doesn't she?”

Leon leaned back, tapping his fingers on the table. “Windenburg’s been good to me—nice school, new friends, that sort of thing.”

“That’s why I’m here, Leon.” Octavia leaned in, her tone purposeful. “Let’s be honest—you’ve got the talent, drive, and connections to make it. I’m not saying Windenburg’s a mistake, but you need to take this to the next level.”

Leon studied her, cautious but intrigued. “I’ve been streaming my music... and I’ve got a good audience.”

Octavia smiled knowingly. “I’ve seen many young stars fade away. They didn’t push hard enough, missed opportunities. You don’t want to be one of them.”

"I don’t know why Arnessa brought you there, but maybe that’s the point—to catch my attention. To get us here today."

Leon raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean, Mrs. Moon?"

Octavia leaned forward, her smile sharp. "I’ll be blunt, Leon. Your talents are wasted if you stay in Windenburg. You need to aim higher."

"What are you suggesting?" And there it was: the offer. Move to San Myshuno, but not immediately. Octavia explained he would finish his first year at Copperdale High, giving him time to think. He wouldn't be locked in; he could return to Windenburg whenever.

"San Myshuno and Del Sol Valley are entertainment capitals. They're ideal for advancing your career."

She explained that she had connections with the notorious Kujou family for housing, and Leon would stay in a penthouse designed for rising stars. School wouldn’t be an issue—he’d be transferred to Myshuno High, and the city was close enough to Tartosa for regular visits.

"Why would Arnessa suggest Windenburg, then?" Leon asked, his curiosity piqued.

Octavia leaned back, smiling knowingly. "Because it was the first step. She wanted you to grow, but now it’s time for you to leap. I have the resources, connections, and experience to ensure you don’t become one of the 'unfortunate youngsters' who fade away. I’m not here to take a cut and vanish. I build lasting careers."

Leon hesitated, unsure what to say. Octavia pointed toward the stage. "See those two? Akira Kibo and Miko Ojo. They were musical powerhouses in their youth but never made it to the big stage."

She paused, her voice softening. "They’re happy now, but I’m sure part of them wonders 'what if' they’d pushed harder back then." Leon tilted his head. "So you think San Myshuno is the answer?" "Not back then, but now? Yes. San Myshuno is a powerhouse, and at your age, it’s the perfect place for you to begin."

The thought of the Red Carpet filled Leon's mind, but it faded as images of Fuuka, Sofia, Warren, Noct, and his other Windenburg friends took over. More importantly, he thought of his vampire life.

"Thinking about the impact of leaving Windenburg?" Octavia’s smile was knowing. "Don’t worry, Leon. You’ll only be here for high school. Once you’ve made it, your name will be big enough that returning to Windenburg will feel like a blessing to them."

She acknowledged Windenburg’s vintage charm but emphasized its potential for more. As Octavia spoke, thoughts of his future flooded Leon’s mind.

“Look at this place, Leon. You have the chance to turn your dreams into reality. I’m not here to pressure you, just to help you see it. Tartosa was just the start, but the next chapter? That’s here, in the city.”

Leon fell silent, glancing down at his hands before meeting her gaze. “Okay, I’ll consider it. But I have one condition.” Octavia’s smile widened, understanding. “You want to bring a friend from Windenburg. A fellow musician. Sofia Bjergsen, I presume?”

“Exactly. How’d I know? The same way I saw your potential in Tartosa. I’ve been to Windenburg. Your friend has talent, but she lacks something I need.” “What’s that?” “You won’t understand. But if you want me to reconsider, have Sofia record herself playing ‘A Hero’s Journey.’ Then, we’ll talk.”

Leon’s mind raced—‘A Hero’s Journey’ was a piece by Arnessa Thebe, a song he was close to mastering. If Sofia could pull it off, Octavia might reconsider. Octavia turned toward the elevator. “When she does, I’ll review it, Leon. The ball’s in your court.”

"Consider this carefully, Leon. I don't want to see your talent go down the drain." "That's... a rather harsh way to put it. But, I promise I'll consider."

"That's more like it." She took his hand. "I'll be looking forward on hearing you again, Leon. Take care." "Thank you, Mrs. Moon. Take care."

Leon spent several more minutes hanging around the lounge, watching those nicknamed "the Karaoke Legends" do their thing. Then, following what Octavia did, he walked towards the elevator, giving one last look to the crowd and the city back and forth. He'd love to be there someday.

San Myshuno, huh? But, this means I'll leave Fuuka...

Sierra grew up around the sandy middle class suburban parts of oasis springs. Sierra had a good childhood that include her mother and father for a few years. Then, her parents then had her little brother Dominic, who now is a senior at Copperdale High School. Her parents both are working in the law field, as private attorneys. They did everything they could to bring happiness to their two kids, and which they accomplished.

Sierra knew from an early age she wanted to dance from the moment she woke up at dawn, till she lays her head down at dusk. Sierra had a natural god-given ability and she was like an effortless angel anywhere, on or off the stage. She trained day and night until she was finally accepted into the Academy of Dance and Arts of San Myshuno at the age of 21 with hard work and determination.

Sierra packed her bags and said goodbye to everything she knew back home and said hello to a whole new world of arts and life. Sierra has lived in San Myshuno for about less than a year. Sierra has been working at an in home job and with the help of her parents ever so gratefully, she is able to live a comfortable life in the big city. However, she has finally decided to venture out into her social life as well as achieving her main goal in life, to become the next prima ballerina of San Myshuno.
